Pinto should also consider the abilities and sources of motivation for both of senior engineers.
During crucial confrontation, problem should be calmly described by Pinto and feedback of both persons should be taken. Pinto should adopt an honest and straightforward approach whilst presenting his ideas. He should make Lovas and Bennett to realize that designing an innovative imaging support structure is a shared purpose of organization. If Lovas and Bennett have complaints against each other they should have facts to support their claims.
Once both parties discuss complaints, Pinto should then highlight the consequences of their conflicts on organization, their personal lives and on other colleagues. Based on the personality attributes of Lovas and Bennett in Table 1, Pinto should motivate and encourage their role in the company.
Pinto should motivate Lovas by adopting his honeybee structure and he should motivate Bennett by giving him the challenge to make this structure light weight and a new innovation. Although facing the resistance of Bennett will appear as a major a challenge for Pinto however, through his good relation with both parties and his unbiased behaviour, he can appear as a good enabler.
To keep confrontations on right track, Pinto should adopt a focused and flexible approach. He should be sensitive to the feelings of both the parties and his should be to develop a mutual trust. Moreover, before wrapping up the discussion, Pinto should clearly explain the tasks for Lovas and Bennett, the timeline to complete the task and the mode of communication through which Pinto will follow up the progress.
In the plan, the role of Pinto as a facilitator and enabler has increased based on the fact that Pinto has been dealing with such confrontations earlier. It has mentioned that confrontations are usually mishandled because of meekness and

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Rolling Stones the Gangster in the Huddle. It needs to be at least 1500 words.
The storyline illustrates that these factors led to his dalliance with guns, inability to entangle him from the gang culture and subsequently, violence. In the end, this proves to be the main catalyst in a process whose end is the fall of a young and immensely gifted athlete’s from grace. The overall purpose is to demonstrate that a lifestyle on the fast lane, characterized by debauchery and little regard to consequences of one’s actions, is incompatible with sustained success on the sports field. The overall message to the audience is that the athlete, in this case, is a prisoner of his own past. The choices he makes lead to sad consequences. As the story progresses, the writer employs logos in an apparent attempt at convincing the audience that Aaron bears liability for the murder of Odin Lloyd.
The first paragraph describes Aaron, in the company of Odin, as engaging in “five-star debauch” in the days prior to Odin’s demise. In successive paragraphs, there is the focus on the athlete’s involvement in substance abuse, gang culture, and club fights. The third paragraph states that he was using a drug described as “maniacal angel dust” and had already formed an association with a “crew of gangsters”. The writer also points to eyewitness reports describing assailants fitting Aaron’s character at a crime scene. The audience is gradually prepared for Odin’s execution through the description of the athlete’s lifestyle. The writer creates the impression of a paranoid man living on the edge. The article states that Aaron sucker-punched a waiter leaving him with a damaged eardrum.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Rooms Division. It needs to be at least 2000 words.
This research focuses on room division operations with reference to Nadler Soho, which is a strategically located hotel off Oxford Street. The Tottenham Court Tube Station is situated 400 meters from the hotel while the British Museum is less than 1 kilometre away. In the neighbourhood are several bars and restaurants. The Nadler Soho offers state of the art accommodation facilities comprising well-designed rooms installed with Wi-Fi for guests, global digital newspapers and an LED television set. The rooms comprise modern shower rooms and a hair drier to ensure maximal convenience. Guests are also provided with a small food cupboard and a laptop computer safe.
There are a set of legislation in the UK that directly influence the room operations for hotels in the UK. The law of civil rights requires that disabled people be treated equally as other guests. Access to rooms must be provided equally and ramps must be built for use by people with disabilities. Toilets should also be disability friendly among other aspects of the room division. The equality act is against discrimination of any kind including disability, gender, marital status, race, religion and sexual orientation among other social aspects that are predisposed to discrimination (Clark & Chen, 2007).

