Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Diffusion of Innovations Theory with Freire’s Model for Adult education. It needs to be at least 250 words.

For instance, Freire’s model consist of three phases and five constructs including dialogue and praxis. While Rogers’ theory has four elements with each having different qualities, which determine the success of the innovation.

On the other hand, Roger’s theory and Freire’s model contrasts each other profoundly. Freire’s model emphasizes on praxis and dialogue as the principal constructs, which constitute the overall effort of transforming the world through adoption of new ideas (Sharma & Romas, 2012, p. 253). Additionally, this model posits that experience is vital to learning new concepts and a vital approach to progressive education. On the contrary, Rogers’s theory points that adoption of innovations is faster with innovations that offer compatibility, trialability, relative advantage and simplicity.

Key among the limitations Freire’s model includes failure to address issues regarding gender on the acquiring new concepts. Besides, the model appears inapplicable to more knowledgeable individuals than it is to non-literate individuals. Pro-innovation bias is a key limitation of diffusion model (Sharma & Romas, 2012, p. 241). Pro-innovation bias implies that if the adopted innovation will be useful to every adopter

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Democritus. It needs to be at least 500 words.

Atoms and void alone exist in reality.”

The Democritus theory of reality posits that atoms consist of an indivisible number of units. Additionally, atoms have different shapes and sizes but lack quality. The only qualities of an atom include solidity and impenetrability. Atoms are infinite in number thus they move in the void. The concept of the void is very interesting because it has attracted mixed interpretations. According to Parmenides, there is no reality of space. On the other hand, Pythagoreans acknowledged the idea that the void keeps units apart. However, they noted that the void was the atmospheric air. Democritus’ theory of reality affirms that space is not real and that it does not exist. In fact, the theory posits that “what is not” is real just like “what is.” Space or void is as real as the body. One important point about the Democritus theory of reality is that space or void is not corporeal.

The other major point of the Democritus theory of reality is that there is no place for immortality. According to the philosophy of atomism, the life of an animal or a human being only exists when atoms exist and operate collectively in the form of a body. It implies that the destruction of the body ultimately results in the destruction of the soul. For this reason, the soul cannot survive when the body has been destroyed. The reason is that the destruction of the body results in the atoms getting scattered. Democritus cautions that atoms do not cease to be because no atom can neither come into being nor pass away. Instead, atoms cannot survive individually because they become inert when they are separated from each other.

In relation to the idea of atomism and soul, the Democritus theory of reality posits that animals and humans are not different from other composite bodies. The popular belief is that humans are different from rocks because humans can move and think. However, Democritus posits that thinking is a

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Different types of advertising. It needs to be at least 500 words.

This “Different Types of Advertising” essay outlines seven various types of ad, their functions and attributes. Institutional advertising focuses on projecting ideas, benefits, as well as, philosophies of a particular business. Fundamentally, the promotional messages aim at building a positive image, enhancing a reputation, and creating goodwill as opposed to promoting sales (Shah & D’Souza, 2009). In essence, the organizations employ institutional advertising as a marketing strategy. Notably, institutional or corporate advertising tends to create positive public relations. Non-profit advertising entails reaching customers to participate in certain programs. Non-profit organizations such as associations, foundations, museums, charities, and hospitals solicit for financial assistance and membership through this type of advertising (Moriarty, Mitchell, & Wells, 2011). Primarily, non-profit advertising entails creation of slogans and logos, as well as, development of campaigns through the media to popularize the organizations to the public. Public service advertising targets the general population. The design of the advertisement is to educate and inform the public rather than promoting or selling products and services. It is noteworthy that the seven types of advertising differ markedly. Notably, each type of advertising seeks to attain a certain goal. Brand advertising aims at increasing consumer base and sales through creating a brand image and identity in the minds of the public.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Different Contemporary Management Issues Faced By Global Organizations. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

