The lector also mentions that utilitarianism is very close to hedonism, according to which, getting some pleasure is the main goal of life. Thus, on the other hand, utilitarianism is a denial of sublime motives, underestimation of the role of spiritual interests of a person. The theorists of utilitarianism followed the tradition of hedonism in ethics. Utilitarianism results from so-called “human nature”, from natural aspiration to feel pleasure and to avoid suffering. The choice of behavior is defined by calculation of the benefits and losses, which various acts may result in. Anyway, the concept of utilitarianism means submission of all actions to egoistical calculation, to obtaining a benefit, advantage. Thus, utilitarianism has serious limitations. The lector provides an example when a person is accused of committing crime because the greatest number of people will be happy because of that no matter if he is guilty or not.

For this category, quality financial reporting is presented in full and transparent fashion that is not designed to bewilder or mislead users (Jonas and Blanchet, 2000). Beest, Braam, Boelens (2009) have summarized the needs of both categories that were previously combined by Jonas and Blanchet (2000) and designed a framework which allowed users of financial information to assess the quality of company’s reporting. The key qualitative characteristics include: relevance, faithful representation, understandability, comparability and timeliness. This framework will be used in order to evaluate quality of the financial information published by two automobile-producers: BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Writ Of Habeas Corpus In The Con

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Writ of Habeas Corpus in the Context of the War on Terror. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. During the early 12th century, King John of England was hugely unpopular in his country and was a constant conflict with some wealthy oil barons. The archbishop of Canterbury, in an effort to protect the rights of the church and make the king and the barons be at peace, conceived the Magna Carta. Magna Carta turned out as the Great Charter of the Liberties. The Charter promised the protection of the church’s rights from interference either by the king or the rebel barons. It also promised the barons protection from unfair or illegal imprisonment and limitations to the feudal payments to the crown. A council of 25 barons was necessary for the implementation of the feudal payments (Davis, 2010). King Edward in 1297 later issued this charter in a bid to raise taxes for his indebted monarchial government and to win political support.

Edward institutionalized it as part of the Statute Law hence Giving birth to the genesis of the Habeas Corpus. In the early 16th century, a prominent lawyer who was also a politician. Sir Edward Coke advocated for the common law to override the authority of the king. In addition, the advocacy was for the establishment of civilian power and extension of the civil liberties of the freemen (Halliday, 2010). Coke was instrumental in the drafting of the petition of right. This petition later formed the basis for the English constitution and allowed for specific liberties. Aside from limiting the king from invoking martial law during the times of peace, the petition of right also permitted prisoners to give their views in the circumstances where their detention was questionable. Habeas corpus in England originated among the powerful ruling elites whose intention was to put limitations on the powers of the monarchy. However, over the centuries it evolved to embrace the common man and became integrated as part of the common law. Although the rights of nobles had intended it for the protection of the political prisoners, most of whom were the dissenting nobles received heavy sentences at the whims of the ruling monarch. The writ later grew to embody the rights of individuals that every citizen enjoyed.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Women S Studies2 Prepare This As

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Women’s studies2. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. In doing this they opt to remain silent about the issues which may include violence against the colored women. The African-American women are especially the ones who suffer. There is an element of insubordination on their part and similarly, their men do not seem to take care of them well.

The other issue that comes into perspective is to do with the race of the women and the lobbies that are there against domestic violence. To a greater extent colored women are not well taken care of by such movements. This discrimination is majorly because of race. There may also be some contributing factors to the atrocities that are perpetrated against women. An example in this case is to do with the myths, which may be in existence.

The challenges that face these women in their daily lives seem to be more of an impediment to any notable development on the part of these women. This is because there will always tend to be an element of fear even as the women carry on with their responsibilities. As such, they may shy away from embarking on those issues that may bring about significant developments on their part.

There are certain expectations, which the society has about the people who exist in these societies. In this case, however, the people in question are the African-American women. Un the various societies in which they exist, these women were expected to take a rather conservative stand and not to engage so much in the activities that were taking place in the society. Back in the days, this is something, which happened. These women did not undertake so many activities. In the recent past, however, there have been significant changes in the way these individuals carry on. The element of fear, which was there among them especially about the way they carry themselves, has been done away with.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Wmd Prepare This Assignment Acco

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on WMD. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Some scholars of the world have often referred to the disease as ‘rabbit fever’. The disease is less contagious hence not communicable and individuals can only contract the disease upon breathing in the dust that is contaminated with the Francisella tularensis virus, drinking water or eating food contaminated with the virus, being bitten by an insect that is infected with the disease and touching the wounds, hair, skin of both the infected animals and human beings.

