Along with it, the play also encapsulates perspective which can be judged from myriad social cone. The feminist and the racist approach to the play amid them is the most prominent. Thesis Statement The play “Othello” by Shakespeare captivates myriad themes like, jealousy, love, revenge and betrayal. All these themes are incorporated in the play which helps it to move forward and reveal the subtle bent of human psychology, which the playwright wishes to project through various characters and their interaction with the other characters in the play. This essay intends to explore the manifestation of these themes through the symbols, characters and motifs of the play throughout its plot. Myriad Themes Captivated within the Multi-layered Plot of the Play Despite being a tragedy, the importance and influence of the play “Othello” in the history of the English theatre cannot be undermined at all. The theme of love in the play is manifested through the love of Othello for Desdemona whom he treats as the extension of his own self. Desdemona is treated by Othello as an object of romantic passion with a feeling of exaltation. The destruction of Desdemona is actually treated as self-destruction for Othello. And the murder of Desdemona is viewed as a prelude to his self-killing. Iago, in such situation, can be viewed as an object of temptation that is persuading Othello relentlessly to view and regard himself from a perspective of Venice. Gradual provocation compelled him to accept the fact that he is an alien to the Venetian society and the lady of his love, who is an embodiment of that Venetian culture, also treats him alien. Othello desired for an ideal beauty and ideal love which he found in Desdemona. Desdemona, on the other hand, is incarnation of pure spiritual love and embodiment of ideal beauty. She is not the icon of love but the reason for love in others. It is under the influence of Iago with his tainted mind, Othello started viewing his beloved as a threat and her sexuality started becoming unbearable for him. Othello under the spell of his frailty mind gradually moves away from the platform on which the sensual and spiritual love were harmonised. Slowly Desdemona’s erotic beauty became an eye-sore for him and her devotion and love seemed “proof” of infidelity. The failure of Othello to harmonize the two aims of love leads him to encounter a fear and loathe of secularity which puts him into an aura encapsulated by physical frailty and extreme dependence on Desdemona. The horror and pity displayed by Othello transcends every spectacle of love and takes him to a paradigm far beyond the complete and noble concept of love undermined by a filthy and self-hatred state of mind. Even the failure of Othello as a romantic lover does not end with the bodily collapse of Desdemona. It is only the destruction of the symbol of life by the lover. And even after the murder of his beloved, the experience of love continues. This is the reason as even after Desdemona perishes, Othello is posited in a “full possession of this heavenly sight” reflected from the sight of his dead beloved. Theme of Jealousy “Othello” is a play that explores sexual jealousy at myriad levels of its plot. The seat of jealousy evolves in the play from the outset of the play. the audiences are encountered with Iago.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Sears Auto Center Scandal. It needs to be at least 750 words.

This forced the administrators to begin to apply massive expense cuts throughout the company.

&nbsp. Many of the expense cuts directly impacted how work was performed by the auto service center at Sears locations. The salesmen and auto mechanics received a decrease in fixed wages and were instead offered a commission-based wage system that provided additional payment for specific types of parts sold and installed, as well as demanding a specific amount of these parts sold during a working shift. Employees began to concentrate on ways to make the most money instead of concentrating on the best quality for the customer. As consumers began to file formal complaints, a California audit and inspection was performed on Sears chains to discern the work involved. It was determined by government officials that the quality of work was below approved standards and the company’s employees were purposely misleading the consumers.

&nbsp. While the CEO of Sears issued statements contradicting these inspections results, the company issued changes in wage programs and earnings for the salespersons at Sears but did not change the commissions-system for auto mechanics. Chuck Fabbri, a Sears auto mechanic, wrote a letter to the U.S. Senate telling the truth about Sears’ wages program for auto mechanics and the dangers that it creates for consumers. These actions were performed by upper-level management at Sears to increase overall profits for the company as well as to provide increased earnings to company shareholders. The community was negatively impacted by these decisions because consumers were taken advantage of and misled. The government placed a 3-year probation on Sears and the company settled on nation-wide class-action cases amounting to multi-billion dollars worth.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Sex in Advertising. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

Companies make use of different types of marketing methods in order to attract customers’ attention to their products or services. A well-planned and properly managed marketing plan for a product is very important for the success of that product in the market. Advertising is a key tool, which is used to promote a product to its target audience. The main purpose of advertising is to create awareness in the public about a newly launched product or a service. “The channels advertising is run through to reach its target audience includes Internet, print, broadcast, outdoor, and point of purchase” (Cyprus). Some of the most widely used marketing methods include podcasts, brochures, television ads, newsletters, electronic mails, and sex-oriented advertising. A suitable mode of advertising not only results in attracting a large number of customers but also results in increased productivity and profitability of the company. In this paper, we will describe sex-oriented advertising in detail in order to get a better understanding of the costs and benefits of this specific mode of advertising.

