Need an argumentative essay on Fraud : Tyco International Ltd. Needs to be 2 pages. Please no plagiarism.

The top management that was made up of Dennis Kozlowski, the executive officer, and Mark H. Swartz, the chief financial officer had the power and authority to influence decisions in the organization. Their decisions to inflate reports were implemented with immediate effect (Albrecht et al 78).

Given the power of the top management, junior managers and officers in the firm were compromised and could not execute their internal control duties effectively. Working under pressure from the top management (fraudsters), they provided a poor financial management oversight to the entire company. They observed orders as they came such that formulation of schemes to inflate income for the company’s security subsidiary and its suppliers. Given that junior managers were presented with an opportunity to steal, they altered the income statements not only for the fraudsters but also for their benefits as they also received incentives for doing so. Lastly, they had the rationalization that if the top management is fraudulent, they could also become fraudulent (Deloitte Development LLC 3).

There are various types of fraud cases that could be reported in various organizations. However, the type of fraud that was common at Tyco International was in all categories of fraud. Need An Argumentative Essay On Free Application For Federal Student Aid Fafsa Ne

Need an argumentative essay on Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Needs to be 5 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Most people find this depressing and confusing. The calculation of the ability to get aid based on individuals’ financial circumstances may limit some students in getting financial aid and therefore it should be on merit and not on the size of assets owned by individuals and their families.

The FAFSA form does not consider the financial challenges that most families live in and therefore most family members find it intimidating. Therefore most families and students fail to go for higher level of education like colleges, since it has over hundred questions and most of these questions are base on the financial wellbeing of parents and families. This becomes a limiting factor to students in need of financial aid.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid process faces challenges because it is ineffective in ensuring college completion by the students because of the complexities involved. Due to lack of finances enough to sponsor education sector, the organizations using the FAFSA process imposes policies that make parents to start paying immediately the students are enrolled in the loans programme. This makes poor families strain even more and hence find themselves in a bad financial situation.

Proposal have been made for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form to be narrowed down to be user friendly but instead more questions were added to the already existing ones to help asses financial situations of students seeking loans and grants in or4der to finance their education. This is a challenging factor because, even if the questions are answered, it does not put into consideration of the high costs of living in various states in the nation.

The fact that the accessibility of loans and grants are based on the credit worthiness according to the financial position of the families, most poor families find it

Need An Argumentative Essay On Function Of Management Paper Needs To Be 5 Pages

Need an argumentative essay on Function of Management Paper. Needs to be 5 pages. Please no plagiarism.

The four functions of management are planning, organizing, leading and controlling the organizational norms and domains. These four functions work hand in hand to bring to the organizational horizon a well-composed culture which is complete from all angles and perspectives. It is important that the four functions understand the need of proper incorporation of their own selves so that the organizational culture develops as a result. If the activities within an organization are adequately planned there is a strong possibility that the culture will underline the need of prioritizing things and hence a general planning regime would be in place.

Organizing would take care of the steps which are important for the organizational procedures and undertakings and hence when the same are followed on a day to day basis, the organizational culture develops automatically. Leading comes from the leadership tenet where the top management understands its due role and hence embeds the much needed delegation and management skills required for the organization in essence. The last function is of controlling the organizational matters so that there is no element which has not been taken care of. All these four functions work alongside each other to construct an organizational culture which is wholesome and has a significant basis on the working procedures, undertakings and domains of the organization. (Warner, 2001) A healthy organizational culture could be instilled if the correct steps are taken at the right time so that the employees and the management are at ease with each other and also so that the activities, processes and strategies within the organizational tenets do not seem to be a misfit within the whole organizational regime.

3. Leading: Includes traits of a person who is in-charge and present all the time, could be easily replicated for a team which could be regarded as a group bringing about proactive

Need An Argumentative Essay On Fundamental Differences Between Communism And Lib

Need an argumentative essay on Fundamental Differences between Communism and Liberal Capitalism after WWII. Needs to be 9 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Communism, on the other hand, refers to the communal ownership of public resources. Under liberal capitalism, everyone has the same share of resources and there is expected to be as little government intervention as possible. Communism is geared towards placing the ownership of resources to the people where these resources are owned communally. There exist some fundamental differences between communism and liberal capitalism.

The role of individual changes depending on whether communism or liberal capitalism is at work. With liberal capitalism, each individual is independent and is expected to make their personal decisions. Under communism, each individual is supposed to contribute to the common good of the society by being a part of the production system.

Under liberal capitalism, wealth is distributed unevenly unlike in communism where each individual in the society co-owns the wealth and the national resources. Under capitalism, each individual has their own wealth and this wealth is owned privately. Communists believe that each person’s needs are equal and equally important and in this regard argue that resources should be shared equally. At the same time, communists believe that by working together as a team, people can achieve more and this will lead to the welfare of the community as a whole. Liberal capitalists have different views on this. To begin with, a liberal capitalist society, it is believed when individual compete against each other, they will be the most productive and this will eventually work for the best of everyone.

One of the best examples of liberal capitalism is probably the United States of America. Liberal capitalism in America has led to the inventions of so many technologies that have made the lives of people so much easier. In liberal capitalist economies such as the United States of America, individuals are rewarded for their contribution to the societies.

