Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Plant Diseases: Bananas. It needs to be at least 500 words.

If no precautions are taken to prevent the spread of banana diseases, typical bananas will be replaced by genetically modified bananas, whose cultivation is only driven by commercial motives that are only short-term.

A Panama disease is a fungal disease caused by Fusarium soil fungus. This fungus, with the help of water, enters the plant through the roots and then travels to the other parts of the plant like leaves, and trunk. Here, it produces gums and gels that hinder the flow of nutrients and water to the other parts of the plant. Therefore, the plant wilts, thus exposing the other parts of the plant to excess amounts of sunlight, which are lethal to its growth. Though the disease was historically reported, it has unfortunately re-emerged again. Within the last five years, the disease has not only been reported in Africa but also in Europe and America, (Koeppel 4). According to Koeppel (6), the economy is losing 4.76% through banana destruction by the disease. Even worse is the fact that the spread of the disease is likely to increase in the coming ten years if necessary control measures are not put in place. This means more loss of money, and low food production, something that negatively affects economic growth.

Current sources indicate that the deadly disease is also affecting Cavendish, the highest quality bananas. The genetic similarity in plants has however made it difficult to prevent the evolution of the resistance of the disease. Researchers are currently examining many and different varieties from the wild in order to determine their resistance (Koeppel 5). However, scientific scientists are currently advising farmers to destroy completely any affected bananas plants and to avoid planting bananas in the same place for at least five years.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Potential contractual defects. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Potential Contractual Defects (Add (Add (Add Potential Contractual Defects A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more persons. Such a contract cannot be violated at the interest of any one of the parties involved. Only with the consent of all the parties signed, a contract can be treated as void. If the contract is violated, the aggrieved party can sue the other in the court claiming damages for the time and money he invested in the task. Here in this given case scenario, we are left with two questions.

1. If Krauses can avoid the contract he has entered into with Jud Wheeler for the sale of ten acres of land on the ground the price offered by Jud Wheeler is much lesser than the market value?

2. If Jud offered the Krauses one price and inadvertently typed a different, higher price into the contract, can Jud be held to the typewritten amount?

Answer to the first question is simple. Krauses cannot avoid the contract arguing that the consideration is inadequate. For, there is a provision in the Contract Act ‘consideration need not be adequate’. To be clearer, Section 79 of the Second Restatement (as cited in Klass, 2010, pp. 74-75) puts it. there is no requirement of equivalences in the values exchanged. As no court is interested in inquiring the adequacy of consideration, it is deemed that it will be sufficient to support the exchange.

The general rule of law is that if the payment is too little for the consideration from the part of the other, the former does not satisfy the requirements of a consideration. If in the given case, the agreed amount is too meager, Krauses can bring it to the notice of the court. As there is no information disclosed regarding the market price and the agreed price, let us conclude that there is no option to avoid the contract and both parties have to play their respective role in the contract.

In the second instance, what has happened is a unilateral mistake. In the case of unilateral mistakes, it is unlikely that it happens while drafting a contractual agreement. However, the severity of the mistake depends on the person who has done it. If it is the person who initiated the contract done mistake while drafting, he will be held liable. Here, if Jud was the one to initiate the contract, he will be held to the typewritten amount. For, it is while making the agreement that he committed the mistake. Though it was quite unintentional, he will have to pay the said amount as the written agreement is the sole evidence for the contract between the duos. He should have paid utmost care and attention while drafting the agreement and it is evident that the mistake has happened due to his carelessness. If such a mistake had come to the notice of Jud before signing it, he should have rectified it. As stated, “if either party knew of the mistake in the fundamental assumptions at the time of drafting, and that party did not correct that mistake, then there is no real mistake” (Rosen, 2000, p. 18.61). By signing the agreement, he declared that such an agreement has been drawn with his full knowledge and consent. Therefore, he himself is the sole responsible person for the mistake committed and cannot relieve him from the liability of paying the amount mentioned in the agreement though it is greater than the amount they agreed upon by words. If such a mistake was committed by Krauses, Jud would have an option to argue that Krauses intended to deceive him. Here the case is different and Krauses is innocent.

