    2. Consider the following questions:
      1. After reading about Christy’s situation, how have your thoughts about and/or expectations of other cultures changed, if at all?
      2. What changed, if anything?
  2. Describe how Christy can handle the situation better the next time she encounters a Romani patient.
  3. Identify at least one thing an organization can do to improve cultural competence.
