Nurses play a crucial role in health care. Nurses have a major role to play in demonstrating that access to care and quality management are essential components in health care. Nurses lead efforts to redesign roles and restructure health care organizations. Nurse leaders and managers go beyond obtaining education in business techniques to gaining skill in adapting that knowledge to meet the specific needs of delivery of cost-effective, quality care. Leadership and management roles for nurses are proliferating in health care organizations that are developing or evolving in response. (Yoder-Wise, 2014). A robotic sytstem in nursing is a very complicating process.A RoNA is highly desired to enhance the efficacy and quality of care that nurses and their paraprofessional staff can provide. A robotic system can incorporate the clinical judgment used by nurses, by letting the RoNA assist while nurses make the clinical judgment. Such an assistant could improve a nurse’s working conditions by off-loading some of their most physically demanding duties. This would lead less stress and work for nurses so that nurses are able to come up with an a appropriate clinical judgment (Hu, Edsinger & Lim, 2011). Without nurses their wouldn’t be anyone to fill  roles that require knowledge and skills to coordinate the care of patients or communities with the many other disciplines. Also without nurses our society won’t have anyone who can engage in the political process of policy development and coordinate care across disciplines and settings (Yoder-Wise, 2014).

 Teamwork.

A teamwork approach includes team members from different disciplines working collaboratively, for a common purpose, to set goals; make decisions and share resources and responsibilities. During the team work, a group of clinicians from different disciplines, come together with the patient, perform assessment, make a diagnosis, intervene, and sett goal. The patient and their family are also involved in any discussions about the patient condition, prognosis and care plan (O’Reilly, Lee, O’Sullivan, Cullen, Kennedy, & MacFarlane, 2017).

In interdisciplinary teamwork, communication across disciplines and with the patient and their family is vital to setting the goals that most exactly reflect the patient’s health care needs.

In my experience, I had an opportunity to work with nursing assistant to give bath for a client and a physiotherapist to ambulate a patient who had general weakness during my clinical. As student nurse, I was just following both time and they were coordinating the care we gave to the clients. During both situations, the patient’s out come met because the plan was to give bath for the first patient and ambulating the second one to improve muscle strength. I personally liked both experience because it was good educational event to interact with patients.

The American Nurses Association (ANA) is responsible for the contract between society and the nursing profession, including the nursing scope and standards of practice. In 2015, and the American Nurses Association is a workgroup that produced Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice and this association, This Practice, describing nursing care that is in agreement with the preferred values, beliefs, worldview, and practices of the healthcare consumer, honesty, respect, empathy, and sympathy are all traits nurses need to have in order to expand their scope of practices. Furthermore, the (ANA) is an authoritative association that provides information, rules, regulation, a guideline for nurses of the duties that all registered nurses, regardless of role, population, or specialty, are expected to competently perform. ANA is responsible for articulating the social contract between the profession, community, and society(Marion, L., Douglas, M. Marty), Yes I totally agree with this statement lack of knowledge and excellent education can indeed put the patients life’s at risk but not knowing the right way to give treatments, provide cares that can elimination sentient events that can put the patient life at risk for instant medications errors, not knowing side effects of  medications, disease, microorganism spread. The failure to educate clients is not the nurses’ fault if it’s not in their scope of practices, patients have the right to educate themselves about certain illnesses, or diseases as well. When a nurse fails to address the patients concern about their medications, side effect, and poor patient teaching it’s the nurse fault because it’s in their scope of practices (Marion, L., Douglas, M. Marty)

Yes the nurse level of educations matter because nursing is a growing field so as a nurse it’s extremely important to keep educating ourself about certain mediations, illness, and other important (ADLs) to be confident and knowledgeable when the patient is confused (Marion, L., Douglas, M. Marty)

I can’t decide if I agree or disagree with this statement by the American Nursing Association. Educating nurses is so very important and learning more information is going to help expand the nurse’s knowledge. But many nurses don’t pay attention to new education. Usually there are courses that you have to complete in your job but many times nurses just click through this to get done with it and not pay attention to any of it. Nurses need to be taught in different ways to learn. If it is the nurse who is not wanting to be properly educated then I do think it is the nurse’s fault. Yes, the nurse’s level of education matters but so does experience.
