Please tell us about your nursing journey, your place of employment, your job, your short- and long-term goals, and what specifically you plan to do with your FNP degree. Please help me to develop a good introduction to my teacher and classmates. 

I was born in Colombia where I got a title as Physician 2004 then I went to Spin where I worked as Family Physician until 2012.

I got my degree on BSN in 2018, then I pass NCLEX April 2019 and started MSN April of 2019 

Currently I work in a Med Spa located in West palm Beach, FL doing Aesthetics procedures.

with FNP degree I want to increase the scope of practice and start working in an office with MD and others NP.

Goals short time is reach good grading on this of course and learn about farmacology and Role of the Nurse Practitioner and the use of most frequently precribed medications

Goals long time is continue with my education improving skills  and  get a stable job and get FNU degree

2. The two registered nurses review a variety of research studies to answer their proposed research questions. What is the difference in the efficacy of randomized controlled trials, integrative reviews, or meta-analysis with practice-based evidence for continuous process improvement?

3. The registered professional nurses must consider alternative support mechanisms when searching for the best evidence to support their clinical practice. What are possible mechanisms of support for evidence-based practice?

4.  Describe the challenges that exist today for nurses in implementing evidence-based practice?

An area of concern in healthcare today is the ability of individuals to access care.  The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has developed many initiatives that tie reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries to better quality of care and access to it. 

For your discussion board post, include the following:

• Discuss the barriers that patients experience when accessing health care resources.
• Why do barriers continue to exist when it comes to access and equal health care?

Using the patient information provided, choose a culture unfamiliar to you and describe what would be important to remember while you interview this patient. Discuss the health care support systems available in your community for someone of this culture. If no support systems are available in your community, identify a national resource.

Remember the cultural related characteristics would be related to communication in the culture, since we are conducting an interview, spacial distance, eye contact, level of openness, taboo subjects, who you should address etc. should be considered.