Long time ago the family system was not as common as it is today. In the U.S around the year, 1990, most families had 3 generations living home, i.e. father, mother, children, grandparents, uncles, aunties, and cousins. Today, these are the most common family structures: the nuclear family that is composed of father, mother, and children, being the most preferred. The other is the blended family that occurs due to separation and divorces. Hence, it includes. step parents and step children.

In my view the TV commercial of “Colgate Visible White: COLGATE PLUS SHINE” represents stereotypical gender role of woman. In the commercial an Indian actress “Sonam Kapoor” is telecasted. The commercial is made to depict the functionality of toothpaste that has the power to shine the teeth.

In most of the cosmetics based TV commercials, women are posed as something that they really are not. It is what media depicts and what things really are. It is important here to identify, the products are marketed with some models that are really skinny and slim. however, a normal woman is unable to afford such a slim figure. All these things come with some expense that strains the body. On the other hand, the commercial is unable to depict the features of the product (toothpaste), it only depicts that the

The media has not been left behind in either highlighting the plight of the homosexuals or vilifying them through the mass media. Homosexuality in the USA has also been a subject of debate with many states recognizing homosexuals’ rights, while others still debating on the issue. The New York Times online issue of August 28th carried a story titled Same-Sex Marriage, Civil Unions, and Domestic Partnerships (http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/subjects/s/same_sex_marriage/index.html?scp=1&amp.sq=California%20Court%20Weighs%20Proposition%208&amp.st=cse). The History News Network on its web site tries to trace the origin of America’s laws on homosexuality (file:///E:/291111/1539.html). Different careers in the USA have not been spared either, as well as people’s nationalities are not deterrents to being gay (Boellstorff 12-30). Need An Argumentative Essay On Gender And Psychology In Carol Ann Duffy S Poems

Need an argumentative essay on Gender and psychology in Carol Ann Duffy’s poems. Needs to be 9 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Issues of gender, society, psychology, surrealism, sexuality, history, and fantasy have all found a place on the pages of her books. In my thesis, I intend to explore her poetic device of the dramatic monologue and its relation to the multiplicity of voices her poetry embodies. To better understand the societal and literary importance that set her body of work apart from others, it is necessary to indicate how this type of monologue gives a sense of freedom and authority to the misunderstood and neglected. Furthermore, I plan to shed light on the mental processing of the marginalized through the speakers reflections. in addition, I will focus on how her characters create their own identity by transforming the narrative language.

The objectives of my research are firstly, to explore the various topics Carol Ann Duffy addressed in her writing, such as gender roles, female sexuality, suicide, and childhood, and to discuss what she had to say about each of them. secondly, to explore Carol Ann Duffy’s use of the narrative monologue as a vehicle of expression for her characters. and thirdly, to reveal the importance of Carol Ann Duffy’s body of work in the world of literature.

It is my supposition that an analytical exploration of Carol Ann Duffy’s poetry will reveal a female writer who has found her voice in controversial topics by allowing her characters to develop their voice through her writing.

The question I want to address is how successful is Carol Ann Duffy at broadening the reader’s perception of women, by shedding light on women’s issues through the unique usage of narrative monologues? In several of her books, such as The World’s Wife, Feminine Gospels, and Selling Manhattan, Duffy uses her writing to bring the female characters from the background to the forefront to emphasize the importance of the female

Need An Argumentative Essay On Gender Disparities In Hamlet And The Importance O

Need an argumentative essay on Gender Disparities In Hamlet and The Importance of Being Earnest. Needs to be 3 pages. Please no plagiarism.

Women such as Cecily, Gwendolen and Ophelia are a good example of that. It is clearly seen that those Women are being taken advantage of or are being forced to do something, in order to benefit other personage. This paper will review this statement.

A common undertone of Victorian society was how women were seen as fragile and cowardly things and should be treated differently (more gently) than men. “My dear fellow, the truth isnt quite the sort of thing one tells to a nice, sweet, refined girl. What extraordinary ideas you have about the way to behave to a woman!” (Wilde, 236). In this quote, Jack explains how women are incapable of handling the truth and thus justifies why he should not feel bad about lying to them. Jack constantly lies to Gwendolen, referring to her as a nice, sweet girl, putting her to a lower class than he is. He justifies this by thinking he is protecting her from the outside world.

Gender disparity plays out with major undertones in marriage as demonstrated by Wilde. The ability to choose who and when to marry is a good example of the inequalities between the men and women in Victorian society. “I am in love with Gwendolen. I have come up to town expressly to propose to her.” (Wilde, 1) Jack sees the marriage as necessary for his social standings, impressing other members of the class. Marx sees society as only in classes, and he defines these classes by the amount of capital. The decision to marry is a normal aspect of a man’s life. “Lady Bracknell. Pardon me, you are not engaged to anyone. When you do become engaged to someone, I, or your father, should his health permit him, will inform you of the fact.” (Wilde, 172). When Cecily tells Lady Bracknell that she is engaged to Earnest, Lady Bracknell tells Cecily her vision. Lady Bracknell, like many in that society, puts woman lower in social class. From this statement, we see that Lady Bracknell gives the man the main
