Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Marketing (as a marketer). It needs to be at least 500 words.

In the recessive environment, while pricing has remained the dominant problem, the firms are increasingly facing competition from other macro-environmental factors. The after sales service has become critical to retain customers. An effective distribution and delivery system that focuses on time and place has also become vital part of market strategy (ibid). The fast changing preferences of the customers, technology, environment and ethical considerations have become vital elements that impact organization’s performance outcome. The consumer psychology plays strong role in the development of new products. The market strategy therefore needs to emphasize on brand creation and advertising to suit the segmented market.

Wal-Mart’s strategy to introduce private label products should not impact the pricing dynamics of firms like Aveda, Kellogg and Starbucks etc. These firms have already created a niche market for their products and their brand strategy is targeted towards the market segment that strongly believes in the credibility of brands. The perceived value of the products of these companies meets the consumption value and therefore considerably satisfies the target consumer.

In the age of advancing technology and globalization, the businesses have become highly competitive. Consumers have become the mainstay of the businesses that has necessitated the need for dynamic market strategies. Indeed, understanding the consumer psychology has become intrinsic part of business decision making. The identification and analysis of consumer behavior at different level of interaction helps the companies to evolve strategies for gaining market position. Thus, product development and market strategy are primarily defined by major segmenting variables like age, gender, income etc. These help provide the firms to develop effective market plans so as to influence the buying decisions of the target market.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Marine Transportation. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

Reasonably, the growing demand for different commodities in different economies around the globe forces for the massive transportation of containerized goods, which on the point of destination will be offloaded and transported inland to the actual location through road and rail transport. Up to the present, over a million vessels have transited through the Panama Canal with a similar number passing through the Suez Canal (Talley 90).

Arguably, the two canals have served to benefit adjacent economies to achieve abundant economic growth rates. For instance, the Suez Canal affected Egypt’s industrialization to an extent that the country reigned as a growing economy in the Northern part of the African continent. The rapid growth in maritime transportation is influential to the continued expansion of the waterways (92). The increment in the vessels’ size has served to the advantage of the economies adjacent to the canals citing on the cargo handling processes in the ports whenever.

2. Maritime strategic passages (Suez Canal, Panama Canal, etc.) provide an important service to global shipping and international trade. Discuss the likely economic impact that a disruption of traffic (through an act of piracy) in the Gulf of Aden would have on the Suez Canal, global shipping and international trade.

Maritime passages’ purpose of creation emanated from the need for ease in sea transport through the creation of waterways that would shorten the distances of each voyage. In the absence of these canals, ships would have to embark on long distances thus. the cost of sea transport shall increase in the long run. It is knowledgeable that the cost of shipping would escalate if an inland waterway would close or be disrupted. These disruptions, for example, those present in the Suez Canal and the threat of piracy in the Gulf of Aden since 1957 and in the early 2006 force for changes in trade routes whereby ships engage on lengthy voyages from departure to the

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Marie and Pierre Curie. It needs to be at least 250 words.

On top of her educational shortcomings, Curie could not speak fluent French. All of her classes were in French. Instead of giving up, Curie began studying in order to succeed. She scrimped on her food rations, rarely eating meat. Curie also did not buy coal and had to put all her clothes on top of her for warmth. All of these sacrifices were made in order for Curie to receive an education. She did end up graduating at the top of her class in physics and mathematics.

The lesson in this article is students today need to have the same drive as Curie. Students today have food, shelter, and warmth. Learning for them should be easier. Despite all the obstacles, Curie did the impossible and learned. This story should inspire all students. With hard work and dedication, every student can achieve their goals. The reason students are not achieving what Curie did is the lack of drive and focus. Students today do not want to work hard for their education.

The only perspective of this woman I did not like was the treatment of her child. Curie got married and had a baby, but these events did not seem important to her. Physics and being in the lab was the most important thing in her life. The role of women at the time was to be married and have children. Curie was different, but did not fight against the system. She did what was expected. Thus the roles of wife and mother were not given 100%. Curie could have done

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Mexico4. It needs to be at least 250 words.

