Pillar 2 describes the limits for capital buffers in line with categorization. The support sets the capital adequacy requirements in a digressive manner that depends on the size of the institution and its complexity. These limits described by this support include the capital ratio that is applicable to establish the capital adequacy of an institution. The other limit is the capital ratio that needs an immediate action according to the supervisory law. The pillar claims that all financial institutions need to improve the quality of its financial status the help to meet the capital adequacy target of the whole system. Another trait common to most of the financial institutions includes an inability to fulfill the capital buffer target. Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Business Of the Art. It needs to be at least 1750 words.

This essay focuses on several things that make Martial Arts a viable business option. One is the fact that it does not go out of style. After years of existence, Martial Arts did not only persist, it has evolved and has allowed the development of even more Martial Arts. This has happened despite the lack of a definitive international body that will push for the growth of the sports. Hollywood exposure is also helping the art in getting more attention from the mainstream market. As more and more fighting techniques are developed, Hollywood is learning how to use different disciplines in a single movie. This produces greater interest on the sport. It is not enough that awareness about the discipline increases, it is more important that awareness among the right people about the art increases. Martial arts practitioners in movies are always projected to be the tough guys. This attracts people who are interested in learning how to fight. Fighting techniques are used for survival and military combat and not for anything else. It is stated by the researcher that there may be a need for different martial arts organization to come together to come up with a universal plan on how to promote the sport. Once the marketing strategy is cleared out, it would be easier for gym owners to make business sense out of martial arts. The mere fact that martial arts remain a billion dollar industry despite the lack of international marketing strategy proves and shows the potential that the sport has.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Broker by John Grisham. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

“The Broker” is Joel Backman, a lawyer/lobbyist who went to prison six years ago for conspiring to sell a satellite system to an unnamed party outside the United States. The outgoing President, Arthur Morgan offers him pardon and he is released from prison, to be scuttled out of the country and hidden away in Italy. Backman had been sent to prison six years ago because he had been the broker in a deal to control the software that operates the latest to-secret spy satellite system. The Director of the CIA convinces the President to pardon him but the motive behind his action is not altruistic. The reason for engineering Backman’s release and helping him to go into hiding is to set him up as bait to fish out the parties involved in the deal for the satellite software.

The CIA figures that whoever owns the satellite will find Blackman and kill him for having allowed himself to be caught six years ago. But since they have Backman under surveillance they will have the opportunity to unearth that vital piece of intelligence.

Grisham’s book involves politics, espionage and above all the vital element of surveillance that forms an essential component of contemporary intelligence activity. The key element that drives this book on to its climax is the fact that the reader does not know who put up the secret satellites and who’s trying to buy the software and the intense surveillance maintained on Backman as he lives in Italy is geared towards unlocking these secrets. Backman however, has his own plans and he doesn’t plan to let either side get to him. But the information he is privy to about the secret satellite system makes him a prime target. He is constantly under surveillance and the novel demonstrates the extent to which the advances in development of satellite technology have led to its increasingly intrusive role, blurring the lines between

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Brand Promotion of Tesco in Beijing City, Based on the Program of Sales Promotion of Tescos Products to housewives in Beijing. It needs to be at least 13500 words.

Tesco is involved in below the line activities to keep the housewives attracted but it needs to focus more on such activities.

The main problem that the firm is facing is that it cannot establish itself as a low priced retailer. This is because the housewives are knowledgeable about the market and know where to get the best price from. Thus Tesco needs to improve upon its promotional tools to face local competition and to alter the image the consumers have of the brand.

The Chinese market is very different and has a lot of cultures. Thus Tesco has to adapt to the preferences of the different types of people. The firm uses all types of brand and sales promotion mediums, the rational modes of advertisements are still dominating the market. Television is overpowering other communication mediums like print medium and the internet.

However, the firm should not only focus on the traditional mode of communication. Rather they should expand their horizon and try to use other mediums the internet and technology based marketing tools. Zhen (2007) explains that this is because it is a futuristic view and at some point such technological advances will become an eminent part of the market. At the same time, to reach the consumers currently Tesco has to focus more on television as it is a more reliable mode of communication with the consumers. The consumers truest the television and thus it will help Tesco get the message across. Print media is another option like magazines to reach particular target markets, especially house wives. Moreover, fliers, word of mouth and below the line activities can also be looked into. Below the line activities may have a greater impact on women and help promote the brand. To encourage sales promotion, in store promotions may also work well with women and help influence their decision making.

As per Zhen (2007) Tesco is facing a challenging market in China as it is finding it difficult to

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Book of the Dead: The History of Plight. It needs to be at least 1750 words.

In the Depression era a new genre was evolved, the documentary, it was a significant area of reportage that aimed to shape our public knowledge with feelings. Rukeyser in her poems by using the technique of social documentary emphasized the historical importance of the event by focusing on the causes of those happenings to brace up social changes. Dos Passos’s, “42nd Parallel” the trilogy, published in early 1930 changed the conventional plot, recurrent in fiction, by adding biographies of political celebrities. Dos Passos says, “writer is after all only a machine for absorbing and arranging certain sequences of words out of the lives of people around him.” We have the resonance of these comments in the Book of the Dead. Other writers, who had a tilt towards the Left, were also influenced by the above-mentioned comments of Dos Passo. It was the emergence of New American culture and in poetry the traditional pastoral lyricism had the content of the modern mass media .The Book of the Dead, a book to commemorate the plight of the down-trodden. the workers, was a protest against the corporate culture. And she betrayed an allegiance with the proletariats, who are the prostrate segment of the society. Instead of becoming the slogan chanters the intellectuals like Rukeyser became the “voice of the destitute” to dismantle every pillar of discrimination be it sex, race or the have- nots. She decided not to write of women in their dances and wildness it was like the exile from self but to write of their plight and struggle was the aim of the writer.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Beginning Scene of Katherine Mansfields A Cup of Tea. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

