Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Poetry and society. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

It has the ability to remind the people about the past, present and future. In short, the ability of poems or poetry in touching the hearts and souls of the people is unquestionable.

Since poetry has the ability to touch the souls or emotions of the people, it is often argued that poetry can be used effectively for emotional healing. Emotional problems in this world are growing day by day. Medicines and other methods of therapy have some limitations in addressing the emotional problems such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety of the people. Since poems or music has the ability to speak to the souls, it is believed that poetry or music therapy may help the people with mental problems to get out of the troubles. According to Bouchard, poetry is one of the mediums most conducive to personal, emotive expression. This paper analyses how poetry can be used effectively for emotional healing.

The number of people, suffering from emotional problems is growing day by day. The major reason for the growing emotional problems in the society is the life style changes and the loss of morality and ethics in the society. Upcoming generation, especially the children and young adults are facing a lot of emotional problems in recent times. Richard Gold (Founder of Pongo volunteers) and his volunteers conducted a study among children and young adults in juvenile detention centers, homeless shelters, psychiatric hospitals, and other organizations, to know more about the ability of poetry in solving emotional problems. Gold and his team used a carefully constructed model to encourage written expression that will target those areas which are most affecting the youths’ circumstances (early childhood trauma, such as abuse, rape, addiction, death and violence). After this study, Gold has written a post on the Pongo site blog, entitled “Poetry Saved My Life”, which is given below:

“Ive seen that lifes worst experiences can exist as strangers

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Poem Analysis: Dove, Komunyakaa, Sanchez and Collins. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

The essay “Poem Analysis: Dove, Komunyakaa, Sanchez, and Collins” presents the poem analysis about awareness regarding racial equity of such poets as Rita Dove (1952), Sonia Sanchez (1934), Yusef Komunyakaa (1947), and Billy Collins (1941), renowned English poets. Except for Billy Collins, the rest three are African Americans. Rita Dove’s “Adolescence II,” Sonia Sanchez’s “The Final Solution”, Yusef Komunyakaa’s “Ode to the Maggot” and Billy Collins’ “Winter Syntax” would be investigated keeping in mind their poetic techniques and uniqueness as modern poets.

Rita Dove’s poems concentrate on themes dominant during her earlier days. Such recollection might be of her childhood memories with her grandparents, growing up with siblings, or emotions attached to the adolescent days. In the poem “Adolescence II,” Dove narrates under the setting of night time what goes into the mind and body of a young, adolescent girl as she matures. In the poem “The Final Solution,” Sanchez calls America a land of freedom, but with sarcasm. Thus, she separates ‘free’ from ‘dom,’ putting ‘dom’ in the next line. The whole poem is a brilliant example of free verse. The poet mocks how Blacks are often correlated with ‘hungry,’ ‘illiterates,’ ‘criminals,’ and ‘dropouts’ and manipulated by the state to ‘defend’ America’s free enterprise and democracy. Like ‘freedom,’ few more keywords such as ‘democracy,’ ‘enterprise, and leaders,’ over which Sanchez has a doubt or trouble.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Preparation for Mentorship ( Given Scenario). It needs to be at least 2500 words.

