I Am Working On A Lab Report And For The Experiment I Found The Slope Of A Free

I am working on a lab report and for the experiment I found the slope of a free falling object (velocity vs. time) and values of position vs. time. I was asked to use this equation (y(t)=y0+v0t+(1/2)gyt^2) to determine the free fall motion of a the object dropped. I am not sure which values to plug in where.
