Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Negative views on a collges reputation. It needs to be at least 750 words.

The image that parents like of a college is that of well groomed, happy students who are academically focused and facing challenges that are no more difficult than the next exam. However, the exploration of self during the time period of college can lead to some risk behaviors that puts students in situations that threaten their safety. Most of the time, these situations are navigated and the parents have the illusion of a safe and secure child that is away at college. However, drinking statistics suggest that there is a better than 50% chance that their child is participating in heavy drinking once a week. The more terrifying survey result shows that college students don’t learn from the bad experiences they have while under the influence of alcohol and routinely underestimate that amount of alcohol they can drink before consequences are likely to occur (Knox and Schacht 475).

When these behaviors lead to a situation that is beyond waking up with regret, an incident can occur that puts the university and the students at the center of the public stage, its reputation on the line and the safety of the students under its care in question. This happened to Duke University when members of the Lacrosse team held a party on March 13, 2006 which involved drinking and resulted in the decision to call an escort service to provide two Caucasian strippers. One African American arrived and one partial Asian woman arrived at the party, which caused some difficulties as they were not as ordered and in the end, the African American woman ended up accusing three of the members of the team, including the two captains of the team, with rape (Taylor and Johnson).

The occasion of hiring strippers for athletic team parties was not uncommon on the campus and Taylor and Johnson report that as many as twenty parties that year had already occurred in which strippers had been

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on North African emigrants to Europe. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

Even those who have settled in cities retain a village mentality and are seen as backward by the business and cultural elites in their home countries” (Europe, 2009). There are many intercultural dynamics.

North Africans living in Belgium and France are living in a society that is multicultural on one hand, and oppressive towards them on the other. These European countries are no longer colonial occupiers of North African countries: they are destinations for immigration. However, in terms of giving it is also important to think about cultural communication in the light of multicultural society. In France, for example, Islamic culture is directed towards a situation, where people lose their uniqueness and individuality to compromise to a standard which means the loss of diversity reflections in mainstream assimilation culture. This idea of Europe as an immigration destination through metaphor has become challenged recently, and multiculturalism holds that assimilation into the mainstream culture is one thing, but keeping one’s own culture (and, in the case of Islam, for example, religion) extant is another that needs significant attention, and may not fit in with the French or Belgian immigration theory as it exists in general discourse. There should be no room in the delivery system for thinking that suggests that ability can be determined along racial lines. Establishing close ties to the local community is an effective way of eliminating this sort of out-group thinking that can lead to stereotyping and discrimination at the policy and funding levels. By establishing these links and nurturing them, France and Belgium can align the helping environment with the needs of the local community, rather than isolating it in terms of policy that does not reflect the wants and needs of the surrounding macrocosm of society.

Race, nationality, and

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Normative and Felt Needs Assessment. It needs to be at least 2250 words.

Unfortunately, these habits are taking their toll on the bodies and the minds of people and they are becoming victim of many chronic diseases due to unhealthy lifestyle. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is one of those diseases which is caused by unhealthy lifestyle. The study of the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus shows that if people take care of their lifestyle and become aware of causes of this disease, they can prevent getting Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It is high time that everyone should be made aware of this disease.

Type 2 Diabetes mellitus can be defined as a “group of metabolic diseases characterized and diagnosed by a chronic elevation of blood glucose (hyperglycaemia) that results from defects in insulin section secretion, insulin action or both. This may be accompanied by a variety of disturbances of carbohydrates, protein and fat metabolism” (Levene 2003, p.7). Type 2 diabetes is also called as ‘lifestyle disease’ as it is caused by consumption of unhealthy food and leading a physically inactive life (What is type 2 diabetes?, n.d.).

The important thing to be noted about Type 2 Diabetes mellitus is that because it often shows no strong physical symptoms, it remains undetected for number of years. Only when a person suffers from some strong signs like a heart attack or vision problem does he/she realizes that he/she might be sufferin from the disease (What is type 2 diabetes?, n.d.). The lack of strong and specific physical symptoms has made it difficult for this disease to be detected. This has made it more important to make people aware about Type 2 Diabetes mellitus. Type 2 Diabetes mellitus has a hereditary tendency and this maybe because of the lifestyle habits

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Non tariff barriers to trade in IT products. It needs to be at least 3500 words.