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on RRS7. It needs to be at least 500 words.
The writers tone in this story especially as it begins is that of anxiety and tension. The author also uses a defenseless tone. He illustrates the struggle Gregor goes through as he tries to get himself out of bed. The way he even had to push himself down onto the carpet and then attempting to lift himself up using the drawers. He struggled to open the door. He had to use his mouth to turn the lock. In his state, no one seemed to understand. No one appeared to hear his silent inner cry. At his workplace, it was all work and nobody cared. His manager was here with threats, threats of telling the Chief that Gregor is not doing his work yet he did not even listen to him. The dad could not help him too despite having seen him struggle. Instead, he pushed him inside so that he can change and get to work.
The impact of the sound depicts a man who longs for freedom. It is as if he was a prisoner in his home and workplace. He wanted to be loved, appreciated and listened to by both his boss and family for what he gave up for them. He longed to make his decisions and be trusted to do so. He longed for freedom from the job he disliked, yet had to do for the sake of his family. He longed to be free from all the pain caused by his state.
Gregors family does not value Gregors health and happiness, but what he can give them. It values what he can bring home for them, and that is why they were still forcing Gregor to wake up and go to work instead of finding out what is wrong with him. It was a selfish and uncaring family. The mother is the only one who seemed to defend Gregor a bit. She is the only one who defended him against his manager by saying that he could be sick.
Currently, a similar and most occurring situation in almost every part of the work lies in governance. In some countries, more so in Africa, once the leaders are chosen to public office, instead of using the office and the funds to develop the country, they use it for personal benefit. Leaders elected in

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on S4 W7 DQ1. It needs to be at least 250 words.
The situation became worse as the situation in the country started impacting negatively in the neighboring countries. It was at the time that the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) decided to launch an attack in country to flush out the terror group. Questions were being asked on where were the international bodies when the country needed liberation? Was the situation bad enough to capture their attention? It is for this reason that the west should focus on strengthening regional organizations (Clement & Smith, 2009).
With organized regional organizations like the ECOWAS, situations like in Somalia would have dealt with before the country was fully paralyzed. With many regions across the globe having organizations controlling leadership and economic operations, the west should pick out these groups and develop proper security forces to deal with cases of insecurity among its member states (Clement &Smith, 2009). A good example is the League of Arab States which was formed with the aim of cushioning the region financially and economically. With the rise on the need for security across the Arab world, the body is playing a crucial role in ensuring its members states are provided with peacekeeping

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Same Sex Marriages and the U.S.Constitution. It needs to be at least 1000 words.
Download file to see previous pages…
By turning marriage into something decided on by the law, the civil rights of people stand the risk of being violated. The civil rights of people are perhaps the largest part of the argument on the side of people that approve of same-sex marriages. Civil rights allow all people to be treated equally in their political and social endeavors. By denying them the opportunity to marry whomever they choose, they are being denied their civil rights, based on the definition of civil rights. Equality is not being observed when same-sex couple is denied the chance to marry. therefore, the civil rights of people are not only being violated, but they are not being properly upheld. Furthermore, “the Constitution may already have embedded in its wisdom, equal rights for all people, including gay people who want to get married.” The Constitution does not mention marriage directly, but it does point out that everyone should be treated equally. The Constitution of the United States does not define anything in regard to what marriage is, nor does it discuss the specifics of the people that are allowed to be married or those who are not. The only thing even remotely close to marriage in the U.S. Constitution is the concept of civil rights, which states the equality of all peoples. (Gerstmann, pg. 44). The U.S. Constitution may be mum on the topic of marriage, but the introduction of federalism has given each individual state the ability to make their own constitutions. As such, each state is able to make their own sets of rules or amendments, ones that can go against what is already written in the U.S. Constitution, essentially overriding the original Constitution. This has prompted many state governments to put a ban on same sex marriage or to otherwise have these unions be called by something other than a marriage. These states are going against the civil rights of its people. In only a few cases, states have approved of same sex marriage. In 1996, former President Bill Clinton signed into law the Defense of Marriage Act, which stated that the federal government defines a marriage as being between a man and a woman. While states could decide for themselves if they would recognize same sex unions, this law made it so that a same sex couple married legally in one state would not be recognized in a state that banned same sex marriages or did not recognize them as being lawful unions. This would cause many same sex marriages to be invalid should a married same sex couple decide to move. Again, the decision was still left up to the states, but Clinton made it clear where he and the federal government stood. The equality of people was, once again, shunted aside over someone else’s discomfort. The approval of same sex marriage took a different turn in 2003, during the case of Lawrence versus Texas, when the Supreme Court announced a new Constitution that would “prohibit state legislatures from treating homosexuality any differently than heterosexuality (Taylor).” This allowed marriage to find its way into the Constitution, seeming to favor more those that are for same sex marriages. By forbidding states to distinguish or make any notice of difference between homosexuality and heterosexuality, they were approving same sex marriage, as well as acknowledging the civil rights of Americans, which has always been the main component of rights when it comes to marriage.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Sampling. It needs to be at least 500 words.
This is true in for example agricultural research organizations that test on the pesticides, herbicides and plants the farmers and consumers need. Since they cannot go round asking each and every stakeholder, the manager sends the team to sample a few of those for the market research (Hillger 2006).
The other importance is that sampling cuts costs of organization especially that spend on market research. The cost reduction is in terms of sampling researchers and also sampling the participants. This is cost effective compared to employing the whole team of researchers which is expensive and time consuming. This is used by motor vehicle manufacturing companies in many parts of the world like Germany, America and Japan. This sampling decision is approved by middle-level and top-level managers of such companies (Danford 2009).
Managers are tasked with staffing. This entails short listing candidates for interviews and hiring a few of those shortlisted. This process requires employment of sampling procedures. This is because when a job position is advertised, many qualified and some unqualified individuals apply and it is the work of human resource managers in collaboration with other managers to short list them based on the qualifications and this is mostly done through systematic or even random sampling (Caruth et al. 2009).
One of the skills of the manager is to build power bases (Evans et al. 2007). This means that the manager will have to decentralize power and activities in the organization for effectiveness and achievement of organization’s goals and objectives. This power distribution can be done through cluster or stratified sampling. This means that the manager will divide the organization into different departments and have supervisors or line managers control it. This is common in banks which have decentralized the power of

