Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Rooms Division. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

This research focuses on room division operations with reference to Nadler Soho, which is a strategically located hotel off Oxford Street. The Tottenham Court Tube Station is situated 400 meters from the hotel while the British Museum is less than 1 kilometre away. In the neighbourhood are several bars and restaurants. The Nadler Soho offers state of the art accommodation facilities comprising well-designed rooms installed with Wi-Fi for guests, global digital newspapers and an LED television set. The rooms comprise modern shower rooms and a hair drier to ensure maximal convenience. Guests are also provided with a small food cupboard and a laptop computer safe.

There are a set of legislation in the UK that directly influence the room operations for hotels in the UK. The law of civil rights requires that disabled people be treated equally as other guests. Access to rooms must be provided equally and ramps must be built for use by people with disabilities. Toilets should also be disability friendly among other aspects of the room division. The equality act is against discrimination of any kind including disability, gender, marital status, race, religion and sexual orientation among other social aspects that are predisposed to discrimination (Clark & Chen, 2007).

Fire exits must be clearly marked and adequate information provided to the guest in case of a fire outbreak. All such exists are required to open outwards to maximize efficiency of exit in case of fire. Fire fighting equipment need to be installed and marked clearly. Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Rolling Stones the Gangster in the Huddle. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

The storyline illustrates that these factors led to his dalliance with guns, inability to entangle him from the gang culture and subsequently, violence. In the end, this proves to be the main catalyst in a process whose end is the fall of a young and immensely gifted athlete’s from grace. The overall purpose is to demonstrate that a lifestyle on the fast lane, characterized by debauchery and little regard to consequences of one’s actions, is incompatible with sustained success on the sports field. The overall message to the audience is that the athlete, in this case, is a prisoner of his own past. The choices he makes lead to sad consequences. As the story progresses, the writer employs logos in an apparent attempt at convincing the audience that Aaron bears liability for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

The first paragraph describes Aaron, in the company of Odin, as engaging in “five-star debauch” in the days prior to Odin’s demise. In successive paragraphs, there is the focus on the athlete’s involvement in substance abuse, gang culture, and club fights. The third paragraph states that he was using a drug described as “maniacal angel dust” and had already formed an association with a “crew of gangsters”. The writer also points to eyewitness reports describing assailants fitting Aaron’s character at a crime scene. The audience is gradually prepared for Odin’s execution through the description of the athlete’s lifestyle. The writer creates the impression of a paranoid man living on the edge. The article states that Aaron sucker-punched a waiter leaving him with a damaged eardrum.

While WTO has increased access to international markets, IMF has assisted some countries achieve positive balances of payment. However, many have criticized the two institutions. For example, IMF has been criticized for formulation policies that make it difficult for some countries to access IMF loan. This report explains the role of WTO and IMF. It also explains the impacts of the two institutions have had on global businesses.

According to Morrison (2011), IMF and the World Bank are two institutions formed to provide funds. The two institutions are also called Bretton Woods Institutions because they were formed in Bretton Woods. Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Robert Cialdini: Influence: Science and Practice. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Thus various tactics used to persuade or stimulate others are explained in the book and these tactics come under the classification of six basic categories of reciprocation, consistency, social proof, liking, authority, and scarcity.

Another powerful concept that the book explains is the key of attracting the customers or viewers attention by using the idea of scarcity –the rule of few i.e. using labels like limited availability, short time only or restricting the information in order to stimulate viewers to know more about it. In addition, using the appropriate caption added to the sale of the product to a large extent. For instance, the caption used in the present book is-‘over a quarter million copies sold’-hence an idea of influencing the readers or viewers so that they demand more information and respond positively.

Incase of approaches described in the book, first effective and learnable is that we should avoid social proof. The situation becomes worse when we do not know much about things we are going to do. So, we really ignore our own consciousness and mentality, which is risky. The notion is well beneficial for both person as well as organization, since own intellectual and judgments can escape us from blunders those we were going to act just because of social proof.

The second very awakening idea illustrated in chapter 8-Instant Influence-truly warns us not to rely our decisions on small primitive piece of the information rather than the total available one. Hence, the chapter informs the professionals to use the maximum accessible information as well as the normal man to furnish his decisions on the basis of complete information.

