However, this objective of reconstruction did not realize the anticipated goals, instead, the end of reconstruction resulted in the denial of civil rights to all African-Americans in the Southern States, including Florida. This era of reconstruction is significant, as it has shaped the history of the United States. Different people today have different views about the events in this era. Similarly, different authors have written their varying opinions and facts concerning the reconstruction period, bringing out their personal convictions about the period. Nonetheless, this essay focuses on the different views by various authors on the political reconstruction in the United States, and specifically, the State of Florida. Ayers in his book, A History of the American South 1877-1906, notes that, between the end of reconstruction in 1877 and the 1906 Atlanta race riot, the American South was marked with significant changes in its social, economic, and political spheres. Economically, the South witnessed intensive industrialization and urbanization, and the domination of the railroad, while socially, pop culture emerged, including music and modern literature, and the emergence of new religious groups. However, Ayers notes that politically, the South was characterized by the elements of segregation, disfranchisement, the populist revolt, and the start of progressivism. Power was based on either persuasion or coercion (3). Florida experienced a myriad of political changes. Ayers traces the beginning of the new era in the South to the 1870s, when the conservative democrats took power in Southern states, including Florida. Florida played an equal role as other Southern states in redrawing political boundaries between the South and whole nation. However, in early 1890s, there was witnessed the greatest revolt of populism, which played a significant role in political reconstruction of Florida. Farmers in Florida were affected negatively and were plunged in an economic depression. Although Florida experienced slight industrial growth, its farmers lived with many uncertainties. Ayer notes that after the Republicans’ succession in the South, they aimed at forming a political alliance that would include former slaves and a few white people that were influential (5). However, their opinions and preferences on issues such as land redistribution, elections, civil rights, and educational policies varied. They later established an alliance comprising former slaves, former Northerners, and former unionists, with an objective of ensuring the economic prosperity and equal rights for the Southerners. However, this diversity became a major challenge to this alliance as most members and the voters defected with instances of unjust treatment. Eventually, the North dissociated itself from the South and this slimmed down the probability of successful reconstruction in both the North and South, without external intervention (5). Later, the conservative Democrats “redeemed” many Southern States, including Florida, therefore displacing the Republicans out of power. However, in 1877, the elections in Florida saw Democrats pronounced winners, and this brought a new meaning to the reconstruction in the South.

Behavior change has the greatest effect but is very difficult to achieve. However, with implementation of policies that encourage healthy dietary choices and increased physical activity in schools, it is easier to attain the goal.
There have been efforts to help curb childhood obesity in schools, implemented by various levels of administration. For instance, the government implemented the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. which were objected at improving the nutrition of children in school. However, studies show that the programs have had very little effect on children’s health especially with regards to childhood obesity. In fact, children in public schools where the lunch and breakfast were offered were at a higher risk of getting obesity than their counterparts in private schools (Li, Ji, & Hooker, 2010). This is important to nursing because academic performance of children is linked to their health which is our responsibility as nurses.
There are several policymakers who can make a difference in the current situation of childhood obesity. This includes persons responsible in the Department of Education, the state and the local administration in schools. The target policymakers in this case are the local administration especially the school board. This is because they participate in the lives of the children as compared to the other policymakers, and they are in a position to make the changes more effectively and rapidly. Since most of the interventions recommended are mostly school-based, it is best if the school administration is approached first to seek their opinion before implementing them.
The main vision of this visit is to relay the message to the policymakers on childhood obesity and discuss proposed ways of preventing or reducing it. Obesity comes with many challenges to the students, ranging from academic to social. Studies show that most obese students

.The ministry of Paul in accounts of his missionary work is very essential thing in churches development across cultures. There is nowhere in the bible speaking about the specific plans being applied by Paul but Paul has his own way of spreading the gospel in the world at that time. The Paul plan seems to be well designed and orchestrated not only with regard to Paul himself but to the church in general1. Though the bible talks of Paul as a missionary to the gentile he pioneered the cross-cultural missionary.
Some chapters deal mainly with “The Christian and The Christian Mission.” A whole chapter looks at the Great Commissions both in gospel and acts as well, there is also a chart comparing the 5 occurrences of the Great Commission. The author also said the reason why Paul’s role in the obedience of the mission by setting up churches in the Gentiles territory. It is also explained that in the recent days there is a rift between the evangelism and mission on the understanding of the Christians. Despite that the book is firm that the two cannot be disconnected the author wrote that when we are talking about the core of the mission and the bigger effect of evangelism the two cannot actually be separated that they are inextricably linked. In the planning of the church planting the importance is given to the scriptural revelation.
It is also crucial that denominational agencies and

