I will pay for the following essay 1.Should the United States act alone and begin carbon cap and trade or should we only do it if the rest of the world does as well. The essay is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

With the debate ensuing regarding the US taking the first step towards environment protection and its possible implications on global impact, economic growth and possible trend setting role, there are many angles to study this concept from. This paper is aimed at highlighting the various aspects of imposing a carbon cap in the US, its pros and cons and the feasibility of taking such step in the long and short term.

It is not a new fact that the pollutants that are exhausted into the atmosphere as a result of industrial activities damage and human activities cause climatic changes and other greenhouse effects. Carbon dioxide is the leading greenhouse gas and comes not only from industrial operations and human activities like burning of fossil fuels and in energy but also from some other natural sources such as animal respiration, volcanic eruptions and decay of plants. The accumulation of large amount of carbon dioxide from the diverse sources in the atmosphere results into catastrophic impacts of climate change in the environment. To tackle climatic changes and the negativities that emerge as a result of pollutants, it has become imperative for countries to strive on their level to minimize their contribution towards environmental harm. Carbon Cap is one such concept that has emerged as a result of this changing trend towards environment friendliness. It basically restricts the extent of carbon emissions into the atmosphere and exceeding the prescribed limit makes the operating firm liable to pay a carbon tax (Shapiro, 2007).

Carbon cap and trade is an approach to curb environmental destruction by greenhouse gases. This approach is environmentally and economically feasible and practical which is centrally driven by global warming. “Cap” and “trade” terms imply setting limits for greenhouse emissions and

is paper is essentially a document that entails the ideas obtained from the city residents regarding suggestion on the best way to create a green space in a low-income neighborhood. The paper presents a scope statement and a WBS for the project.

To create a green space, specifically a playground from an abandoned ground, the size of a city block. This site has been used as a general dumping ground for many years. The project cost is estimated at $200,000.

The green space should not be in a position to encourage other social evils such as crime as assumed with many city spaces around the world. Instead, it should be open enough to promote security and protection among families within the neighborhood.

In this paper, WBS is used in decomposing the green space project into much smaller components. In this case, it involves hierarchical as well as incremental decomposition of the green space project into phases. The end objective is used to start the WBS with a successive subdivision of the efforts required in achieving the project objectives. The WBS for the green space project is as shown in figure 1 below.

The key phases in the project are designing, funding, and maintenance. The government will mobilize the funding process from the funding organizations. The source of finances in this case includes funds from financial institutions, government taxes, and city revenues among others. The funding process is based on the budget planning, which is created from the cost estimates that are established from the project’s cost considerations. Regarding the design, it can be perfected by incorporating both residents, and experts’ ideas. The experts would base their design decisions on the previous land use, its location, and the ideas provided by the residents. Once the project is completed, it has to be maintained with the assistance from city authorities who would incorporate both volunteers from the local communities and permanent employees.

I Will Pay For The Following Article World War Ii The Work Is To Be 2 Pages With

I will pay for the following article World war II. The work is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. July 3, The Treaty of Versailles’ Short-Term Peace and the U.S. During and After World War II Britain, France, and the United States of America dominated the peace conference in Paris in 1919, while the Germany was not invited to partake in it. Under the terms of the Treaty of Versailles (“the Treaty”), the Allies forced Germany to accept responsibility for World War I, which included economic reparations of £6,600 million to the Allies, a price that the Germans saw as too high and difficult to pay, particularly after the Treaty created loss of territories, industrial resources, and unemployment (“Economic Effects”). Specifically, the Treaty gave the Allies the right to confiscate German land and to significantly reduce the German army, navy and air forces (“What was the Treaty of Versailes?”). It also demanded Germany to return Alsace and Lorraine to France and some parts of Prussia to Poland. The depression of the 1930s worsened the economic conditions of Germany, thereby creating highly dissatisfied and vengeful Germans. Thus, the Treaty played a large role in the causes of World War II (WWII) by planting seeds of discontent and anger in Germany that Adolf Hitler exploited to start WWII.

The major players of World War II are Germany, the United States, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, and the Soviet Union. When WWII broke in Europe, President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s initial reaction was to stay neutral with an isolationist policy, as he grappled with the effects of the depression on the U.S. economy (“Biography”). After France fell in 1940, Roosevelts foreign policy started to change. Congress passed a draft for military service and Roosevelt signed a “lend-lease” bill in March 1941 to allow the nation to supply aid to countries that were at war with Germany and Italy (“Biography”). America remained neutral, to some extent, though it became the “arsenal of democracy” as its factories provided war armaments (“Biography”).

