Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Fruit content of fruit juice and apple juice content of cider using DNA methodology. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

The PCR –RFLP method was used for the analysis of the different fruits in the fruit juice. The PCR heteroduplex system was successfully applied to the LOC and was found to show greater sensitivity for the identification of the fruit juices. After this process, random reannealing of the amplified DNA was done based on Hardy- Weinberg law. The heteroduplexes obtained from these studies have proved that the heteroduplexes were underestimated at the lab-on-a-chip method. The differential data interpretation is done to obtain better results. (Scott and Knight 2009).

DNA profiling method was developed for the fruit samples. Different DNA extraction methods were practiced for the isolation of the genomic DNA from the fresh fruits. Some of the DNA extraction methods are CTAB- based DNA extraction method and some kits such as Nucleon Phytopure plant DNA Extraction kit, DNeasy Plant mini kit and G2 buffer & Genomic –tip 20/G kits can be used for the extraction of the DNA from the given fruit juices. SSR markers are used for the identification of the DNA from the given samples. The SSR analysis was able to reveal that the genotypes were the same for the dried fruits and the fresh juices. The DNA samples obtained from the canned and processes foods will be very small of 500 bp. (Yamamoto et al. 2006).

These DNA samples can be easily amplified using the high quality primers. In the pear fruit DNA sequence there are 15 SSR sequences and among them 9 SSR markers were obtained from the fruit juice containing pear. The reason for this could be that the DNA obtained from the fruit juices were around 150 base pairs and they were very small for amplification. The DNA profiling and the cultivar methods were found to be very useful for the identification of the DNA of the fruits from the fruit juices. (Yamamoto et al. 2006).

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Fixed and Floating Exchange Rate Systems. It needs to be at least 750 words.

In fixed exchange rate system, the central bank decides the official rate of exchange of currency conversion which is fixed. This means that the traders would need to convert the currency of one country into the currency of another country at the rate of exchange fixed by the central banks. The fixed exchange rate systems could be classified as hard pegged exchange rate systems and soft pegged exchange rate systems. The hard pegged exchange rate system indicates that the pegging nation has lesser volume of control in the process of currency conversion and is very much dependent on the targeting nation. In hard pegged exchange rate systems, the fixed currency conversion rates are followed in a strict manner (Heakal, 2012). On the other hand, the soft pegged currency exchange systems are influenced by the fluctuation in the market conditions. The floating exchange rate systems are on the other hand marked to market. This means that these exchange rates fluctuate with the corresponding changes in the market supply and demand. The inflation or deflation in the economies leads to changes in the currency conversion rates. The exchanges rates in such conditions are said to be floating which corrects itself constantly with respect to the market and economic fluctuations.

The exchange rate system that includes conversion of local currency pegged against the US dollars is an example of hard pegged exchange rate system. The currency is converted strictly with the rate of exchange for US dollars.

In reality, no exchange rate system is fully fixed or floating. An example of soft pegged exchange rate system is the slight fluctuation in the rate of currency conversion due to changes in monetary supply in the economy.

An example of floating exchange rate system is the auto-correction of the currency conversion rate due to the changes in the economic conditions. The devaluation of currency would lead to rise

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on From the Top at Carnegie Hall. It needs to be at least 250 words.

“We learn that no matter how far from home we are, we always have a home in the things we love”. These are the lines that struck me in the episode. Music is where the heart is. The three young musicians who have their own stories of ups and downs led them where they are right now. In the case of Ronald Joseph for instance, his terrible experience from Hurricane Katrina did not stop him from pursuing his delight. Like what his teacher said, “You owe it to Katrina”. Oftentimes, the bad things in life are the process of something good that is about to come. For the second part of the episode, 17-year old violist Allyson Tomsky had a different means of showing her enthusiasm. Her love for both music and for her hometown greatly contributed in becoming who she really is. Playing in the streets of New York as one of her practices is indeed a unique way of showing and sharing the talent that she has. Lastly is 14-year old Jazz singer, Nikki Yanofsky who at a very young age possessed a very powerful voice and a great confidence toward the thing that she loved. This episode portrayed only but one thing, that as long as we love what we do, we are happy and we’ll always be contented. There will always be the sense of fulfillment no matter what the odds are. Another episode, Family Ties revealed the role of family in shaping and building the vision of our youth.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Fit into their environments. It needs to be at least 250 words.

