Hey Tutors I M Taking Psyc 300a At Ubc Abnormal Psychology Could Someone Please

Hey tutors,

I’m taking PSYC 300A at UBC (Abnormal Psychology). Could someone please explain the distinctions between (1) systematic desensitization, (2) flooding and (3) panic provocation procedures? They all seem very similar to me.
