AD differs from other autism spectrum disorders because there is absence of speech or language delays and symptoms are less severe in asperger syndrome unlike other autism spectrum disorders, which have language delays and severe symptoms. AD is one of the mental illnesses commonly experienced among varied children during their childhood development process. thus, many children develop cognitive difficulties, language skill problems and lack effective nonverbal communication skills. The exact cause of AD is unknown but many researchers have attempted to base their arguments on the genetic basis as the major cause of asperger syndrome. Although there is no clear treatment for AD, cognitive behavioral therapy, social skills therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy and other intervention measures are among the effective therapies for improving symptoms and function of the patient. Mental Health History The client is a six years old child who grew up well and did not have any linguistic or speech problems but started experiencing some minor problems earlier at the age of five years. The child started having trouble in some basic elements of social skills including failure to make friendships with other children, lack of emotional reciprocity and impaired nonverbal behaviors. When the child was admitted in school, the teacher realized that the child displayed some repetitive behaviors, which were sometimes abnormal. Parents of the child also had already noticed earlier some displayed behaviors, activities and interests of the child which were repetitive but they could not take them seriously. Some of the behaviors of the child became apparent after the age of 5-6 years and this was the period their parents started seeking medical attention. For example, the child could memorize camera model figures but could care little about photography. Although these behaviors kept changing from time to time, they typically became narrowly focused and even dominated social interaction in the extent that the family members of the child became worried and stressed. According to Matson, Matson and Rivet (2007), repetitive motor behaviors are among the major symptoms for asperger syndrome but these behaviors tend to change from time to time. In addition, the client developed problems in understanding figurative language and ended up using language literary something that forced the teacher of the child to employ effective teaching intervention strategies and prepare Individualized Education programs in order to meet the demanding learning needs of the client. Although the child had excellent auditory and visual perception, some differences in perception with motor, emotion and sensory perception became apparent. The client was diagnosed and the diagnostic criteria required the treatment of the impairment social interaction, repetitive behaviors and many other problems. Rodriguez (2012) argues that employing effective diagnostic criteria and carrying out comprehensive assessment process in a multidisciplinary team approach is vital. Earlier intervention was carried out because AD does not have clear treatment but some therapies offered to the client included, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), social skill therapy, physical, speech therapy and other intervention programs were carried out. Assessment Process The first step of diagnosis is the assessment process, which includes observation and evaluating developmental history of the child. The medical professions or qualified social workers with experience should carry out assessment process in order to determine the causes and symptoms.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Medical Terminology Project. It needs to be at least 500 words.

ISMP and the FDA plan to accomplish this through educational materials, in professional journals, and lectures at seminars. &nbsp.

It is recommend by ISMP and FDA that ISMP’s List of Error-Prone Abbreviations, Symbols, and Dose Designations be referenced whenever medical information is being shared. This includes internal communications, telephone/verbal prescriptions, computer-generated labels, labels for drug storage bins, medication administration records, and pharmacy and prescriber computer order entry screens, as well as product labeling, industry promotional materials, and medical publications.

Some of the abbreviations on ISMP’s list are included in the current Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JC) National Patient Safety Goal 2B, a “do not use” list of error-prone abbreviations, but ISMP’s full listing includes additional medical notations that have been associated with medication errors reported to the ISMP Medication Errors Reporting Program.

legible when using other abbreviations. Simple electronic prescription program can eliminate errors caused by handwriting and transcription errors, assist with dosing, and provided quick access to drug information.&nbsp.

In 2001, The Joint Commission issued a Sentinel Event Alert on the subject of medical abbreviations, and just one year later, its Board of Commissioners approved a National Patient Safety Goal requiring accredited organizations to develop and implement a list of abbreviations not to use. In 2004, The Joint Commission created its “do not use” list of abbreviations (see next page) as part of the requirements for meeting that goal. In 2010, NPSG.02.02.01 was integrated into the Information Management standards as elements of performance 2 and 3 under IM.02.02.0

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Medical Experimentations. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

In looking first at genetic engineering, the very basis for such research is human DNA. Obviously this alludes to the absolute necessity of human testing on at least some level. Similarly, testing the altered genetic material which has been modified in the interest of treating diseases and illnesses, subjects possessing homologous DNA is a necessity. This results in a bit of a slippery slope which creates a demand for rigid regulations governing clinical trials involving genetically based procedures pending FDA and medical review board approval. In other words, altered DNA in a cell which possesses 23 pairs of chromosomes can only be implanted into an organism possessing the same number of homologous chromosomes in order to be viable. Science differentiates species in part by their number of chromosomes as well as the number of chromosomes each posses within homologous sets.

