Final Work 19078281

 Details:

Prepare this assignment as a 1,500-1,750 word paper using the instructor feedback from the Topic 1, 2, and 3 assignments and the guidelines below.

PICOT Statement

Revise the PICOT statement you wrote in the Topic 1 assignment.

The final PICOT statement will provide a framework for your capstone project (the project students must complete during their final course in the RN-BSN program of study).

Research Critiques

In the Topic 2 and Topic 3 assignments you completed a qualitative and quantitative research critique. Use the feedback you received from your instructor on these assignments to finalize the critical analysis of the study by making appropriate revisions.

The completed analysis should connect to your identified practice problem of interest that is the basis for your PICOT statement.

Refer to “Research Critique Guidelines.” Questions under each heading should be addressed as a narrative in the structure of a formal paper.

Proposed Evidence-Based Practice Change

Discuss the link between the PICOT statement, the research articles, and the nursing practice problem you identified. Include relevant details and supporting explanation and use that information to propose evidence-based practice changes.

Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.

This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Final Term Paper 19261961

Need a final paper about medical errors see below.

The topic I decided to choose from was medical errors in health care. Medical errors are a huge factor in so many deaths in the United States. Medical diagnosis needs to be taken more seriously. Medical providers must find a way to make sure they are taking all the steps that need to be taken and getting back the full results before diagnosing a patient. The military has had many medical errors causing sailors to lose their career as well as put their health in danger. Different steps and protocol must be implemented. I chose this topic because it is very important to me. Wrong diagnosis can lead to deaths and in my case, I have witnessed a lot while being in the military. Health providers figure they have so many patients to see that they just rush the process putting a patient’s life at risk. If wrong diagnosis were given the cause of death would decrease in my opinion.

Financial Management In Health Care Qn 5 Pages 29th Jan 2019 At 6 12 P M

This assignment will require you to consider several influences to the budgeting process of a health care institution. Here, you will review payer mix and other influences to revenue as you consider revenue factors for the budget.
Complete the following for this assignment:

For a health care organization of your choice (real or hypothetical), describe the type of organization, and determine the payer mix of patients served (percentage of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, managed care, and private pay).

Take into consideration that reimbursement can be affected by the claims process, out-of-network payments, denials, audits, and legislation.

Assess the differences in health care budgeting as a result of these potential changes in the payer mix and payment methodologies as an outcome of the Affordable Care Act.

Take into consideration that while more patients may have insurance coverage, the out-of-pocket expenses will continue to create potential uncollectable liability.

Evaluate how you would strategize to keep a balanced budget for all 12 months in a year using a flexible budget rather than a static budget and provide rationale and justification.
The body of the resultant paper should be 5–7 pages, not inclusive of the title and reference pages.
At least 6 relevant academic or professional references published in the past 5 years.
