Need an argumentative essay on Interaction with a Group of Students from UAE. Needs to be 2 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Though the young guys from the UAE did respond, they seemed to be a bit hesitant and restrained. It appeared that something was holding them back. In retrospect, now that I have accrued a little cultural literacy, I think that being from UAE, which is a nation with a high Uncertainty Avoidance Index, my initiating a conversation in a spontaneous and abrupt manner made them feel a little ambiguous and anxious (Geert Hofstede 2). In consonance with a their cultural dimensions, our friends from the UAE must have been a little startled to be accosted by a group of young strangers, who were trying to interact with them as if they were long lost friends.

However, as our interaction proceeded, things became a little more relaxed and comfortable. We learnt that the young people were students from a reputed business school located at Abu Dhabi and the two mature gentlemen accompanying them were their professors. We showed a great interest in knowing as to how they found the academic environment at Abu Dhabi, the subjects they liked and the careers they intended to pursue after finishing their degree in business. They warmly responded to our curiosity and proceeded to talk about the topics they found really interesting. In the meantime, my friend Steven, who was also pursuing an MBA, asked one of the professors about his opinion regarding an international business issue. The professor proceeded to talk about the issue with a smile. However, as he was talking, Steven interrupted him and candidly contradicted the gentleman regarding a specific aspect of the topic being discussed. Suddenly we felt that a foreboding sense of seriousness took over the entire group from the UAE. The professors seemed a bit irked and disturbed. Today, I think, UAE being a country with a very high Power Distance Index, the instance of Steven discernibly contradicting a senior professor, must have seemed disrespectful to our Arab friends (Geert Hofstede 2).

However, the success of food enterprise in the UK is not guaranteed following the bloated number of operators, ranging from manufacturers, to wholesalers, to retailers. Nature Foods plays the role of a retailer in the UK market. The company engages in the manufacture and packaging of imported raw food before distributing their products across the UK. The General Market Environment and Market Findings in the U.K Processed foods have increasingly become popular across the globe. Variant food products are manufactured to meet different consumer needs, tastes, and preferences. The food market environment is generally competitive, characterized by myriad players and operators. The creativity and innovativeness of an enterprise is the primary basis of survival in the food industry, especially in relation to capturing a significant market share (Brennan &amp. Grandison, 2012, p.426). Firms undertake continuous strategic planning in order to design ways and means of luring customers to buy. The core objective of a food enterprise is creating a reliable customer base by providing products that meet their expectations in terms of price, quality, and utility. The UK food market has been found to prefer to go local due to a number of factors. Firstly, following environmental concerns, consumers prefer locally grown, produced, or manufactured food products. This finding substantially affects food imports in whatever state. raw or processed. On the same note, food distribution over long distance has also been put at stake. Secondly, the manufacturing and packaging processes are becoming increasingly important to assess for costs. This aspect centrally affects the operational spending of an enterprise, and subsequently influences revenue generation and profitability. Finally, consumers of food products are going natural, meaning that food products containing artificial ingredients are consistently losing their position in the food industry (Jack, 2009, p.279). This implies that the tastes and preferences of customers are shifting from artificial food ingredients to natural ingredients. Impacts of the Findings on the Economic Future of Nature Foods Ltd The environmental concerns by consumers have resulted in prioritizing local food products over imported raw and/or processed foods. Nature Foods Ltd imports raw food from different countries before it undertakes manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of the final food products across the UK. When consumers prefer locally grown, produced, or manufactured food products while the company imports raw food for further processing threatens the overall operations and business aspects of the company (Sinha, 2007, p.798). In other words, if necessary steps, actions, strategies, and plans are not taken, the company is likely to run out of business. It is important to note that consumers are rational when it comes to spending. This implies that consumers seek to maximize their utility at the minimum cost possible (Hutter, 2011, p.111). In so doing, they factor in their needs, tastes, and preferences. The pricing policies that Nature Foods has adopted and the quality of its products can take the company a long way in terms of operational success. However, the opposite is true if the company fails to adjust to consumer needs. In other words the economic future of the company is in jeopardy if the company fails to make adjustments and meet consumer needs as they change.

Need An Argumentative Essay On Insurance Regulation Needs To Be 33 Pages Please

Need an argumentative essay on Insurance regulation. Needs to be 33 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Broadly speaking, ‘insolvency’ means inability to pay creditors.1 However, depending on the context, this colloquial usage may refer to any one of the several related concepts.2 To clarify definitional matters and to set out common terminology, it is necessary to distinguish between (1) balance sheet insolvency. (2) cash flow insolvency (or financial distress). (3) economic failure (or economic distress). (4) liquidation. (5) reorganization. and (6) insolvency proceedings or bankruptcy.

