Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Pulmonary Tuberculosis. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

Symptoms of TB include coughing that lasts for more than three weeks, coughing with blood, chest pain, difficulties in breathing, weight loss for no apparent reason, chronic fatigue, fever, night sweats, chills, and appetite loss.

If TB is suspected, the doctor may require the patient to undergo a complete medical evaluation. Tests for TB infection includes the following: skin test (Mantoux test) where PPD tuberculin is injected under the skin of the inside forearm. chest X-ray or CT scan of the lungs to detect granuloma or cavities. culture tests of sputum. biopsy of the affected tissue. bronchoscopy. thoracentesis. or microscopic-observation-drug susceptibility (MODS) assay to detect bacteria presence in sputum and identify drug resistance of TB bacteria strain. The latter tests are done when skin and blood tests are positive.

Nahid et al promoted the more advanced tools for detecting tuberculosis (2006). Two commercial kits are available for detecting latent TB – the QuantiFERON-TB Gold test and the T SPOT-TB test – which “detect cellular immune response by measuring IFN-γ released by T cells after stimulation by Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens”. Another recent advance in diagnosing TB is the nuclear acid amplification (NAA) which detects genes associated with drug resistance. Nahid et al recommend these more recent diagnostic tools because of their greater specificity, accuracy, and reliability (2006). MODS trial is still the predominant testing tool in developing countries while NAA is available in developed countries.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Reaction Paper to Ba’Nikongo: Caribbean Emancipation. It needs to be at least 500 words.

This paper will examine some of the events that led to what is usually seen today in most areas, in the world.

In the Caribbean, there was the presence of labour. However, the plantation owners needed labour that was economically friendly to them at the time. They, therefore, opted to ship Africans from Africa to work in their plantation farms. In the colonies, labour was available. The only problem that existed with this labour was that, it needed extra capital to employ in the fields. Africans shipped to the Caribbean as human cargo were treated cruelly in these plantation farms (Ba’Nikongo 152). This was the nature of plantation life in the colonies.

Europe already had a foothold in the African continent (Ba’Nikongo 152). This made the transfer of Africans to other colonies easier for them, and harder for all those who had to be shipped to foreign lands. Racism was not the reason behind slavery as people would have the world believe, but slavery became the reason why racism exists. Many Africans in the diaspora are usually looked down upon because their ancestors were once slaves. It may be, therefore, right to say that slavery was the cause of racism, the world over.

There are some factors that led to the decline of slavery, and the emancipation effort in the Caribbean colonies. One might be excused for thinking this decline was because abolitionist’s cry for the cessation of slavery and human cruelty was heard (Ba’Nikongo 153). They played a part in this revolution, but sadly, they are not the main reason for the decline of slavery. The struggle to be free from slavery became the sole purpose for the decline and fight against slavery.

There was the need for economic transformation in the Caribbean, which forced the people to fight for their land. This need was what pushed slaves into wanting their liberty, and the right to conduct their economic affairs better. The

listically behaved sector to a private owned and liberalized one since the 1980s with the privatization of British Telecom and the introduction of competition in the US long distance services (Wallsten, 2001). Based on the theoretical perspectives on privatization, it has been argued that the privatization of telecommunication sector will result in increasing the sector’s efficiency and overall performance. The empirical studies show the results varying in different countries.

Given this background, this essay critically evaluates the privatization process of telecommunications all over the world and its impact. This essay is organized as follows. Section 2 discusses the privatization process of telecommunication sector all over the world. Section 3 discusses the theoretical arguments behind privatization. Section 4 discusses the empirical studies son the telecommunications privatization. Section 5 discusses the country experiences in this regard. Section 6 concludes the essay.

Due to the importance of telecommunications sector as a vital part of the national infrastructure in each country, the policy makers in this sector are supposed to ensure the availability of telephone to all upon demand, accessibility to the basic services to all people at affordable prices as well as to protect and defend a country’s security interests (Maitra, 2006). Moreover, being a technology intensive sector, the policy makers need to ensure that the country is making use of the most advanced technology in this sector to make use of all the available opportunities in the technology field.

The three main challenges in this sector in front of the policy makers in the 1950s and the 1960s in all countries were the fast technological change, the poor performance of the state owned sector including long waiting times for accessing services and limited financial resources for availing new technologies that facilitate the growth in this sector (Maitra, 2006). Consequently, the three

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Refugees in America. It needs to be at least 3750 words.

