Hi, I need help with essay on Pro Gay Marriage. Paper must be at least 500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Recognition of gay marriage will pave the way to truly equal and accepting society where all people share the same freedoms and get the opportunity to love, be loved and create a family regardless of their sexual orientation.

All arguments against gay marriage are ideological in their nature and they can be easily disapproved. According to Kellard, gay marriage does not threaten the institution of tradition marriage because not all traditional marriages are based on love. Many couples decide to marry in order to get money, social benefits or the access to healthcare. The rate of divorces in the USA tends to climb high and, obviously, it is not an indicator of a solid traditional marriage. Despite common beliefs that gay marriages are harmful for children, they serve as a better alternative to families where children have only one loving parent. Conservative religious beliefs does not apply to those who do not share them so it is not fare to take away freedom of love and religion from those who are granted to have it constitutionally (Kellard). Overall, there is no reason to think about gay marriage is something harmful and threatening. it is just a union of people who want to live together as a family.

Objections to same-sex marriages are usually expressed by extremely conservative people who reinterpret information and even lie in order to present the issue in negative light and persuade Americans that they will ruin everything by supporting gay marriage. For instance, Dana Loesch, who is a well-recognized columnist, often writes about lawsuits filed by gay couples against certain organization in different states. In her articles gay couples sue with people who deny taking photos of their wedding, baking a wedding cake or renting a pavilion for their marriage (cited in Lampo). However, according to Lampo, all these cases have nothing to

A structured interview is appropriate because a researcher uses a systematic and fair way of interacting with all respondents (Rogers, 2001). This discussion will consider the basic components of a structured interview, as well as how to use a structured interview in approaching informed consent, risk/gain assessment, intentional deception, and debriefing.

The basic components of a structured interview include term identification, situational questions, and behavioral questions (Rogers, 2001). These components will guide interviewer to gather the necessary information from the interviewee regarding the research question. The interviewer will understand whether trauma affects future relationships or not based on the use of the structured interview components. Term identification will enable the interviewer to understand the meaning of new terms that the interviewees may use (Gerrig & Zimbardo, 2008). The interviewer may ask the respondent to elaborate on the meaning of flashbacks with regard to traumatic experiences. Situational questions are the interview questions that the interviewer employs to understand the situations that the respondent will undergo (Gerrig & Zimbardo, 2008). For instance, the researcher may ask victims of sexual assault whether they will experience any problem with forming intimate relationships. Behavioral questions are the interview questions that researchers use to understand feelings the respondent underwent during the traumatic experience. For instance, the researcher may ask the victims of sexual assault to express the physical feelings they went through during the trauma.

Informed consent is necessary before the structured interview because the interviewee should be aware of the aftermaths of the interview (Gerrig & Zimbardo, 2008). The interviewer should inform the respondent that it may be possible to reveal the traumatic incident to the relevant

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Pros And Cons Of Capitalism And Socialism Paper Mus

Capitalism is the idea whereby the possession of capital i.e. the means of production are usually owned and determined by private individuals with little or almost no interception from the government. The entire world can be considered to be operating under the capitalist system. According to the Capitalist system a small proportion of the entire world’s population controls the resources of the world. This leads them to dictate their terms and accumulate and increase their respective wealth and fortune. Many commentators consider this to be a major flaw of Capitalism. Commentators are of the view that the working classes within the economy are negatively exploited as a result of this undue power. Exercising such undue power usually results in Monopolies within the economy and these monopolies lead to an increased benefit being gained by charging higher prices for different goods and services. Except this, there are other negative aspects of Capitalism which include discriminative distribution of wealth amongst the economy whereby some people are favored over others. Proponents supporting the Capitalism system consider the economic system to increase economic growth of a society (Hyman, 2010). Socialism on the other hand is a system that has increased government interception with respect to the use of capital/ resources and the income is distributed amongst the people as desired by the government. Advocates favoring socialism consider the system to be a proper distributor of wealth and income amongst the public/economy. People favoring Socialism are of the view that the system has always led to an equal allocation of responsibilities. The negative aspect of Socialism is the fact that the government intervention may lead to many different factors such as decreased growth, reduced flexibility and unclear price signals. These unclear price signals may not be good enough to perform economic calculations and predict the uncertain market trends. Socialism has always been pointed out for its budget-constrained attribute. This lack in budgets leads to reduced innovation and growth because of reduced incentive for the people (Hyman, 2010). Economies around the World have always been found to operate under the Socialist economic system. Those economies with a view that they are following the Capitalist economy are merely facing a delusion as there is not a single country in the current era that operates without government’s intervention. Karl Marx’s idea of socialism was to hand the power to the working class and by means of such power. the working class would be able to derive their respective pay scale. According to Karl Marx, the consciousness of the working class would only be altered by a change in their working conditions such as pay scales and for a successful implementation of a proper socialism system. the capitalist system should be over-thrown i.e. possession of resources should not be confined to a limited minority (Hyman, 2010). Proponents around the world are of the view that the socialism view has not been properly implemented to gain proper advantages from it. On the contrary, the existing system has led to a chaos within the global economy resulting in different financial and economic issues around the globe. A documentary released by some Greek theorists suggests that the economic system wrongfully portrayed as a socialist system has led to the Greek Financial Crisis.

