Need Help With My Writing Homework On Public Natural Resources Law Write A 2500

Need help with my writing homework on Public Natural Resources Law. Write a 2500 word paper answering; The parties to this case are the plaintiff Sierra Club which is an environmental group and the defendants composed of Mr. Lujan who is the Secretary of Interior and TW Recreational Services (The Sierra Club v. Lujan, et al.). This case involved the north rim of Grand Canyon where there was a planned construction of hotel and restaurant complex (The Sierra Club v. Lujan, et al.). In this case, the National Park Service (NPS) planned to build a new hotel complex on the North Rim and hence, entered into a contract in 1984 with a concessionaire, TW Recreational Services, Inc. (TW) (The Sierra Club v. Lujan, et al.). TW would be constructing a new hotel, which would include a restaurant, employee dining facility and other improvements (The Sierra Club v. Lujan, et al.). These improvements were, however, subject to the limitations and provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 as acknowledged in the contract. They further allege that snowmobiling and trail grooming caused air and noise pollution, threaten wildlife and endangered species, and create health threats to visitors and park employees (The Fund for Animals v. Norton). Defendants, on the other hand, argue that their own Management Policies are not binding on them (The Fund for Animals v. Norton). The NPS also posits that the use of guided group tours will mitigate snowmobiler interaction with wildlife and that limiting entries to 950 snowmobiles per day will greatly reduce the negative impacts of snowmobiles (The Fund for Animals v. Norton).

Need Help With My Writing Homework On Reaction Paper 6 Write A 500 Word Paper An

Need help with my writing homework on Reaction paper 6. Write a 500 word paper answering; Task: Employment economics Introduction Off shoring is a term that implies taking a company’s branch in a foreign country while maintaining headquarter in the local country. Outsourcing on the other hand means either to recruit foreign workforce in the local company or to employ a foreign workforce in the foreign subsidiary. Many companies such as Google, General electric and Ford applied the two concepts in quest of cheap labor from the foreign countries like China, India and Indonesia. The companies had implemented the strategies in order to cut back on the cost of labor and improve the companies’ profitability levels. The once famous off shoring and outsourcing strategies are not as beneficial to the companies as it used to be. Companies like Ford motors are reconsidering closing their subsidiaries located in the foreign countries (Here, there and everywhere par. 4-15).

The reason for this major reorganization is the constantly increasing cost of labor in countries that once provided the cheapest labor in the world. The increasing cost of labor in countries like China deprives the companies that have their existence in China, an opportunity to generate high revenues. Second, most companies have realized that it is highly risky to produce in a foreign country away from the major market target. The disadvantage this creates is a low response to the change in consumer needs due to the extended time between acquiring the information and implementing a strategy to respond to the consumers needs. This renders most companies less competitive. Third, the off shoring has another side effect that is the increased transportation cost due to shipments made over a long distance. Fourth, the distance proved to destabilize the supply chain of most companies. The named emerging pitfalls of off shoring have forced most companies to move their operating location back home. This major reorganization also applies to the service industry. This trend is likely to cause an explosion of job opportunities in the U.S, thus increase the employment rate. Therefore, the U.S job market could run short of employees in the short-term (Here, there and everywhere par. 4-15).

There is a heated debate about the effect of technology on employment. Some argue that the increasing sophistication in the technological environment reduces the level of employment as computers and robots replace human labor. This section of people justifies their point by sitting the increase in productivity levels in the U.S while the unemployment rates decrease. Another section of people with a different opinion argues that technology is not to blame for the increase in the rate of unemployment in the U.S. but rather, the reason is demographic. They argue that the only current effect of technological advancement is inequality. The inequality is caused based on the IQ level of individuals. That is, those with high IQ – the smart ones – generate higher earnings than those with average and low IQ. For instance, the creator of the Face book, Mark, due to his high intelligence was able to create jobs for thousands of people. He was already a billionaire at his 20s while there were some older people who could only dream of getting to his level. The U.S is the world’s technological herb. Highly competent employees are employed faster than the average performing employees are. The increase in demand for high IQ employees could lead to lack of employment opportunities thus unemployment (Atkinson par. 3-21).

The recent unemployment rate in the U.S is said to be caused by Skills mismatch. Economists argue that if that were the case, then there would be fewer employees to fill the available positions in the companies. Companies would react to the employee deficit by increasing the salary and wage rates in order to attract more employees that are qualified. The argument that is said to best fit the rate of unemployment is low demand for employees. Corporations and other enterprises are experiencing a lower sales season. The situation discourages production, thus companies find no wisdom in hiring any additional employee. This has been the major force behind unemployment in the U.S (Shierholz par. 7-17).

On Valentine’s Day 2013, Oscar shot his lover Reeva Steenkamp, who was a model and a law student at his home in Pretoria, South Africa, who had come to pay him to visit. Oscar squabbles that the event was a catastrophic accident. Up to date, Oscar claims that he thought it was an intruder, the state believes that it was a planned murder. Oscar claims that when he shot his lover he thought it was an intruder, although this argument has many questions like why he had a gun in his bed whereas his house is heavily guarded and had her lover not communicated of her visit on that day. Regardless of the facts of Oscar about the death of Ms. Reeva, it is the court decision to prove whether Oscar is guilty or not. The case so far has attracted worldwide interest and concern. Need Help With My Writing Homework On Representation Of Knife Crime In The Uk Me

Need help with my writing homework on Representation of Knife Crime in the UK Media. Write a 2250 word paper answering; Different media outlets in the United Kingdom have covered knife crime in different ways. For this research, the researcher will focus The BBC News as well as The Guardian. These media outlets have made detailed news coverage on matters touching on knife crime. The detailed articles are presented by journalists who have unearthed how the criminal gangs operate, the government actions to deal with them and how the general public perceives the group.

