Hi, I need help with essay on Whistle Blowing. Paper must be at least 250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Through whistle blowing, employees are able to act on matters that are out of the set code of conduct. According to Johnson (2003), whistle blowing helps in building a safe working place, protects the name, and earnings of the organization. At times, an employee may desist from reporting potentially harmful practices in the organization as it often raises differences in the organization. It is important to note that whistle blowing may lead to division among various parties in an organization (Johnson, 2003). The other people who are affected by whistle blowing tend to dehumanize the whistle blower in various ways. In the long run the whistleblower may desist from the act (Johnson, 2003).

Ethics hotlines are a crucial tool in enhancing reporting of the irregularities in an organization (Corey, Marianne & Callanan, 2011). It is, therefore, important for an organization to have ethics hotlines. To begin with, ethics hotlines help avoid the conflicts that arise from whistle blowing (Corey, Marianne & Callanan, 2011). Additionally, hotlines help the employees access some immediate help in case there is an urgent need. Corey, Marianne & Callanan (2011) outline that, hotlines are imperative in ensuring that the employees develop a trustworthy culture in the organization they work. This can be indicated to be a merit in strengthening organizational governance. However, ethical hotlines have numerous disadvantages such as cost. There is often mistrust of the independence of the hotlines. Employees may fear to make calls since the person that is operating the hotline may be the target or may recognize the person that is being reported. Lastly, the hotlines often raise security concerns (Corey,

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Why The Decision To Strip Lance Armstrong Of His Ti

Hi, I need help with essay on Why the decision to strip Lance Armstrong of his titles is wrong. Paper must be at least 500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Why the decision to strip Lance Armstrong of his s is wrong? On August 24, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) wiped out the 14 years of Armstrong’s racing career that includes the seven Tour de France titles after concluding that he used illegal substance. USADA also banned Armstrong for life from the sport. Armstrong would no longer challenge the USADA decision finding USADA’s investigation a “witch hunt” that is bent on convicting him without any physical evidence. Armstrong denied that he ever took banned substances in his career (Associated Press, 2012). This decision of USADA to strip Armstrong of his titles and ban him from the sport for life is not only wrong but also excessive. It is based on onerous and unreasonable proceedings t that even the United States District Court indicated the troubling aspect of the case and indicated “the deficiency of USADA’s charging document is of serious constitutional concern” (2012 WL 3569682). It is important to state that the prosecution of USADA against Armstrong is based on “non-analytical positive” or from witness testimony and not from the presentation of concrete, scientific laboratory results. Armstrong was right when he commented that USADA convicted him without any physical evidence. It is equally important to note against this backdrop that Armstrong never tested positive to over 500 tests he was subjected to during his active career. Worst, the use of “analytical non-positive” proceeding to convict Armstrong that requires the testimony of a witness was tainted with corruption making the ground of his conviction to be doubtful if not illegal. The witness testimony that was obtained to convict Armstrong was obtained by “offering inducements”, a euphemism for bribe which is not only ethical, but also in violation of federal criminal law (Zimmerman, 2012). It could be argued that there are numbers of witness who testified against Armstrong that justified the conviction. But the manner of which those testimonies were obtained or extracted automatically removes the credibility of such witnesses and making it unfit to be used as evidence in the court of law. An agency cannot break the federal bribery law just to convict anyone. Thus, the evidence used against Armstrong can be dismissed not only as hearsays but also illegal that could nullify the charges against him. Also, per USADA’s own rules, Armstrong needs for a full and fair opportunity to interview the witnessed used against him which was never given and therefore a violation of USADA’s own rules (Langle, 2012). In consideration of the above stated onerous, flawed, faulty and even unconstitutional proceeding, Armstrong should have been entitled of a judicial review of a legitimate US court as guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment that forbids punishment without due process of law. Yet despite of the guarantee of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of United States for Armstrong to have a judicial review against the absence of legitimate due process of law, USADA became overzealous in meting the penalty that revealed its intention to “witch hunt” Armstrong despite the absence of legitimate due process and usage of illegal evidence that violates its own rules. When it penalized Armstrong by erasing his record up to 1998, this became constitutionally troubling because a law cannot punish anyone retroactively. Meaning, the WADA Code that was used as a basis to penalize Armstrong did not exist until 2004 and USADA was only created in 2000 (couple of years after Armstrong’s career started) and yet he was punished for an alleged violation that no law prescribe it to be such during the consummation of the action assuming for the sake of discussion that Armstrong did take banned substance. The agency and its operating law that convicted Armstrong penalized him even before the creation of such law and agency. This is a practice of an ex post facto law which is prohibited by the federal government (Langle, 2012) and taken to the extreme. The process of stripping Lance Armstrong was so wrong that even the United States District Court, in W.D. Texas acknowledged USADA’s “singleminded determination to arbitrate the charges against him” (Langle, 2012). This singleminded determination to punish Armstrong without legitimate due process can be appreciated by comparing Armstrong case with other athletes who was found guilty. Alberto Contador, also a cycling star was found to be guilty of doping but was only suspended for six months and stripped only of his 2010 Tour de France victory. With Armstrong, USADA in effect erased the record of all his career as if he never raced with an allegation that is unfounded under a process that cannot be considered legitimate for the usage of evidences that were obtained illegally with a penalty that violates USADA’s own rules. Hi I Need Help With Essay On Whatever You Want Paper Must Be At Least 500 Words

Hi, I need help with essay on (whatever you want). Paper must be at least 500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Because life will be less stressful, thanks to reduced traffic and a more pleasurable work environment, people will be much healthier when they reach retirement age than people in my parents’ generation. I will be able to stay active through most of my life, so when I don’t have to work at all anymore, I will still be in good shape to do things like wind surfing and skiing. Also, health will be improved if the country really turns to more green energy alternatives and the environment gets cleaned up. Less pollution in the air means we will have fewer cases of cancer and lung disease. People will be able to live much longer lives, particularly as medical knowledge and technology continues to be improved. In recent years, doctors have been taking a more holistic approach to medicine and this trend will probably continue so that a lot more will be known about human health by the time I retire.

