Need An Argumentative Essay On In The Uk Ethical Businesses Are Not As Successfu

Need an argumentative essay on In the UK, ethical businesses are not as successful as less ethical businesses. Discuss. Needs to be 4 pages. Please no plagiarism.

The reason for lesser success among ethical businesses in the market is that there is a lack of awareness among potential customers concerning origins of most products. This ignorance has made it extremely difficult for ethical businesses to not only promote themselves, but also to achieve the sales margins that less ethical businesses achieve (Anand and Rosen, 2008). Furthermore, the most popular brands available for customers tend to be those that are owned by less ethical companies and this situation makes it harder for ethical businesses to compete with them at the same level. Therefore, while most ethical businesses spend much money in advertising their products, less ethical ones, which have been in the market longer, do not need to spend as much since they have established firm customer bases.

Further, less ethical businesses take advantage of all favourable market conditions available to ensure that they reduce their costs of production as well as distribution and this is done in such a way that they do not necessarily have to observe ethical values. They take advantage of cheaper labour, greater means of production as well as favourable government policies to ensure that their products are not only cheaper, but also abundant in the market. This is an aspect of current business environment, which many ethical businesses cannot compete with because they are based on achieving ethical observances such as fairer prices for producers as well as fair wages for those who provide labour. In the end, it is difficult for these companies to keep their prices low because they have to recover their costs. a major disadvantage when compared to less ethical companies.

In recent years, less ethical businesses have had an edge over ethical businesses based on their having been firmly established in the market for much longer than their counterparts have. This has made it quite difficult for ethical businesses

Need An Argumentative Essay On Incarceration Of African American Men Between Age

Need an argumentative essay on Incarceration of African American men between ages 25-29. Needs to be 3 pages. Please no plagiarism.

In fact incarceration rate among the African American youths of 25 29 are extremely higher than that in the same age group of people from other communities. It is a fact that criminal rate among African American community is on the higher side. yet such an explanation may not fully address this issue. Plenty of other reasons are cited for this disparity. The objective of this research is to investigate this disparity and identify the reasons. 2. Main point one a. According to a recent Business Week report, the employment/population ratio for black males aged 16-24 was 33 percent whereas that among white community was 52 percent (Coy, 2012). This statistics clearly address the root cause of increased crime rate among black community. Unemployed black youths may engage in antisocial activities which may finally end up in their imprisonment. b. Only 2.4% of Hispanic men and 1.2% of non-Hispanic white men of the same age group are incarcerated. From these statistics, it is evident that African American population is facing severe oppression in America because of various reasons such racial discrimination, stereotyping etc. 3. Main point two a. According to Dr. William D. Richie, assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences at Meharry Medical College, “Instead of getting health care and education from civil society, African American males are being funnelled into the prison system. Much of this costly practice could be avoided in the long-term by transferring funds away from prisons and into education,” (Chiles, 2012). Lack of education is another major reason for the increased crime rate among African American people. American government should encourage education among this population to reduce crime rate 4. Main point three Law enforcement officers, juries and law makers are targeting African Americans. Those who defend racial profiling note that if African Americans are more likely to commit crime, then it makes sense for law enforcement agents to target African Americans with surveillance, police presence, and traffic stops. Unfortunately, in some cases, the targeting or treatment of a population is based more on myths or stereotypes about that racial/ethnic population than on empirical evidence (African American Males and the Incarceration Problem, 2007, p.247). 5. Main point four a. The rate of imprisonment among white community is less compared to that among black community. “A report by the U.S. Department of Justice on sentencing in state courts found that 33% of convicted white defendants received a prison sentence whereas 51% of African American defendants received prison sentences (African American Males and the Incarceration Problem, 2007, p.247). This fact clearly indicates the racial profiling and stereotyping existing in American courts. b. Stephen Gillers reported for New York Times (March, 21, 1999) that “four white police officers shot and killed a young unarmed black man named Amadou Diallo in the vestibule of his Bronx tenement. A lawyer for the officers later called the shooting justified because Diallo fit the general description of a rape suspect and because he appeared to be reaching for a weapon” (Gillers, 1999). It should be noted that the police officers would have never killed the culprit if he was of white origin.