The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor changed America’s neutrality, however, for it forced the U.S. to engage in war. Roosevelt led the creation of “The Declaration of the United Nations” that formed a “grand alliance” against the Axis powers on January 1, 1942 (“Biography”). He executed his powers as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces by working closely with his military advisers, overriding them when he thought it was crucial, choosing principal field commanders and contributing to the decision-making process for wartime strategy (“Biography”).

WWII had positive social and economic effects on the U.S. during and after the war. The U.S. economy was significantly stimulated by the war (West). The depression ended as new industrial complexes were established across the U.S. (West). During this time, women and minorities played a large role because they provided productive work through working in traditional (i.e. sewing and care giving) and non-traditional (i.e. factory work even in male-dominated industries, such as sheet metal work, journalism, and healthcare) jobs (O’Neill). Statistics of women employment showed: “Between 1940 and 1944, the number of employed women rose by half, reaching a high of 19 million, and, for the first time in American history, married women outnumbered singles” (O’Neill). Minorities also enjoyed greater acceptance as soldiers during WWII compared to WWI though discrimination continued (O’Neill). In addition, since the war did not physically destroy the U.S. compared to other Asian and European nations, the American economy dominated world trade and commerce after WWII (West). Moreover, the U.S. had years of military development that shaped its position as the new leading military power in the world (West). In other words, after WWII, the U.S. became a stronger world power.

I Will Pay For The Following Article Why People Prefer To Choose To Eat Low Fat

I will pay for the following article Why people prefer to choose to eat low-fat food(research paper). The work is to be 10 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. In the U.S., obesity is almost an epidemic with nearly 65% of the adult population being estimated to be either overweight or obese (Hedley et al., 2004). The rapid economic and social changes that have occurred in China and other developing countries have also been associated with changes in diet, physical activity and health. Higher fat diets, and high incidence of obesity are found among lower-income and rural Chinese as well (Wang et al., 2006). Global availability of cheap vegetable oils and fats is one of the reasons for the observed increase in fat consumption among low-income nations (Drewnowski & Popkin, 1997).

Consumption of fast food is associated with higher caloric intake and the excess calories consumed will contribute to obesity, excess sodium intake, and higher saturated fat intake as well (Lin & Frazao, http://findarticles.com). The science of nutrition has changed significantly in recent years, and information on healthy eating, wrong diet and its health effects is readily available in magazine articles. People have more access to the Internet, print media, and TV for nutrition advice than before. Information on the benefits of eating low-fat foods is easily available (www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=51537). Public health initiatives of government institutes also offer information on low-fat foods e.g., the Obesity Education Initiative of the National Heart Lung & Blood Institute in the U.S. (http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/public/heart/obesity/lose_wt/lcal_fat.htm). College students are also becoming health-conscious and seek advice from online sources (http://askville.amazon.com/SimilarQuestions.do?req=low-fat-easy-quick-vegetarian-cookbook-college-student). Several universities too offer healthy eating tips to students online e.g., University of Oregon (http://healthed.uoregon.edu/10tips.htm).

I Will Pay For The Following Essay A The Supermarket Wm Morrison Has Recently Co

I will pay for the following essay A)The supermarket Wm Morrison has recently committed itself to an ambitious cost-advantage strategy in an effort to defeat more recent entrants to the market such as Lidl and Aldi. Evaluate this approach and discuss whether an established supermarket suc. The essay is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

Using SWOT analysis, Morrisons has the ability to use cost advantages strategies as a way of keeping away new entrants (Powell, 2010). Morrisons has its strengths lying on the huge number of superstores that it owns. With this, it is possible to have a large market share with low prices due to competitive advantage and mass production of goods at low prices (Mintzberg, 2010). The other strength lies with the brand and the already huge market share that the company owns. The company enjoys the fourth largest market share in the UK and also enjoys a good brand name that is recognized within the UK. In addition to this, the company has low prices compared to Aldi and Lidl and maintains customer loyalty by awarding points on their credit cards that are redeemable. The company also uses online trading that will also cause competition to new entrants like Lidl and Aldi. The weakness of cost reduction strategy is that it may lead to huge losses if marketing and branding of the organization is not well done. The company has opportunities especially with the acquisition of co-op and Somerfield stores. The company is threatened by stiff competition from new entrants that are offering same services at relatively low costs.

