Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The english housel development. It needs to be at least 250 words.

the beauty and design have to be concordant to each other in such a way that the scheme may explore the needful appearance of the concept in theory1. The relation between Hitchcock and Pugin is that Hitchcock is a critic of building design and he finds Pugin to follow such dimension in his work.

The narratives of Pugin are very sensitive in terms of explaining the true sense of functionalism. Such narratives have proven as effective context of understanding design process of functionalism beauty in structures, it is significant to note that the Hitchcock address beholds instruments and the changing circumstances which have conveyed the eligibility of process designing. The criticism that has been put forward by Pugin in his address of functionalism as a process of design critic does not just enhance the limitations and shortcomings but it rather takes a constructive approach to discuss this area of design and aesthetics. On the other hand, Shaw has been critically acclaimed by Muthesius with the usage of sculpture examples in the address. This is fairly different from the approach of Hitchcock who takes a case study approach to solve such aspects2. Thus, it can be said that my personal viewpoint considers the assessment and critical claim of Hitchcock to Pugin’s design is appropriate and worth it as mentioned, “ It is proper to remark that the cluster of pinnacles at A are not carried up for mere ornament, pinnacle at the point of

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Hawaiian revolution ( History of the United States ). It needs to be at least 500 words.

This paper will look at some of the events that led to the Hawaiian Revolution, and what the revolution meant to the people of Hawaii during that period.

Being a monarchial state, Hawaii was ruled by a royal family, which ensured the safety and protection of the land. The king, David Kalakaua, got his authority from the people of Hawaii after successfully managing to reduce the power of the missionaries in the region. He ruled but was unsuccessful in completely eliminating the foreign powers in Hawaii, who would later turn against him. This led to the drafting of a new constitution that would limit his authority (Lightner 67). After the death of the king, Liliuokalani, his sister, succeeded him in 1891 and she refused to recognize the constitution in place opting to bring forth another that would give the native Hawaiians the right to vote and restore power to the monarch.

It was at this point that the wealthy American class in Hawaii chose to establish the 13-member committee, which would ensure that the queen was overthrown for her treachery against the constitution. The coup took place on January 17, 1893 after the shooting and wounding of a police officer who tried to cease armament meant for the committee. In order to avert violence in the region, the queen opted to surrender peacefully after her palace was surrounded by the committee’s militia. It was at this point that the committee put in place a government that would rule the region and had a president who was given the authority to rule over the dominion. In 1895, however, a group of Hawaiian loyalists who believed in the old ways and traditions started their own coup, but failed in securing the region back to its rightful owners (Fritz 59).

In some history books, this has been identified as the counter-revolution, which was brief and the lack of casualties makes it largely forgotten by most people. After its failure, the

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The emotional intelligence competence I most want to develop and why’. It needs to be at least 500 words.

This developed my insight on what competencies constitute emotional intelligence and scopes of the competencies. I then applied the derived knowledge to examine my intelligence potentials.

Based on the literature review and self-evaluation, I identified self-confidence, self-control, and initiative as my top three emotional intelligence competencies. My identified weakest competencies are however adaptability, innovativeness, and communication. This activity was useful in facilitating self-awareness for personal development. Its developmental aspect was based on the activity’s scope that created awareness of elements of different emotional intelligence competencies towards understanding personal competency and the need for improvement.

My identified strength in self-confidence, self-control, and initiative means that I can exercise integrity in managerial or leadership roles within my profession. Even though my weaknesses may challenge my leadership and managerial potentials, I can improve on them to enhance my capacity to lead and manage.

Adaptability is the emotional intelligence competence that I most wish to develop. This is because of its scope that is instrumental to achieving change, a very critical concept in leadership and management. In improving my adaptability competence, I seek the ability to multitask and manage priorities in dynamic environments, and become flexible to people’s responses and my perceptions. I will apply the SMARTER goal as a strategy to making the desired development.

My specific objective is to improve my adaptability competencies. I will measure my competencies through an independent examiner who will evaluate and rate my adaptability potentials on an interval scale. Improving on my adaptability capacity will require financial resources for a qualitative research that aims at understanding people’s strategies to developing and improving their adaptability potentials. The process will also require human

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The halo effect in persuasion. It needs to be at least 750 words.

Robert Cialdini (psychology professor) suggested six principles of persuasion. These are principle of reciprocation, principle of scarcity, principle of authority, principle of commitment and consistency, principle of consensus, and the principle of liking. In this report, however, only principle of reciprocation will be discussed.

According to Cialdini (2006) such a principle can be clearly seen in each of the human cultures. Principle of reciprocation requires that a person repays what another person has provided. In other words, it is like doing a favor while expecting them to return it at a later stage. The second way by which the Rule of Reciprocity may allow for a rise in the compliance makes use of a slight variation on the actual subject: rather than to provide a favor initially which would lead to a stimulation of a returned favor, a person might rather decided on a first concession which would result in a return concession. There is a certain compliance process that is called the “reject-then-retreat-technique”, or “door-in-the-face-technique”, has a major dependence upon the stress of reciprocating concessions. Through initiating with a major favor of which there is a major probability of rejection, the requester can later beneficially back away with a smaller request, which is the one that was needed since the beginning. There is a probability of such a request being accepted since seemingly it is a concession.

I applied principle of reciprocation on two people. One was a friend, while other was a stranger. This helped me find whether the other person returned favor only because he was a friend and/or just being nice, or was it the principle of reciprocation. I applied both, rule of reciprocation and the reject-then-retreat technique.