Government regulation is essential because it is the only authority responsible in making sure that mechanisms that have been put in place to prevent new trade barriers are closely monitored. Conformity assessment is a tool used by governments in such a way as to allow the free movement of goods while at the same time making sure that the goods comply with set standards. During such assessments, only goods that comply with provisions concerning standards of a specific country are allowed into its markets and those that do not are sent back to their manufacturers for correction. In most cases, conformity assessments are done on a regular basis and it is required that these assessments be carried out according to the legislation that has been passed within a country. The government is therefore tied by these legislations and it cannot go beyond them when inspecting goods for conformity because to do so might result in serious legal action from the manufacturer.

Manufacturers are also obligated to ensure that the products that they design and manufacture are done in a way that they conform to the requirements needed by the government. The need to ensure that products conform to requirements is supposed to motivate manufacturers to produce only the best products that they can because they have to be in line with legislation concerning technical harmonization (Reynolds 2009, p.21). Conformity assessment is a course of action that is taken before a product is allowed into the market and this is a procedure that is designed to ensure that it fulfils all necessary requirements. Legislations concerning this procedure are enforced by governments in such a way that it is performed in a manner that follows technical procedures as is specified in the specific legislation. Under normal circumstances, manufacturers are required to choose from among different procedures of conformity in a bid to

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Non-Conformity. It needs to be at least 750 words.

the people which conforms to certain predefined and subtle social control that directly correlates with the values and value system of the person and his environment. Thus, non conformity of human behavior and human interaction often provokes wide ranging ratifications for the society as a whole. The pros and con of non conformity can be described as follows.

The non conformity can broadly be defined as behavior or actions that do not follow some predefined dictum of the society. The person displays unique characteristics and creativity in his or her actions that have significant impact on other people. The non conformist therefore, leads a life that is dramatically different and becomes a leader to a unique culture. While the normal human behavior tends to follow a rational approach, conforming to the wider welfare of the people, the non conformist is highly indigenous in his actions and thoughts and follows his instincts to blaze a new trail of innovation and path breaking ideas. Oprah Winfrey dared to follow her dreams and overcame adversities to show that a person can rise above the conformity of race and gender to become successful.

Liberty of thought and actions are important part of non conformity. People who are non conformist like to experiment with radical ideas which could result in path breaking inventions or discoveries that could significantly impact human lives. Indeed, the development of society is based on the revolutionary ideas of the few which has significantly impacted the restructuring of social fabric in a more rationale manner. Mills has been very vocal on the issue of liberty of thought because he believed that it promotes the conception and inception of new ideas which are intrinsic part of development, which every society undergoes through the time.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on No need for topic. It needs to be at least 250 words.

There are two major political movements: Democrats and the Republicans. However, whenever the country goes into a voting season, all these political parties have try their very best in convincing a huge number of people to support their ideas, proposals and manifestos. In line with this, they have to give room to their opponents to enjoy the same freedom even if they show dominance. This was very evident during the elections in which Barack Obama of Democrats and McCain of Republicans when they displayed this requirement.

Politics appreciate history. This is because it uses it in preparing leaders into being strong decision makers. There exist a relation between the earlier class content and the book content in that the judicial system seems to be an independent body, which has no influence from the dual democracy system in the country. In this case, it is clear that a constitution represents democracy since it values protection to both the citizens and the country at large.

America has a rich history. In a general understanding of the American politics, it comes out clear when a clear explanation of dualist America and foundationalist Germany relate. The historical founders used the Germany system in entrenching the African slave trade (Ginsberg et al: pp. 15). With such kind of system, the Africans had no powers in making amendments that could bar it.

The arguments in the We the People show a true reflection of what happened, is happening and what might happen in future. However, with a number of proposals regarding the judicial systems, the country can still enjoy a peaceful political

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Nintendo Co Ltd. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

In this study we will try and evaluate the key strategic issue that Nintendo is facing and what are their current strategic options.