Moving first from the character description into expository explanation of her history to the final relating of what happens, including little snippets of dialogue. Though we do get closer, we never get close to Rosemary Fell. We are always distanced, allowing us to understand her and also to feel superior to her in some ways. The end of this description sets us up for the rest of the story, introducing the contrast of the rich, rather plain, shallow and privileged Rosemary Fell to the pretty, unassuming and quiet little waif.

The first couple of lines become extremely important and obviously astute at the end of the story: “Rosemary Fell was not exactly beautiful. No, you couldn’t have called her beautiful. Pretty? Well, if you took her to pieces…..But why be so cruel as to take anyone to pieces?” (Mansfield, K. 2002, 362-4) This is an interesting comment on the narrator, possibly the author’s self opinion, that she could be decidedly cruel, because the subject was an easy victim and fit the role or possibly that it is her nature, but she will display the control of herself for our admiration. We really do not know what might have been going through the author’s mind at the time of the writing, whether or not she pictured the narrator as herself or another character. However, we do know that the narrator is decidedly a member of the “inner circle” taking a poke or two at Rosemary Fell, and she is another character. I say she after careful consideration of the text. The narrator is definitely female.

The ending of the first paragraph where the narrator mentions the guests at Rosemary’s parties includes famous people and, “artists – quaint creatures, discoveries of hers, some of them too terrifying for words, but others quite presentable and amusing,” is a very telling phrase. Katherine Mansfield has not been seen as a feminist writer until somewhat recently, though writers like Brigid Brophy certainly numbered her among the feminists.Perhaps this is because she never preaches, but simply shows us life as it was in her time (she died in 1923) Her fiction does not focus upon the status of women directly, but their status and their conditioning to that status are certainly partly responsible for their thoughts, attitudes, and actions. Each of the women in this passage is conditioned to their status. In fact, even the one man who appears is conditioned to his status, which is based upon economics. So we see that she has shown us class divisions and yet not preached about them.&nbsp. Just as Van Gogh used his art to make statements about the peasants of rural France, Mansfield paints prose portraits as a statement about class and gender conditioning and discrimination.&nbsp. We don’t have to be told that the differences among the characters in this passage are arbitrary and unfair. We can see it and we react to it. The unnoticed nudge may be far more powerful than the visible ram because it can be repeated over and over again.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The assignment should consist of one article on the latest developments on the pathophysiology of a named disease. (Drug treatments for Alzherimers Disease). It needs to be at least 2000 words.

Developing management plans for the disease has been a daunting task that is still being researched on. It has been established that the disease cannot be cured but it can be managed to prevent continued degeneration.

Anticholinergic drugs were used at that time with the use levodopa being adopted later. This was done after the discovery of dopaminergic deficits in the pathophysiology of the disease. The disease is quite common and affects the nervous system with patients having symptoms such as tremor, slowness in movement, rigidity and instability. It’s a neurodegenerative disorder and research shows that it affects about one per cent of the population from the age of seventy (Savitt, Dawson & Ted, 2006). The greatest development in the treatment of PD was the development of ways to correct dopamine deficiency which is greatly associated with the disease. Halting disease progression has been the greatest nightmare in science and medicine as the medical therapy used is just used to provide temporary relief and not a long term solution for the disease.

The need, to do this research on Parkinson’s disease, was necessitated by the fact it is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder (Barbara & Lang, 2014). There are various factors associated with the onset of the disease with various genetic and environmental factors being thought to have an interaction that results to the disease (Bekris, Mata & Zabetian, 2010). Familial Parkinsonism which is detected when patients show symptoms such as rigidity, tremor and slowness in movement has been shown to be caused by mutation in six genes which include SNCA, ATP13A2, PINK1, DJ1, PRKN and LRRK2 (Bekris, Mata & Zabetian, 2010). Other factors, which have been seen as predisposing factors or leading to the disease, include variation in the MAPT, SNCA, and LRRK2. Putting the individual at a vulnerable position makes them to show the symptoms

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The American Civil War as a period of killing and loss for the American nation. It needs to be at least 750 words.

The paper tells that losses were incurred on the population of the South, North as well as the African Americans during the Civil War. The experience of death and suffering spread as a plague during the period of war. The concept of dying in honor and killing was changed and it is for this reason that the American society and the government today place high respect for those who die in civil service. Before this war, most of the Americans had died at home with their families. When this war started, men mainly had to go to the fields preparing themselves to die in honor as their religion suggested. This led to a psychological adjustment of finding someone on the battlefield who could pass their message to the kin if they were to die a good death. The Civil War resulted in a large number of deaths and altered many important aspects of the life of the North, South as well as the African Americans. The present research has identified that the consequences of the American civil war were unimaginable for both the sides that are the North, as well as the South but the people from the South, suffered greatly. This is because the Southern side did not have much of capacity both in terms of wealth and power. Despite its reduced strength, the Southerners initially thought that they were strong enough to take over North and would be able to conquer it easily. As a result of this lack of judgment, South lost more of its people. &nbsp.