The paper describes the play which is based on a factual story which set against the background of World War 1. The play makes an analysis of Kipling and his son’s relationship, where the son is being sent to the trenches to fight for King and country regardless of his eyesight problem. Kipling’s determination in ensuring that his son enlists for the war tears the family apart, while the question of what Kipling considers to be right against the sacrifice being made creates many gripping and deeply moving moments in this fine play (Haig).
My Boy Jack is basically about Kipling’s unswerving determination in getting his son recruited in the army just before the First World War starts and the consequent family rift that ensues as a result of Kipling’s consummate patriotism. This playwright presents an insightful analysis of a family of their time. Here, the father is the family head and his will has to be adhered to. The dutiful and supportive wife here reluctantly obeys him, and the son wants to do his father’s bidding while at the same time having to depart from home because he finds it so claustrophobic. The daughter here seems to be mature where she makes known her feelings regardless of the consequences.
(Haig). Caroline is in a dilemma where she has to choose between her loyalty to her husband and the depth of her love for her only son, fearing the likelihood of actually joining the military and going to great lengths trying to find out what transpired on the western front. Jack is just a short-sighted boy ready to bring pride to his father despite being petrified about what lies ahead when he leads his men into battle (Haig). We also see the guardsman who portrays the full extent of the trauma suffered while in the trenches. The play has a wonderfully atmospheric set: the striking Kipling home with a massive portrait of soldiers charging into battle which is turned into a trench where we see the British troops sheltering before going over the top to supposed glory. The lighting and sound increase serves to increase the tension leaving someone in no doubt about how terrifying it can be on the battlefield. Occasionally the noise of the gunfire is so loud making it difficult to hear what’s being said, painting a picture of the confused mayhem going on in the trenches. Next Stage use the mission theatre with good vision and the cast are excellent: We see Rudyard Kipling, a fiercely powerful and determined figure ruling over the household and Jack engaging and convincing as a young man forced into war and yet desperate to escape the pressures of home. .Bird supports these central performances as a loving, outspoken sister Carrie Kipling, the dutiful heartbroken wife and mother.

The first two lines of the poem reveal that Frost knows who owns the woods, and that it is someone who lives in the village. Line six of the poem tells the reader that no people live in the woods and that the woods are quiet and serene. In addition, the inverted word order adds a lyrical cadence to the poem and makes it enjoyable to read.
Furthermore, the inverted word order allows the reader to infer precisely what Frost is saying. If he had drafted the poem saying, “though his house is in the village…” one might question whether the owner lived in the woods in a different structure. The way Frost wrote the poem, however, indicates that not only is the owner’s house in the village, but that the woods are barren of human inhabitance. One does not know the errands that prompted Frost to travel on a cold, dark, and snowy night. Nonetheless, after reading the poem, one does understand that Frost appreciates nature and tranquility.
In another example, William Carlos Williams uses imagery to paint a picture in his poem, “The Red Wheelbarrow”. He leaves a great deal to the imagination of the reader regarding the subject and intent of the poem, while clearly creating a scene of anticipation. One can see the red wheelbarrow. One can envision it being weather-beaten and perhaps a little rusty. One can relate to the wetness of the rain water, and imagine it being cool and slick to the touch. Finally, one can picture chickens freshly washed by the rain, fluffy and white. One can hear the clucking and cooing, pecking and scratching, as the chickens meander in and out of the shadow of the wheelbarrow.
Beyond this imagery, Williams provides no direction to the reader, who may choose the subject and intent of the poem independently. One’s background and experiences determine the final interpretation. If one is familiar with farms and manual labor, one might envision impending work and the