The discussion is mainly focused on a particular management issue i.e. the effect of legislation on the current workforce and management. Changing legislation to the organizations and workforce is one of the major issues faced by the human resource management. Besides the federal legislation, each state owns specific employment law and regulations which affect the functionality of human resources. The changes in federal laws generally impact the HR management of large to medium-sized organizations. Human resources managers need to be well-versed with the challenges of these ever-changing employment and workforce legislation to reduce the liabilities of organizations in different aspects of human resources operations. The recent development of minimum wages law is providing some added pressure to different organizations. The US federal minimum wages act was first introduced during the depression of 1933. At that time the federal government increased the minimum wages from 25 cents to $7 per hour. By the year of 2013, the minimum wages for workers in small and medium US industries has increased by $9.47 per hour. Similarly, the federal law has conveyed that the minimum wages of employees in large industries need to be increased to $ 11 per hour by the end of 2015. Though the wage hike has been proved to be beneficial for the employee loyalty and motivation programs, it is also adversely affecting the overall expenses and profit margin of organizations. Various businesses in the US market are facing different challenges due to this rise in the wage structure. The HR management of the Subway franchisees in Seattle is worried about the increase in organizational cost by $250 per week in terms of employee salaries. The strategic managers of Washington Lodging Association are still very confused about the effect of this legislation on the overall business activity of the organization.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Dicussion 6. It needs to be at least 250 words.

Another good tactic is to use strong words. Lucrative is a strong word. These words help the speaker to deliver a powerful speech. All of these things help a speaker give a good introduction.

The speech chosen is Lyndon B. Johnson’s speech on March 26, 1965. This speech was chosen due to the impression left by Johnson during the speech. Johnson’s speeches were normally delivered in a monotone of seriousness. He would look at the camera directly, only glancing down occasionally at the paper before him. The speech on March 26, 1965 made an impression due to the emotion put into the speech. The video of this speech has been shown on the history channel, but after researching the Internet only an audio of the speech can be found. The link to the audio speech is http://millercenter.org/president/speeches/detail/5932. The speech was given due to the death of Viola Liuzzo’s murder by the KKK.

Johnson gave a strong introduction. He used strong words like ‘historic’, ‘brave’, ‘achievements’, ‘tragedy’, and ‘stain’. Johnson grabbed the nation’s attention by stating his intention to talk about a ‘tragedy and a stain’. This makes the audience want to continue listening to find out what tragedy that Johnson referred to. This speech grabs the nation’s attention with a mystery that would be revealed in the speech. This is a great speech due to subject matter, introduction, and expressive

3). In line with this matter, managers and/or organizational leaders will have to brain-storm with the purpose of developing an intervention plan that will effectively solve a particular organizational problem. In the absence of conducting organizational diagnosis, business organizations are unlikely to be able to determine organizational problems which serve as a bottle-neck within the organizational functions.

1 Force Field Analysis (1951) is simple to understand and easy to use since the model enables diagnosticians to identify environmental factors that can either drives or restrain the organization from achieving its goals. By going through the process of identifying and eliminating the restraining factors, managers will be able to ensure that organizational goals remain attainable within the shortest possible time (Falleta, p . 5). Aside from complementing the SWOT analysis, the use of Force Field Analysis makes it easy for diagnosticians quantify the available resources and facilitators that can affect the organizational performance (Austrac e-learning). However, this model is limited in addressing factors related to business structure and human resources such as customs, habits, attitude among others (Austrac e-learning).

2 Just like the Force Field Analysis, Leavitt’s Model (1965) is also easy and simple to use. By identifying and analyzing the four factors known as: (1) organizational structure. (2) technology. (3) people. and (4) tasks, diagnosticians can easily determine factors that negatively affects the efficiency of the organizational flow. (Falleta, p. 6) The only difference between the Force Field Analysis and Leavitt’s Model is that Force Field Analysis focuses on analyzing environmental driving forces whereas Leavitt’s Model identifies internal variables.

3 Also similar to Force Field Analysis, the Open

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Development Finance and Funding: Manhattan Area Property Development. It needs to be at least 2000 words.

The second half of the 2009 Manhattan market of real estates reflected the start of a new era. This was marked by the bankruptcy of the Lehman Brothers in September 2008. sellers, buyers, and real estate professionals slowly adapted to changes including stringent if not irrational commercial properties underwriting, increased unemployment and retrenchments, reduced compensation, a high price correction, tax credit for first time commercial property buyers, rising foreclosures, decline of appraisal quality, expanded market times and a number of other challenges (Yudelson, 2009, p.45). The increased level of sales in the latter half of 2009 was encouraging. a recovery in real estate development department was later attained in 2012 by an increased employment rate and greater consumer access to credit.

The property development sector in Manhattan has flourished recently. It has seen an influx of both the commercial property developers and tenants. This is attributed to several factors which include high commercial property demand, government incentives, Land regulations and rates of inflation. This factors among others are discussed in details below.