Hence, the only possible way to relieve from responsibility of paying the higher amount is to carry out a negotiation for the mistake done unintentionally and draft a new agreement.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Planning for Expansion: Assessing Financial Development in target markets. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

Each country will be analyzed within a period of the last five years including the present year, 2014. All the data and information of each of the eight countries will be compared to that of the UK.

With the High Income Country Definition, Australia is the best country from the organization of OECD (Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development) to be considered because its GNP per capita was above 9.266 USD and one of the top countries by the year 2000. The non OECD country to be analyzed is Croatia because it is the best growing economy. Countries from Latin America, South Asia, Sub Sahara Africa, Middle East and North Africa, East Asia and Pacific and Europe and Central Asia to be analyzed are Argentina, Afghanistan, Kenya, Morocco, Indonesia and Turkey respectively. In order to assess the financial development of the eight targeted countries, there should be a comparative baking that will estimate the financial intermediation that will estimate the growth of each of the countries. This will also allow the assessment to determine the functions of the finance sector in promoting the growth of the countries. The banking performances of the eight countries will be well analyzed by use of indicators that will provide the required data on the countries. Banking is also important in analyzing the financial development of the countries because it leads to the growth of the eight countries. Gurley and Shaw tried to explain on the importance of financial intermediation since banks are able to finance entrepreneurs by using the financial institutions. Due to this, the development of the countries leads to growth through financial support from the financial institutions like banks to the entrepreneurs. One of the major evidence is that a large number of industrial countries are the ones with the largest economy. The financial development is determined by the capital realized from the capital

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Position paper. It needs to be at least 750 words.

It was decades ago that he presented the concept of a machines that would be able to calculate input variables in accordance with a function that would be provided to it. The much acclaimed Turing Test then evolved that distinguished a man from a computing machine and narrated that the better a computing machine is to the conceptual understanding of a man the batter it is.

Later on, based on Turing’s principles, modern day computers were evolved from a simple calculator where the function that required to be executed is now replaced by a program. A program in itself is a series of steps that need to be executed so as to calculate or rather ‘compute’ something.

“The fact is the notion of computing is a generalized concept which is essentially divorced from any physical or biological mechanism. There are two models of computation which are widely used today-both are exactly equivalent in power. One is a purely function and logic based formalism invented by the mathematician Alonzo Church called the Lambda Calculus. The other is an abstract device formalism invented by the mathematician Alan Turing called the Turing Machine.” (University of New Mexico, n.d.)

The above is an excerpt from a document at the University of New Mexico Department of Computer Science website.&nbsp.The models of computation discussed in the statement above were discovered in those early times when mathematicians were busy finding out ways to automate their mathematical calculations.

It was then that Turing Machine became the first device that was actually attempting to compute something. It was made up of an extremely long tape. The tape was being read by a single head. There were either 0s or 1s inscribed on the tape. The concept of finite states could also be incorporated into the machine. To date, so far, no machine has been able to compute better than done on the principles of the Turing Machine. This is meaning to say that though the modern

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Portfolio letter. It needs to be at least 500 words.

The main benefit that I was able to gain from this course was related to the concepts of writing that were shown during the course. The papers that were written as well as the way that I was able to approach my personal understanding of writing helped me to develop substantially. I now have a better association with grammar, organization of papers and the mechanics that are related to English. The practical application of this through the various assignments helped me to practice writing and the techniques that are a part of this. This was one of the best concepts that were associated with the class, specifically because it allowed me to have a practical understanding of the concepts in the class and the expectations that were a part of the course.

Another benefit that was a part of this class was with the reading that was a part of the course. The analysis that was combined with this, as well as the research that was required, provided me with a deeper level of interest in the course. As I moved through this course, I was able to gain a deeper interest in the specific topics and the requirements that were a part of this. At times, I found specific interests that led me into personal research and development. Each of these was based on the studies of the course as well as the expectations that were a part of the different assignments. The mechanics that were a part of the essays written, as well as the association with research and analysis allowed me to develop and to gain further insight into the class and the expectations that were given from the syllabus.

