Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Performance Of Tasks To Improve

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Performance of tasks to improve English.

Performance of Tasks to Improve English

In the given chapter (Journeys, pg 38), a process-oriented approach to syllabus is utilized. This approach makes use of the process of teaching to yield the desired outcomes. Different types of process-oriented syllabi utilize content-based, skill-based or task-based approaches to achieve the desired outcomes of pedagogical activities. In the chapter chosen for this work, the approach is based on tasks, which is designed to according to the needs of the learners (Falla et al, 2011). These meaningful tasks present complex challenges to the learners and during the process of performing tasks allow the learners an opportunity to learn what is important for them while learning the desired language.

Taking a closer look at the design of the chapter reveals that although the prime objective of the chapter appears to be the solution of tasks that are embedded within the chapter. the reality is different. The chapter in fact works to improve the competence of English language by adopting an approach that utilizes the process of performance of tasks to achieve its objectives. The activities of the chapter are designed to expose the learners to certain linguistic requirements that are mandatory for the completion of the chapter. The students attempt to fulfill the linguistic requirements while attempting to solve the questions. so the questions indirectly work to stimulate the language learning capabilities of students. As the chapter progresses, the complexity of process also increases. Thus, a growing learning curve is achieved throughout the course of the chapter.

An additional aspect is the manner in which this process is designed. The learners are required to go through the process in a collective manner ensuring maximum collaboration during the learning process. Since language is a medium through which thoughts are conveyed from one person to the other, this approach is essential to make the process designed in this chapter more realistic and practical. Hence, by performing the activities that are mentioned in this chapter, the learners cooperate with each other to enhance each other’s learning in a cooperative environment.

This syllabus is used because the target audience has some basic understanding of the language that is being learnt. In this type of setting, task performance appears to be the aim, but in reality learning of language is achieved, which in this case is subservient to the concept of performing tasks. Hence, instead of taking on an approach that provides instructions regarding learning the basics of language, the chapter utilizes a more practical method that not only uses previously learned things like grammar and vocabulary, but also provides a means of practicing them in scenarios that are provided to learn new concepts. When this type of syllabus is practiced in a class and learners are required to interact mutually, it encourages learning in collaborative fashion. Students learn to co-operate in a fashion that not only fulfills their own learning needs but also serves the learning needs of their counterparts. Additionally, language learning in this scenario is also achieved when the teacher detects that a particular area of language needs special focus, which is revealed when the learners demonstrate that they are lacking in that area, while performing their tasks.

As an example, when students are performing Exercise 3, they have to listen to the CD while reading the text again. They have to use their previously learned language skills to answer the questions of the current task and then they are asked for justification. In this way they have to express themselves in front of others who can then provide their input, thereby enabling a mutually cooperating learning environment, that uses tasks to enhance language learning.

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Progress Report For Pdr The Pro

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Progress Report for PDR.

The project team especially the team responsible for engaging interviews with the stakeholders especially the secretaries and assistants in the faculties do not corporate. This has resulted into getting inaccurate information that is supposed to aid in system development.

During our progress we found out from external sources that have successfully carried out the same implementation that the best method of developing a system that will meet the user requirement is by engaging the users from the initial phases of the system development. This will enable the development team to refine the system requirement from the early stages such that the time spend during testing will be reduced. Information about this output can be downloaded from www.suceesssystempro.net. This gives the detailed report on the above methodology and also provide case example that are real.

After integrating the new method of user involvement, we realize that there are a lot of disparities in terms of functional and non functional requirement. This is as a result of disparities in the users needs especially the students. We found out that some students and a few staff do not have internet knowledge and therefore the system interface should be made in a way that will not frustrate them (Wiegers 426)

The programming team are doing very well so far in coming up with prototypes that are subjected to test by exposing it to students and staff for use. The other sections are progressing well except that more resources need to be pumped into data entry team because we realized that the database that was used previously had a lot of vulnerabilities in terms of data security. As such we had to come up with a new database using mySQL (Bolles, 125)

During the past one week we had to make a formal communication to different faculties to corporate with the data collection team that goes round collecting

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Penn State Child Abuse Scandal

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Penn State Child Abuse Scandal.

They were aware of the sexual scandal but they took no action. Joe Paterno and Graham Spanier should have reported the matter according to the judgment.

This article provides information on the modes of handling child abuse cases. For instance, the judgment passed on the article is a warning to other members of the public on the dangers of molesting teenagers. From the case, it is notable that whoever participates in abuse directly or indirectly is liable for punishment (Chappell 1). Criminal investigations should enhance justice regardless of the time it takes the jury to conduct an investigation. Cases of abuse are not new in Pennsylvania but the magnitude of the acts is surprising since they are escalating. This means that the jury’s investigation will guide future criminal investigations.

