If I Was To Create A File Called Finaltest How Would I Write An Executable Scrip

If I was to create a file called FinalTest how would I write an executable script which will ask the person executing the script which file to use and will check to see if the name of the file is FinalTest. If the name of the file is not FinalTest, it will ask the person to enter “FinalTest”, until they enter the name correctly.