Historically In terms of historically, Larry Seigel (2009) emphasized the police officers used only batons to keep the peace. With the introduction of the police cars of the 1990s, the police officers were often charged for racial discrimination policies. To prevent the racial discrimination charges, the police officers on duty were required to installation of car cameras. The car cameras would deter the police officers from entertaining any thoughts of abusing the rights of the crime suspects. The police officers’ actions before, during, and after the crime suspects implemented their illegal activities had been recorded in the police camera. The camera tapes are used in the training of new police recruits. The classroom students are made to criticize whether the police officers were at par or below par in terms of preset benchmarks in terms of crime scene investigation. In addition, the international Association of Chiefs of Police (ACP) emphasized the importance of cameras to record the police officers’ actual handling of each crime scene. Police technology tips the balance of justice towards the peace makers. The article introduction to police technology clearly shows that the criminal syndicates have resorted to technology to bolster their criminal activities. With modern technology, the crime lords would outsmart the police officers. The crime lord daringly implemented their daring illegal activities under the very noses of the Police officers (in the dead of the night). The criminal elements would often use night vision goggles to watch over the encroaching police officers. With the use of emails, websites, and other internet-related technologies, the crime groups would boldly send messages to fellow group members on their next crime targets. The crime syndicates could not be stopped with the use of modern technology. The new set of police officers used modern police technology to track, gather evidences, and apprehend the crime members. Modern technology includes the use of modern weapons to counterattack each criminal activity. The use of modern technology included the use of “spy” devices to track the phone numbers of the crime members. Modern Technology Modern technology includes the use of satellites to locate a criminal’s car hurriedly escaping into the thick of the night sky into hiding. Modern technology uses the person’s body as a guide to easily locate a person who runs away from the crime scene to avoid being caught taking drugs or selling trucks. Modern technology includes the use of high technology customer care. In terms of technology, William Schwabe (2001) reiterated the old technologies that need replacements include radio equipment, training equipment, administrative systems, accounting systems, computers in the workplace, audio-visual equipment, crowd or riot control, protective gloves, helmets, shields, ballistic and stab resistant armor, integrated data bases of criminal minds and criminal groups in the community, conference call equipment, and cellular phones. Robert Snow (2007) theorized Modern technology includes the latest in fingerprinting technology. It is the higher immorality and has its roots in the governmental search for power and profit (Simon & Eitzen, 2002). It is a rational solution to the barriers or problems that stand in the way of these politician’s aims. The following seeks to look into the various aspects of political deviance and also explore its overall effects. The paper also looks at the accepted practices and policies in curbing this deviance. The last section of this study offers a projection on how political deviance will be treated in the next ten to twenty years.
During political deviance, responsibility is denied by referring to actions as mistakes (Cepernich, 2008). There is also victimization through dehumanizing victims. Higher loyalties are invoked then condemners are condemned. It can be demonstrated in cases of extortion, bribery, or kickbacks. Political deviance is seen internationally in the actions of the CIA, that is, in war crimes like Mai Lai massacre and the Vietnam genocide (Cepernich, 2008). In the United States, for instance, the notorious Watergate scandal rocked the United States back in 1970s. Upon the occurrence of any political deviance, numerous effects are felt by both the affected society and culture. Political scandal being unethical and morally unacceptable in any society, it has to be dealt with accordingly. Engaging in political deviance attracts allegations of political bias (Cepernich, 2008). This activity is commonly more harmful both socially and even economically. Most state deviances are restricted to the actions of people of the highest social status. They involve tactical exploitation of the powerless members of the society by domination of the economy, engaging in crimes of government control, and abuse of human rights (Cepernich, 2008). It results in vast amounts of injury. The significant effect of any form of political deviance is that it

In such circumstances when reporting from the place affected by crisis becomes valuable and essential, those who earlier were simple observers take roles of journalists with the help of modern technologies. It makes professional journalists face a serious question about the future of their profession as information is becoming more available and easier to generate. A possibility to disseminate news within a click of a mouse is turning the whole process of information production into a tool of political influence and democracy establishment, and historical events in Eastern Europe and in Arab countries can serve as bright examples of the statement.
.However, it is necessary to define what the concept of citizen journalism means as it has appeared quite recently and is still shaping. According to Bowman and Willis, citizen journalism is defined as the media content produced by citizens who take an active role in “collecting, reporting, and analyzing information and news” (2003, 9). Reasonably, it is the Internet that has played a crucial role in emerging citizen journalist phenomenon. Moreover, technological evolution and fast spread of innovations were important for accidental journalism emergence. A great variety of devices that are charged and plugged rapidly and connected to the Internet within seconds permitted almost every citizen to create some content from posts on Facebook to videos on YouTube. It allowed many people sharing their information instantly and also gave a chance to find the right auditory for this information. And the combination of these two factors: instant and relevant content and those who consume it was the primary factor in the phenomenon emergence (Bruns, 2005, 1).
.The appearance of citizen journalism is closely connected to the introduction of digital culture.