Hi, I need help with essay on Proposal Letter Adult learning. Paper must be at least 250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Through this program, a drastic improvement has been recorded with most of the learners increasing their reading ability from two to three grade levels.

Problem posing and problematization in overall learning processes: In this proposal, a reflection on the role of posing questions while learning processes are ongoing has been made. This is one of the best teaching methods for adult learners. Question posing in learning processes is an implicit aspect of many modern cognitive psychological theories and parody, which are the psychological parody of action and interacting. Learning and teaching of mathematics, for example, must start with the students’ discourse (dialogical attitude).

My potential focus concerning adult learning relies on the knowledge of my own cognitive processes. My study of problem posing has been precisely motivated by a desire to approximate a process of problematization to come up with an effective argument for advocating problem posing as a means of attaining knowledge. Lastly, my beliefs and complexities in relation to problematization in adult learning are based on reflections, which underlay the problematization process. In order to synthesize problematization in the adult learning, questions such as why did I choose to investigate problematization as a means of learning and teaching of adults and why did I opt for problematization or problem posing in the planning of daily classroom activities must be critically analyzed.

ject’s overall strategy, for instance the care with which the team is staffed, and the goals set for the project is both very critical (Jovanović et al. 2012). In a similar manner, the organization’s policies, culture, structure, and operating systems can work effectively to promote and support project management or perhaps work against the capability to effectively run projects. An effective project management requires that before it is started, the manager and the team have a responsibility of understanding the structure of the organization as it pertains to the tasks and project. For most organizations, projects and project management are not the operating norm, but rather projects exist outside of the formal, process-oriented activities related to many organizations (Kaleshovska 2014). As a result, many organizations are simply not structured to allow for the effective completion of the projects in conjunction with the ongoing corporate activities. This report will attempt to evaluate whether project management is used in strategic context, and then show how this application is achieved. Further, this report will evaluate how excellent project management can promote competitive advantage.

Strategic project management provides a practical and step-by-step approach to guiding the organization and mangers on how to turn the projects to gain a competitive advantage. Instead of focusing how the job will be done, a strategic project management focuses on creating a competitive advantage for the organization and winning on the market (Dulipovici & Robey 2013). The framework of strategic project management encompasses five planning assets as well as seven principles for implementation, which can be utilized by organizations and managers during the time of project planning and execution.

A project is referred to us as a temporary process and organization projected to achieve certain goals under the constraints of budget, time, and other resources. In most cases,

The unique design of the product means that the competition from other traditional local products in Kenya will not affect it.

Kimono has an appeal to people of different age-groups. More recent kimonos cloths are of simple designs and cheap. Therefore, the poor people from all part of the country are in a position to afford kimono cloths. However, there are also expensive designs which are ideal for the rich people. Kimono also incorporates fashion in coming up with their design. For instance, young women are mostly attracted to kimono cloths because of their fashionable and appealing look. Moreover, due to the flexibility of its designs, they can be made to fit different cultural believes and practices of the various groups and communities in the country. This plays a very important role in identifying and distinguishing the different cultures (Kotler& Armstrong, 2013).

Kimono also recycles its materials to produce the recycled kimono cloths. This is rare clothing that is unique and beautiful and very ideal for women aged between forty and sixty years. The element of recycling is beneficial to those whose kimono clothes would have become old, worn out and tarnished. It is, therefore, cheap and convenient considering the recycled materials can be taken back to the tailors to make other clothes, thus, saving money that would have been used in purchasing new cultural clothes at a higher cost. For example, Yukata, product of kimono, popular for the people who love casual wear. It is made from linen, or cotton or polyester which is dries quickly. This makes Yukata an ideal to be worn during the summer period because of its comfort even in worn climates.

However, in order to fit in the Kenyan market, kimono will have to make a few changes in their ultimate designs. The changes would be done in a manner that will depict the various cultural practices of the different communities. There are 42 ethnic communities in
