Need An Research Paper On Anthropocene Needs To Be 2 Pages Please No Plagiarism
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on anthropocene. Needs to be 2 pages. Please no plagiarism. MODERN ERA AS THE “ANTHROPOCENE” Modern Era as the “Anthropocene” The “Anthropocene” is a term that is always used in reference to the extent to which human activities have been of influence to the Earth’s ecosystem. Everything that the human beings involve themselves in usually have either an indirect or a direct effect to at least one aspect of the earth. The earth as it is now is not exactly how it was 200 years ago. A lot has to changed as a result of human activities. This paper aims at discussing why you think scientists increasingly refer to our modern era as the “Anthropocene”.
Engineering and construction as one of the many activities that human beings involve themselves in on earth has also contributed to the many changes that has been experienced on earth over the last 200 years. For example, in most construction, cement is always used. Studies have proved that the use of cement leads to omission of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere. A single tone of cement is believed to have the ability of producing a huge amount of carbon dioxide. Carbon emission is the highest contributor to global warming (Zalasiewicz, Williams, Smith, Barry, Coe, Bown &. Stone, 2008). Over the last 200 years, it can be noticed that human construction activities have highly increased. There are more people undertaking construction using cement in the modern world as compared to 200 years ago. The mining of substances such as limestone for the manufacture of cement is also believed to have interfered with the earth’s topography in the last 200 years. A look at the places where mining of limestone takes place will surely prove the effect of the mining to the land’s topography.
There has been a great transformation of the earth’s surface over the last 200 years. Most of the cities that are well known in the modern world were not there some 200 years ago. In short, it can be said that cities and human settlements are the dominants of the landscape. All these are attributed to the construction activities that human beings have involved themselves in the last 200 years. In the process of building new cities and human settlements, it is evident that human beings were doing away with the natural vegetation that was covering the earth at that moment. Apart from the natural vegetation there were also the inhabitants of the natural vegetation who had to be displaced as a result of such developments (Smith &. Zeder, 2013). The displaced animals had either to adapt to a new kind of life or end up being distinct. The clearing of natural vegetation has also led to an increase in global warming.
The other activities that human beings have excessively involved themselves in are also the reason as to why the modern world can be referred to as the “Anthropocene”. A good example of such an activity is transport. Transport is a very important aspect of the modern world. People and goods usually have to be transported from one part of the world to another. Almost all the means of transport usually lead to carbon emission which leads to an increased rate of global warming. Some like sea transport also usually have negative effect to the sea and the animals whose lives depend on the big water bodies such as seas, oceans, and lakes. The alarming thing is that these activities have highly increased over the last 200 years.

Need An Research Paper On Applebees International Needs To Be 10 Pages Please No
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on applebees international. Needs to be 10 pages. Please no plagiarism. As Applebee’s functions in the restaurant industry, its theme mainly spots on a type of casual dining of food with conventional American cuisine comprising of salads, seafood such as shrimps, chicken, pasta and its signature dish, ‘riblets’. All Applebee’s restaurants contain a bar division which serves alcoholic drinks but this addition pertains to places only where it is permissible by law.
According to the official website of Applebee’s, currently, there are more than 1,990 Applebee’s restaurants functioning under the system in around 49 states, 15 international countries and one U. S. territory. Moreover, there are approximately 28,000 employees working under the system of Applebee’s (Applebee’s 2012).
Every company faces controversies in its going concern, so has Applebee’s. Some instances include it under a forced arbitration issue when it violated the Arbitration Fairness Act in 2009 and it banned its employees to sue the company under any circumstances. This was reported by The Huffington Post on February 11, 2009. Another issue pertains to side-work payment of compensation by the company under which it was sued and this continues since 2006 regarding hourly payment of wages to servers to work for non-serviced labor.
The website as a source of information for its users comprising of prospective employees and other general users is quite appropriate but it has to be enhanced for friendly user viewing. There should be a translation factor installed on the website of the company for the non-English user and the absence of a proper mission statement and a vision should be taken care of as this is quite of a basic information conveyance to users.