Due to his many issues, Paul is identified as having a learning disability. However, his case is neither new nor is it unique, and certain metrics can be utilized to better understand the situation. According to Duffy (2004), mentors find assessment of underperforming learners to be a substantial challenge. However, it is the role of both the health care professional and mentor to offer support to such learners, ensuring they are competent in their practice. Thus, as a mentor, coaching around Paul’s learning disability may make the process more difficult, but definitely not impossible. The mentor actually has a powerful takeaway from working with Paul in the sense he or she is able to share his experiences and coach another individual. In fact, it is overcoming his obstacles that may breed inspiration within his mentor in future scenarios. Research Aims Against this background, this work intends to critically analyse the role of the mentor in such a scenario. Initially, it will define mentorship, following up with an explanation of the mentor role, concluding with a critical analysis of research studying mentoring effectiveness in similar situations. Furthermore, this paper will explain the impact mentoring has on the mentor. In Paul’s case, mentoring will help him to live with his learning disability, rather than deal with it. At the same time, he will be doing more than learning, but also teaching. He will be showing the mentor that he can do what he is putting his mind to and so can they. Some of the characteristics of a mentor that will help Paul in realising this goal include the ability to initiate ideas and foster a willingness to learn in another person. While mentoring another person, the mentor is actually getting just as much, if not more, than the mentee. Paul will learn about emotional intelligence, and be afforded the opportunity to explore what that looks like in a mentoring relationship. Another characteristic is openness to diversity. This is one characteristic that both benefits the mentor and the mentee. To the mentor, Paul is granting a unique and in-depth look into his life, allowing others to experience the diversity that he brings to various situations. What is Mentorship? To gain a clear understanding of the concept of mentorship, it is imperative to first define the terms for intents and purposes of this research. The Businesswomen’s Association (2011) website defines mentoring as “a relationship between two parties who are not connected within a line management structure, in which one party (a mentor) guides the other (the mentee) through a period of change towards an agreed objective.” This definition will be the one used for the purposes of this research. Mentoring is about providing help and support in a non-threatening way. such a manner that the learner appreciates and values the constructive criticisms and feedback, allowing it to empower him or her to move forward confidently toward his or her ultimate goal(s).

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Pluralism. It needs to be at least 250 words.

In the framework of this view we can see that in the world there are those who will have the light of the gospel, and those who will not. “Existing Light” View. This one implies that those who respond positively to the light will have be able to get the salvation without further light. “Greater Light” View. Here it is asserted that ‘those who respond to the light, will be given greater light’. “Later Light” View. Here it is said that the chance to hear the gospel and respond for or against Jesus will be certainly given to those who have never heard of Christ at the Second Advent or after death.

The self-assessment of the Christianity, in context of pluralism varied from insisting on its exclusivity to the recognition of the other religions – and is still not fully defined. Many Christians insist that life in Christ leads to the life in the world of future, while all other religious with their pluralism reflect different ways of the human attempts to get the Gospel Truth within the framework of

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Process based organizations. It needs to be at least 250 words.

In an organization, process based structures are an important aspect of success because they offer a flexible way of working toward the goals. The most important benefit of process based structures is that the role of each process is well-defined. hence, the overall process becomes error-proof, nearly if not completely. It becomes important, at times, to define the division of process integrators when activities are transferred from one process to the other (Sugiharto, 2009, par.12). Other advantages of process based structures include speedy attainment of deadlines and goals, and the ability of the project to adapt to environment changes quite rapidly. Since there is less overhead structure, hence the overall cost is reduced. Process based structures are most needed when the business environment is unclear and frequently changing. However, although the organizational structure of process based organizations is completely different than that of functional organizations, still, the importance of functional skills cannot be denied.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Problems with Degu as a result of Incorrect Feeding. It needs to be at least 250 words.

This makes them drink more water and urinate more. If there is too much fat in the food, this causes liver problems in especially female degus who are in fertile age. This results in a drastic increase in weight. Diarrhea is another problem that may occur in degus when they eat too much of something, like a fruit or a vegetable sprayed with chemicals. They will mess around in little bits instead of large droppings. Constipation is caused by incorrect feedings like not taking enough water or dehydration. Overfeeding or unrestricted feeding results in obesity which may also result from diabetes and hepatitis. Hepatitis occurs when degu’s diet contains too much of protein or fat. Degu may also become lethargic and stressful resulting in temperament changes and weakness, a condition called anorexia caused by malnutrition or deficiency of vitamin C. However, excess of vitamin C causes breeding problems like a reproductive failure in male degus. Stress or lack of iron in the diet may result in alopecia that causes fur loss. Imbalanced diet for longer periods may also result in degu’s death. To prevent these problems, degu’s diet must be moderated according to the recommended 10 grams of food for a degu per day. Diet should not be high in protein, fat, and sugar. Water should always be available for him. It is important not to breed from degus who have had diabetes in their history. Good exercise levels should be maintained for degus by providing him running wheels and time out of the cage.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Problems of toxicology on the human organism. It needs to be at least 750 words.