The Department of Health and Human services (HHS), Office of Emergency Preparedness (OEP), Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute of Health (NIH) as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation would adequately respond to the Francisella tularensis virus release situation since it is a bioterrorist event. The local law enforcing agencies as well as the Texas Health Department would also play a significant role in containing the incidence. At this juncture, the different health agencies will work towards minimizing the number of casualties by all means possible. The emergency response system in Texas would be fully tasked and resources fully committed. The Texas Health Department (THD), health care physicians and other medical practitioners would work for long hours to try and contain this situation. Resources within the Texas hospitals in this regard would be strained and eventually drained.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On William Wordsworths Poem In The

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on William Wordsworths Poem in The Speaker of the Prelude by Mark Reed. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Not only is it among the longest poems ever written, consisting of approximately 13 books (depending on the edition being used – later revised versions reached 14 books), The Prelude was also intended to serve as an introduction to a greater work Wordsworth envisioned. Throughout the work, Wordsworth changes tone, voice, tense and subject frequently, making any attempts to treat the poem as a work in and of itself nearly impossible. However, Reed, through his argument, attempts to show that this changeful nature is the unifying factor by bringing attention to the transient nature of life itself.

Reed begins this argument by illustrating the various aspects of the poem that have prevented earlier scholars from attempting to develop an understanding of the work as a whole, illustrating the dissecting nature of the initial premises upon which these attempts were based. One approach taken is based on the fact that the work is essentially an autobiography of the artist and therefore follows his life story as Wordsworth remembered it rather than developing along a straight line of action. The extended period of time through which the poem was written is another argument scholars have used to prevent them from attempting to approach the work as a free-standing construction. The poem’s heavy revisions and obvious intention to be connected to a longer piece have further complicated the issue while the frequent shifts of character and tone indicate a need for further explanation lies outside the text. Acknowledging that all of these objections are valid to some extent, Reed indicates that while other approaches to the poem are helpful to develop an understanding of Wordsworth’s thoughts, an attempt to understand the poem as an artistic whole is necessary to truly understand Wordsworth’s intentions.

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Why I Value Love the Highest. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. And this is a very different feeling to what I have experienced all my life. Love makes me do things I would not actually do in my day to day life. It guarantees me happiness and moments of belongingness with one another. Love does not leave me alone at all since it is a very complete feeling without any doubt. I am over the moon whenever I am in love as I feel I am completely in sync with who I really am. I see things in a very positive way, as nature would ask me to view. Therefore I believe that love needs to be given the highest priority in order to have the best of both worlds, i.e. the world which we live in and the world we will go after death.&nbsp.&nbsp.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Why Does Communsim Work In Some

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Why does communsim work in some developing countries and democracy in others. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. It intrudes further into the lives of people than socialism does. For example, some communist countries do not allow their citizens to practice certain religions, change jobs, or move to the town of their choice (Margonis, 1993).

According to Nowotny (1997), communism has been perennially perceived to have been but a — certainly disastrous — evolutionary accident on the road of progress. Once this error would have been corrected and once the communist system was removed, the countries concerned would, without any great difficulties, resume their rightful place on the ladder of economic and political progress. This would occur spontaneously. Errors could stunt or thwart the development. But, on the other hand, no special measures would be necessary to promote it. Markets and with them wealth. civic society and political institutions and with them democracy would install themselves without further ado. Some even claimed that this step back unto the ladder of political and economic evolution would be easier (Nowotny, 1997). Although communism is always seen as ‘the big bad wolf’, there are still studies that suggest that it is much better that developing communist countries to embrace communism first before venturing into capitalism.

Numerous researches argue towards the success of shifting governments from communism to democracy. McFaul (2005) cited the Serbian, Georgian, and Ukrainian cases of democratic breakthrough resemble one another-and differ from other democratic transitions or revolutions-in four critical respects. First, in all three cases, the spark for regime change was a fraudulent national election, not a war, an economic crisis, a split between ruling elites, an external shock or international factor, or the death of a dictator.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Why Are There So Many Different

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Why are there so many different theories of international politics. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Nevertheless, no one theory can adequately capture all the aspects of these complex relations. It is, therefore, only fair that different theories be used to explicate international politics (Prithi, 2005). This way, one theory adds on to the ideas of another, while at the same time criticizing the other theory. This competition helps us to see the weaknesses and strengths of each theory and its applicability to international politics. In this essay, we take a look at different theories of international politics and applicability to the complexities of world politics.

Proponents of the realism theory of international politics hold that states are always struggling to gain power over other states. The sole and most important purpose of a state is to amass as much power as possible, decreasing the power of their enemies in the process. Such states place their self interests above those of other states, thereby creating supremacy battles, with each state endeavoring to be the most prominent (Walt, 2000). This competition often leads to conflicts over which state is superior to the other.

However, even among realists, there are differences in thoughts and opinions. For example, classical realists believe that that states are like human beings and that they have an innate need to control other states. This uncontrollable desire for domination often leads to conflicts and wars among the involved states. On the other hand, the neorealist theory which is more modern holds that the international system is to blame for states wanting to control others. Proponents of this new theory argue that each state seeks the best ways to survive in global politics. If the survival of the state depends on its domination of another, then the former is forced to do exactly that. Since there are no international rules that refrain rivalries between states, it becomes easy for states to attack each other for the sake of power.