Need An Research Paper On Application Of Ethical Theory To A Case Study Vignette
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on application of ethical theory to a case study vignette. Needs to be 7 pages. Please no plagiarism. The paper will throw light over major ethical issues and analyse this case in the light of Consequentialist (Utilitarian) and Deontological ethical approaches. In addition, the researcher will also discuss how he would act or would have acted assuming himself as a top executive of Great Brands marketing company.
There are two main ethical issues in this case. The first issue is about Ahmed’s plundering of private information of Great Brands when he electronically copied the customer database and some of the customised software applications software in case he sets up his own company in the future. The questions that arise here are whether Ahmad’s act was violation of company’s intellectual property rights and whether Ahmed had any other option if he was really interested in setting up his own business. The second major issue is that if Ahmed would establish his own company by using plundered clandestine information then his firm would become a direct competitor of Great Brands. Again the question is whether this is a violation of formal contract with Great Brands that Ahmed would not assist or facilitate any other company that competes with Great Brands because of confidentiality he promised with the officials.
It should be mentioned that Utilitarian theory of business ethics is a contribution of proponents of Consequentialists who judges the viability of an option by analysing its positive and negative consequences. Utilitarian approach supports the fact that a solution that brings greater good to greatest number of people is the best solution because the entire society benefits from implementation of this alternative. In other words, the supporters of Utilitarianism have proposed that the scope of each proposed solution should be evaluated on the basis of costs and benefits (in quantitative terms) (White & Taft, 2004).

Need An Research Paper On Argument In Favor Of Holistic Therapy For Lung Cancer
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on argument in favor of holistic therapy for lung cancer patients. Needs to be 1 page. Please no plagiarism. Holistic Therapy for Lung Cancer Patients The treatment of lung cancer is one of the health concerns in the present era. Holistic therapy which is the focus of the paper is a type of treatment for lung cancer. This is also known as Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). The paper will present an overview of the said technique such as the definition, mechanisms and effects of its application.
Holistic Therapy for Lung Cancer Patients
Holistic Therapy or treatment for lung cancer is also known as Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), which is a general term referring to several healing systems, philosophies, and practices that are considered unorthodox as compared to the conventional or western medicine. The holistic therapy focuses on five aspects of life that contribute to persons’ sense of well being, namely physical, social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual (St. John, 2009). To have a better understanding of the benefits and advantages of CAM over conventional medicines (specifically chemotherapy), three arguments will be created to support Holistic Therapy.
Chemotherapy is a method of treatment wherein anticancer drugs are administered to the bloodstream usually via IV infusion, with some that can be taken by mouth. The treatment not only affects rapidly multiplying cancer cells but also has adverse effects with healthy multiplying cells (Rothenflue, 2010). Focusing on the chemotherapy for lung cancer, the treatment has inherent side effects that can cause temporary as well as permanent damage to the patient. This side effect includes the reduction of healthy blood cells that lead to vulnerability to infections, bruises and bleeding, and the constant feeling of weakness and fatigue. It may also permanently damage the cells in hair roots. even if hair grows back after treatment, the color and texture would be different. The anticancer drug can also harm the cells in the digestive tract that leads to loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, or mouth and lip sores. Side effects become even worse when radiation therapy is taken at the same period (Rothenflue, 2010).
For the first argument, it is evident that conventional medicines are detrimental to the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. The invasive nature of chemotherapy makes holistic therapy more appealing to cancer patients, with current studies indicating that increasing number of cancer patients have undergone at least one alternative treatment. The most common CAM treatment is the use of vitamin and mineral supplements, which is intended to strengthen the patients’ immune system and to help increase their appetite.
The second argument that can be raised is that CAM or holistic therapy is more effective than conventional medications. This is due to the fact that holistic therapies promote the overall wellness of a patient –mentally, physically and emotionally – and without letting the patient to experience pain and suffering with the strenuous and stressful chemotherapy. Also, studies have found out that acupuncture is useful to manage the vomiting of patient associated with chemotherapy. The use of hypnosis, massage, meditation, and yoga has also been suggested to manage the side effects of conventional medicines and manage the symptoms of the disease as well (National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM).
Finally, holistic therapies can be used as replacement to conventional medicines by conducting several types of therapies such as ayurvedic medicine, chiropractic medicine, homeopathic medicine, and other treatments that claims to provide cure to lung cancer patients and increases their chances of survival in fighting cancer (St. John, 2009).