Need An Argumentative Essay On Indians Indian Policy In The Usa Needs To Be 3 Pa

Need an argumentative essay on Indians & Indian Policy in the USA. Needs to be 3 pages. Please no plagiarism.

According to Philip, in his book on the termination policy, he talks of the effect of the policy on native Indians. This is because the living condition of Indian tribes in reserves was worse and the government had to find a way to change the lives of Indians into normal lives. The termination policy took long to enforce and eventually it gave way to recognition of indigenous Indians as Americans1. One of the people involved in change of policy was the then American President, Harry Truman who wanted Indians to be recognized as Americans. However, this was not the only policy that affected the Indian Americans in the United States since other polices were effected on American Indians. Cynthia Cumfer in her book explains the experiences that the Cherokee and the Tennesseans underwent in the USA. For instance, the refusal by Indians to be civilized led to the white administration colonizing their lands for different uses.

During the presidency of Andrew Jackson, the government wanted to engage the Indians in a manner that could ensure equal rights were awarded to Indians. According to Jackson, Indians were naturally liberal and that they could not be considered as primitive and uncivilized. This is because he thought that if Indians could be taught on civilization then they would enjoy equal rights and privileges as the white Americans2. As a result, the government saw the need for integration of the Indians into main stream American societies. This policy ensured that economic equality and education handed to the Indians at the expense of Indian traditions and culture3.

However, the success of food enterprise in the UK is not guaranteed following the bloated number of operators, ranging from manufacturers, to wholesalers, to retailers. Nature Foods plays the role of a retailer in the UK market. The company engages in the manufacture and packaging of imported raw food before distributing their products across the UK. The General Market Environment and Market Findings in the U.K Processed foods have increasingly become popular across the globe. Variant food products are manufactured to meet different consumer needs, tastes, and preferences. The food market environment is generally competitive, characterized by myriad players and operators. The creativity and innovativeness of an enterprise is the primary basis of survival in the food industry, especially in relation to capturing a significant market share (Brennan &amp. Grandison, 2012, p.426). Firms undertake continuous strategic planning in order to design ways and means of luring customers to buy. The core objective of a food enterprise is creating a reliable customer base by providing products that meet their expectations in terms of price, quality, and utility. The UK food market has been found to prefer to go local due to a number of factors. Firstly, following environmental concerns, consumers prefer locally grown, produced, or manufactured food products. This finding substantially affects food imports in whatever state. raw or processed. On the same note, food distribution over long distance has also been put at stake. Secondly, the manufacturing and packaging processes are becoming increasingly important to assess for costs. This aspect centrally affects the operational spending of an enterprise, and subsequently influences revenue generation and profitability. Finally, consumers of food products are going natural, meaning that food products containing artificial ingredients are consistently losing their position in the food industry (Jack, 2009, p.279). This implies that the tastes and preferences of customers are shifting from artificial food ingredients to natural ingredients. Impacts of the Findings on the Economic Future of Nature Foods Ltd The environmental concerns by consumers have resulted in prioritizing local food products over imported raw and/or processed foods. Nature Foods Ltd imports raw food from different countries before it undertakes manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of the final food products across the UK. When consumers prefer locally grown, produced, or manufactured food products while the company imports raw food for further processing threatens the overall operations and business aspects of the company (Sinha, 2007, p.798). In other words, if necessary steps, actions, strategies, and plans are not taken, the company is likely to run out of business. It is important to note that consumers are rational when it comes to spending. This implies that consumers seek to maximize their utility at the minimum cost possible (Hutter, 2011, p.111). In so doing, they factor in their needs, tastes, and preferences. The pricing policies that Nature Foods has adopted and the quality of its products can take the company a long way in terms of operational success. However, the opposite is true if the company fails to adjust to consumer needs. In other words the economic future of the company is in jeopardy if the company fails to make adjustments and meet consumer needs as they change.

India, a country once referred to as a place where restriction on business is everything has now undergone several changes. The liberalization and globalization of foreign direct investment in India commenced during the year 1991 and the easing of restrictions on foreign companies interested in doing business in this country have acted as a catalyst to promote the country’s attractiveness. Need An Argumentative Essay On Individual Solution Of An Allocated Scenario Big

Need an argumentative essay on INDIVIDUAL SOLUTION OF AN ALLOCATED SCENARIO-BIG BROTHER BART. Needs to be 6 pages. Please no plagiarism.

