After listening to the podcast: The State of Patient Experience, consider the evolving landscape of healthcare and answer the following questions incorporating your own thoughts and ideas.

The authors discuss violent offenders and property offenders. In the past, offenders occupied a vast majority of their time in prison, which exposed them to the growing drug culture. In reading the two chapters, study the characteristics of the offenders, choose one or two characteristics to research, and post your findings. In your response, discuss the impact of the characteristic. Also, discuss the impact of the characteristic on the correctional personnel, institution, and management.

The paper must be in APA format and include a title page, abstract, discussion, conclusion, and references. Your paper should go beyond the obvious and must be at least 1,200 words in length. 1. Pick a local company (FROM THE U.S) in your community and analyze if the information in the article and video to analyze the company as it pertains to their current situation as impacted by the COVID-19.