The rule of reciprocation failed to work with my friend,

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Gospel of Thomas. It needs to be at least 250 words.

The gospel of Thomas

The gospel of Thomas comprises of a collection of traditional sayings, prophesies and parables that were made by Jesus Christ. The name ‘Gospel of Thomas’ is a translation of the Greek dated back to A.D. 200. Didymos Judas Thomas is recognized for authoring a book. He was identified within the Syrian church as an apostle as well as a twin brother to Jesus.

The gospel of Thomas’s relationship to the New Testament has been a matter of very particular interest. Per se, many of the most of the sayings in the book have parallels in the synoptic gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke. It is believed that the sayings are a collection of what the living Jesus spoke. The group intentions are esoteric. According to the book, there are several other aspects in a person’s divine identity. Among the aspects is divine character recognition and ones’ origin recognition.

The book stipulates that a disciple shall return to his or her origin if he or she becomes separate from the world. The disciple is supposed to strip off the fleshly garments and pass by the present corruptible existence. After that the disciple shall experience a new world referred to as the kingdom of light, peace and life. There exist 114 sayings in the book that are not included in the manuscript but followed by most scholars today.

The Gospel of Thomas suggests that Thomas and Jesus were so close during Jesus’ work on earth. Thomas wrote all the sayings that Jesus said in His lifetime moments. Most of the sayings resemble those found in the conical gospel. Consequently, the influence of Gnostic theology is clearly present in the Gospel of Thomas. Even so, it is still not clear to distinguish the work by identifying it with any particular school sect.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Global Pharmaceutical Industry. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

The pharmaceutical companies have come under pressure due to the cost-cutting measures being applied in the seven major markets (Bionaturis, 2008). Apart from the credit crunch, novel products have entered the market contributing to the declining return on investment in the pharmaceutical sector.&nbsp. Pharma companies thus have to come out with innovative products but this ability is determined by the external environment. Streamlining research and development and making strategic pipeline decisions has become vital to survival. It has become vital for pharma companies to differentiate themselves from their competitors and secure their financial future (Bionaturis, 2008).

Health care costs and the quality of patient care are the two primary concerns in the industry today. Physicians try to substitute branded versions with the generic alternatives and thus bring about significant cost savings with minimum therapeutic impact (Gonzalez, Sismeiro, Dutta & Stern, 2008). Introduction of generics could present an opportunity for managers of competing brands that are still under patent protection. Managers could base their resource allocation decisions on the outcome of the generic entry and the incumbent responses. Physicians’ characteristics and prescribing decision impact the sale of generic versions, research suggests.

The industry is in the declining stage and attrition rate is high. This is the cause of failure of all research and development activities. Firms cannot afford to eliminate investment, generate cash and divest in this stage (Harrigan & Porter, n.d.).&nbsp. Most organizations concentrate on brand building only when they are prospering but do not bother about it when the sales and profits are threatened (Tregert & Westerlund, 2003).

A firm in any industry must be able to exploit information horizontally and vertically. The drivers have to be identified and the needs recognized. Strategic priorities have to be identified and constraints evaluated. Technology has to be integrated into the business process while retaining intellectual property rights. Innovation and research are supporting factors in the pharma industry.&nbsp.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Generic Strategy Followed by Wal Mart and Leadership by Sourcing from Suppliers. It needs to be at least 4250 words.

Wal-Mart sells a variety of products like fresh food, health and wellness products, office products and consumables. Wal-Mart thus sells health and beauty aids, family apparel, electronic items, fabrics, toys, crafts, shoes, jewellery, and other general merchandise. The company also has a pharmacy, a Tire and Lube Express and a photo processing centre (www.walmart.com). Wal-Mart thus sells quality products which are branded at the lowest prices possible and often negotiates directly with manufacturers thereby doing away with cost enhancing intermediaries (Vance & Scott, 1994). Wal-Mart also emphasizes environmental efforts and community participation. While initially, the company established stores in smaller towns, it was only gradually that it expanded in most large cities. While cutting its overheads, Wal-Mart sought to continuously offer the best value of its products to customers. The decline in the economy also favoured low price retail stores like Wal-Mart. As a business model, Wal-Mart has adopted a niche concept by dividing its retail division into Wal-Mart Supercenters, Wal-Mart stores, Sam’s Clubs and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Stores. The Wal-Mart stores and Superstores provide the family-shopping experience by selling all kinds of groceries and general merchandise while Sam’s Clubs constitute warehouse clubs that cater only to members. The Neighborhood Markets offer customers the convenience of shopping locally for groceries, fresh foods, pharmaceuticals and other merchandise.

The utmost visible health rights crisis is 50 million people are without any healthcare insurance. The prime purpose of the project is to focus on the thesis statement. Furthermore, the report also explores the benefits provided by healthcare system of United States to the population. It is believed that the health care system of United States is one of the most complex and largest healthcare systems. The U.S. health system analyses the health financing, health system performance, health reforms, health-care provision and developments in organizations. This system has notable weaknesses and significant strengths. Some of the considerable strengths of the system are high quality of medical specialists, robust health care research program and well trained medical department workforce. However, it also has some weaknesses such as incomplete attention towards health expenditure and citizenry, lack of instructing effective health information technology and unequal distribution of outcomes and resources. It is supposed that these drawbacks of healthcare system can heavily influence the sustainable development of the country. There are large numbers of evidence to state that Federal Government is heavily focusing on improving the healthcare issues of United States of America.