An employee who aimlessly share the challenges or the weakness of the firm is never loyal to the firm and can cause other competitors to create a competitive edge relative to the firm. A qualified employee who goes through the whole process of job hiring is an essential asset to the firm since he understands that the primary goal of the firm is to serve its customers satisfactorily. Indeed, success-oriented firms are driven by the philosophy of the customers’ best interest. Employee X was irregularly hired and hence caused the firm previously. The adoption of the PE fit theory is the best and proven policy to employ in hiring and locating potential candidates for a particular job based on proper recruitment and location plan (Caplan, 1987). Moreover, the owners of the business should delegate the work completely and with authorities and keep off from interfering by letting particular department do its work as outlined in the policy and best practices.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on From the different perspectives of 1) cultural idealists and 2) cultural materialists, what kind of culture is important, valuable and worthy of our attention, and why. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

While in cultural idealism, a lot of focus is directed towards human ideas in the process of understanding culture. Cultural idealists and cultural materialists explain human phenomenon differently. In particular, an idealist will have a different explanation from a materialist on what motivates a human being. Culture materialism is an improvement of the Marxist theory of materialism. This paper is a discussion from the different perspectives of cultural idealists and cultural materialists what kind of culture is important, valuable and worthy of our attention and why.

Culture idealists base mind, spirit and ideas as the cornerstones of understanding human culture. Some philosophers who were associated with the formulation of cultural idealism are the Greek philosopher Plato, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel and Immanuel Kant. Idealists continue to use intangible ideas such as. beliefs, conceptions and values in emphasizing the aspect of culture. In idealism, divine and supernatural forces exist, and these are perceived by mind and spirit. Cultural idealists express that human action, and in this case, culture is derived from ideas. In the mind of a cultural idealist, religious beliefs and moral values are the greatest drivers of human action, which later transforms into cultural practices (Haviland et al, 2010: p 67).

In the opinion of cultural idealists, culture primarily originates from the mind and material substances have no basis. Idealists are religious in nature and believe that God, ethics and moral have roles to play in human culture. Human culture is understood better by analyzing what people think, speak, imagine, feel in relation to the immediate environment that they live. A lot of focus, in an idealist perspective, is primarily centered on superstructure that is ideas and value (Haviland et al, 2010: p 68). Cultural idealist perspective is further exampled in. postmodernism, structuralism, psychological

David Reynolds’ narrative in the book catches the attention of reader easily as like fictional account and shed lights on the complex workings of statesmanship, foreign policy and consensus building in critical historical junctures. The Great Shift from Isolationism to Interventionism As a methodology, to understand the origins of Second World War, Reynolds critically examines the events and political process within the United States in the proceeding years of America becoming a party in the war. According to the author, the events from 1938 to 1941 discussed in the book have profound impacts on three counts: the policies of the Roosevelt government, the way Americans perceives world affairs, and the foreign policy precedents for the post World War II world. The major change occurred in this period was at the realm of foreign policy, especially towards the Europe in general and the Britain in particular. As a great statesman, Roosevelt overcome the hold of New Deal coalition in America which had already become a thing of past. Reynolds characteristically asserts that “American perceptions of a cohesive totalitarian plot helped ease the United States into world war. But the reality of Axis divergence helped ensure eventual Allied victory” (170). And, the whole credit goes to Franklin Roosevelt as he helped the consolidation of this shift in the attitude of the American people and policy makers. Foreign aid too became central to the foreign policy narrative of the United States, which still governs the core thinking of American foreign policy makers. The process of transition that eagerly pursued by Roosevelt from isolationism to interventionism was further assisted by the increasing German presence in the Atlantic Ocean. As a resistance to it, Roosevelt could further his actual war efforts in the Atlantic against the Germans. America’s undeclared naval war against the Germans in the Atlantic was, according to Reynolds, the result of Roosevelt’s frantic search for “epochal attitude change’ of the American people from strict hemispheric concerns to closely defined global engagements (26). He beautifully traces the way Roosevelt create the discourse on the necessity for participation in the Second World War. From the time of Operation Barbarossa, the world war became a recurrent theme in the speeches of Roosevelt. Reynolds strongly held the view that “arguably the turning point in this story was the battle Franklin Roosevelt waged against the ‘isolationists’ before Pearl Harbor, when he redefined American security in global terms and promulgated a bipolar, Manichean view of the struggle between democracy and totalitarianism. Cold War institutions such as a peacetime draft, the ‘military-industrial complex’, and even the ‘imperial presidency’ can be said to have their roots in 1940-I” (83). What made the United State into isolation were primarily the Great Depression of 1920s and 30s. The Neutrality Act passed by the congress itself is a proof to it. What made America to come out of it was the policies of the Roosevelt government and the consensus he impregnated into the American political establishment. Roosevelt’s New Deal policy was checked and countered by the conservatives from the very beginning. It was over the foreign policy, the ruling coalition found much of its tensions and fractures.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Freemasons. It needs to be at least 750 words.