Differentiation strategy is a factor of competitive advantage in that the firm provides goods and services that other competitors have not started offering. The most important of the strategy is the cost leadership strategy in which the firm offers the lowest prices and services to its consumers compared to its competitors within the same industry (Rijamampianina & Rasoava, 2013). Firms that enjoy competitive advantages are firms that enjoy some of the resources that its competitors do not possess. Some of the competitive advantages that firms may enjoy include brand name, large market share, customer loyalty, and access to resources at cheaper prices compared to stiff competitors (Warf,

Center of discussion in this paper is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that is used to protect electronics in case of power surges and blackouts so that the attached devices get an unremitting supply of power. A smart UPS is simple and cost-effective. A bigger battery size adds to its smartness as it allows greater backup time by keeping on supplying conditioned power stored in its batteries for longer periods. So, a smart UPS is one which has an extended battery life or battery capacity and draws less power or percentage load when it is on charging. A single phase Uninterruptible Power Supply is always smarter than a three phase Uninterruptible Power Supply as it is lower in price and higher in efficiency comparatively. In a smart UPS, the AC output is closer to the sinusoidal output which is an issue most important in case of on-line UPS’s which continuously have to supply waveforms to the computer systems. If internet has been connected on the UPS, then a smart Uninterruptible Power Supply is able to communicate with its monitoring software through the network connection. A smart Uninterruptible Power Supply is capable of efficiently protecting the connected devices from electricity fluctuations, electromagnetic interference (EMI) or radio frequency interference (RFI) which is also called dirty power. It saves amount that is spent on hardware by offering better results with simpler equipment.

I Will Pay For The Following Essay A Review Of The Literature Exploring The User

I will pay for the following essay A review of the literature exploring the user of NIV to treat exacerbation of COPD. The essay is to be 8 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

The main objective of this paper is to review what has been found by various studies on the survival challenges, quality of life and the compliance to NIV therapy by the users. Also, the paper will review literature on the effectiveness of the NIV treatment. Challenges on survival, Quality of life and compliance to NIV therapy According to the studies by Massimo, et al (2012, pp747), it was gathered that there are indications of early NIV positive pressure ventilation, which tend to increase the rate of survival. This was made in comparison with NIPPV. As such, NIV acts as a relief from challenges relating to survival rate in patients with high level of CO2 in their blood. A study by Pepin, et al (2008, pp360) indicates these challenges. According to the study, the challenges that these patients face are: fatigue, sleep patterns that are disturbed as well as breathlessness. The group also found out that NIV does not provide a prevention against weakening of the respiratory muscle that tend to progress. Acute exacerbations of a chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease better referred to as COPD, pose great challenge to the survival rate of a patient. In the periods that the patient is faced with worsening extremes, it adversely affects the patient’s health status. There is an escalating admission to hospitals and even rise of mortality rates (Angus, et al 2011, pp84). According to the studies by Fionnuala, et al (2007, pp60), it is approximated that the mortality rate of in-patient ranged from 4%-30%. The study goes on to indicate that patients that are admitted due to complications from acute Respiratory failure have a higher mortality rate. According to the study, the patients who are elderly and have co morbidities as well as those patients needing the ICU facilities were the most affected by the high mortality rate. According to the study by Monica, et al (2004, pp605), ventilation of the respiratory worsens to perfusion ratio and this result to a mechanism in the hypoxemia occurrence. This happens when psychological dead space enlarges. It also occurs when there is a rise in the ventilation waste. In the study by Suzy (2012, pp61), it was identified that increased resistance of the airway as well as the need for high minute ventilation tend to result to a limitation on the expiratory flow. Still, the study found out that a dynamic hyperinflation, enlarged threshold of the aspiratory load as well as respiratory muscle dysfunction result to a feeling of fatigue in a patient. Plant and Elliott (2003) studied that a rapid pattern of breathing, which is somehow shallow, occurs. This is due to the respiratory system efforts towards maintenance of enough ventilation in the alveoli. This happens when the elastic, resistive and loads of aspiratory threshold are introduced to the weakened muscles of the respiratory system. However, irrespective of an increment in stimulus of the centers of the respiratory system as well as swings in the large, negative intra-thoracic pressure, carbon dioxide is still retained and as such, acedemia occurs. Other studies by Rossi, et al (1995) and Ambrosino, et al (1997) established that severe COPD which is complicated by ARF, attain characteristics such as. right ventricular failure, encephalopathy as well as dyspnea and these pose as serious challenges to the survival of the patient. In regards to the studies by Eliott (2012, pp85), a vital intervening is advantageous to the patient with COPD is advisable. He suggested a clinical experience and this was an NIV treatment.

