Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Patients Rights While Providing Care. It needs to be at least 1500 words.

the primary challenge in my practice arises from the fact that the capacity to consent is yet from being tested, and the benefits and risks have been illustrated. In this case, capacity refers to the ability to use and understand information to make a sound decision and communicate any decision made to the respective caregivers. A voluntary consent simply the decision to either consent or not to consent to treatment and must be made by the person themselves and must never be influenced by pressure from medical staff, family and friends. Whereas informed consent is where the patient has to be issued with all the pertinent information in terms of what the treatment is all about including the benefits and the risks attached beside whether there are reasonable option interventions and whatever will occur if such a treatment is not executed or delayed. Valid consent is also determined by capacity in which a nurse must be able to determine that capability of the patient to give a consent that means they understand the information is given to them and they can utilize such information to make a rational and informed decision. In case an adult has the capacity to make a voluntary and informed decision to consent or refuse a particular treatment or examination, the law requires that such a decision must be honoured even if the refusal would collapse into death or death of the unborn. On the other hand, where a patient has no capacity to make a decision about their treatment, the nurse examining them can advance and give the treatment if they believe it is in the patient best interests.

The symbol embodies a particular feature of both the plot and the characters in the story throughout the plot. Among the most evident motifs in the story alongside is the desert. The story begins in a city but quickly moves into the desert where the rest of the actions occur. The desert therefore portrays various elements of the story depending on its depiction at various stages of the story. In page three soon after their the exit from the city, the author portrays the three cousin in the desert discussing their next step. In this page, the author portrays the abrupt eviction of the three from the city. Apparently, the three had not considered the ramifications of their actions. Their eviction from the city thus places them in a precarious situation and therefore sits in the desert to determine their next step of action. Through symbolism, the author uses the desert again to portray nature and the forces it presents to make the life of the three cousins difficult. Soon after their arrival in the desert, the three begin facing intense forces.

In the United States, de-institutionalization of mentally ill population in the late 1970s and cuts in housing and social services in 1980s contributed to homelessness (Donohoe). According to National Alliance to End Homelessness, in January 2005 around 744,313 people were homeless (National Coalition for the Homeless). According to the statistics of National Law Centre, around 700,000 to 2 million people are homeless in America on a given night (Policyalmanac). The estimates of National Alliance to End Homelessness highlight that around 22 people out of every 10,000 people are homeless and on any given night in the United States, 671,859 people are homeless, in which 37 percent are families and 63 percent are individuals (National Alliance to End Homelessness). Between 2007 and 2009, family homelessness in the United States has increased by 30 percent and this percentage is expected to increase further (National Public Radio). The statistics show that homelessness in the United States has actually become a serious concern for the economy.

The number of homeless people in the United States is increasing rapidly and various factors are contributing to this increase. The typical reasons which may contribute to homelessness include disturbance in family support systems, natural disasters, civil wars, impact of structural adjustment activities and urbanization however, two major causes of homelessness in the United States include decline in affordable rental housing and poverty (Vickery, Williams and Lugo). The president of National Alliance to Homelessness, Nan Roman argues affordable housing crisis is the primary driver in homelessness and this problem cannot be solved unless the crisis is addressed (USA Today). Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Political Evolution and Development Policies (successes and failures) of UGANDA. It needs to be at least 3000 words.

He developed a National Resistance Movement (NRM) to vigilantly let free the city and countryside residents without provoking their cultural specialties. In 1994, Museveni’s party along with the NRM managed to get two third majority in the Assembly election. Further he managed to win two no-party presidential elections and legalized the ‘Movement’, however the success of the movement is considered to be doubtful due to the changing political environment (Kaiser & Okumu 2004 p.2-3).

According to Johann Kriegler, the expression – developing countries in Africa – is no longer true. This regression is attributed to the worsening rate of child death, life expectancy, per capita Income, GDP and HIV/AIDS. Most of the African countries have nil or negative economic growth. With various religious and other interferences, the basic ethnic beliefs and practices of tribal Africans have been forgotten. To understand the democratic development of African politics, democracy in Africa should be considered as by Africans and for Africans. European Unions and the United States have played a major role in Africa’s development. The author asserts that they should play a more dominant role in the development of the continent and exceed the amount of contributions made thus far.