The target groups of rape cases are mainly young women and girls who form the economic underclass of society and work in factories that pay low wages. Sexual murders and unexplained disappearance of women and young girls rank highest in Mexico vis a vis other North American countries according to Statistics by Human Rights Organizations and lobby groups. Chihuahua, Chiapas and San Salvador are places most affected by these cases.

Efforts to salvage the rights of women in Mexico have had a plunge occasioned by repugnant tendencies of authorities and employers who actively and openly discriminate against women. They have adversely been mistreated as menial job workers at the Maquiladora Industrial plants. where jobs are terminated in case of pregnancy. Mexicans are considered to be reasonably religious, a situation that has contributed to several States pronouncing abortion as illegal (Wickam-Crowly & Eckstein, 2003). To this end, the jury is still out on whether this enacted law is a violation of the rights of women.

Public outcries and sustained protests by Women rights activists led the Government to create the National Commission for Equality between Men and Women, CNDH, to look into social, legal and economic issues that were unfair to women. It also has programs that seek to empower women through teaching them their legal rights and training on ways to achieve sustainable livelihoods. Reproductive healthcare remains an issue of debate as most anti-abortionists see it as the platform used to legalize abortion (Wickam-Crowly & Eckstein,

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Matrix review. It needs to be at least 500 words.

In regard to Richard Paul article, critical thinkers remain as those who can see past what is before them and inquire more to get the reality. He insists on the value of critical thinking to evade delusions and find the reality of things commonly perceived real. The three emphasize on the existence of illusions plus reality and how the society should perceive them in deeper thought.

2) How does the film “Inception” reflect how powerful people gain access to our unconscious mind? Stated differently, what does the film attempt to tell us about how media influence our deepest sense of unconscious desires and world/political view?

In Inception, Dominic Cobb, the dream architects specialized in stealing or implanting information in people’s dreams when they were vulnerable most. In likening to that movie, the media also gains entry to people’s mind unconsciously and influence their desires or political view through constant advertisements or positive recommendations of certain candidates. An excellent example entails the media constantly advertising a certain product. People unconsciously become influenced into liking or purchasing that product.

In the movie, The Matrix, the actor, Neo becomes pulled from a given kind of cave and comes to view the real world from another perspective. In likening the matrix to Plato’s allegory about the cave as Neo come to realize that the world he knew before was an illusion just like the prisoner who climbed out of the cave, and realized a real world existed (Plato, 2010). Neo in discovering that his old world was an illusion becomes likened to the shadows that existed in the cave and the other prisoners though were real. Plato insists that people often perceive illusions which they commonly think it’s real. Plato continues by saying that reality can only be perceived by individuals who free themselves and accept it (Plato, 2010). In the addition,