I Will Pay For The Following Essay A Particular Event In American Foreign Policy

I will pay for the following essay A particular event in american foreign policy with reference to a theory presented in class and in the readings. The essay is to be 5 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

It is increasingly difficult nowadays to maintain world power as it has proven to US president Barrack Obama in his tenure in the White House (Hook 2011). The whole world had been hit by the economic constrains and US being no exception it also had its problems. It has therefore become increasingly difficult to maintain the army and the rising cost of living in the US (Hook 2011).

The Obama administration has dealt with many challenges while trying to accomplish one of its promises to improve on the American Foreign policy. The healthcare debate has been among the domestic debates that have really proven to be a headache to his administration. The American Foreign policy has been criticized for being self centered as it is considered to have emanated from an injured colonial history. The US foreign policy is made by domestic groups which are not considered very right and also due to the possibility of manipulation from the donors it has called for serious screening of the policy (Hook 2011). The US foreign policy actions therefore remain at a risk of being constrained by the media and other groups which have the power in the US.1 This paper will address the policy in details.

The past century has seen America rise from being a regional to a world power due to its success in various fields especially in technology. The country was kept safe from global conflicts by the previous presidents who tried to practice global social exception of the Americans. This was the cause of the current problems in global and foreign relations as experienced in America today. US former president James Monroe in 1923 established the Monroe doctrine whose main aim was to separate the United States from Europe. Monroe further declared the European dominance and colonization of the countries in the West a threat to the US national security and vowed to ensure that little interaction would be allowed between the US and

r practice platform. whereby on one hand, there is consumer expertise and free creativity, on the other hand the ways that the consumer activities are desirable by marketers. Co-creation however has marketing challenges with the establishment of ambiences that programs the freedom of consumers to exist in ways that allow harnessing of new liberated consumers and productive capabilities (Lury, 2004).

The exchange of value and production of products or service depends mostly on capturing and generating iterative social communication as well as cooperation among consumers and corporations and consumers themselves. The principles of co-creation demonstrate the reconfiguration of power and labor characteristic of knowledge based and contemporary capitalism (Prahalad,2000). Putting customers to work is not entirely a new idea. For example, the increase in rationalized processes of the Facebook world that has relied much on appropriating customer work. Facebook allows its users to share their personal information on the website and also collects information from the `like` option then sells the data to other advertising websites hence earning money through the information shared. This makes the company successful and more profitable. Hereby, the co-creation concept illustrates how Facebook transfers the logic of consumer work from the production sphere and process efficiency to innovation and development of a new product (Ritzer, 2004). Economy of co-creation involves experiments of value creation new possibilities, which are based on expropriation of technological, affective, cultural and social labor of the customer masses.

Based on the consumer cooperation, co-creation demonstrates a dialogical model that does not privilege the vision of a company on production but what constitutes on the customer value or the marketing profession. In this case, rather than make customers work to rationalize the process of production as well as focus on their efficiency,

I Will Pay For The Following Essay A On Ethics The Essay Is To Be 5 Pages With T

I will pay for the following essay A on Ethics. The essay is to be 5 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

In this case study which was based on a real time incident of New Orleans the major ethical issue was that the police officers did not take the right action and was carried away in emotion for their fellow officer. As per morality the most appropriate approach in this situation would have been to ensure proper treatment for Archie and then execute the judgment made by legal bodies. However this form of action was highly ignored by police officials and they preferred to brutally beat Archie for the crime he had committed. Often in such criminal cases it is observed that homicide or rather encounter is considered to be the best solution but ethically it can be stated as the harshest judgment towards an individual. The form of shootout which had taken place in New Orleans is common in that region and there are many cases as that of Archie where criminals are brutally killed by police officers so as to ensure that there is proper elimination of crime from the region (Turvey & Crowder 104). The major factual issue which has been identified in the case was Archie had committed wrong and he was being penalized for that, but it raises ethical issues because officers in order to do justice for their team member did not give the necessary medication to Archie which he required. In this particular scenario there is couple of actions which could have been taken by police officials so as to avoid any such violation of ethics. The first action could have been taking Archie to the nearest hospital so that he can survive.