This is an accounting concept signifying that the book value of a firm’s assets is less than its liabilities. It should be distinguished from so called ‘cash-flow’ insolvency, in which case a firm is unable to pay its debts as they fall due. Such inability may be inferred from the fact that a company has failed to pay, on demand, a debt which is due. Financial economists commonly use the expression ‘financial distress’ to refer to the condition experienced by a firm which is having difficulty in paying its creditors. Although there are some terminological differences between authors, the phrase is often used to refer to the condition of a firm which is in substantial default on its debt obligations.

To a far greater extent than the balance sheet test of insolvency, financial distress is dependent on the structure of the repayments under outstanding debt obligations, and the nature of the assets available to satisfy them. Illiquid assets and large repayments may mean that a firm which is solvent in a balance sheet sense cannot pay its debts as they fall due. Conversely, a firm which has significant growth opportunities and debt repayments spread over a number of years may be insolvent in a balance sheet sense, but nonetheless be able to pay its debt as they fall due.

Solvency should be distinguished from economic viability. Insolvency is concerned with the relationship between a firm’s assets or cash flows, and the amount of debt in

Need an argumentative essay on Insurance and Cancer Survival. Needs to be 1 pages. Please no plagiarism.

When they issue the first policy, the first premiums are usually high since that is the period that the insurance company has the greatest risk. Most cancers have lower risks of coming back when more time goes. The cancer patient often has to talk over the case with their insurance company, which can explain how it will personally affect the cancer patient.

When the cancer patient already had a life insurance policy before they were diagnosed with cancer, the insurance company ought to tribute it as normal if the patient were honest about the medical history when they took the policy. The cancer patient might find it quite challenging to increase the value of his policy for some time (Fesen, 2009).&nbsp.It will be easier for the patient to do this than begin a new insurance policy after the cancer diagnosis. If the cancer patient may wish to increase his cover, he could ask his adviser o how to use the option of “special event”. Some insurers provide this, but not all of it. This means that the cancer patient can increase the cover without underwriting, considering some events that takes place in his life, for example, moving house, marriage or birth of a

It has been observed that several social bodies are establishing few social standards related to the operating procedures. Accordingly, a standard set of rules and procedures are granted on the basis of which individuals in a society are able to develop a behavior in accordance with guideline. It is also observed that during the institutional process, a shared set of normative values as well as assisting activities has been developed. This process is popularly known as logic of appropriateness (March & Olsen, 1989).

In order to increase or maximize self-interest, every individual not only considered all available option, but also considered the routine as well as habits for building a harmonized society. More specifically, institutions are a collection or set of interrelated rules as well as routines that defines appropriate action, which identifies the relationship between roles and situations. As per institutionalization, individuals’ action is recognized as a technique of satisfying all compulsions, which are related to a particular social role or social identity (March & Olsen, 1989). In institutional dynamics, rational as well as power are identified to be playing an important role for framing strategies as well as making decision. It is also depicted that by focusing on several points of interaction as well as stresses among societal structure along with individual structure, institutional dynamic can be explored. There are few fundamental factors that are considered by institutions such as power as well as sensible decisions of individuals that intentionally select several strategies, which are useful in providing shapes to the structure. Need an argumentative essay on Inside Ericsson: A Framework for the Practice of Leading Global IT-Enabled Change. Needs to be 1 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Most of the managerial staff involved in such projects treats IT as an entity on its own and hence it should be dealt with a specific group of people in the organization. The notion of treating IT as a single entity is wrong since it requires the participation of every individual in the organization in order to make it a success. The Ericsson telecommunication company is a good example of having spearheaded a successful IT program from the results gathered during the research (Iveroth pg.136-137).

The success of any IT program largely depends on a number of factors. First of all, one has to focus on the right choice of factors so that they can lead to remarkable equilibrium between the hard and soft elements of IT change. They are both important because they contribute to the basis of a successful change. Another factor to consider for enabling successful IT change is for the organization to find a familiar argument. This element is important since communication between the parties will not be hindered as they have a common goal and hence will work towards achieving it. The third and last important point to note is the issue of common interest. Interest is vital as all the individuals involved are more likely to do their best hence making it a success than when there are divergent interests in an organization (Iveroth