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Saudi pus millions in higher education buildings , where saudi education heading. It needs to be at least 2250 words.
By the end of 2003, eight universities served 22 million people. However, in 2003, the government of Saudi Arabia made an active decision on restructuring and expanding the higher education sector. As a result, the national allocation for the same has tripled since 004 reaching $15 million in 2007. Most of the funds allocated to the ministry were used in the construction of new universities and colleges across the country.
National leaders, such as King Abdullah, have supported the program from their personal account by donating $10 million for the construction of a Science and Technology University. In endorsing the higher education initiative, the government lifted a long-standing ban on the operation of private institutions. In this regard, free land and funds amounting to $10 million were issued to the private sector in terms of scholarship and construction to facilitate its achievement of a higher status such as Yale and Harvard Universities. In establishing a quality education system, various adjustments were made in the banking sector, political sector, as well as the religious and social sector to promote factors that facilitated the cultivation of a New England in the Middle East.
According to Philip G. Altbach, the decision to establish the ministry of education and invest in the same is a decisive step towards academic development. However, the director of the Center for International Higher Education acknowledges that the educational position of the country poses a challenge to the achievement of the set objectives (Altbach cited in Krieger 2007, p. 1). The first challenge facing the country is solving its major problem of technology import. As confirmed by the deputy minister of higher education, Mohammed Al-Ohali, the country has relied on foreign technology for a long time (Bander bin Saud cited in Krieger 2007, p. 2). Specifically, this is due to the overreliance on Social Sciences among the universities in Saudi Arabia. For a long period,

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Saving abandoned pets. It needs to be at least 1000 words.
For instance, in the process of walking a dog, the guardian, alongside that pet gets fresh air, exercise and also social interaction. Pets offer the much needed companion to the elderly who in most cases, lacks enough social interaction. Some pets have been approved as special therapy animals, especially dogs so that they are used for visiting confined people (Person 21). Pet therapy has been designed so that the animals used aids in achieving certain social, physical, emotional and cognitive goals among patients. Despite these perceived benefits, several. instances have been reported over incidences where pets are abandoned by their guardians for various reasons. This paper examines some of the reasons why pets are often abandoned and some of the ways in which they can be saved and assisted to live their lives effectively after such incidences.
Abandoned pets are those pets, which for various reasons. they have been cast off by their owners deliberately or inadvertently. In some cases, it happens when the particular owner passes on or when the pet in question tend to grow too large or is disruptive (Aronin 57). The 2007-2008 financial crisis forced many pets to be abandoned by their owners citing increased costs for their effective upkeep.
Some pet owners are often left with the option of abandoning their beloved animals when their homes are foreclosed. On one hand, the animals can be left alone in the property or other owner decides to drop them at animal shelters so that they are not left on the cold. Some of these abandoned pets are discovered at the end of the foreclosure course (Aronin 79). The animals that are lucky to be found are often in extremely poor conditions after they are forced to go without some of the basic resources like food and shelter.
Other reasons why pets are abandoned include demolitions because of government policies or averting natural disasters. In such instances, pet owners often decide to
