Hence, real estate investors require having adequate knowledge before taking the action of investing.

Before investing in real estate, firstly, it is important to consider the number of residents residing in the intended area of investments either in terms of their race or their age brackets. For example, CSU San Marcos is highly populated by white people that constitute 64.2 percent of the inhabitant and least populated by American Indians representing 0.8 percent. Therefore, it is recommendable for real estate investors to invest where there is high population of residents since there is high demand for residential areas such as houses, retail shops due to high turnover of people search for secondary and primary goods, social amenities such as school and health centers, service offering businesses such as hotels and lodges and financial institutions such as banks. Secondly, they need to know their targeted age groups before investing as ages of the population will define their tastes and preferences in terms of real estate fashions, productiveness in terms of income that determines their state of affordability to rent or buy the real estate and also their entertainment as entertainment real estate will be more profitable in an area populated by a higher number of youth (Pȩski 2010).

An increase in the number of residents has a direct effect on increasing the number of households from a rise in demand for the settlement and business buildings for business people. Consequently, as the population increases, the demand for goods and services increases an increase in manufacturing and processing industries hence generally resulting in a rise in the number of households. Additionally, as demand increase and availability of real estates remains constant, the household or home value rises.

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Measuring Intangible Assets Paper Must Be At Least

Hi, I need help with essay on Measuring Intangible Assets. Paper must be at least 1000 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Tangible assets are fixed assets, which have physical substance and are held for use in the production or supply of goods and services such as lands, buildings, plants, and equipment. An intangible asset is an identifiable non-monitory asset without physical substance (Weetman 2010). Examples of intangible assets are trademarks. This essay will examine patients and brand names more thoroughly.

One of the most challenging principles of accounting is the recognition of intangible assets, such as trademarks and patents, and a company’s reputation in its financial statements and balance sheet. In addition, these assets are considered “non-mentionable” or in another sense “unrecognized” in the balance sheet due to the failure of the rule of recognition in measuring the cost of the asset. The conventional argument is that the company gains nothing from the intangible asset, such as reputation etc. However. intangible assets can some of the largest assets a company’ acquires. They are also one of the major factors in generating future profits.

This essay investigates the value and the importance of intangible assets for Apple Inc. After conducting research and examining its annual report Apple Inc. held considerable interest for me. Apple Inc is considered the most valuable company in the world with a market capitalization of $346 billion (James 2011). One considers whether the world’s number one company has recognized their reputation in the balance sheet and whether the confidence of their consumers over the years has been recognized in the company’s financial division. After examining the company’s annual report I could locate this asset on the company’s balance sheet. Apple’s brand is valued at $153 Billion (“Trademark a name:” 2011). this is almost half of its market capitalization size and is recognized as “unmeasurable” intangible asset of its trademark, which includes its reputation.

The main strength of Likert’s method is its simplicity and reliability in producing results which are accurate and useful. Once the statements have been finalized, the test can be taken by students and administered by teachers who need to have no prior knowledge about the system or behind the scenes workings of the survey. Since test takers can be forced to take a position on a statement, it can also work to provide answers for situations where a decision must be made one way or another.

At the same time, the test has been criticized for being too simplistic in nature and not applicable to situations where there is a possibility of having more than one dimension of attitude. Despite this, I believe that the survey would benefit the health campaign tremendously since we would be able to tell the attitude the students have towards exercise in general and the various statements in the survey in particular. The attitude of a person towards a particular statement helps in judging their expected behavior to a great extent.

Therefore, knowing this attitude will allow us to gear the campaign in a manner more suited towards changing the attitude of the students (if required) or educating them by removing any negative thoughts they have towards exercise. Knowing the attitude is akin to a marketing study which is conducted by a business for advertisement purposes and if we have a campaign for the students without knowing what they think then at best we would be preaching to the converted and at worse, we would be alienating them.

Further it was found that unlike India the other neighbouring countries like Malaysia, the region of Singapore and Thailand were attracting many foreign tourists from different countries. It is to address this potential issue of dragging in a large number of foreign tourists that the Incredible India campaign came under effect which aimed to project tourism as an organised activity which would present to the outside world the rich cultural, geographic and historical diversity of India. Other than using print and visual media the campaign gained impetus with the growth of internet based activities which helped promote India on an enhanced scale. These activities gained ground with the rise in the flow of tourists from affluent regions of the world both pertaining to European and Middle East regions. Moreover other than conducting large scale advertising activities the marketing communication activities concerning tourism also involved the increase in the level of trade fairs where people from various countries are rendered information through different travel agents about changes in the tourism landscape. This rise in the level of tourism promotions led to the rise in the level of tourists from foreign countries visiting India by around 15 percent during 2006 (Shah and D’Souza, 2009, p.5-7). Literature Research Direct and Integrated Communications In regards to direct marketing communications Krafft and Hesse (2007) observes that it is that marketing tool which focuses on enhancing the personalized relationships with the different consumers spread along a particular focus group. Such level of marketing communication is observed to take the help of sophisticated technological tools and concepts. Moreover the level of direct communication also helps the enhancement of customer relationships and effectively manages them both across national and international boundaries (Krafft and Hesse, 2007, p.5-6). With the passage of time the process of marketing communication earned a new phase rather than only depending on the level of direct communication tools. To this end, Yeshin (1998) states that the process of integrated communications can be considered as an integrated communication process which assimilates the potential of the different marketing tools like advertising, public relations, promotion and other such events by putting them under one roof. Thus other than rendering individual developments to the different marketing tols the process of integrated marketing communication focuses on the holistic development of the marketing communication program (Yeshin, 1998, p.68-69). Marketing Plan and Customer Relationship Management The planning for the conducting of marketing activities entails an important task in the marketing functions of a company.