The case brings out the work of Bart and also brings into light the software used by him to keep a tab on the employee systems to ensure that the software is working fine. Bart uses this software to keep track of people who have issues with new software and he uses this log in to simply keep an eye on the working conditions of the software. Bart’s manager requests him to use this software to keep track of two specific employees who are under the suspicion of trading in drugs using the office computers. Bart is faced with an ethical dilemma here and is unsure of whether it is a good idea to keep a tab on an employee’s computer for this reason. In this case the question is to analyse whether it is ethical for Bart to keep a tab on the employee systems or not and to analyse the theories that relate to these. The two chosen theories here are Utilitarianism and Deontology. The following section provides a brief overview of these theories and helps set the base for analysis of the case.

Utilitarianism and Kantian Deontology share one thing in common, i.e. they are both aimed to provide solutions to moral dilemmas. Utilitarianism is more of morality of justice and it focuses more on maximising the utility or ensuring that most numbers of persons are satisfied and happy with the result that is taken up (Tavani, 2004: 234 – 244). This is relatively much better than the Kantian Deontology or any other deontology approach as this takes into consideration the importance of satisfying people and tries to build a foundation with complete justice (Rachels, 1998: 226 – 240). Here in the case of Utilitarianism, the main aim is to ensure that all parties involved are benefiting from the decision made and there is a high level of success for a number of people in the case. This method (utilitarianism) takes everybody to be equal and it looks for a solution which is for the benefit of more number of people (Held, 2006:

For instance, agriculture enhanced production of wool and cotton, which recorded an increase in year (Moris 90).

Regarding the coral mining, it is clear that in the 18th and 19th centuries, coral miners experienced a risky environment and incurred suicidal dangers. Today different mining methods considered safe are in place. Apparently, there are methods like a modernized form of tunnel ventilation, improved underground as well as surface transportation.

Transportation determines cost and availability of manufactured goods (Morris 130). If the means of improved communication is not worth it, then products’ price increases. Hence, demands grow. These phenomena caused life to be more expensive. After several inventions, life has become cheaper.

In the 18th century, the population grew at a faster rate than before. Birth rates were observed to enhance growth of population (Dickens 39). There were a decline in the death rate and increase in the birth rate, and that ensured faster growth. Again, industry provided a higher amount of wages to individuals.

In conclusion, the industrial revolution resulted in a remarkable advancement in not only people’s lifestyle but also better mechanisms were developed to make the overall working easier. Consequently, there was an increase in the general

Need An Argumentative Essay On Infection Control In The Hospital Needs To Be 4 P

Need an argumentative essay on Infection control in the hospital. Needs to be 4 pages. Please no plagiarism.

In this regard, the nursing professionalism as designated by Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) codes of conduct will be referred to with reference to the theoretical underpinning of adult nursing care delivery. The objective of this assignment would thus be recognition of the parameters of healthcare environment and the factors associated with it, which may influence safe healthcare delivery by the nurses to the intended population.

The National Health Service (NHS) was expected to provide universal healthcare of identical standards throughout the UK. It was supposed to be comprehensive such that it would cover all health needs of the population. The third principle was to make it free at the point of delivery, so that it is available based on needs to all citizens equally, not on the ability to pay. The system works through a participatory structure involving conjoint work of the Local Health Board and Local Health Authority including Community Health Council and other private or voluntary organisations (Goldie and Sheffield, 2001).

Since the NHS activities are sum total of national and local policies, it would be worthwhile to examine which policies may influence the health and social care in adult nursing (Department of Health, 2003). These include Misuse of drugs (Act 1971). infection control, food hygiene, health and safety work (Act 1974). moving, handling, and protection of vulnerable adult and public health disease control (Act 1984). disability discrimination act (Act 1995). data protection act (Act 1998). and over all, the policies in relation to standards of care (Hewitt-Taylor, 2003).

The National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) is a vehicle of production and dissemination of evidence-based practice guidelines in order to influence the practice of the healthcare professionals including nurses. NICE provides technical and operational criteria of treatment practices and guidelines for promotion of