The research will analyze both news outlets in order to get factual details of the criminal gang’s numbers and the number of victims who have suffered knife stabs. Some of the victims survive the stabbings while others are not successful to get treatment as soon as the attacks happen. Some of the survivors are usually too afraid to talk about the attack for fear of being identified. The criminal gang members have created fear among the members of the public, and this research will dig existing information on the knife crime.

There are different definitions of knife crime in the UK. This entails threatening people with a knife or harming another person with a knife and carrying an illegal type of a knife. Need Help With My Writing Homework On Republic Of Korea Cultural Landscape Write

Need help with my writing homework on Republic of Korea: Cultural Landscape. Write a 1250 word paper answering; An extremely high value is placed on education in South Korea. In 2005 The New York Times reported that students obsess about the university they will attend, and their rank in their high school class which will determine that, throughout their high school years. To this end summer school is a de facto if not a de jure responsibility and most students also attend private classes in the evenings. In summary, The New York Times states, “In a country where every teenager’s existence seems centered on entering a top university, which can determine one’s future here much more than in the United States, such conformity is to be expected.” (Onishi, 2005) Education is more highly valued in South Korea than it is in the United States.&nbsp.His fact is reflected in education statistics. The overall literacy rate is 97.9% and English is widely taught in junior high and high schools. Also, the school life expectancy rate (total years spent in school from primary to tertiary – college or university – education) is extremely high. For males, school life expectancy is 18 years and for females, it is 16 years. In neighboring China the rate is less than 60% (11 years) of the rate in South Korea. (“Korea, South”, 2010) Overall, the South Korean population is highly educated, highly literate and fluency in English is widespread. As the previous comments on education imply, Koreans hold a positive view of work that both explains and follows from the extraordinary priority they attach to education. Education is vitally important because it is a key determinant of employment.&nbsp.

Need Help With My Writing Homework On Review Petrostate Write A 1000 Word Paper

Need help with my writing homework on Review Petrostate. Write a 1000 word paper answering; As pointed out, the work deals with the evolution of the production of oil/gas in Russian context. The work begins with the author’s visit to the most influential oil/gas business venture in Russia. In the work, the author portrays the origin of oil/gas business under USSR, as a state owned venture. Besides, the author examines the destiny of oil/gas business during privatization. Again, the author describes the present condition of oil/gas business under the state government. In short, the author concludes by pointing out the importance of state control or nationalization of oil/gas business to sustain monopoly within global arena.

The focal point or the main theme is the relationship between oil/gas production in Russia and national politics. Besides, the author provides ample importance to the evolution of oil/gas production in Russia, from different angles of view. To be specific, the author considers that energy wealth boosts the Russian effort to regain its status as a superpower. One can see that Russian influence among the prior satellite states (say, under USSR) and other nations in Europe is indebted to oil/gas production. Besides, the Russian authorities consider that their monopoly over oil/gas production can be utilized to pressurize most nations that depend upon Russian oil/gas. Marshall I. Goldman states that, “With a flick of a switch, those dispatchers sitting in this Moscow room could freeze-and indeed have frozen-entire countries” (2). On the other side, the dependant nations are aware of this fact and are trying to reduce their dependency on Russian oil/gas.

The Russian government was able to influence the independent nation states because infrastructure (say, including pipelines) developed by oil/gas industry was still there in those nation states. Besides, these satellite nations enjoyed this benefit to an extent.

Need Help With My Writing Homework On Scientific Merit Form Sections 1 Write A 2

Need help with my writing homework on Scientific Merit Form, Sections 1. Write a 2250 word paper answering; Teachers need opportunities to learn basic skills in instructional design to further their development as competent online instructors and developers, capable of playing the roles outlined by Goodyear, et al., (2001).

Designers, developers and administrators of online courses must perceive learning from the point of view of learners, which is a change from the traditional ‘sage on the stage’ approach in many traditional classrooms. The tone of writing, course structure and presentation should receive special attention (Pickett, Shea, & Fredericksen, 2001). Differences between face-to-face learning and online learning require special training for designers, developers and instructors.

Faculty members are faced with challenges in developing these courses without formal training in many cases. Therefore, the specific topic for this research is to investigate the skills that are required by the faculty responsible for online course development in terms of training since this initiative is quite unique.

Faculty are often responsible for creation, development, and management of online classes without formal preparation for performing these tasks (Carliner & Driscoll, 2009). This lack of knowledge indicates a need for increased knowledge and skill building for faculty developing and teaching online course. The tasks, skills, and competencies need to be identified for faculty designers who are faced with tasks related to developing and managing course content, facilitating and recording student activity, providing consultation sessions for students with questions and concerns and developing meaningful learning activities (Ally, 2008).

The purpose of this study is to understand the needs of faculty designers who develop and teach online courses. The findings from this study will provide insight into instructional development skills used by faculty-designers of online higher education courses.