The ability to learn these different parts of the class also allowed me to see specific weaknesses that I have in relation to writing and English. Grammar and sentence structure was difficult for me to grasp with the writing. There were several sentences that I would have to continue to revise when working on different papers. Each of these didn’t

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Porters Five Forces. It needs to be at least 250 words.

Johnson Controls supplies the Ford franchise with car batteries, electronics, seats and interiors. TRW is ranked higher than other peers in the industry including Johnson Control and it is due to this reason that TRW Automotive received two Ford World Excellence Awards. (United States Security Exchange, 2014)

3) Who are the major buyer groups of the product provided by the industry. what are their characteristics ( i.e. size of group, demographics, income level, etc.). are there many or few in each buyer group. who has power over whom?

4) The golden generation (55 to 64 year olds) had higher vehicle purchases than other age groups according to a recent survey by Michigan University. In 2011 alone, Ford Motors sold 23% of all its models to this age group, which was higher than all other industry players combined. This age group is estimated to be around 76 million and has passed 35 to 44 year old age group as the consumer leaders. (United States Security Exchange, 2014)

According to 2014 survey, the three main industry players are General Motors Company, Ford Motor and Toyota Motor. The total number of units sold by General Motors was 2.7 million. this represents 17.9% of the total market share. Ford Motors came second with 2.4 million units sold. representing 15.9% market share. Toyota came third with 2.2 million units sold in the US, representing 14.3% of the market share. (Business Monitor International, 2014)

Ford’s F-Series remains to be the best selling model in the US. However, there are domestic and international brands that are growing in popularity each year. Chrysler’s Jeep Cherokee reported 9% increase in sales, 1% shy of the F-series. Subaru has also seen its sales rise after it switched focus from china to the US. Other popular brands include Mercedes Benz and BMW. (Business Monitor International,

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Poloypharmacy in the elderly. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

Polypharmacy means “many drugs” or the use of more medication than is clinically indicated or warranted (Fulton 2005). It is a problem with significant concern because. it leads to more adverse drug reactions and decreased adherence to drug regimens. The patient may have poor quality of life, high rate of symptomatology and unwarranted drug expenses. Polypharmacy is more of a concern in the elderly because, illness is more common in the elderly and hence the number of prescribed drugs also is more. Although elderly people (&gt.65 years of age) form only about 12 % of population, they represent about 33% of prescription drug and 40% of over-the-counter drug consumers (“Polypharmacy in the elderly”). Also, the pharmacokinetics of the aged is so different that the effects of the drugs are more.

The important age-related changes that affect the pharmacokinetics of the aged are, decrease in lean body mass and total body weight, increased percentage of body fat, decreased protein binding of drugs, increase in volume of distribution for lipophilic drugs that penetrate the central nervous system, decline in the metabolic capacity of the liver, decreased liver mass and hepatic blood flow, decreased renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate. There may also be changes in the receptor numbers, affinity, and post receptor cellular effects (Laird, “Polypharmacy in the elderly”). Along with these, the changes in the homeostatic mechanisms can increase or decrease drug sensitivity.

The main concern of polypharmacy in the elderly is adverse drug reactions. The adverse drug events not only are the cause for falls, fractures, cognitive dysfunction, postural hypotension, electrolyte disorders and cardiac failure, but also account for about 23% of hospital admissions in the elderly (Brazeau 2001). Drug interactions are responsible for 15-20% of these adverse reactions (Brazeau 2001). Studies have shown that the incidence of adverse drug interactions increases

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Politics might be improved by more, rather than less marketing. Discuss. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

Marketing within the political realm is something that must be judged in the proper light to start with. The citizens of the state must be apprised of their due role within the country and then they must also be told about the different aspects related with the spreading of message through the right channels. Politics must make citizens stand up and act. They should take notice of what is happening around them and what the different regimes and movements are doing for their own betterment. This means that awareness and a sense of knowing needs to be the buzzword when we explore the true meaning of politics and marketing the same gives the whole discussion a real boost in the related scheme of things.

