Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Country profile of Italy’s media. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

Mediaset initially expanded its services outside Italy by acquiring 25% shares in a Spanish broadcaster called Telecinco in 1997 and increases the shares to 50.1% in 2003 (Mediaset a).

In relation with the increasing demand for the use of the Internet, Mediaset decided to become active in managing web-based activities of Canale 5, Italia 1, Rete 4 and TGCOM6 by establishing the Mediaset.it (Mediaset.it b). Eventually, the media company decided to consolidate all of its digital activities under the Mediadigit before

As part of analyzing the micro-environment of Mediaset, the total population in Italy including the number of households with television sets and the number of people who patronizes satellite, cable, or free TV will be thoroughly identified. Eventually, the most important media players including the current trends behind television broadcasting will be tackled followed by discussing the role of AGCOM in the extent wherein the media’s freedom of the press in terms of content restrictions being practiced in Italy. Prior to conclusion, the extent in which American programming affects the home-grown programming in Italy will be examined.

As of July 2008, the total population of Italy is 58,145,320 (Central Intelligence Agency). Considering that Italy is one of the countries with the most advanced economy (Central Intelligence Agency b), almost 95% of Italian households have television. (Eurobarometer, p. 1)

Back on November 2007. E-Communications Household Survey conducted an interview with a total of 1,039 research participants. Based on the results, E-Communications Household Survey revealed that as much as 79% of Italian household are dependent on the use of aerial television followed by 18% who has an access over satellite TV, 10% with access to cable TV network, and 8% on digital terrestrial television which is a

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Costco membership policy. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

One of the key strengths about the brand is the fact that the business has been established with one main goals which was to provide membership to most wholesale buyers. The crucial fact about the business is that is business model is unique. As such, the uniqueness in the business model is a key marketing point that the organization needs to center on. Although, there are few other warehouse clubs in the United States and elsewhere across the globe, evidently, Costco was one of the first and still remains one of the leading organizations in the field (Edleson, 2014). As such, uniqueness is a key selling point for the organization.

Another major strength is the brand reputation. Currently, Costco is a key destination for shoppers with large families or people seeking to purchase products in bulk. With a superior reputation as is the case with the organization, it is evident that the marketing of the brand would be much easier. Costco is recurrently mentioned in movies and television programs and hence the proposition that most of the people already know about it. As such, the marketing plan needs not to center on introduction of the brand but rather should be emphatic on maintaining a good reputation about the organization.

Although the brand being too big is a focal point of strength, it can also serve as a key weakness for the organization. Arguably, marketing a large brand is hectic. Additionally, it is also very pricey. As such, the budget for marketing such an organization is huge. Likewise, marketing an already reputable brand is a little complicated in that wrong marketing strategies would lead into destroying the brand as opposed to improving its reputation. As such, the marketing developed for this organization needs to be considered keenly and assessed. The marketing team needs to be experienced in handling large brands and marketing them effectively (Bowman & Gatignon, 2010). This weakness

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Cosmetic surgery. It needs to be at least 750 words.

In a society that places great value on a person’s appearance, the demand for cosmetic plastic surgery has only seen a steady increase. This is manifested by the growing number of surgical clinics that offer both invasive and non-invasive procedures. Expectedly, the demand is not limited to just a certain group of people. Rather, it encompasses a variety of nationalities from Chinese to Russians and Italians.

People have various reasons for getting cosmetic plastic surgery. Where some believe that their new looks would make them more confident and aid them in moving up the corporate ladder, others, like in those in the entertainment industry, undergo cosmetic surgery to keep their jobs. Still others are of the mind that cosmetic surgery is their chance of improving parts of their body they have long been or have become dissatisfied with.

Although Western influence plays a role in the quest for a more “beautiful” face or body, across the different racial groups, majority of men and women are willing to pay for plastic surgery for the same reason – they want to look better than how they look now. In line with this ideal, cosmetic surgeons have noticed that while requests for some procedures remain similar to all ethnic groups, there are particular surgeries more frequently done on specific nationalities.