Many of those who are offered asylum by the US apply from abroad. They are the ones referred to as refugees. Loescher and Milner (2009) define refugees as people who flee their country due to persecution, violence or war. A refugee is one person who has a well-founded fear derived from persecution because of race, religion and religious activities, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion. Their view remains contradicting to those wanting to prosecute them. In most cases, they cannot coming back home simply because they are afraid and timid to do so. According to Daley (2009), ethnic, war, tribal and religious violence have been known to be among the leading causes of refugees fleeing their native countries. Refugees differ from normal immigrants in that they do not have a choice or will to go back to their countries. There is a limitation for refugee admissions to the United States set by the American President. Additionally, there exist a much smaller percentage of refugees who apply form within and are granted asylum. They are referred to as ‘asylees. They may be granted asylum on a permanent or temporary basis.

Each year, America receives and welcomes refugees. It does not matter whether the refugees come from Nepal, Sudan, Iraq, Burma or Somalia. All refugees share a similar journey. Many refugees can spend months and even years in substandard camps. Less than 1% of refugees are able to flee their camps and get a chance to live in America, Sweden, Australia, or Canada or any other country that resettles refugees. It the responsibilities of the US department of state, Migration and Refugees and Bureau of Population to oversee the American support of refugees overseas and abroad, as well as the selection and transportation of the refugees to the Unites States, and their assignment to a local settled community for resettlement.

The US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants forms one of

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Reforms for K-12 California Education System. It needs to be at least 1750 words.

Many efforts have been put to address multiple language students. A number of inconsistencies that remains deeply entrenched within the inefficient system. Firstly, parents are left to determine whether a child should be taken to a bilingual class or not. Of course, this is the greatest undoing of the California system because parents do not understand the fundamental principles of learning. In addition, leaving the decision entire for parents is a sign of a failed system because it pays no attention to the child’s abilities. &nbsp.&nbsp.Secondly, appear to lean towards western traditionalist ideology as compared to the modern multiculturalist’s approach in education (Friend and Loyce 2013, 367). One of the key issues that the system fails to recognize is the existence of rights of a student to be taught in a language they understand. In contrast, we find that this partial implantation of multicultural education systems captures the Norton of sympathetic westernized tendencies. In reality, the schools are failing in enhancing systematic education training using the right channel. Studies show that many Asian students have poor scores, not because they have limited potential but because teachers and California State Department of Education has failed to develop a comprehensive policy and provide necessary special facilities that is adequate and appropriate to the student’s needs.&nbsp.&nbsp.The future of multiple culture approach remains bleak with this K-12 system if the system of purposeful discrimination.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Reflective questions. It needs to be at least 500 words.

The primary strategies employed when choosing an intervention include gaining a thorough understanding of the psychological, sociological, and/or other scientific theories that may apply to the clients individual situation. These theories are fundamentally linked to the various methods that could apply. An additional strategy involves the use of observation to perform appropriate social work assessments. The results of these assessments will help in many aspects of case study, including analysis and forming outcome hypotheses in addition to intervention selection.

While scientific theories are the backbone of interventions, we cannot assume that all theories are scientifically sound. Keeping to articles found in peer reviewed publications is a common method for avoiding “bogus” research, but sadly we again cannot always trust even those established sources. The only sure way to be confident of the theories that support interventions is to become familiar with the critiquing of scientific research and to employ this technique when evaluating research related to the concept. Good theories are backed up by good research.

The use of research that is not considered ethical would be completely detrimental to the mission of social workers. It is paramount that social work research and studies considered by social workers meet the high ethical standards associated with the field. According to a 2002 article by Peled and Leichtentritt, there are four general categories in which we can classify necessary ethical considerations. A primary concern is the prevention of harm to the subject, and a study should ensure that all possible discomfort be minimized and, in most cases, eliminated prior to commencing research. A similar consideration is the impact of the experiment on subject empowerment, as good research should empower those involved. Additionally, research should have benefits for subjects and as many others as possible. Finally, and

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Reflection using Gibbs Reflective Cycle. It needs to be at least 4000 words.