Political marketing aims to look at the positive sides of delivering quality to the end consumers, for whom the politics is being done. The society is the eventual recipient hence it is the duty of the society to find out what is happening around it. The people are a part of this society and they are rightly the winners and/or losers at the end of the day. They must be made aware of the happenings around them when it comes to true political movements, activities, situations and the like. The usage of banners, websites, rallies, advertorials, email messages, sms texts, web portals, newspapers, magazines and even television and radio suggest that political marketing could be a real happening thing in the times much like today. (KELLEY, 1973) What also is suggested by these factors is the belief that there are a number of other avenues and different forms of media which could be explored so as to propagate the message of the political party or the politics as we might put it here.

Politics in the world of today is like a relationship. It connects with an individual in much the same way as a family is connected to him. He is

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Political Science or Public Policy. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

e leaders have perfected the art of using all manner of illegal tactics to remain in power such as vote rigging, detaining opposition leaders and altering the constitution. Some African leaders have objected the idea of multi-party democracy thus anybody seeking a political leadership opportunity should do so through one party which is controlled the by the incumbent president. The parliamentary systems are ineffective and weak since they are controlled by the executive. The main duty of the legislature is to oversee the smooth running and implementation of government policies but African governments have failed in this duty. The parliamentary systems is misused by the executive to rubber stamp the decisions of the executive while the judiciary lacks the independence to protect the constitution and civil rights.

A flawed electioneering system and ethnic based politics will continue to precipitate political conflicts unless policy changes are implemented. Though the international community is greatly supporting Africa nations to implement full democratic and market-based economies, dictatorial leadership, unfair elections, diseases and unequal distribution of resources have hindered all the opportunities of ensuring democracy in several African countries. Natural resources like copper, gold and oil mining continue to be trafficked to foreign countries by corrupt leaders thus leading to low economic development of these conflicts. Unfair distribution of resources and underdevelopment of some parts of the countries, especially areas occupied by the marginalized ethnic communities is currently fueling ethnic-based conflicts for power and natural resources. Some leaders are busy utilizing the natural resources to fuel ethnic tensions and conflicts in order to remain in power.

There are numerous challenges that have hindered entrenchment of liberal democracy in Africa. African countries will continue to experience political conflicts unless the leaders agree how to

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Political Economy of Race, Class and Gender. It needs to be at least 3500 words.

An increase in population still kept African-Americans and the whites in separate neighborhoods. These separate neighborhoods deprived African-Americans of receiving quality education and competing with the whites in the labor market. Segregation also created a feeling of hostility between the two communities who still fail to interact and comprehend the behavior of each other.

This research paper will investigate the ways in which segregation among different communities, namely African American and the whites, creates inequality in the labor market. For this reason, this paper will examine three very important elements to understand why the problem of income disparity exists in one of the largest metropolitan cities of the USA. The three important elements identified by research are demographics, education and unemployment.

Demographics play a critical role in understanding the labor market of Chicago. Chicago is one of the densely populated cities of the US with&nbsp.a population of over 2.5 million people out of which about 32% are African Americans while 45% are white (Reich 17). However, Chicago is highly segregated. The major ethnic groups like to live among themselves in what they call their neighborhood. Jobs are highly dependent upon the neighborhood where people live. In order to understand the labor market of Chicago, it is critical to look at some of the details in history.

The Second World War gave opportunity for the masses to work in factories as the US prepared for war. The Chicago Defender broke the news to African-Americans living in the South that there were plenty of jobs in the city of Chicago and ensured African-Americans would live a much happier life there (Ellen 261-277). It worked for most private firms, who were looking for cheap labor and also for Africans American, who found it difficult to find jobs at that time. There were nearly 3,000 African Americans