As far as the personal assessment is concerned, the book is quite beneficial to everyone whether the individual is student of management, marketing professional, a common customer of a market. Although book explained each and every concept in an organized way yet it

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Rites of Passage for Mesai and Nubian culture. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

In the Maasai culture, ceremonies are used as a way of expressing their culture and self-determination. All the ceremonies form a part of their lives because they are rites of passage. The younger Maasai boys and girls get very anxious to reach the right age and qualify to go through these rites of passage. The pre-circumcision ceremony referred to as Enkipaata is the first boy’s initiation. It is arranged by the fathers of the new age-set group. The ceremony is carried out only when the senior warriors have been settled. Boys aged between 14-16 years later move all around their land in a period of about five months giving information that they will be forming their new age-set.

The boys going through initiation are offered a house which has been built in their respect. The Maasai prophet, known as Oloiboni, is responsible for choosing the location of the houses where all the boys of the whole community will be initiated. During this process, the chief of the boys, known as Olopolosi, is chosen, although this position is considered by the community as unfortunate. This is because the chief of the boys is the person supposed to carry all the sins committed by members of his age-group. The boys to be initiated are supposed to sleep in the forest, and at dawn they run towards the homestead and go in with a raider’s attitude. They dance throughout the day of the ceremony dressed in loose clothes. It is after this ceremony that the boys are ready for circumcision.

The circumcision ceremony is the most important rite of passage in the Maasai community, for men and women. It is the process that develops young girls and boys from childhood to adulthood. However, due to upcoming challenges of civilization and the 21st century, circumcision for Maasai women has been fading over the years. Once a Maasai boy has been circumcised, they become warriors. After becoming warriors, they fully take the responsibility

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Scientific( Virology ). It needs to be at least 3000 words.

This antibody has proved essential in management of the virus development in succeptible children. To date, Ribavirin stands as the only accredited drug against the circus. Nevertheless, the applicability of this sophisticated drug has been subject to cost and toxicity constrains thus limiting its use.

As a consequence, there remains an urgent need for research ventures aimed at developing more effective anti-RSV treatments. To fuse with the host cell, the virus uses glycoprotein F. therefore, this knowledge could be used in drug targeting to develop anti-protein F medications.

Through research ventures, the first strain of the virus was harvested from the chimps respiratory channel, and has since been widely associated with infants and newly born babies. Notably though, the virus lacks age specificity with its incedences being noted among adult humans. Currently, it is estimated that the disease causes approximately 34 million infections of the lower respiratory tract among children. Out of these, an approximate 10% often require hospitalization to recover. Sadly, up to 7% of the hospitalised children end up losing their battle against the virus, with fatality rates in developed states accounting for just 1% of the total.

While world health systems are continuously laying foundations in attempts to develop an ideal vaccine and medication against the infection, this has faced many hurdles. In the end, the world remains stuck with Palivizumab as the only humanized antibody compliant to the guidelines of the Food and Drugs Authority. This artificially articulated MAb targets the virus by identifying its antigenic F-protein and mounting immunological response against the virus. On the other hand, the virus can be managed through transcription arrest in this RNA-virus, an approach that has been exploited in the designing of Ribavirin. However, such RNA targeting drugs are highly costly to produce,, while others

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Risk management. It needs to be at least 3250 words.

This process is to benefit from the use of the PDCA cycle, as well as the FOCUS model-based situation analysis (Yoder-Wise, 2010. American Society for Quality, n.d.. Garkovich, 2009. Wilburn, 2012).

In the case at hand, the patient was admitted into the ER as a stroke suspect, but the tests yielded negative for stroke with the CT scan. The urine tests showed the presence of opiates, leading the staff to suspect the use of IV drugs by the patient. He is negative for aphasia, and has no signs of having had a seizure, even though that was the suspicion,. He was under observation the past 24 hours. Not being certain of the problem in Mr. Xs case, the care staff moved him to a unit on acute care. There he is left without restraints, shirtless, and wearing just a pair of boxing shorts. As nurse administrator, the flag for Rapid Response showed the patient hysterical and asking for help. The intervention given was an facial mask-delivered oxygen, and following the protocol of getting the cardiac monitor attached to the patient as per the Rapid response protocol. The staff seemed paralyzed and unable to know how to deal with the crisis. The protocol fails, as the patient only takes a minute to start acting up again, and removing the mask and the monitor. The EKG reading was normal, and the protocol having failed, the staff did not know how to proceed. The patient escapes and is seen at home. The patient returns the next day with a headache and discomfort in the chest area that are self-reported. The same unit as the previous day accommodates him, but the staff are understandably wary. Three hours hence they recorded another emergency from the patient The patient complained of pain in the stomach. The doctor is called, but the nurse in charge of the case and the other staff keep their distance from Mr. X (Yoder-Wise, 2010. American Society for Quality, n.d.. Garkovich, 2009. Wilburn,

