Hello, I’m trying to find the basic earnings per share and diluted earnings per share based on this document provided to me. I have a couple of answers in relation to it , but I really would like to double check on how it’s completed.

Basically, can I get basic earnings per share by taking the net income $6,663 and subtracting it from cash dividends of $2 per share before dividing that amount by weighted average shares outstanding of 1,020…?

Hello ! I have trouble with my financial analysis case study (attached files).

In Part A, I have trouble determining the 14th transaction. Should I put it in cash and expenses ? Is it part of the balance sheet or the income statement ?

In part B, I have difficulty calculating the invested capital (it is shareholders’ equity + financial liabilities), I have trouble identifying liabilities in this case…

It is the same for the cash flows using the indirect method (I know that there are operating, investing and financing activities). As there are no plant and property, I suppose that are no investing activities, but what about the other statements ?

Thank you for your help !

Regards

Hello,

I’m looking for support and directions to start my Persuasive Essay. Topic is “Make a case for or against outsourcing employee training to another organization instead of offering it in house”. Paper length: 5-7 pages.

What “at least 4 aspects of persuasion” would you identify?

The objective of this type of essay is to try to persuade your audience toward your point of view or to take a specific action by using logic and reason to sway them to accept your recommendation and point of view. In business, we often want to persuade others to take a recommended action that we believe is the best alternative.

Thank you so much!!

Hello I’m looking for some assistance in this assignment

The Shoe Store Incident

You are the regional manager of a shoe store chain, which is one of many located in the metro area. Bob, a manager, works at a mall location. One day, Bob calls you with the following situation:

About an hour ago, the store’s best customer, Imelda, walked in and asked Bob if an employee could help her get the proper fitting for her shoes. Bob explained that Tom, a sales employee, would be happy to help her.

Imelda, however, said she would prefer to work with a female employee, and that if a female employee helped her, she would probably buy five pairs of shoes.

Bob explained to you that Mary, another sales employee, was working the back room. Each day, two employees work in the store: one working the front, and one working the back. They rotate on a daily basis because the person working the front gets the commissions for the day. This is company policy, and neither Bob nor you have the flexibility to change that policy—so there is no chance to split the commission. Today is Tom’s day to earn commission.

Bob asks you what he should do. Should Bob swap Tom and Mary so that the store gets the benefit of Imelda’s purchases, or should he stand firm that only Tom is available to sell her shoes?

In a 1400-word analysis, discuss what legal and ethical issues arise in this case, and what legal and ethical principles guide this decision? What choice would you make and why?

Running head: The shoe store Incident THE SHOE STOREINCIDENT /2016 1 Running head: The shoe store IncidentI feel that Bob has to do what the client asks him, since it won’t hurt the business and…
