Month Average Age Starting To Crawl In Weeks Average Temp Outdoors 6 Months Afte

I am looking for someone who knows statistics to actually be able to help me and give me their answer so that I can compare what I have so far.  Thus far I have had absolutely no help with Course Hero.  Please if you know how to do a histogram and can put the information into a histogram please respond.  I am willing to pay for a private tutor but want at least what I have paid for.  This is about babies and how quick they crawl, based on the month and the temperature outside. a histogram needs to be done and I want someone to do a proper one so that I can see if mine is accurate.