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Separation of Power in U.S. Government. It needs to be at least 750 words.

for the elaboration of the ground rules on which the American state had to be based, that the concentration of all powers in a single pair of hands was not acceptable and could possibly lead to usurpation of power. Thus, the framers of the American Constitution began their work on this monumental document having regard to the above.

In 1748, long before the United States of America gained independence in 1776, The Spirit of the Laws, a book written by the Baron de Montesquieu, laid down conditions of separate branches of power with different tasks and responsibilities (Vile, 1967). This doctrine was used by the framers of the American Constitution. In 1786 twelve states of the USA slated 74 delegates who had to participate in the creation of the Constitution. The constitutional process was initiated by the Federal Convention that took place in Philadelphia in December of 1786 and the first half of 1787. Some of the delegates never arrived to Philadelphia to take part in the Convention and put a priority on other issues of state formation. A State of Rhode Island, for instance, did not send its representatives to the Convention taking with a grain of salt the constitutional process per se for some reasons (Carey, 2009). Hence, out of 74 registered delegates only 55 attended the Federal Convention. Those who took active part and contributed greatly to the creation of the Constitution of the United States of America shared the principles of the separation of powers and adhered to this doctrine all the way down.

The separation of powers in the American Constitution is based on a simple concept, according to which there must be three independent branches of the government with different functions. Thus, under the Constitution of the USA the government consists of the legislative, executive and judicial branches that have limited functions and balance each other in order to avoid the accumulation of powers within one authority. This concept is one of the cornerstones

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Separating out plain pins. It needs to be at least 250 words.

The circuit design for the control mechanism was the most challenging part and required acknowledging the theoretical aspects of components used in designing the circuit. The selected components were selected with some tolerance margin resulting in making adjustments to the control system too. The procedure is rather challenging and prone to errors yet the design process, and pin separation can be implemented better using micro-processers and micro-controllers. When a mass number of pins is to be separated in an industry, dedicated control systems are required. The design utilized the understanding of the pins diameter in coming up with the sliding tray area. Future design for the experiment should consider the use of completely automated measurement system that allows more than two pin groups. It should consider the pin sizes and come up with selection criteria for the individual

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Sensation & Perception. It needs to be at least 750 words.

Red, green, and blue are some of my favorite colors because they are pleasant to my senses. however, the color blue is particularly meaningful to me, or I ‘perceive’ this color as special from the rest because every time I am wearing blue I usually get what I wanted. Call it luck, but it is true for me. According to some psychologists, many people like the colors red, green, and blue because we have special ‘cones’ that immediately recognize light waves for these three colors (Nicholas, 2009). But different people perceive different colors differently, because of what they call ‘perceptual expectancy’ (Weiner, 2003). I define this as perception that is based on our experiences and biological tendencies.

But what interests me most with regard to sensation and perception is the concept of ‘pain’. All of us experience pain, but how pain is felt differs from person to person. They call it ‘pain threshold’ (Weiner, 2003). If you have a low pain threshold you can easily feel pain, whereas those who have a high pain threshold are quite resistant to several types of pain. Our senses determine what is painful and what is not. But what interests me is how perception can change our pain threshold. According to psychologists, there are three perception-based factors that can alter how we feel pain, namely, expectations, personality, and mood (Nicholas, 2009). If you expect something to hurt, like being pricked by a needle, then it will definitely hurt. If you have a negative kind of personality (e.g. pessimistic), then you feel pain even more. And if you have a bad mood, like being angry, then your experience of pain will increase. I will try to briefly examine these concepts in my second blog