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Matthew 6 9 13 Paper Must Be At Least 2750 Words Pl

Hi, I need help with essay on Matthew 6:9-13. Paper must be at least 2750 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

While this is likely the most commonly recited prayer throughout Christendom, it is feared that its true meaning, context, and relevance have been lost through the generations. Not being meant to be a simple prayer to be recited by rote, it is designed to teach followers about not only importance of prayer itself, but also of the need for developing a spirit of forgiveness and of oneness with God the Father. With this in mind, it is important to look at the context of the passage itself to receive commentary on ins importance, and to look at the theological implications that still apply to all Christians to this day.

The focus of this particular passage seems to be on the continued teaching that Jesus Christ himself was making in regard to prayer. As recently as verses 5 and 6 of the same chapter, the emphasis is on teaching his disciples that much of their prayer seemed to be self-centered, as opposed to God-centered, which is obviously the direction that He wanted to point his followers in. This can be seen in the reality that Jesus is exerting us in verses 9-13 to realize, first of all, the the Lord’s name is to be revered. Verse five reminds us, in fact, that His name is Hallowed. This is deference to verse five, which has followers referencing their own name as they pray. In addition, Jesus makes the shift in this passage towards a more corporate Father, with Him being addresses in verse 9 as ‘Our Father’, as opposed to the exhortation to ‘pray to your Father’ in verse 6 (O’Collins 360).

In its simplistic form, the Lord’s Prayer is a move away from the ritualistic prayers of the Old Testament. While many today employ the Lord’s Prayer at Corporate gatherings, such as a Fellowship meeting, this does seem to detract somewhat from the context in which Matthew 6:9-13 was penned. The passage is designed to be more of an example for how we should pray, rather than what we

A wool carpet manufactured using this innovative system is a completely natural and biodegradable product. At the end of its useful life the entire product can be shredded and turned into organic material, which can then be used, for example, as fertilizer for growing plants. The work has been carried out for the Netherlands companies Bond Textile Research, Best Wool Carpets and James, which own the four patents on which this new biological technology is based. The so-called “cradle-to-cradle” model has been central to the work done by the team led by Tzanko Tzanov, a researcher with the Molecular and Industrial Biotechnology Group at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. BarcelonaTechs Terrassa Campus. The outcome is an enzyme-based biological technology that paves the way for three Netherlands companies to manufacture carpets that are much lighter, sustainable, biodegradable, and 100% recyclable. At the end of their useful life, the carpets can be used as fertiliser or substrate for growing plants. The system saves a great deal of energy, completely closes the biological cycle for wool, and significantly reduces the final cost of carpet products.

Hi, I need help with essay on Materials and Surface Engineering. Paper must be at least 1250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Therefore, the mating surfaces should be accessible so that the lubricant can be applied at regular intervals. However, in many cases, the mating surfaces may be in radioactive or toxic zone or may be inaccessible due to design considerations. In such cases on cannot depend on liquid lubricants.

At high load and low speed the liquid lubricant film is not thick enough to ensure effective separation of the mating surfaces and therefore, frictional force and wear loss increases. Therefore, one cannot rely on liquid lubricants under such operating conditions.

Liquid lubricants are not good for high temperature applications as viscosity decreases with increasing temperature and vapors may also be produced at higher temperature. Therefore, liquid lubricants are not suitable for application at higher temperatures.

Liquid lubricants are not clean in itself in the sense that it gets spread on the workplace and also dirt and dust gets adhered to it deteriorating the cleanliness of the workplace further. Therefore, liquid lubricants are not preferred for clean applications.

Q6. A steel ball of elastic modulus E1 and Poisson’s ratio 1 (figure, below) is pressing with load P onto a flat metallic surface of aluminum plate having elastic modulus E2 and Poisson’s ratio 2 and hardness H.