Injections for Botox are the most common non-surgical methods of looking more youthful, especially for Caucasians. Because individuals from this race have thinner skin, they are more prone to developing wrinkles. The toxin helps in decreasing the appearance of frown lines, giving the patient smooth and wrinkle-free skin. Another popular non-invasive treatment is for skin whitening. Majority of people in India, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea spend large amounts on whitening products believing that being fair is akin to being

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Corticosteroids use. It needs to be at least 250 words.

These effects may affect the overall mental state of an individual.

The registered nurse should have a comprehensive understanding of the side effects and bodily changes that arise from the long-term use of corticosteroids as well as their interactions with other drugs. Such knowledge enables the nurse to develop a customized patient care plan. For example, the nurse can change the dosage to the lowest dose that achieves the desired therapeutic target. The nurse can also provide the drug in the form of inhalants, intra-articular injection or topical to minimize the systemic upshots (Burke, 2015).

When preparing to interact with the patient, the nurse should have empathy and find a comforting way of relaying the truth to the patient. The nurse should make the patient understand that she needs corticosteroids for the rest of her life due to her chronic condition and that stopping the usage of the drugs will have adverse effects on her health. The nurse should be prepared to educate the patient regarding the inevitable side effects of corticosteroids and how to deal with them. However, the nurse should be prepared to guide the patient in the usage of the drugs to minimize the side effects.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Corporate Planning. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

The manager can then postpone the decision or take no action. The second reason why managers may fail to make a decision is need to maintain the status quo. The company may be performing extremely well and the manager may wish to pursue existing strategies to maintain good performance. Alternatively, the manager may be undergoing high pressure to comply with existing rules, policies or procedures. Consequently, the manager will have little room to introduce change. Therefore, maintaining status quo becomes better option.

Sales forecasting is one of the core functions of the sales and marketing department. Sales forecasts must be realistic and inspiring to the sales and marketing department as well as to other departments of the company. Inspiring and achievable sales forecasts can be achieved by considering internal and external factors that affect company’s performance. The first issue is the internal environment of the company. Internal environment of the company is comprised of key personnel in the sales and marketing department, finance department and production department. The key personnel in the above key departments should be involved during sales projections. According to Haines (2008), sales executives should set their own sales targets. The managers of key departments proceed to discuss the targets and check if they are achievable. For example, the production managers confirm if sales targets are in tandem with the production capacity and finance managers confirms if the targets are in line with company’s revenue targets. The second factor to be considered when a company makes sales forecast is the external environment. External environment include the competition, purchasing power of the consumer, political events, fashion and styles, changes in population, and the state of the economy. The sales forecast team should make use of facts from the

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Corporate Finance FE. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

It is of note that only the long-term operating assets are incorporated in the calculation for the NOWC but not the short-term investments to be considered as the operating working capital because these short term investments are assumed to be interest bearing securities that to an extent do not directly finance or result from the operations of the Widget Corporation.

2. Seven years ago ABC Inc. issued a series of $1,000 bonds (i.e. Par = $1,000) @ 10% compounded semiannually for a term of 30 years. Additionally, the bonds are callable with a call premium of two coupon payments. Today, the market rate is 10% and each single bond is trading for $844.76. If ABC Inc. wants to raise new debt today, what would be ABC’s marginal cost of debt? Assume no significant change in ABC’s bond rating.

Supposing there is no substantial alteration in the ABC’s bond rating means that today’s market bond rate is the same as market rate at the issuance time of the bond, thus the bond trades at par value ($ 1,000).

The rate 12% calculated shows the market rate of the bond at present. Remember the present bond value is $ 844.76. The 12% rate represents the Yield To Maturity and therefore is a good estimation figure for the marginal cost of debt.

3. Considering Stand Alone Risk and the calculation of the Coefficient of Variation (CV), you are to develop a series of at least five historical returns for a financial asset and from these returns you are to calculate the CV for this financial asset.