Research ethics continues to be extremely controversial surrounding stem cell research. Stem cell research however, strives to result in the implantation of stem cells into diseased or severely injured individuals. The reason stem cells are so important scientifically and medically is that they are capable of becoming any type of cell. Stem cells of course originate from fetuses who are still undergoing the processes of cell differentiation. When stem cells are exposed to different chemicals in the body, they essentially are “assigned” to become a specific type of cell depending on the chemical they are exposed to, “ Some of the most serious medical conditions, such as cancer and birth defects, are caused by problems that occur somewhere in this process. A better understanding of normal cell development will allow us to understand and perhaps correct the errors that cause these medical conditions”(Department of Health and Human Services, 2007). The ethical issue comes in to play when the question of where the stem cells originated from surfaces. Stem

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Mid-life women: Relation of age and role to personality. Compared women in 2 midlife age groups (29:39 and 40:55 yrs) and 4. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

This paper seeks to analyze this specific stage and relate it with the age groups, role groups, relationship to age, career and family commitments in conjunction with the personality development of what they call the fairer sex. Introduction Women go through various stages in their lives – from infancy to childhood and maturity. Each period is characterized by enthusiasm and expectation. The age of the Mid-Life woman normally begins at age 29 and lasts until she reaches 55 years. It is a popular belief that the moment women arrive at the middle life stage they reach that point wherein their efficiency, power, physical condition and beauty begin to diminish. While midlife is described as a period of crisis and readjustment, the midlife woman sees this period more of an opportunity to reinvent herself so that she can cope with the challenges of second adulthood. According to Kirchheimer (2011), research studies reveal that when people get to the so-called middle age and beyond, they are inclined to become more concerned about their responsibilities and the people in their lives but at the same time, they become less open to meeting new people. Additional inputs from the research showed that mid-life women tend to become less neurotic or fearful and extroverted. The rates of neurosis showed a declining trend with age in women but this did not happen among the males. Both sexes showed degeneration in their levels of openness but split on sociability while women became less gregarious with age. Both sexes were found to be more organized and disciplined at work when they were still in their 20s. The personality changes slowed down but did not totally stop when they reached age 30. The traits of warmth, generosity and helpfulness were also evident for both men and women during this period but diminished when they reached their forties with the women reaching a much higher overall level. However, before going further into the discourse about the relationship between the two middle life women age groups and the four role groups made up of the homemaker, married/career, single/career and re-entry student with regards to personality dimensions, it is of the essence to consider the five categories that represent the extensive areas of personality (Mcrae and Costa, 1997, pp. 52, 509-516.). These categories are as follows: Extraversion which includes excitability, sociability, talkativeness, assertiveness, and high amounts of emotional expressiveness. Agreeableness consisting of attributes such as trust, altruism, kindness, affection, and other pro-social behaviors. Conscientiousness comprised of common features like levels of thoughtfulness with good impulse control and goal-directed behaviors. Neuroticism which is made up of emotional instability, anxiety, moodiness, irritability, and sadness. and, Openness which&nbsp.is characterised by imagination and insight and engaging in a broad range of interests. Mid-life Women and Personality Development This treatise discusses the personality development of women in mid-life and its relationship to age, career and family commitments and seeks to elucidate all pertinent theories, issues and concerns such as the concept of generativity.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Microtheme #2. It needs to be at least 250 words.

According to Sharon, casual sex is disgust in the society. The author asks herself how do they do it, the ones who make love without love. In this poem, sex without love is indicated as an empty experience that has no bond, lacks empathy and love that is supposed to be there between two sexual partners.