Need An Research Paper On Art And Its Context Needs To Be 1 Page Please No Plagi
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on art and its context. Needs to be 1 page. Please no plagiarism. A. The objects are not recognizable, which is typical of abstract art: they do not represent physical objects but emotions and impressions, sensory or otherwise. I prefer paintings of things I can recognize.
B. The style is neo-classical but later than Goya. If I cover the dagger with my finger, the painting suddenly changes and could be a placid, ordinary portrait of a beautiful young girl with no malevolence evident on her face.
C. I know that this is by controversial sculptor Daniel Edwards, who makes statements about social polemics such as alcoholism and public nursing of babies. Because of the black background, this is probably installed in an exhibition. It looks as if the clay is fresh and wet: so the idea has ‘just occurred’ to the artist – but the tiaras on both the dog and the woman, and her careful hairstyle suggest a long consideration of the subject, which at first looks beautiful, but is then confronting because of her position.
D. This is a chocolate box top. It is a pretty scene: very bland and without statement. It is photographically correct, and although there is a contrast between the church steeple in the background that is bathed in light and the dark shack in the foreground, there is a lack of meaning. Paintings without people such as this landscape can be hung quite high on a wall because they are not intimate.
E. This immediately says ‘Dali’ – the recognizable mustache makes it a portrait of that famous surrealist. But it is signed Merello, so it is by Jose Merello, the modern Spanish expressionist. But even if I did not know this, I would expect the painting to be hung in a colorful room full of other modern paintings. The various shapes, objects, and words around the figure make it interesting, making the viewer want to approach and inspect every detail.
Musical genius: Mozart’s Number 40
Mozart alternates very fast stretches with slow ones in this symphony. It makes you feel that the composer was in a furious hurry to put down the notes before someone interrupted his muse. His character is fully in the music, like the speech of a very precocious child: fast and furious, saying everything before the listener gets distracted by something else. It gave me thoughts of this young man in a white wig holding a quill and writing music notes on lined paper very fast. But then he slows down and starts to add complication and meditation. It is a very mixed piece, but very memorable. People remember it because of the repetitions: the main theme keeps coming back. It is easy to hum after hearing it because the repetitions are of only 3 – 5 notes before they get longer. The music suggests excitement and impulsiveness.

Need An Research Paper On Australian Women Workforce Participation And Childcare
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on australian women workforce participation and childcare from 5 to 12 years. Needs to be 6 pages. Please no plagiarism. A few numbers of women in the workforce characterizes the Australian economy. Specifically, the lack of women in the labor industry is due to their reproductive roles such as childcare and household chores. Researchers indicate that an increase in the number of women in the workforce will be a positive boost to the economic growth of the country. Additionally, employment helps women achieve financial stability and security. Childcare is an important factor in helping the country to achieve and maintain a long-run productivity growth. However, if the government focuses on women concerns, it can provide early childcare and education. Consequently, this attracts more women in the workforce driving the economy and helping the state achieve its economic goals. As a result, this review will highlight how childcare influences women participation in the Australian labour force.
The data and information in this review were obtained through the internet research. Several peer-reviewed articles were accessed, and the relevant information extracted. Some of the databases include Wiley-Blackwell and Social Science Electronic Publishing. The keywords used to get the information are Australian, women, workforce, childcare, and 5 to 12 years.
The desire to understand and evaluate the barriers that hinder womens participation in the Australian workforce prompted the choice of this topic. The research also seeks to investigate how women in the workforce manage to balance family and work duties. In addition, it defines ways of increasing the rate of women participation in the growth of the economy. There was also the need to investigate how childcare affects the rate of participation of women in the workforce.
According to Losoncz and Graham (2010), childcare has a significant impact on the rate of women participation in the workforce.

Need An Research Paper On Banks Face New Risks Needs To Be 6 Pages Please No Pla
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on banks face new risks. Needs to be 6 pages. Please no plagiarism. The paper presents the survey which was conducted by the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation, Johannesburg, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. The survey identified liquidity, credit risk and credit spreads as the top three factors that pose a risk to banks. The report highlights the fact that the global financial situation has changed the importance of various risks. liquidity is now the highest risk to threaten banks. The shortage of liquidity has the power to impact the credit and derivative markets and this fear can lead to further worsening of the recessionary situation. Of the three top risks, liquidity and credit spreads had never before been considered as a risk. this is a clear indication of the changing risk scenario. The survey listing also has ‘regulatory over-reaction’ as the only non-financial risk in its top ten factors. This again is a clear indication that the market fears actions by politicians and regulators who will try to rectify the issue.
The survey had varied opinions depending on the class of the respondent. While the bankers saw sharp variations in the credit, derivative and equity market as the most important risks, the non-banking people saw poor risk management and a liberal system of bonuses as the chief risks.
The global economic crunch has affected not only the US but also Europe. Not only are the East European banks going to be affected but also the West European banks had loaned out to these banks, will be equally affected. A survey done by credit rating agency Moody’s Investors Services states that Hungary and Latvia have already appealed to the IMF for a bailout. Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, and Romania may soon be going the same way. Some of the Western European banks were affected. UniCredit of Italy fell 7.3 percent and Societe Generale of France fell by 9.5 percent.
The German Banking scenario is dominated by savings banks, cooperative banks and Landesbank, all of which are less-profit oriented than commercial banks. The market is fragmented and there is a lot of competition. September 2008, saw two big mergers in the German banking sector. Commerzbank took over Dresdner Bank and Deutsche Bank took over Postbank. This was a direct reaction to other European banks entering the German terrain. Banco Santander of Spain, UniCredit of Italy and ‘ING of Netherland were the new entrants in the German market. UniCredit purchased Hypo Vereinsbank while Credit Mutuel of France took over Citigroup’s German subsidiary. The German banks realized that size matters and the only way they could keep off European banks were through a merger.
The current economic crisis has led to banks writing down approximately 400 billion dollars in bad loans. Market liquidity and funding liquidity are two factors that interplay to create the funding environment. Market liquidity is said to be low when it becomes difficult to sell an asset that is when it is difficult to raise money by selling an asset. Funding liquidity is said to be high when money to buy an asset can be easily borrowed. According to Brunnermeier and Pedersen (2008), more funding can be garnered (funding liquidity) if more assets .can be sold.

