However, it has only 39 parking spots, a number that is very far from enough. To add insult on the injury, Morris and Clark halls do not have any parking spots near them. In most occasions, it is very rare for residents in the campus to access parking spots during weekdays. For instance, many students find it hard to walk from some areas such as Red Skelton Performing Arts Center. Additionally, the walk in the darkness is somewhat intimidating (Irvine 1). The distance between the dorms and the lots is very short but very long between any dorm and the parking spot. In fact, it approximately three times the distance from one dorm to another. The distance from the common parking spot (Red Skelton Performing Arts Center Parking lot) seems near from the residential areas. However, the to and fro walks from the students parking area to the dorms justifies the point that it to be too far. Lack of enough accommodation is also one of the contributing factors for an increase in demand for the parking spots. majority of the students drive to school. It will be crucial for the school’s management to consider building more parking lots for the residents in order to save the students time.

For many years, the management of Vincennes University has been experiencing complaints from the students over the parking rules. According to the students, the rules of the university only value the interest of the staff. This is evidenced by their dislike of the existing rule that bars them from parking their vehicles in areas preserved for commuter and staff members. Most students also argue that the parking spots reserved for the commuter and staff is more than enough. This is evidenced by the number of spots that remain unoccupied even when almost all staff members are in school (Irvine 1). Additionally, it is evident that the school has not only more than enough space for the construction of parking spots, but also enough resources for the building of new parking spots. Majority of the students argue that it is unethical for them to pay $30 on unguaranteed parking spots near the dorms as a way for justifying their opinion for creation of more parking areas (Irvine 1). To prevent the advancement of conflict between students and the management of the school, it will be crucial if the university will consider building more parking spots.

In conclusion, it is crucial for Vincennes University to consider building more parking spots for their residents. In doing so, they will not only manage to enhance good relationship between the students and the management, but also solve the challenges that students face when moving from one point to another. The building of enough parking areas for the students will also prevent not only the congestion of vehicles in students’ parking lots, but also in areas reserved for the staff and commuter. Additionally, the building of more parking lots will make the students recognize the essence of paying $30 for parking.

There are certain gestures or acts that are contained within the self. Therefore, with such proposition, the gender or the sexual characteristic of a person tends to be derivative. One person may think of one thing, yet it does not constitute his final thoughts. What a person may act is not what he truly thinks. Gender is not truly a mere physical characterization of a person. Butler further proposes that there are performative actions that generalize and conclude the whole idea of gender and sexuality. Gender is a performance of what is continuously thought and observed. Others may refer to this as the idea or performativity. Drag, referring to the ideas of Butler, is the simplest form of sexual mimicry as to what society might dictate. When acts are continuously or repeatedly done, a person will get accustomed to performing actions that are learned through the influence of the environment and/or the society. Identity classifications are not necessary for any sexual mobilization, especially for the females in achieving equality not just in the political aspect but also the cultural one. The formation of an agency is not a synonym for any revolution of the female gender or even the considered drag to be accepted in the society. Furthermore, gender, according to Butler, is neither fixed nor foundational. A person has the capability to understand what sexual preference a person thinks of and expresses. However, such a drastic change is not feasible immediately and needs to be incorporated gradually into the lifestyle of future generations to come.

Traffic jams cannot be avoided if the current trend in the rise of vehicles keeps being encouraged and accepted. Better organization, computer controlled traffic and more roads can serve to be only temporary solutions. The phenomenon needs to be addressed by rooting out the very basis of its occurrence i.e. by reducing the dependence on vehicles. This project involves analysis and design of a system that manages the fire extinguisher allocations and distribution within various zones, departments and locations at Qatar Petroleum. This need came about in order to increase the safety awareness within the entity. QP sits on a large land mass and activities that are held in its premises are highly inflammable. The number of people working in the institution is large in number. So, all these conditions increase the risk of fire within the entity especially if there is little awareness among the workers.

Safety is a major concern for most Oil and Gas companies. Qatar Petroleum also takes great care for the safety of its staff and property. Installation of fire extinguishers in the company has been the custom since its existence. With the vastness of the area on which the company lies, managing and accounting for fire extinguishers, replacing expired extinguishers, monitoring the type of extinguishers in various locations and monitoring the numbers and types of extinguishers in various departments has been a great challenge.

The purpose of this system is to ensure that higher management can from one point know which extinguishers are installed, the number and where. They also need to know which extinguishers need to be replaced, which are used and the ones that have expired.