The presence of sexual images in advertisements is one of the most debatable issues these days. Being humans, we all possess the sense of sex and the advertisers make use of this sense to promote their products and services to the public. Putting sexual images in advertisements in order to catch the customer’s eye is known as sex in advertisements. Marketing managers take sex-based advertising as the most useful way of advertising a new product. They believe that every individual possesses sexual feelings and when a person comes across a billboard where a product is being displayed by a semi-nude man or woman, the person stops for a while and looks at the billboard to view the ad. “Sex appeal can increase the effectiveness of an ad or commercial because it attracts the customers’ attention” (Levit). Advertisers try to attach some sexual hotness to&nbsp.their brands by associating the products with sexual imagery.&nbsp.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Screening the Business Idea and Business Model. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

The most fascinating feature of this restaurant service is that unlike any other hamburger restaurant, the Redneck’s Gourmet will cook burgers right in front of the customer. In addition, customers are encouraged to order their burger and demand whatever they want mixed in the meat. The well decorated surroundings, a full bar, and a stage for live music will be some other notable attractions of this restaurant. There will be uniqueness even in staff dress code. Even though it is mandatory for the staff to wear uniforms, they are permitted to personalize the uniforms to an extent. In short, all the settings and facilities of this restaurant service will be based on redneck lifestyle and values.

Today there are not many places to sit down and eat a hamburger other than fast food facilities. Although many other restaurants have burgers on their menu, it is not the major focus of their menu. Most restaurants offer burgers only as a substitute product if their primary meals are not much demanded by customers. By giving primary emphasis to burgers, Redneck’s Gourmet will have a clear edge over fast food places and other similar facilities. Unlike a fast food restaurant, the Redneck’s Gourmet can promise customers great atmosphere to sit down and enjoy their meals. In addition, as Dupas (2011) points out, today’s people are increasingly concerned about their health and the dreadful repercussions of consuming foods prepared in dirty kitchens and surroundings. Hence, many people are reluctant to visit restaurants. In this context, Redneck’s Gourmet burgers can better serve the needs of health-conscious customers because burgers are prepared right in front of the customer in this restaurant. Thus, no customer needs to worry whether or not his/her burger was cooked in a clean kitchen as he/she can witness the entire cooking process from start to finish.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Service Management. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

to maintain competitive edge, understanding how these tangible or intangible services will impact consumer behaviour is important for developing a workable marketing plan.

Concepts for this type of service industry include factors such as the ease of purchasing a ticket (intangible), the promise of an exciting time through the delivery of a value proposition or coming up with an operational strategy that avoids long queues associated with waiting for different thrill rides and attractions. All of these factors, including the human resources capacity to support them successfully, will impact whether customers have a fun and rememberable experience or whether they simply choose to visit competitor theme parks in the future. From the operational view, managing these services and promoting them through marketing are ongoing, daily responsibilities to avoid losing market share or competitive edge.

Customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of competent service (either through tangibles or professional labour) make up the nature of service operations. Especially in an organisation as complex as a multi-level theme park, customer satisfaction is the primary operational goal at the business. “Satisfaction is the result of customers’ assessment of a service based on a comparison of their perceptions of service delivery with their prior expectations” (Edinburgh Napier, 2010, L3). It needs to be recognised that customers who attend these complex theme parks have pre-determined expectations for what they might receive in terms of quality, experience, and perception of service from different attractions and the labour hired to support these services.

Service operations success can be measured through word-of-mouth from customers that have visited these parks, different quantitative research tools such as post-service surveys or questionnaires, or simply through revenue analysis showing ticket increases based on different marketing promotions for special events.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Separation of Power in U.S. Government. It needs to be at least 750 words.

for the elaboration of the ground rules on which the American state had to be based, that the concentration of all powers in a single pair of hands was not acceptable and could possibly lead to usurpation of power. Thus, the framers of the American Constitution began their work on this monumental document having regard to the above.

In 1748, long before the United States of America gained independence in 1776, The Spirit of the Laws, a book written by the Baron de Montesquieu, laid down conditions of separate branches of power with different tasks and responsibilities (Vile, 1967). This doctrine was used by the framers of the American Constitution. In 1786 twelve states of the USA slated 74 delegates who had to participate in the creation of the Constitution. The constitutional process was initiated by the Federal Convention that took place in Philadelphia in December of 1786 and the first half of 1787. Some of the delegates never arrived to Philadelphia to take part in the Convention and put a priority on other issues of state formation. A State of Rhode Island, for instance, did not send its representatives to the Convention taking with a grain of salt the constitutional process per se for some reasons (Carey, 2009). Hence, out of 74 registered delegates only 55 attended the Federal Convention. Those who took active part and contributed greatly to the creation of the Constitution of the United States of America shared the principles of the separation of powers and adhered to this doctrine all the way down.