Need An Research Paper On Barriers Risks And Value Creation By E Learning In Kin
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on barriers, risks and value creation by e-learning in kingdom of saudi arabia higher education. Needs to be 8 pages. Please no plagiarism. Learning is like a change in behavior, the way some thinkers happen to interpret it as. Hence, when a new program is introduced in the purview of the people, it can either be welcomed with open arms, or it can be morbidly rejected. A similar innovation of E-Learning was introduced at the start of the century, which involved the basic application of all forms to technologies to proliferate the spread of education in all parts of the world. E-learning is naturally suited to distance learning and flexible learning, but can also be used in conjunction with face-to-face teaching, in which case the term Blended learning is commonly used. It had already been viewed that education is the most vital way of bringing about growth in competitiveness and knowledge in the various countries. with some amount of international cooperation, there is no knowing as to how far and wide education could have spread. Education has managed to influence the various branches and superstructures of society in a major fashion. Education has evolved as a very clientele based service in the modern day and E-Learning has evolved as the apt way of providing the right kind of service provider to the clients, who are the learners or students. In the fast-paced world, it has proved to provide the right kind of time management that goes between learning and providing services. Technology is omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. Humans have thus been able to derive the best out of this in the current century. Education is the key determination to enhancing modern technology needs through individuals to reduce the time period between the disbursement of funds and receiving products and services. To provide more options for the consumer to access information that could not be reached. The development of computers and electronic communications has removed barriers of space and time. We can obtain and deliver knowledge anytime anywhere so Individuals who were disadvantaged for geographic, physical or social circumstances have increasingly better educational chances via e-learning. Also, technology can reduce training cost if there are a large number of learners if the learners are geographically dispersed and if the course will be repeated several times.

Need An Research Paper On Becoming Global Needs To Be 1 Page Please No Plagiaris
/in Uncategorized /by developerNeed an research paper on becoming global. Needs to be 1 page. Please no plagiarism. Becoming Global of the For a contract to be valid, there are key elements to consider. These elements include the following. there must be a valid offer o given to the contractor. It should be definite and stated clearly. The other element is acceptance. This means that when an offer is given, the contactor has to accept it as offered. Acceptance is in either writing or verbally (Santos, 2010). The third factor is that the parties engaging in the contract must come up with legal relations. This means that they must create a legally bound agreement. Lastly, for a contract to be valid, the parties should have some valuable considerations. If the party promises to accept the agreement, the other party must promise to give something in return (Burnett, 2004).
A valid offer has a clear communication and is specific and definite in its terms. Considering the above three proposals, the first proposal gives a valid offer. The contractor clearly communicates the terms of her offer. She also gives the time lapse of the offer. The other three offers only communicate the quantity of the product they would produce and the cost of purchasing them. They do not give definite terms of the offer (Moens & Gillies, 2000).
Gloria wants to engage in a global business because she wants to expand her business. Her concern is that if she engages in a business with the large retailer supplier, she will have to cut down her costs. However, she should consider other issues. Such issues are the laws of that country, the taxes that she would pay and language issues. She should also consider employing trusted employees for her business to succeed ( Hayward, 2012).
Gloria can protect herself and her family from persona liability by obtaining an insurance cover for her business. She can also have some by-laws that would allow another person from the company to act on her behalf (Annabel, 1987)
