Hi, I need help solving this question:

100 x LN(Xt/Xt-1)/s; where X is any variable and s is time)

Please explain how to get the answer 1.45 percent for 1973 to 1996, and 2.76 percent for 1996 to 2007 by using the natural log growth equation as required.
