• Use this information to calculate the calories and joules.
  • The conversion from Calories to calories is: 1 Calorie = 1000 calories
  • The conversion from Calories to joules is: 1 Calorie = 4184 joules
  • Be careful not to confuse kilocalorie (Calorie) with lower case calorie.  They are different.