4. You are bearing in mind making an investment in form of a project. The initial cost (I0) equals $1,200. In return for this initial outlay, you will own the rights to three future cash flows: CF1 = $300, CF2 = $400, and CF3 = $500. First, if the appropriate discount rate for this investment is 12%, what is the NPV for this project? Second, what discount rate would

Critical Appraisal

Health professionals have been lacking the skills to vaccinate members of the public, which is an aspect that has increased the number of casualties as a result of the disease. The study plays, therefore, an important role in order to enlighten the government on the need to undertake an in-depth campaign to the people for them to accept the vaccination. In addition, the study is important for non-governmental organisations. This is because these organisations, which educate the public on the need to take up vaccination, mainly use statistics from these researches in order to come up with a conclusion or way forward. Also, the research is important to the government as it highlights the effort made and its importance to the general public (Macnee and McCabe, 2008). Value Added by the Study The study gives up-to-date information concerning vaccination and percentage of people who have received the vaccination. This data will be useful in future planning for the intervention. In addition, the study will help the government to determine the most affected people who need more attention. Type of Research Question Posed Different types of questions were posed to the people. Some of these questions were open ended and close ended. Those were mainly used in order to ensure that the information obtained had a deep insight into the topic. The questions also asked on the effectiveness of the vaccine. The questions are aimed at coming up with a conclusion concerning the prevalence of the disease, predictions and investigations on the quality of the health care given. Effectiveness of Research Questions on the Study The questions used were effective to some extent as they enabled the researchers to come up with a conclusion. In addition, the method used to avoid errors allowed the researchers to narrow down to almost the correct answer to the problem. The questions are ethically appropriate and are unbiased – an aspect that can be equalled to the overall results. On the other hand, the mailing system used to send the questions to the population to be interviewed was not effective. This is mainly because many interviewees are likely to ignore the letter and not send back the feedback. How the Research Addressed Biasness One of the methods employed to avoid biasness is use of randomly picked samples. This ensures that there is no specific group favoured in the research. On the other hand, what researchers did was so little to avoid biasness. Instead, they could have biasness through training the people to be interviewed in order for them to understand the questions asked. Although they used educational letters, such letters were not effective as some of the members who were interviewed could not understand them. This aspect, therefore, could have interfered with the overall study (Crombie, 1996). Nevertheless, use of one form of getting information could have made the results of the study ineffective as they lacked an in-depth analysis of the topic. For a study to be effective, both quantitative and qualitative methods of obtaining data should be applied in order to minimize any error associated with the study (Gerrish and Lacey, 2006). Outcome in Accordance with the Original Protocol The study was able to achieve the initial objective that was set. Due to well structured research methods used, the researchers were able to keep up with the task, which enabled them to gather the necessary information.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on CoQ10. It needs to be at least 750 words.