The three major players in the industry are Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony. For all the players the market is broadly being divided into two major segments such as the hardware segment and the software or the gaming segment. Though there is a major drift in sales for all the three major companies in the recent year we can analyze their positions and strength from the data of the previous year that is 2008. Nintendo noted a 49 percent market share for their consoles i.e. Wii and about a 73% market share for the handheld, which are called the DS. (Elliot, 2008) So it is quite evident Nintendo is a market leader in the hardware segment of the industry. Also notably there were five gaming software made by Nintendo which acquired the top ten spot of NPD software (Elliot, 2008). So the constant mix of the quality hardware and innovative software making Nintendo a prospective leader in the industry. Sony’s product in the hardware segment called the PS3 attributed a growth of 99% on year-to-year basis (2008). Apart from that, though Nintendo is the market leader in the hardware segment. According to the Consumer Behavior Report of 2007 Nintendo’s consoles are readily accepted by the target consumers. But Sony’s playstation (which is their hardware console) recorded over 10 million accounts all over the world. But the USP of Sony remains with the innovativeness and varieties of gaming software they introduce with quick succession. According to Microsoft, their hardware product Xbox 360 enjoys a 49% market share in USA. Also Xbox 360 title, a product in the software segment accounts for 34% in software sales for July 2008. (Elliot, 2008)

Though Nintendo is more successful in developing game platforms, but the real focus of the company is on producing games rather than only platforms. (Ackerson, 2008).

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on New York State mental hygiene law- the need for involuntary medication. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

Download file to see previous pages…

On one hand, those who oppose involuntary medication argue that it goes against the patient’s right to autonomy and self-determination. those who support the practice also argue that its use is for the best interest of the patient and the bigger population. This essay shall discuss this issue, arguing both sides of the issue, and taking a stand or position on the debate, while also discussing the counterarguments to the position taken. Body Involuntary treatment is defined as medical treatment administered to the patient without his consent. In most cases, this treatment is seen in mentally ill patients especially those who are deemed by the court or by mental health professionals as dangerous (Kallert, et.al., 2011). Individuals with mental health illnesses are generally attributed the same right as other patients to self-determination. However, this has not always been the case. For many years, individuals with mental health issues have been struggling against a negative stigma about their competence and their safety in society (Kallert, et.al., 2011). At present, the negative stigma has been questioned by health professionals who argue that mental illness does not necessarily imply an inability to make sound decisions. Involuntary mental health treatment can be applied in numerous contexts. The most common is the court-ordered commitment to inpatient mental facilities. It also includes the involuntary medication as imposed by mental health professionals and treatment imposed for specific prisoners who may indeed pose a danger to themselves and others (MHA, 2013). Mental illness is hardly a crime. however, there are times when individuals suffering from mental illness manifest unfavorable and illegal behavior (Freckelton and Petersen, 2006). Violations carried out by individuals with mental illnesses can come about in various ways. The mental condition of an accused at the time the act was committed is an essential element in proving intent (Freckelton and Petersen, 2006). Whether or not the accused offender during the commission of the offense was able to distinguish between right from wrong can be considered in the determination of his case. Kendra’s Law has been implemented in New York since 1999. This law ensured the involuntary commitment and treatment of individuals following court determination of the mental illness, even without the consent of the individuals deemed mentally ill (Carpinello, 2005). In general, this law has been able to secure significant benefits for the patients and for the general public’s safety. In fact in a long-term study published in the Psychiatric Services journal (Phelan, et.al., 2010), significant benefits in assisted outpatient treatment has been seen. The study also found that the group not receiving AOT was twice likely to be arrested as compared to the group who received it. For those receiving AOT, the possibility of any arrest was at 2.66 times greater before their participation than after (Phelan, et.al., 2010). Finally, for those undergoing AOT, the possibility of arrest for violent offenses was 8.61 times higher before their participation in AOT than after. It is important to apply involuntary treatment for patients who present a danger to self and others. In the case of Washington v.
