I Was Wondering On How To Write Short Report Of A Successful Entrepreneur I Pick

I was wondering on how to write short report of a successful entrepreneur. I picked Bill Gates but how do I format a short report. It’s more of a blog to the Professor for a assignment that i will post to his blog. Then, I need a situation were let say… Bill Gates failed at something and what was his response. I couldn’t find anything. Is there somewhere i can find info on that. Most importantly how do I write it. Do I write Bill Gates summary in the middle of the paper then space, tab, and then a few paragraphs. Could you help me start this for me and put me in the right direction. thanks
