For this question I had been using Spirit AIrlines 2015 10k report on module 1. However, I’m a bit lost as to how to read it in terms of bonds. Can someone explain this to me?

http://ir.spirit.com/financials.cfm

Using the 10K report you downloaded in Module 1, determine if your firm has either invested in or issued bonds. For either the bond issuance or investment, describe the nature of the bonds including maturity and interest rate. If the bonds are an investment, include the name of the company. If the bonds are an issuance by the company, describe the use of the proceeds from the bond issuance. (Note: if your firm does not have bond investments or has not issued bonds, then please research an example of an aviation firm that has issued bonds within the last 5 years.)

A bond is a security that bears an interest and obligates the issuer to pay the bondholder aspecified amount of money, usually at specific intervals, and to repay the principal amount of theloan…

For this project, you will choose a local or global issue that pertains to wellness. The chosen issue should also relate to one or more of the topics that has been addressed in this course (art, transforming practices and attitudes, technological advances, social attitudes, environment, etc.). Some examples of broad issues within these topics can be located here. In this presentation, you will explain a chosen issue, describe how it pertains to wellness, and provide a plan of action for addressing this issue. This plan includes recommendations for improvements as well as strategies and a plan for implementing the recommendations. You will develop your plan as a multimedia presentation that will require an oral narration component. This oral component should be a recorded oral narration that accompanies your multimedia presentation. For this project, you will analyze an organizational change plan. This assignment is not a research paper, but is instead an evaluation and critique of the dynamics of the components of a strategic organizational change plan of an organization of your choosing.

The Project is designed to do two things:

  1. Assess your understanding of how to analyze information based on an effective change implementation plan.
  2. Evaluate your ability to write a critical analysis essay that is based on the purposeful behavior of employees and that is logical, valid, and credible.

Again, our goal here is an analysis of an effective strategic organizational change management model and not of the organization itself.

Directions:

Select one of the following organizational change plan management templates as a reference for your project.

  • Organizational Change Management Plan Template (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.
  • Instructions for Organizational Change Plan Management (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.
  1. If you wish, you may select a different organization but you must receive instructor approval first. The organization may be nonprofit or for profit, and may be national, international, or regional in scope. There must be a valid reason for organizational change such as: implementing an environmental sustainability plan, implementing or improving a corporate social responsibility program, or generating innovative and creative outlets that entail flattening the management structure, for example.
  2. The audience for your analysis may be the board of directors, management, shareholders, or any group of stakeholders of your choice. Be sure to identify which audience you choose.
  3. Include the following in your analysis:
    • Identify the role of strategic renewal in propelling change.
    • Focus on the behavioral aspect of organizational change.
    • Analyze the dynamics of motivating employees to alter their behaviors.
    • Differentiate the three faces of change: turnaround, tools and techniques, and transformation.
    • Understand the source of both employee resistance to and support for change.
    • Appreciate the importance of trigger events in initiating change efforts.
    • Examine the role that “going global” plays in triggering organizational change.
    • Conclusion
    • References

Your Critical Analysis Paper must:

  • Cite at least six scholarly sources that are not readings for this course.
  • Incorporate terms and concepts from the class readings and lecture pages.
  • Be 8‐10 pages in length, not counting the title and reference pages, which you must include. Be sure your paper includes a proper introduction and conclusion.
  • Be formatted according to the APA writing format.

These designs include (a) single group  post-test only designs, (b) single group pretest/posttest design, (c)  single-group time-series design, (d) nonequivalent control group  posttest-only design, (e) nonequivalent control group pretest/posttest  design and (f) multiple-group time-series design.

Your interview should be conversational in nature and critically  discuss the following questions regarding each of the major  Quasi-Experimental Designs:

  1. What are the merits of each of the specific designs?
  2. When should you use each of the specific designs?
  3. What is the statistical analysis that is used for each of the specific designs?
  4. What are the limitations of each of the specific designs?
  5. What is one research question for each of the specific designs (using a topic area that you are interested in)?

For your mock interview, utlize all of this week’s required readings to illustrate points throughout your interview.

For this task, you will analyze and assess a number of free online  survey tools that researchers can use to collect data, and then write an  essay explaining your findings.

  1. First, search the Internet for free online survey tools such as those found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/survey-templates and  review the survey template examples (go to Academic Surveys). Review  the examples and compare two on factors such as options, usability and  determine the cost through a service such as SurveyMonkey.
  2. Second, determine a topic area that could be researched using a quantitative measurement.
  3. Third, determine a variable that could be measured using a quantitative design.
  4. Fourth, prepare a short four-item instrument that measures a variable related to your selected topic area.
  5. Fifth, identify your population of interest if you were to use these  tools to measure the selected variable. Explain how you might most  effectively reach participants to recruit to complete your online  instrument. Describe whether your approach would differ if you were  recruiting participants to complete the same instrument in person.
  6. Sixth, pretend that you are a participant. Complete the instruments  you have created. Describe your experience as a participant with regard  to factors, such as ease of readability, and time to complete.
  7. Finally, as an independent scholar, you will have to decide which  data-collection strategy is most appropriate, given the problem  statement, purpose, and research questions of the study. Discuss the  advantages and limitations of collecting data online versus in person.  Also, discuss possible topics that might be better suited for online  data collection as opposed to in person.

Support your assertions with citations to five peer-reviewed resources.

Length: 5-7 pages (Not including title and reference pages)

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas  and concepts presented by providing new thoughts and  insights relating directly to the topic. Your response should reflect  scholarly writing and current APA standards.

Topic area to use