Download file to see previous pages…

The body produces CoQ10, with the production declining with age from age 40 such that by age 60, Higdon notes that the body produces only about 10% of the CoQ10 that was produced at age 30. It is additionally consumed in diet. Organically, CoQ10 occurs in poultry and fatty fish including salmon, tuna, sardines, herring and halibut. It also occurs in red meat, mostly in organs like kidney, heart and liver. Whole grains such as soy, wheat and rye contain some CoQ10 as well. Other sources include dairy products and cooking oils like soybean and canola (Pravst, Zmitek and Zmitek 270). There exists no research indicating the effect of storage of these food sources, be they through freezing or otherwise, on the content of CoQ10. However, Higdon notes that cooking CoQ10 food sources by frying reduces the CoQ10 content by between 14% and 32%. There has been no official agency that has released guidelines on the consumption of CoQ10, not even the Institute of Medicine. As such, Higdon acknowledges lack of information on Recommended Dietary Allowance for the nutrient. This could be attributed to the difficulty in estimating the amount of CoQ10 intake as the body produces the same nutrient. From the general population, there have been no reported deficiency symptoms. Thus, according to Higdon, together with varied diet, normal biosynthesis provides sufficient amounts of CoQ10 for the body. Nonetheless, Sardesai (104) documents primary CoQ10 deficiency as an uncommon autosomal recessive disorder resulting from genetic defects in the biosynthesis of CoQ10. The subsequent low CoQ10 levels compromise muscular and neuronal functions severely. For this reason, patients have been introduced to oral CoQ10 supplements which have been shown to improve muscular and neurological symptoms in some of the patients suffering from CoQ10 deficiency. It has also been indicated that the amount of CoQ10 reduces with age, though it has not been confirmed whether this amounts to deficiency. Decreased levels of plasma have been recorded for people with cancer, diabetes and congestive heart failure. The functional decline accompanying aging has been attributed to reactive oxygen species, ROS, generated by mitochondria which have an oxidative damaging effect on cell structures, thus causing aging. In mitochondrial membranes, CoQ10 functions as an antioxidant, thus reducing aging. This explains the inverse relationship between the amounts of CoQ10 in the body with age. Another preventive action of CoQ10 is its action against cardiovascular diseases. When oxidative modification of LDL (low density lipoproteins) occurs in the walls of the arteries, it represents the early sign of development of atherosclerosis. Reduced CoQ10 inhibits LDL oxidation in vitro, thus inhibiting the progression or even development of atherosclerosis. Other than disease prevention action, CoQ10 also has treatment effect. The supplementation of CoQ10 has caused metabolic and clinical improvement in mitochondrial encephalomyopathies patients. Those with the rare genetic CoQ10 biosynthesis defects have achieved remarkable improvement with CoQ10 supplementation. Studies cited by Higdon indicate that persons with breast, pancreas and lung cancer could have levels of plasma CoQ10 than their healthy counterparts.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Critical analysis of I heard a fly buzz; Wounded deer; and From cocoon forth a butterfly by Emily Dickinson. It needs to be at least 1250 words.

Her concern with these problems and the expressions of her judgement that she has made in her own highly individualistic idiom has probably led to the classification of much of her poetry as mystical. (Humiliata, 144)

The work and life of Emily Dickinson became known to the world after her death. She led a secluded life and her work is shaped by her individualistic thinking. She mostly concerns herself with themes of: life, death, material and immaterial things, particularly in ‘I heard a Fly buzz’. ‘Wounded deer’. and ‘From cocoon forth a butterfly’.

The running them in ‘I heard a fly buzz’ is death and the momentous experience during the final breaths of life. It is an experience of dying and feeling the last remnants of life. Life is associated with the buzzing sound of a fly- a minute living object. Though everything is still around her. yet it feels as if she is surrounded by a storm. The buzzing sound of the fly is contrasted with “heaves of storm” (4). Dickinson employs contrast to enhance the various themes in her poetry. The fly is moving while everything else in the room is still.

She doesn’t personify the persons present around her deathbed but focuses on their emotions of grief. She does so purposefully so she could heighten the effect of the revelation of the king in power. ‘King’ could be anything- Christian God, or Death….

Even if life is trivial with respect to death or transcendental- it doesn’t let go that easily. The poet can feel life till the last moment. In the last stanza, she symbolizes light as life and darkness as death and the transcendence from light to darkness is gradual and painless. The poet is preoccupied with themes of life and death in this poem. “Death was important to Emily Dickenson. Out of some one thousand and seven hundred poems, perhaps some ‘five to six hundred’ are concerned with the theme of death…” (Nesteruk, 25-43) The first line of the poem startles the reader: ‘I heard a fly buzz when I died.” (1) because this statement apparently doesn’t make sense (no one can feel anything once dead). But the idea behind this is to elucidate the strong connection of life that a person experiences till the last moment. This poem is about feeling that moment where life and death intercede. Death is associated with power, stillness, and darkness. Sound and pictorial imagery is handled very delicately in this poem. The phrase ‘see to see’ is also the culmination of the poem’s complex sound play. It echoes the repetition of ‘stillness’ in stanza 1, and it is the last of the series of sibilants, or hissing sounds (s, sh, z) that run through the poem, building up to the Fly’s ‘buzz’…