The separation of powers in the American Constitution is based on a simple concept, according to which there must be three independent branches of the government with different functions. Thus, under the Constitution of the USA the government consists of the legislative, executive and judicial branches that have limited functions and balance each other in order to avoid the accumulation of powers within one authority. This concept is one of the cornerstones

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Separating out plain pins. It needs to be at least 250 words.

The circuit design for the control mechanism was the most challenging part and required acknowledging the theoretical aspects of components used in designing the circuit. The selected components were selected with some tolerance margin resulting in making adjustments to the control system too. The procedure is rather challenging and prone to errors yet the design process, and pin separation can be implemented better using micro-processers and micro-controllers. When a mass number of pins is to be separated in an industry, dedicated control systems are required. The design utilized the understanding of the pins diameter in coming up with the sliding tray area. Future design for the experiment should consider the use of completely automated measurement system that allows more than two pin groups. It should consider the pin sizes and come up with selection criteria for the individual

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Sensation & Perception. It needs to be at least 750 words.

Red, green, and blue are some of my favorite colors because they are pleasant to my senses. however, the color blue is particularly meaningful to me, or I ‘perceive’ this color as special from the rest because every time I am wearing blue I usually get what I wanted. Call it luck, but it is true for me. According to some psychologists, many people like the colors red, green, and blue because we have special ‘cones’ that immediately recognize light waves for these three colors (Nicholas, 2009). But different people perceive different colors differently, because of what they call ‘perceptual expectancy’ (Weiner, 2003). I define this as perception that is based on our experiences and biological tendencies.

But what interests me most with regard to sensation and perception is the concept of ‘pain’. All of us experience pain, but how pain is felt differs from person to person. They call it ‘pain threshold’ (Weiner, 2003). If you have a low pain threshold you can easily feel pain, whereas those who have a high pain threshold are quite resistant to several types of pain. Our senses determine what is painful and what is not. But what interests me is how perception can change our pain threshold. According to psychologists, there are three perception-based factors that can alter how we feel pain, namely, expectations, personality, and mood (Nicholas, 2009). If you expect something to hurt, like being pricked by a needle, then it will definitely hurt. If you have a negative kind of personality (e.g. pessimistic), then you feel pain even more. And if you have a bad mood, like being angry, then your experience of pain will increase. I will try to briefly examine these concepts in my second blog

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Senior Phase Teaching Diverse Learners. It needs to be at least 750 words.

The school preparation for this activity involves providing families with psychological support literature and extending the family into the transitioning process.

This type of family-oriented workshop likely understands the difficulties of finding quality work as a disabled person and will rely on patient and tolerant family members to assist in this difficult process. This would appeal to the self-determination theory, by providing family members with information to give the disabled student the guidance necessary to remain self-motivated and focused on the tasks at hand.

To assist in this transition, the Australian government also ensures that schools have Interagency Collaboration workshops, which focus on developing a sense of teamwork with community individuals and professionals (learningplace.com.au, 2009). In addition, this module exposes disabled students to various literatures which highlights career options (and other services) after completing the senior phase of schooling. This type of transition module would appeal to the disabled students’ least dangerous assumptions, in terms of choosing a post-phase option which is best suited for their strengths and their limitations. In lieu of evidence which is earned through job experience, the disabled individual must be responsible for making decisions which will provide the least harm in the long-term to their unique, disabled positions.

Internally, human resources training is part of the steps taken to ensure disabled students are prepared for post-school options. Adequate teacher training is an “essential factor in helping students achieve greater self-determination” (Zhang and Stecker, 2001, p.293). Teachers are equipped with modern psychological and sociological theories to develop a program which is most effective for the emotional well-being of the disabled student during this period. Part of the preparation process is to ensure that teachers are equipped with

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Selling smarter with CRM by Dawson Chris. It needs to be at least 500 words.

It operates in a cycle that includes organizational management, sales and marketing teams, product generation departments and the customers. Organizations apply customer relationship management towards different benefits. One of such benefits is the establishment of a strong relationship between an organization and its customers through developing an understanding of the customers’ needs towards meeting the needs. Other benefits include managements of sales processes, improvement of sales strategies and evaluation of fundamental data including social data that affects an organization (Dawson, p. 3- 5). Achieving these benefits does not however require extensive investment of resources and efforts. This is because of existence of cheaper and efficient approaches such as Google enabled applications and social networks for reaching and interacting with customers and potential customers. Such approaches can further be cheaply implemented by using an organization’s interns that are another source of cheap resources. This is because of the changing environment in which everything is social, and a social approach to customer relationship management through Google based applications and social network that promises higher level of effectiveness. A number of computer-based applications exist for such CRM initiatives towards better management of product development and sales initiatives (Dawson, p. 6- 10). Achieving these benefits does not however require extensive investment of resources.