Small pox, unknowingly brought in by the Spaniards, ravaged the Aztec Empire killing millions including the ruling Emperor. It confirmed the victory of Cortes and under him the Spanish invaded the territory and ruled it as the Viceroyalty of New Spain. This is what would become Mexico later on. The Spanish rule continued in Mexico for the next 300 years till 1810 when the Mexicans led their first revolution to freedom which they gained in 1821. The colonial Spanish rule witnessed territorial expansion across a huge part of Central America and a lot of it to the south and west of what is now the United States. Trade and commerce swelled and the time saw a flourishing mining, textile, and agrarian economy. There was large scale religious conversion to Roman Catholicism. However, by early nineteenth century resentment simmered among the locals and set the tempo for a revolution. Independence. Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla and Jose Maria Morelos were the main protagonists of the revolution. Both of them led successful run-ins one after the other but were executed: Costilla was executed by the firing squad in 1811 and Morelos was captured and shot in 1815. However, the struggle for independence did not slack momentum and continued under the Creole colonel Agustin de Iturbide. In 1821 the independence of Mexico was officially recognized after Iturbide along with representatives of the Spanish crown signed the Treaty of Cordoba and the Declaration of Independence of the Mexican Empire. Iturbide declared himself emperor of the First Mexican Empire. He was overthrown in 1823 and the United Mexican States was formed. Forms of Government. The military rule ended thus with the United Mexican States being declared a federal republic and Guadalupe Victoria becoming the first President of the newly formed country in 1824. However, this was not the beginning of an organized era. The country was steeped in turmoil of many a kind. In 1836 General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, a rebel general and dictator, suspended the 1824 Constitution and a civil war ensued. His radical reforms dissolved republicanism and institutionalized the centralized form of government. The landmark event that followed was the Mexican-U.S. war in which Mexico lost Texas, California, and New Mexico to the U. S. Close at heels were Native American revolts and a series of reforms which brought back the federal form of government. In 1861 the Liberals won and the country was led by President Benito Juarez. He is worth a mention because the country underwent drastic democratic and economic reforms and cessation of Church powers. However, chaos set in soon imposed by the monarchy of Austrian Archduke Maximilian who declared himself Emperor in 1864. He was executed by the Liberal forces under Juarez who continued his term of presidency till 1872. Juarez period is also termed Restoration of the Republic. Weak governments followed. The next noteworthy period was the presidency of the authoritarian general Porfirio Diaz who ruled most of the years between 1877 and 1911. The military dictatorship of Porfirio went well with Mexico that saw phenomenal economic reforms and progress in science and art. But his political repression snowballed into yet another revolution in 1910 which continued till 1920.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Meritocracy Rule by the best. It needs to be at least 500 words.

A vision to build a strong nation is attributed chiefly to the politicians, who, by means of their powers direct and formulate regulations. Therefore, political powers should also be provided on the basis of merit like other positions in diverse organizations. This is the most imperative aspect as rule by the people i.e. the Democracy generates disarray of thoughts and leaves little room for desired accomplishments.

According to Plato individuals are categorized as- Producers- encompassing individuals who are governed by their cravings and are inspired to acquire materialistic comforts. This category is attributed to the individuals who are involved in banking services, trades, general practitioners or businessman and therefore they possess slightest political supremacy.

Second category involves Auxiliaries- encompassing individuals who are governed by aspiration, faithfulness, principle, respect and bravery, individuals with such temperament join police or military. On the other hand, the third category encompasses- Guardians- these individuals are governed by the reason to formulate policies and laws. These individuals decide the course of the society.

Essentially, Guardians should be intellectuals with farsightedness and an insight to think beyond the persisting issues. They are required to possess an understanding that generates empathy and provide means for the happiness of everyone. This category should actually belong to those who are selfless and not selfish. They need to be the Philosophers, to exist and provide modestly in support of the nation. These individuals should ideally work with least remunerations and should be truly devoted towards their duties for the wellbeing of the nation.

For all intents and purposes, there has to be a criterion where it should be mandatory that those who are willing to serve the nation in real sense should come

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Mary Kay. It needs to be at least 750 words.

One direct selling technique that was employed by Mary Kay was over-the-counter selling. After two financial years, direct sales from the two skin care products led to a 120% increase in the company’s revenue (Davies & Dewhirst, 2005).

With respect to Mary Kay’s direct selling strategy, over-the-counter sales persons had to employ excellent interpersonal communication skills in enticing potential consumers to make purchases. Among the necessary requirements for Mary Kay’s direct sales persons included confidence, assertiveness, and persuasiveness (Davies & Dewhirst, 2005). In essence, most sales persons were skilled in expressing friendly demeanors and possessed in-depth knowledge on the products as a means of improving their art of persuasion.

Admittedly, the 120% increase in Mar Kay’s revenue was attributable to the advantages of direct selling over other marketing strategies. Among the benefits of direct selling include enhanced customer satisfaction resulting from personalized product deliveries, and minimum marketing risks associated with positioning of products. Contrarily, direct selling strategies like those employed by Mary Kay possess certain setbacks which may include poor quality leads and inability to enhance repeat sales (Palade, 2011).