Further Africa should regulate its policies and follow open door systems towards international markets. While kindness is poured by way of truckloads of grains, it would be better to take it from African farmers rather than taking away their livelihood with more supply of grains. Professor Amartya Sen notes that government tactlessness and famine are directly related to poverty. Constitutional rights and liberty create and guarantee prospects of involvement and are essential not only in preventing unbalanced allocation of shortcoming but also in assuring equal economic privileges.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Production Choices to Achieve Trend Growth. It needs to be at least 3500 words.

The production possibility represents alternative combinations of different commodities which can be produced by the economy with the total available resources. In other words, the production possibility curve is the locus of all those points that represent different product combinations that an economy can attain by employing its total available resources to the fullest. For simplicity, let us assume that only two commodities (x and y) are being produced using the total available resources in an economy. In the following diagram, we plot units of x on the horizontal axis and units of y on the vertical axis. The curve AF represents the production possibility curve of the economy. If all the resources are devoted to the production of x then the country can get OF amount of x and no amount of y. On the other hand, if the total resources are devoted to producing y then the country can OF amount of y and no amount of x. since the resources are assumed to be fixed in quantity and since they are assumed to be fully employed with utmost efficiency, if though production of one commodity is increasing then that of the other will definitely decrease. For this reason, this curve is assumed to be downward sloping.&nbsp.

The coordinates of any point of AF curve shows the different product mix that is available to the economy to produce with the given amount of resources. Sot he country can produce at any point of the curve and achieve trend growth. If the supply of resources increase or a technological improvement takes place then the production possibility curve or production possibility frontier (PPF) will shift to the right from AF to A’F’. Any point on the curve (e.g. Point’s’) implies full and efficient employment of the resources, that is, the maximum amount of output that an economy can produce in the most effective manner using the given amount of resources. Any point inside the curve (e.g. Point ‘g’) implies that production in the economy is taking place without using all the resources to the optimum level.&nbsp. &nbsp.&nbsp.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Regulatory Legal Procedure: Safety and Health of the Workers. It needs to be at least 2250 words.

Traditionally there exist two types of roofing and cladding. One of the most commonly used is tiles. If they were originally used, a replacement will imply the same. Re-roofing will also involve changing the guttering system. The materials used should also be considered. Use of slates, though minimal, can be incorporated. Their replacement is purely slated in nature. Tiles are natural clay. the background upon which they are placed is considerable. Care should be taken to refill the exact places where roofing materials had been removed (Wiles 2008 pg. 40). This will retain the original status of the house. For gutters, retaining them requires a lot of precaution. It should be done using aluminium gutters or still, the iron gutters can serve the same purpose. The roe village planning has incorporated this factor. Lighting is not recommended on rooftops if the planning of Roe village is to go by. Conservation and retention of the original status of the building is the main concern. These lights will affect the original condition of the house. Dormer windows, before they are placed must consider the originality of the dwelling. If the builder is planning for the conversion lofts, their merits are important for them to be given the permission to go ahead and build them. Cladding in the village has been done using horizontally placed timber (Wiles 2008 pg. 40). Retaining them is necessary. The gables used in replacement must match the type of boards that were used. In painting surface like structures like windows and doors painted in white do not require planning permission.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Relationship between Logistics, Operations and the Environment in International Manufacturing Organizations from an Environmental Perspective. It needs to be at least 3000 words.