&nbsp.Once we met for discussion, I opened with a remark that touched on matters such as member’s seriousness, lateness, and other related matters. On his part, the second group member was the one responsible for giving topics and major areas that formed the bases of discussion. Once the members were informed of areas that were to be discussed, then they were free to make their contribution based on the information they obtained from the textbooks or on the internet. Sharing of tasks in a group exposed us to the skill of division of labor and specialization, aspects that are important for the achievement of organization objectives. As the result of the contribution and participation by each member, we were able to improve our communication skills as well as improved value for diversity. In my case, my leadership skills have highly improved an aspect that will be of importance in my future assignments.Apart from the description aspect that Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle emphasizes on, it indicates reflection based on the feelings that arise during a learning process. Before the improvement of my communication skills as well as leadership qualities, I was feeling anxious and lack of confidence while talking to a group of people. I was also feeling demotivated by the questions that I was being asked by other people especially when they needed the explanation of a certain issue that I covered. In addition, I was not in a position to give a direction to others that would make us achieve the group objectives.&nbsp.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Reflection papers are a venue in which you can offer personal reflections to something we experience, something we see, or something we read. When you reflect on something, you are offering your opinion, your insight, and your thoughtful commentary on the. It needs to be at least 500 words.

I can cite the example of the difference between elastic and inelastic demand and how does it affect us. I thougth it was a difficult concept and seem not to understand it when I study alone. But through the funny examples of my friends, I got the idea of what it is all about and it was not really that hard like it sounded to be. If I will just study it on my own, I think I will just spend the whole evening wondering what it is really all about. The explanation in the book does not help because it is full of jargon. My friends can explain it better.

I recall my friend’s explanation about supply and demand and how it affects prices. It was not difficult after all. In the book, the explanation used complex words that are difficult to understand that makes our head ache. Our words may be simple and sometimes funny, but we could relate to it. Also, when we are with friends, we are not embarrassed to ask questions about things that we do not understand. I have to admit that sometimes I am embarrassed to ask questions to the teacher during class because the teacher may be irritated or annoyed with simple questions. With friends, I can ask a lot of questions without appearing to be stupid.

There are also other aspects of group study that I like such as debate among group members which helps clarify some complex concepts. It is also animated and takes away the bore of studying. Debates crystallize ideas especially when they are challenged by an opposing idea. Through debate, I understood what fiscal policies are, what monetary tools are which I would never understand studying by myself because the explanation in our text books are full of jargon. It really helps when the explanation is replaced by explanation we can relate.

Studying in groups with friends allow learning to become easier because we could share our knowledge with each other

On the other hand, my third essay sought to convince the audience to support my view of increasing fuel prices to curb global warming. I did this by specifically demonstrating the benefits of increasing fuel prices in America. Actually to relevantly address different audiences, change the purpose of the paper, change the message of the second essay, and remain in the right context, these adjustments were necessary. Such adjustments include change in my introduction on my second essay, diction, and style of writing (Trinity College of the Bible Web). The adjustments therefore enabled me to address a different audience, convey a different message, alter the context, and change the purpose of the paper. The adjustments reflected my rhetorical choices in my writing process. As a result, my writing was effective in informing and convincing my audience to support the increase in fuel prices for purposes of controlling global warming because of increased fuel emissions. This paper details the reflection on my writing process and rhetorical analysis on my writing process from the controversy essay to public argument essay on increasing the fuel prices in America. Indeed, I was able to change the vision of my audience from a controversy point of view to a convincing position on the need to support the increase in fuel prices as a measure to control global warming. …

I equally used facts and background information to appeal the academic audience in the introduction of the second essay. Nevertheless, to address a different audience that may not be that learned, it was necessary to change the introduction. After drawing the extent of the problem and the need for communal involvement, it was easy to change the vision of my audience by proposing my solution. However, I changed the introduction of the third essay by stating unconditionally the existence and adversity of global warming in the modern world to appeal the different audience. Indeed, I the introduction I addressed the audience directly through an open letter and giving them real examples like traffic jams, lateness to school or work, and power of purchasing foodstuffs in relation to increased fuel prices (Kelvin Web). This clearly identified with the audience and set the footing for the next essay. Indeed, I used the second essay to encourage the audience to reason with me as I equally identified with the controversies to the issue. Additionally, after drawing them from a broad view to a narrow view of the problem, I changed my writing style by addressing them through an open letter. This brought their attention to my assertion and the relevant examples on traffic snarls, lateness to school or work, changes in purchasing frequency appealed the different audience and thus the effectiveness of my writing. Hence, the introduction of the open letter strategy in essay 3 was to convince the different audience on the need for increased fuel prices. Indeed, it personalized the issue and thus the follow-up to my claim.