Basic functions of the liver being the largest organ in the digestive system, its functions include:• It helps indigestion. Liver cells contain bile which produces bile juice that helps in digesting fats before they are absorbed in the small intestines. Bile also helps in the excretion of toxins from the liver detoxification processes.• The liver helps in metabolic and synthetic functions. The liver regulates blood sugar level in the body.&nbsp.&nbsp.• Liver deactivates hormones• It helps in the synthesis and release of lipids, decomposition of fatty acids and the synthesis and transport of cholesterol.• The liver helps in synthesizing blood clotting factors.• The liver also helps in removal of toxins in the body.Characteristic of organochlorine pesticides. Organochloride pesticides are denser than water due to the higher weight of chlorine and they are good alkylating agents. They are also less biodegradable. Some pesticides cause inactivation of acetylcholinesterase.&nbsp.Symptoms include fatigue, headache, dizziness, not seeing well, vomiting, chest discomfort and excessive sweating. The reason is that pesticides are chemicals that inhibit the work of an enzyme. The neurotransmitter is a chemical that transmits signals across a synapse from one neuron to another neuron. Examples include amino acids and peptides.&nbsp.It is the circulation of substances, such as bile salts, which are absorbed from the intestines and carried to the liver for secretion into the liver then back to the intestines again.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Probability. It needs to be at least 1750 words.

Statistics use assumption on population distribution to estimate population values based on sample values (Kemp & Kemp 257-66). Probability distributions functions or simply distribution functions are used (Soong 39-41). The distribution function associates a variable value with a probability (Soong 39). This can take the form Fx(x) =P(Xx) where the lowercase x refers to a specific value of a variable. Probability distribution functions have shapes represented by the mathematical equations. The areas under the curves or distribution functions are associated with probabilities.

In business statistics, some of the distribution functions that are often used are the Z-statistics, t-statistics, chi-square distribution, and the F-statistics (Kemp & Kemp 47-297). There is also an option to use what statisticians call as the non-parametric statistics (Kemp & Kemp 298-315). The choice of what distribution functions to use are determined by convention or typical practice and theory. For example, in estimating the population mean, it is assumed that the sample mean converge to the population mean through repetition of sampling procedures or if the population is large. Thus, in estimating the mean, statistics usually makes the assumption based on a normal distribution. Although several distribution functions are used in statistics, in this work we focus our sights on three: the z-statistics, the t-statistics, and the chi-square statistics.

Figure 1 captures a standard normal distribution function. The standard normal distribution associates a value of a variable with probability. For example, the probability that the value of the variable is between a very low number and high number can be represented by 100%. In the language of statistics, this take s the form P (-&lt. x &lt. +) = 1 or 100%. In other words, this means that in a

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Prison life and strategies (proposal). It needs to be at least 250 words.

prisons have long been a fixture of the American criminal justice system, so-called for profit prisons are a relatively new construct that have begun to have a profound affect on the way that the criminal justice system operates. For instance, whereas a state-run prison facility may have very stringent code of ethics with regards to the prison guards that serve it, a for profit prison is likely to have a much more lax interpretation of such statutes and practices. Furthermore, where the state prison is concerning with rehabilitating and re-introducing the prisoner into the civilian population as a means to better society through the correctional action that has been effected, the for profit prison systems have no such interest and actually gain a high degree of revenue through an increased rate of recidivism. As such, the purpose of this brief research paper will be to review the problems associated with the increased levels of for profit prisons within the United States as well as to offer key insights and solutions that may help to ameliorate these