The paper tells that the environmental impacts of the activities of the manufacturing companies have been a major concern for the environmental activists. In this respect, the customers and the organizations have also become more conscious about the negative effects of the manufacturing operations on the ecology of the planet. The operations and logistics of international manufacturing organizations may impact the environment through the type of raw materials used, the production and procurement processes, waste management, and pollutant emissions. The authors have stated that the essence of operations strategy lies in the pattern of decisions which affect the ability of the organization to attain the long-term objectives of the business, manufacturing tasks, and the requirements of the market. One of these decisions is the decision related to the compliance of the activities of the organization to the environmental laws and requirements. The customers, suppliers and other stakeholders demand that the manufacturing companies try to minimize the negative effects of their production, operations, and other processes on the environment. This has brought about the increasing concern of the manufacturing organizations about the sustainability of their operations and supply chain through the adoption of the “green factor” in the supply chains and taking effective steps to conduct their operations and manage their logistics in an environmentally sustainable manner. The pressures on the manufacturing organizations from their stakeholders have made it necessary for these organizations to modify and develop their supply chain and other operational aspects to suit the environment and benefit the society as a whole. The manufacturing industry is an important industry in the advanced and developed world. The focus of the revenue generation in different economies has shifted from agricultural industries to manufacturing industries.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The Relationship between Phonological Awareness and Development of Literacy. It needs to be at least 2500 words.

Specific language impaired children (SLI) show a prevalence in weak literacy and phonology profiles. Children from low socio-economic (SES) backgrounds proved to score poorly in comparison with children who had a history of a speech-language impairment that could be resolved by the age of five and children with a history of continual speech-language impairments.

Most studies on the subject are in agreement relative to the connection between a child’s poor spoken and written language skills and his or her low socio-economic background. This link has prompted many implementations of literacy programs such as Head Start. Researchers examined the relationship between early phonological awareness and literacy skills with and without intervention therapy. They compared phonologically and literacy skills in children with mild to moderate language disabilities to children from the low social-economic background and typically developing children who come from a middle-class background. This research paper also discusses an investigation on relationships of phonological awareness and literacy in young children with mild intellectual abilities compared to children with mixed etiologies who show learning difficulties and weak literacy and language skills. In this analysis vocabulary and letter knowledge, as well as spelling and reading abilities are addressed in the context of phonological awareness. These findings are compared to children from middle-class backgrounds with normally developing phonological and literacy skills.

This research report provides data that addresses many important issues. Poor phonological awareness is directly linked to subsequent weak literacy development. Children with specific language impairment who show fragile phonological awareness will have not only difficulties in spelling, learning, reading, decoding, comprehension, nonverbal, oral and written language.&nbsp.&nbsp.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on The relationship between science and nature in Frankenstein. It needs to be at least 1000 words.

Written in the middle of the 1960s, Pynchon was reflecting a culture gone crazy in which meaning was lost in the chaotic shuffle of Civil Rights, women’s rights, the Vietnam War and numerous other world-shaking events. While names such as Oedipa Maas, Mucho Maas and Pierce Inverarity do convey meaning of a sort regarding the personalities of these characters, they do not help in identifying a ‘constellation’ within the novel.

Oedipa Maas is the protagonist of the story who is shaken out of her humdrum relatively normal California suburbia lifestyle with the news that her ex-boyfriend, Pierce Inverarity, has named her the executor of his will. There is an undeniable connection between her name and the name of a legendary king of Thebes from a play by Socrates. In Socrates’ play, the main character, Oedipus, learns that there is a great mystery that no one has yet been able to solve and sets out to answer the question of who killed the old king only to learn to his own ruin that it was Oedipus himself. In much the same way, Oedipa learns of a mystery that no one else has yet been able to solve – the mystery of the Trystero. In attempting to solve the mystery, which may actually be no mystery at all, Oedipa loses connection with her own life thus finding nothing but her own ruin at the end of the hunt. Her almost hallucinatory night spent wandering the streets of the city seems to suggest the type of blind wandering that Oedipus embarked upon at the end of his story. “She stood between the public booth and the rented car, in the night, her isolation complete, and tried to face toward the sea. But she’d lost her bearings. She turned, pivoting on one stacked heel, could find no mountains either” (177). Having lost touch with the people in her life, she could no longer even find herself within the landscape. Her last name, Maas, has several possible connotations including its synonym, mass which is traditionally difficult to get