Government incentives and policies are among the major drivers to the property development in the Manhattan Business center. The US administrators have come up with friendly policies that have created an ample atmosphere for investors in the Manhattan. The action of the government in what it executes or it does not execute directly affects the property industry. Investors have ventured in investing their money in real estate. This has led to springing up of many commercial properties in the Manhattan. The government has played a great role since it has gone to an extent of reduced taxes so as to encourage development in the area (Giles, & Blakely, 2001, p.45). The state government regime has seen more funds been directed into property sector.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Developed Countries ( listening and reading, with vocabulary ). It needs to be at least 1000 words.

Download file to see previous pages…

What is more surprising is the fact that the economy of the world is controlled by the developed countries since they have the power over global financial institutions such as the World Bank and the international Monitory Fund (IMF). Less developed countries are not given the same opportunity to make decisions that can shape the global economy. I therefore, chose this topic to gain a clear understanding of the major roles played by the developed countries in running the world economy and the role played by the other less developed countries. 2 What was it about? The video is about the outlook for US economic growth which is a developed country and its economy is used as a yardstick to measure the performance of the economy of the world at large. On the other hand, the story seeks to highlight how the developed countries such as USA and other European countries have been monopolising the global financial institutions such as World Bank and the IMF for their own benefit with regards to economic development. The story is clearer about how the developed countries are abusing their power to control the world economy while there are other countries with strong economies like China but have little influence over the decisions made by the developed countries at the World’s biggest financial institutions. 3 Did you read or listen first? Why? Do you think the order you chose helped you or not? How many times did you need to read &amp. listen before you felt confident about understanding the topic and vocabulary? How do you feel about this topic, e.g. positive or negative feelings? Do you agree/disagree with the ideas?” I watched and listened to the video at least two times to gain a clear understanding of why the developed countries such as USA have more power to determine the state of the economy in the world. I think this helped me since the video explained more about the IMF’s predictions of the US economy which is a developed country. After reading the story, I came to grasp the meaning of some economic terms that have been used and I gained confidence about their meaning after reading and listening to the story and video for at least two times. I feel positive about this topic because the developed countries are mainly concerned with economic activities that will benefit themselves at the expense of developing countries which are given less power to influence the decisions made by institutions such as World Bank and IMF. 4 Did you learn anything new from this reading &amp. listening? What? I learnt a lot of things from listening to the video. I leant that the price of oil is the major determinant of the economic status of developed countries like USA and the world at large. If oil prices increase, there is likely to be a general increase in the prices of many commodities and job losses can be witnessed. In the story, I also leant that if developed countries continue to control the IMF and World Bank, they will suppress other developing countries given that the economies of emerging economies like India and China are developing more that America at the moment by they have no controlling stake in these institutions.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Detailed critical analysis of two or more of Gerard Manley Hopkins’s ‘terrible sonnets’. It needs to be at least 2250 words.

In parallelism, the arrangement gets coordinated with the thoughts to demonstrate the effect of the relationship (Feeney 1989, p. 269).

Hopkins also repeats the word can, i.e., “In me, most weary cry can no more. I can, can…, hope, wish day…, not to be.” In the above sentence, two types of parallelism can be observed. First, there is the repeated use of the word can. this creates rhyme in the poem. The second show of parallelism is through the use of the words hope and wish simultaneously in the same line. These words portray the positive thoughts of the author.

Parallelism gets used in the line, ‘me frantic to avoid thee and flee’. The words avoid and flee get used to show that the author is running away from something. Impotence when approached by God. Hopkins faces depression and despair, by returning to his connection with God, he immediately realizes that there exists a reason behind his depression. He sees the depression as a sign of test from God. After this, Hopkins begins the recovery path. He starts the long journey back to normalcy. He still wonders if the comfort found from kissing the rod and rejoicing in the temptations imposed by God, bring pleasure to God or himself (John 1942, p. 112).

Hopkins reveals the nature of despair after the long spiritual struggle. He starts by revolting against despair and then faces the struggle. This ultimately increases his despair. Afterwards, he questions his assailant’s motivation for putting him amidst all this trials and tribulations. However, throughout his problems, he still finds joy and strength in God, the precipitator of his trouble.

Hopkins finds the answer to his long struggle as submission. He uses strong metaphors, biblical imagery and diction to bring forward his ordeals. Hopkins conveys the message of his struggling and heightens the conflict by addressing the despair he faces. He brings out the image of “feasting” on “carrion” and