The 10 molested teenagers received justice from the courts because of the criminal investigations. Moreover, the victims learned of their civil liberties as minors. The judgment helped in uplifting the moral standards of the people in Pennsylvania. This means that in the future people will avoid engaging in criminal acts, since the sentencing proved that the jury had devised the best approach to handling cases of child molestation.

Severe punitive action taken upon the offenders signified that any form of abuse was a crime in the society. A detailed investigation prior to passing a judgment on a case ensured fairness in sentencing offenders of any form of abuse. Generally, child molestation can be prevented in future when authorities provide children with channels for expressing their views. This can be enhanced through implementing laws that discourage child abuse in the society. People should be empowered to report on cases that decay morals in the society (Chappell 1). Importantly, there has to be a collaboration of various parties for justice to be delivered in any criminal case. According to the case, failure to act

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Professional Journal Paper Duri

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Professional Journal Paper.

During the course of reading of the article, it seems that in spite of comprehensive review of literature. the author failed to provide a proper framework of study. The article missed the quality of coherence.

The author discussed the patterns of crimes in logical manners. He, even, did not ignore the nature of crimes in different states of the United States. In his opinion, these crimes can be rooted out from the society after the elimination of the causes of the crimes. However, he did not discuss reasons in proper context. For example, he considers the increasing cases of theft as the natural consequence of ‘split families’, but he ignored the view of biologists who traced the roots of theft in human genes.

The author conducted a survey to ascertain the problems of judicial system. Open ended questions have been included in the questionnaire of the survey which enhanced the scope of the research. The respondents of the questions are mainly adolescents, which raised a figure at the credibility of the research as mature opinion is missing in the research.

The writer explained the social phenomenon of crimes in good context. He traced the roots of crimes in the social problems of the society. For example, commenting upon the recent mass shooting incident at a college of New York, he blamed stress and depression of the teen agers as the major cause and stressed upon the need of the promotion of more recreational activities to develop competition among teen agers. While analyzing, he ignored the efforts of the rehabilitation department and analyze the incident superficially. The suggestions for the overhauling of the criminal justice system can be declared as old wine in new bottle. (Sameul 1977)

However, the article carries new information for the practicing lawyers. They can use this angle of information for the benefits of their clients. He discussed the various clauses and articles of the constitution in different contexts thus contributed to the

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Patient Safety And Medication A

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Patient Safety and Medication Administration in Nursing.

The understanding that is developed is that in order for a nurse to avoid medication errors, the nurse ought to ensure that whatever medication is being administered is being given in the right format (Elliott M and Liu Y. Zhang, Patel & Johnson believed that nurses must ensure that all these right procedures are followed but Conrad et al. (2010, p. 141) on the other hand stated that it may not all medications that would have to go through all the 9 rights but at least in all cases, 5 of these should be used. Reflecting on the 9 rights, Palmieri et al. (2009, p. 36) noted that the 9 rights have been made to cover aspects of medication, which when ignored, can lead to serious errors with the administration. To have a better understanding of how the 9 rights helps to prevent or minimize errors, Elliott M1, Liu Y. stated that one may simply turn the ‘right’ to ‘wrong’ and know the effect that a refusal to abide by the procedures can bring. Another important intervention that has been noted to be very effective with the minimization of errors is the organization of medications within the medication room (Alldred et al. 2008, 320). In order jurisdiction, this is referred to as sorting, labeling, or nomenclature (Alldred et al. 2008, 321). Nurses have been noted to make the Accidental mistake of confusing the labels of some medical products for others. Because of this when there is a mixture of drugs with similar packages, the chances that there will be mix up leading to errors are higher.

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Principle Cells Of The Immune S

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Principle cells of the immune system.

Three of such principal cells of the immune system are lymphocytes, antigens, and effector cells. Below, brief descriptions of the roles of these three cells in immune response are discussed.

Lymphocytes have been noted to be cells that emanate from stem cells within the larger immune system. As far as immune response is concerned, the lymphocytes take charge of the adaptive response (Guermonprez et al., 2012). For this to happen, there are a series of functional activities that come together. Working together with specific receptors, the lymphocytes function towards the recognition of specific antigens that enter the body. Consequently, the effect of antigens in the body would be hampered if the lymphocytes are not functioning properly. Bryant, Trinder and Curtis (2004) also noted that one the lymphocytes emanate from the stem cells, they go on to form three different populations of cells which are B cells, T cells and natural killer (NK). Of the three however, it is the B and T cells that take part in the adaptive immunity as NK cells function as innate immunity. The B cells for example produce antibodies, whiles the T cells engage in cell-mediated immunity (Guermonprez et al., 2012).

The second principal cells are the antigen presenting cells, which have the core role of aiding the lymphocytes to undertake the adaptive response. In some cases therefore, the antigen presenting cells are considered to be also responsible for adaptive response. The antigen presenting cells function by bringing antigens to the lymphocytes. Writing on the anatomy of the immune system, Zen and Parkos (2003) indicated that the location of the antigen presenting cells (APC) makes it very convenient for it to play its role. This is because these APCs are found in the periphery. From this location, they are able to examine the tissues to identify antigens. One major difference between the function of the lymphocytes and APCs is

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Paolo Freire And Nietzsche Corr

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Paolo Freire and Nietzsche.

