Project Topic: Nursing shortage and the need for more nurses 

    

Present a proposal for addressing or improving a quality patient indicator within a healthcare 

organization, including evidence-based and peer-reviewed support, an implementation plan, and considerations of organizational and leadership roles. Please follow instructions in rubric and guidelines for further information.

Also Milestones 1,2,3,4 are attached below as they’ve been done in the prior weeks and are to be used as reference and guidance to complete final project. Also look at feedback from professor attached below for milestones 1 & 2 as they were missing critical elements.

Your presentation should be approximately 15–20 slides, not including reference slides and introductory slides. You should include 

appropriate speaker notes, and you may include an audiovisual recording of your presentation in your submission.

· Slides should be clear and concise. A rule of thumb is “No more than 7 bullets of 7 words per slide”

· Speaker Notes are written in the space under each slide. Speaker notes should look like a formal paper. They are in paragraph form and include intext citations. (They will look like you took a paragraph out of a document and pasted it into the speaker notes section….with the exception that they will be single spaced).

PARTICIPATION:

At the end of the project, each submission will receive a score. Based on the assessment of participation from the other members of the group, I will determine if a person will earn full credit or partial credit related to participation. In other words, people on the same team may have different scores. I will request participation information at the end of Week 3 when the presentations are due.

Items to consider: Did each member of the group complete the duty designated or agreed upon by the group members? Was communication clear and respectful? Did each member complete the duty by the date decided on by the group?

Final Project Submission: Integrative Review of the Literature

Topic of project:  Equipment and product safety, which is majorly related to peri-operative nursing.      

For this assessment, prepare a scholarly integrative review of the literature that will support a recommendation for a practice change to solve or improve the identified clinical problem or issue. To cover the appropriate range of the research, you should search for and retrieve six current and relevant nursing research studies from primary sources that are relevant to your clinical topic of interest (these should be the articles from your annotated bibliography). Follow the assignment guidelines attached below to prepare a scholarly integrative review of the research literature you retrieved. 

Milestones 1,2,3,4 are attached below for reference and guidance as they’ve been done already and to be incorporated. 

    

Your paper should be a maximum of 12 pages, exclusive of the title page, abstract, references, and appendices. Your paper should be formatted with one-inch margins and 12-point Times New Roman font, and all citations must appear in proper APA format.