In a matter of three decades, the Masonic fraternity had multiplied all over the Old World and the New World colonies. Freemasonry particularly became popular in the colonies of America. Great men in American history, such as George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Paul Revere and Joseph Warren, became members of the fraternity. Other illustrious Masonic members who participated in the founding of America were John Paul Jones, Lafayette, Nathanael Greene and John Hancock. Chief Justice John Marshall, who was also a Mason, formed the Supreme Court into its modern structure (York 1993).

Majority of the Masonic historians and scholars agree that Freemasonry, in its present structure, perhaps developed as an accessory from stonemasons from the Middle Ages through the period until the formation of the Operative Stone Masons Guilds. However, it is still uncertain how or when the conversion occurred from Operative Guild Free-Stone Masonry to scholarly Speculative Freemasonry or those making use of tools of stonemasons, garments and practices as symbolic supports to teach their principles, even though Scottish Lodge Kilwinnings documentations confirming admitted non Operatives by just about 1672 and several Lodges in England were completely non Operative at least by 1646, the time of Elias Ashmole (Jacob 1991).

Stonemasons are remarkable. They acquired extraordinary skills to construct the cathedrals, castles and the essential sculpted forms and adornments ordered of their masters. This kind of skill must have looked like almost supernatural to the huge uneducated masses. They were evidently the cream of the crop of the labor force, possessed secret practices and symbols and would have fascinated and attracted several of the most skilled non-educated enlistments (Doan 1993). Though, provided with the intricacy and the focus on morality of the different

the government has every right to charge the organization. therefore it is better that the organization must make sure that the public funding is not being used for any purpose other than public welfare (Misuse of Public Funds, 2013).

2. No in my opinion I do not think that there should not be any difference between the privatization of traditional governmental services and private corporations using public funding for non-traditional services, as both of these services are directed towards one cause i.e. providing services for the betterment of people. Privatization of the traditional government services can be quite beneficial in some cases as when any of the government department or institution is facing a loss. The government may privatize an institution, which in the long run can be beneficial for the overall economy. Private institution at the end of the day believes in gaining profits out of the operations they are carrying on. This is what makes the private institution more successful than the government institutions (Should government stop offering any service that the private sector can provide?, 2013).

3. There are many private corporations in which they fraud, waste abuse and corruption is at its peak. The charitable organizations too are not at all immune to the FWAC. Brain Collins the retired CEO of Enron Corporation stated in an interview that their organization conducted a research on nonprofit organizations. The result of the research suggested that every year the corruption of 1.1 million occurs in the nonprofit organizations. One can predict that if the amount of corruption is so high in institutes that are solemnly working for the betterment of the society that what will be the case of other organizations (Not-for-Profits Not Immune to Fraud, 2013).

4. If the FOIA legislation fails to force the private organizations to effectively respond to their request, the government can play its role in by assigning a contracting agency that will look