Correct reflection assumes a dialogue, but not polemic. According to Paolo Freire, an orientation on dialogue doesnt deny the value of explanation, the story, in which a teacher and a student know that their general approach is readiness for dialogue, openness, curiosity, research, but not passivity during the conversation or hearing. It is important, that a teacher and students realized epistemological curiosity. In his opinion, there is no teaching without research and research without teaching. To teach doesnt mean to impart knowledge.

A teacher should avoid indulgences, rough discrepancies. There is no thinking in the correct direction without methodological severity. Training of people cant be carried out without ethical education. If a teacher does not respect autonomy of a student, his esthetic taste, his language, if he humiliates a student, he breaks the fundamental ethical principles (Freire).

Paolo Freire is sure that teaching demands not only freedom, but also authority. According to him, freedom gets maturity in collision with other freedoms, in protection of rights before the power parents, teachers, state. Not always freedom of a teenager leads him to the best solutions concerning his own future. Paolo Freire states that it is necessary parents should participate in discussion with children issues concerning their future. They shouldnt avoid it recognizing that it is important the future of their children, but not for their own future. Participation of parents has to consist, first of all, in the analysis of the possible consequences of the made decision together with children. Nobody becomes autonomous to make decisions. Autonomy is formed in the experience of adoption of various, uncountable decisions. Paolo Freires ideas are conformable to the ideas of multicultural education and education of children, teenagers and youth.

The theory of Paolo Freire includes the ideas similar to the ideas about education, which were expressed by

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Primary Reserch Squirrels Behav

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Primary reserch (squirrels behaviour).

The researchers chose fox squirrels living under natural conditions at The Morton Arboretum. Sciurus niger is a specie of squirrels that store acorns and nuts, during winter months, for future use (Kotler et al, 1999 p79). Their food structure is highly complex, thus making this analysis call for a special training. For example, training is needed to determine the supplemental food, which differs in cacheability, to present to the squirrels. Additionally, training is required to determine the behavior of the squirrels, in the assesment trays.

Animal’s foraging behavior is significantly affected, in several ways, when its food has future value and is cacheable. When a forager collects food, its marginal value of energy usually declines, thus cost of predation is increased (Kotler et al, 1999 p81). This mostly happens during the summer when dropped supplemental food items such as pine seeds and corns are spread on the ground surface. Food gathering increases to a point that the forager stops collecting more food and moves to a shelter, and this happens during winter. In this experiment, it was determined that food of future high value has less effect on the squirrels current and subsequent food gathering activities (Kotler et al, 1999 p81). However, stored perishable food influences the subsequent behavior of the squirrels. This implies that supplemental food items directly influences behavior of squirrels, during the summer and winter (Kotler et al, 1999 p81). In other words, food gathering is mainly done during the summer, and squirrels rest during winter while consuming the stored food.

Shuttleworth, in this article, is determined to establish how the nutritional content of food items affects the feeding behavior of red squirrels (Sciurus vulgaris). According to this study, the nutritional content of food significantly affects the dietary

Hi Need To Submit A 500 Words Essay On The Topic Report On Firms Csr Ethics In L

Hi, need to submit a 500 words essay on the topic Report on firms CSR/Ethics.

In light of the firm’s international operations, AC respects employees’ local cultures, customs and laws. Mechanisms to avoid conflicts are put in place, as well as creation of a work environment that reflects the firm’s values and the employees’ considerations. Notably, the firm is committed to upholding equity and equality in its human resource operations in terms of gender. It promotes the building of the next generation of women leaders to achieve competitiveness through gender balance (HP Newsroom 2008).

The firm prioritises the welfare of the customers as depicted by elaborate measures and policies to ensure proper and useful interactions with the customers. AC exemplifies this through constructive customer liaison support programmes, provision of training courses and innovation forums for their customers drawn from all over the world (Autonomy 2012). As part of the larger HP (its parent company), AC maintains a set policies which entail high quality products, responsible marketing, fair market competition and responsible and appropriate pursuit of business intelligence (HP 2010, pp. 13-14). Closely related to treatment of the customers, AC sticks to an informed supply chain policy. This policy has borne fruits, enabling the firm to lead the sector in publishing details of its major suppliers and, thus, ensuring integrity and transparency (Farra 2008). Hence, the firm has hit the headlines for getting supplier treatment right.

Objectivity demands that another perspective of AC’s ethical and CSR disposition be discussed. However, there is lack of independent and credible sources discrediting the firm’s efforts as discussed above. Sparse informal websites bear information about maltreatment of AC employees, for instance Glassdoor.com. In the broader HP setting, such allegations on ethical infractions are addressed through focus groups within the workforce, besides requiring that all branches,