(d) This equation gives a much larger value for the volume of wear than what is experimentally observed or what is observed in real life. The difference is very high and is 4 to 7 order of magnitude higher than that observed in the experiments. This is because not all but only a very small fraction of the asperity contacts result in wear of the material and therefore, in stead of the equality sign in the Archard’s wear equation, there should be a proportionality sign. When this is done a constant is introduced in the equation whose value is determined experimentally. Thus the revised equation

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Mergers Acquisitions Paper Must Be At Least 1000 Wo

Hi, I need help with essay on Mergers& Acquisitions. Paper must be at least 1000 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

The US airline industry had previously been dominated by nine companies that created a stiff competition in the market. However, the move to merge the American airlines and the US airways has altered the situation. The main reason that led to the merger is the desire both companies to gain competitive advantage over their competitors (Thomas, 2013). The size of a company determines their convincing power. Large companies have a likelihood of attracting customers and shareholders, and hence the company will be more competitive. The two companies also came together in order to heighten their sales. With the many numbers of competitors, the companies hoped that coming together would increase their sales. The two companies intended to expand rapidly since more resources, and labor had been brought together (Daily Mail Reporter, 2013). The merger of the two airlines&nbsp.will ensure that the company will control approximately 20% of the market share since 80% of the market share is controlled by the four large airlines (Reed, 2014).

Merging the two companies reduced the risks and hence the new company is in a position to diversify its operations (Reed, 2014). The airline industry has a lot of risks, and the managers decided to come together in order to spread and cushion the risk. The merger provided a large pool of finances which would allow the two companies increase their economies of scale and thereby maximize their profits (Reed, 2014). The elected overall managing director stated out that their move was not only to fight competition but also to meet the large financial demands in the industry. He also said that the move would increase their networks, and their customers would have a variety of choices in terms of traveling time.

The merger brought about both positive and negative results to the two companies. The new company (American Airlines) gained an advantage since its costs

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Marxist Philosophy Paper Must Be At Least 250 Words

Hi, I need help with essay on Marxist philosophy. Paper must be at least 250 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

Analyzing slavery, feudalism and in the contemporary world, capitalism, Marx found that the social struggle between the exploiter and the exploited classes is caused by contradictions in each mode of production adopted by society. These imbalances create unrest whose end result is revolutions2 such as the 1917 upheaval in Russia.

The Marxist philosophy has been applied to a diverse range of subjects in economic, political and social spheres, but the political debate is the most prevalent. Marx argues that capitalism creates a rich elite minority class and the exploited majority proletariat class working for the elite. He finds that the oppressed majority3 will revolt in order to build a new better regimes catering for equality of all people in a given society.

Lenin and fellow Bolsheviks, interpreting and implementing4 Marxist philosophy in 1917, seized power in a revolution that aimed at setting up a socialist state that replaced capitalist Russia with cooperative ownership of means of production. They sought to bring down the monarchy and a long history of the oppression of the proletariat in the country embodied by the royalty5. In so doing, Lenin was also against half measures that called for a negotiation with existing government.

Marxist philosophy calls for socialist world view. The Bolshevik revolution, led by Lenin and compatriots, adopted this philosophy to address oppression of the large Russian peasantry at the hand of the Tsar regime. In the series of revolutions, Marxist ideals are evident in that socialism was expected to give way to communism in Russia, a classless, stateless and humane society in which each person equally shares in production and

Hi I Need Help With Essay On Mentorship In Practice Paper Must Be At Least 2500

Hi, I need help with essay on Mentorship in practice. Paper must be at least 2500 words. Please, no plagiarized work!

A mentoring relationship then develops over time, during which the mentee’s needs changes as well as the nature of the mentoring relationship. The mentor is aware of such changes and adjusts the kind of attention, advise, assistance and motivation he provides. Mutual respect, trust, understanding and empathy are values embodied by an effective mentoring relationship (http://www.nap.edu/readingroom/books/mentor/1.html).

Learning in a mentoring relationship is not one-way. Both parties benefit from it – the mentee, for obvious reasons of imbibing wisdom from the mentor, and the mentor, for being updated on current trends that he needs to incorporate in his mentoring. A mentor, being looked up to as a professional, needs to be a step ahead of his mentee in terms of what he needs to teach. Thus, he himself must enrich his knowledge with research. A teacher derives much fulfillment is witnessing the growth and development of his students in areas he helped them with.

The motivation to learn is affected by the reinforcements to learning namely intrinsic motivation or the inner drive to learn which leads to personal fulfillment. extrinsic motivation, which consists of rewards such as high grades or a prize for performing well. social reinforcement, an example of which is praise and approval from significant persons in an individuals life. and achievement, or the attaining of the learning goal. Having an interplay of the four kinds of reinforcement is the most effective way to motivate a learner to pursue more knowledge and acquire more skills (Stoll, L., Fink, D. & Earl, L., 2003). A teacher must be able to use such tools in sustaining his students’ passion for learning.

Hay (1995) differentiates learning that comes in three levels in a mentoring relationship. The first level is traditional learning, which is the usual coaching and teaching about how to do things properly. An example is a teacher