Individuals who are involved in sex and yet they do not love each other are just like runners who are alone in the race where they face winds and friction in the roads according to Olds. Such a comparison also makes Olds to clearly depict her strong opposition for sex without love. Despite the religious support of love during sex which is a right thing, Olds wonders how sex without love is

There may be two possible cases. The consumer could choose to consume at (m1, m2) which means that he just have his income absorbed fully for the period, or he can decide to have less than his income during the first period. In the second case, the consumer is actually saving a part of his first period consumption for the next period.

Let us now make an assumption that the consumer can borrow or lend money at certain interest rate r. If it is assumed that the consumer first decides to save, he will be consuming less than his income i.e. m1&gt.c1. . So he now saves (m1-c1). Hence the amount that he can consume in the second period is given by

Lets us now assume that the consumer is having the whole of his income of the first period plus he want to have more. So in this case he will have to borrow some amount as m1

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Motivational Management. It needs to be at least 250 words.

The researcher states that the most important things learned from the paper is the power of a good management practice. Utilizing a proper management program a business or organization is more likely to achieve its goals as opposed to not using. If am placed in a position of a future manager, the skills the author has acquired in the class will help him out in leading the company or business he will be running towards its success. The management theories of motivation are as follows: Content theory focuses on human needs and the motivating factor towards a particular achievement. Human needs do change with every achievement one makes. This comes from the need to be satisfied in life. Content theory looks at the motivating factors while process theory focuses on how the processes of motivation itself operates and maintain itself over a long period, not forgetting the factors that affect the amount of effort put into the act and the extension of the effort. Human beings doing various things due to different reasons as the theories have highlighted. Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Micro economics homework. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Another comment the journalist made is that security screening should be shared by the rich and the poor alike. This notion is acceptable since airline companies guided by the principles of profit making by minimizing their costs and thus, they would not agree to this notion. It will be expensive to provide uniform security checks without comprising the quality of their services as a result airline3 companies won’t be able to meet the needs of the rich. The best way to do this is by government subsidizing the services offered by these airline organizations therefore sharing costs. This will minimize the operation costs of the organization resulting into equality in provision of services.

The last comment is based on the government interference in making this class based discrimination formal (Lind, 1). This notion is uncalled for since the role of the government is to take care of the economic needs of its citizens equitably. The government can mitigate the rise of discriminative policies in relation to security checks by initiating price control measures in the provision of such services for the aim of preventing exploitation of the rich through exorbitant air fares and reduction of class based air travel. However, this move is likely to fail because the American State has a liberal economy where the market determines the prices of goods and services.

There are a variety of reasons as to why the airlines offer priority based on frequency of flying, and one major reason is to improve its profits. Airline companies don’t care a person’s age cluster, femininity or disabilities. their driving factor is the ability of a person to use their services. Therefore they offer incentives with the aim of retaining their clients. By offering priority of its clients through their frequency of flying, the airline companies are practicing the principles of absolute

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Motivation Theories and How It Affects Employees’ Commitment and Performance at Work. It needs to be at least 2750 words.

Download file to see previous pages…

From this study it is clear that &nbsp.businesses should motivate its workforce not only for them to commit and perform but also to keep them in the organisation. Keeping valuable employees motivated in an organisation is not only intended to make them commit and perform but also to keep them over the long haul. The most common notion about motivation is to shower them with fat paychecks but this proved to be inadequate in keeping employees motivated. As what organisational theorists have reported, committing employees to perform towards a common goal involves an interplay of various factors that involves not only remuneration, but also the social and psychological dimensions of work that keep employees productive. Several business organisations even went as far as integrating play with work not only to keep their employees committed and productive, but also to induce creativity in the workplace which proved to be beneficial to a company’s diversification drive such as the case of Google. These various motivation theories shall be discussed in this paper and we will also tackle how these theories affect performance in today’s competitive environment. According to the discussion the classical theorists of motivation a. Frederick Winslow Taylor’s Principles of Scientific Management Taylor first conceived the idea that workers are mainly motivated solely by wage. He posited that management has to possess the control and knowledge of the methods of production so that it would have a greater control of achieving efficiency in an organisation that includes motivating its workforce. For Taylor, the breaking up functions into small quantifiable tasks is necessary to make the time-piece rate pay possible that will encourage employees to work harder if they can see that they are being paid with more work. This theory assumed that employees are more motivated with more pay and confined motivation to solely addressing the economic needs of a business organisation’s employees.