Since everyone will be living longer, either because they are able to stay healthier through most of their lives, because greater advances are made in medicine or because people won’t be as stressed out all the time, the demographic group will be very large. This may end up putting too much strain on the economy to try to maintain such a large population of retired people. For this reason, people like me who will probably be in better shape and still capable of working, might be expected to work much longer than the traditional retirement age of 65. This will probably be particularly true in fields like what I plan to go into, where work can be done from remote locations if necessary. Also, if the government decides to depend on nuclear power as a means of replacing fossil fuels, there will be a much greater chance that a dangerous accident might happen and make the atmosphere entirely toxic to people. Between that and the way that small and aggressive countries

Hi I Need Help With Essay On What Was The Watergate Scandal And What Was Its Eff

Hi, I need help with essay on What was the watergate scandal and what was its effect on American politics. Paper must be at least 500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

The idea of pursuing re-election through draconian means seemed attractive to him and his consultants. However, their approach to re-election campaign turned out to be an illegal act. As revealed in May 1972 evidence following the NDC’s office break-in, it emerged that the members of the re-election committee of President Nixon were the culprits of the Watergate burglary. Many intruders, who were linked to the reelection campaign of Nixon, were caught trying to wiretap phones and filch confidential documents (Vaughn 579).

Owing to the failure of the wiretaps, the burglars would soon return to the Watergate office on June 17, 1972 to rectify the fault. Unfortunately, a security guard detected when they tapped the locks to Watergate building using a microphone. The guard informed the police of the incident and it was fortunate that the police wasted no time and caught the burglars red-handed (Vaughn 579). Despite the fact that the link between the burglars and President Nixon initially remained oblivious, the link would later be established when detectives identified white house contact of the president’s re-election committee in the baggage of the intruders. President Nixon gave a public speech on August 1972 distancing himself and his office from the burglary. Consequently, he won the trust of most voters, which handed him a landslide victory in November election (Vaughn 579).

Nixon later planned financial reward for the burglars to cover up for the crime. However, the plan failed when some of his confidants yielded to the cover-up pressure revealing that the president orchestrated the burglary. Some of his aides were incarcerated in 1973. Nixon was pressured to produce the Oval Office’s taped conversation, which he allegedly possessed. When he finally handed over some of the tapes, the cover up began to blow apart in early 1974. In July 1974, the House of Representatives

An X-ray table is equally important to position the patient according to the body part that needs to be radiographed. This is likewise important to put patients in the most comfortable position, especially those who are not mobile and could not stand or walk, while doing radiographic procedures.

Finally, X-ray shields and gowns are “physical barriers designed to provide protection from the effects of ionizing radiation. also, the technology of providing such protection” (McGraw-Hill Concise Encyclopedia of Engineering, 2002, par. 1). Hi I Need Help With Essay On What S A Terpene Paper Must Be At Least 500 Words P

Hi, I need help with essay on What’s a terpene. Paper must be at least 500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Terpene is usually built up from an isoprene which is a type of a hydrocarbon that has five carbon atoms which are attached to the eight hydrogen atoms with the formula C5 H8 (Stewart 258). Terpenes usually occur after a biological formation of a combination of two molecules of acetic acid and mevalonic acid (C6 H12 O4) which is converted to isopentenyl pyrophosphate that latter transforms to isopentenyl compound that leads to occurrence of terpenes and terpenoids (which are oxygenated derivatives of the hydrocarbons that make up the terpene).

Terpenes that are considered to be the true ones are those that are grouped according to the number of isoprene units in the molecules which usually includes two units of monoterpenes (C10 H16), six units of triterpenes (C30 H48), three units of sesquiterpene (C15 H24), eight units of tetraterpenes (C40 H64) and four units of diterpenes (C20 H32).

Terpenes are used to make turpentine (that comes from the name terpene) which has several monoterpenes, resin (consisting of rosin acid and diterpenes), and even steroids (which are made from conversion of triterpene squalene that is usually obtained in the liver oil of sharks). Since terpene (diterpenes, monoterpenes and even sesquterpenes) is a constituent of the essential oils that are in many plants and animals, it is used to make fragrances used in perfumes and even the natural food additives.

Other examples of terpene in its different form other than those mentioned above include vitamin A, hops (used to make some brands of beer), contribute to making of insecticides and recent research by biochemists in Norwich, England discovered that terpene through its bioactive cyclic molecule iridoid is a building block to potential anticancer agents (monoterpene indole alkaloids). Since plants that produce terpenes are aromatic, they are used in cooking. Terpenes are also an important ingredient in making of medicine such as marinol, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and
