It might be helpful to highlight the transition words and phrases as well to see if the right structures are used to introduce new ideas. Another key point to consider in the essay is its style and form. At this point, the best technique is to read the paper aloud. Reading aloud can help the author to notice the words or phrases that do not fit the context of the paper. As a rule, such vocabulary units include bookish or formal words, colloquialisms, terms used without sufficient explanation. Having pinpointed those words, the writer should consult the dictionary or thesaurus to find a suitable synonym or explain the terms used in the paper. What is more, highlighting or underlining key words in every paragraph can help avoid redundancy and wordiness. Finally, the paper should be checked for spelling, punctuation and grammar errors. Then, it is useful to read a paper again aloud slowly, making logical stress on the topic words and sentences, and then quickly. Reading aloud quickly can emulate the readers’ perception. Sometimes the structure of the sentences used by the writer is very complicated and the readers would have to go back to particular areas of the text to get the idea. If the writer finds it hard to find the ideas that should be stressed in the sentences or paragraphs while reading aloud quickly, it means that such sentences would be confusing for the readers. In this case, it is better to opt for restructuring the complex sentences. At the end of this stage, the essay can be submitted.

Schools are also be required to play their part in protecting children from damage and ignorance, and guide them towards positive activities and away from unfriendly behaviour.

But although the move was welcomed by the Local Government Association, it criticised the exclusion οf academies and city technology colleges from the duty. Two hundred academies are planned by 2010. They are also excluded from the duty to admit looked-after children.

Under the Children Act 2004, schools, unlike councils, primary care trusts and other named partners, are not placed under a duty to co-operate to improve childrens wellbeing. Childrens services leaders lobbied for such a duty to ensure schools did not focus narrowly on educational standards. The government argued it was only needed for strategic bodies.

Today education is seen as key to future success for both individuals and societies. It offers individuals knowledge and understanding to give meaning to their lives. It provides the skills (and qualifications) for worthwhile employment.

Education also plays a major role in shaping the future οf society – it can promote the healthy growth οf a generation, provide the necessary underpinning skills for economic growth and foster social cohesion between disparate communities. These are challenging tasks for any education system. The evidence from international comparisons is that the English system performs reasonably well in pupil attainment but fails in the promotion οf equity with the result that our system functions most effectively for those with social, economic or cultural advantages. No country in the world has a system which has overcome the effects οf disadvantage on achievement but some, like England, achieve well overall and have a relatively small gap between the outcomes οf the most and the least successful.

In practice, communication is an unavoidable venture in running day-to-day business and, therefore, the way communication is to be done must be effective in disseminating the message. It is worth noting that communication is a process that involves delivery of messages from the sender to the recipient and back. In both ways, the message delivered should have qualities such as clarity, accuracy, brevity, preciseness, and sensitivity to needs and emotions of the recipients. (Belch &amp.Belch, 1993). Stacks and Salwen (2008) stated that efficient communication is subject to regulation by specific moral values. Business ethics control a companies’ course of action as per the accepted moral standards and principles. Ethics are applicable to the way a company relates to the customer and the society as a whole. Stacks and Salwen (2008) further, added that ethics in business language refers to the practical use of regulations, values, and set standards of discipline related to a business setup. Ethics act as a guide to business behavior and order that propels the business in the right direction. This order controls preparation of documents and fosters good relationship between employees and clients. This relationship is fostered when communication is done effectively and positively leaving no chances to arrogance in routine messages and replies (Stacks &amp. Salwen, 2008). In order to prepare an effective business communication message, there is a need to apply the three-step process of writing routine positive messages and replies. Body Nearly all communication activities performed by officers in a business firm can be viewed in two perspectives: Firstly, all communications dealing with real work for instance contacting business clients. Secondly, communication actions dealing with internal issues for example communicating across departments or management. Internal communication is divided into two parts: Important communication, whereby a new message with an attached value is passed for instance an answer or resolution to a puzzling problem, talks, team consultations, and planning. The other part of internal communication is routine which includes. submitting reports and assignments to relevant departments and authorities, sharing experiences in the face of a problem or a challenge just to mention a few. This paper focuses on Routine Replies and Positive Messages a sub section of internal communication (Guffey &amp. Almonte, 2008). The letter below is an example of a complain letter to the accounts department in a business firm whose services were not satisfactory. It follows the three-step progression of writing routine positive messages (Bovee &amp. Thill, 2008). The tone is professional, expects a fair adjustment and all correspondents has been documented. It comprises of three parts delivering the message, which are. Problem statement in the first paragraph, Details of the letter, and explanation of the problem in the second paragraph and action or solution expected in the third paragraph. Managing director, Print Point Company, 8452 Green valley. February 1, 2012. To: The chief accountant, Accounts department, Dear Sir, RE: DEPARTMENTAL COMPLAINTS As someone who has worked with this firm for a long time, the board was very dissatisfied with the quality of work done by your department in the last financial year.

I Will Pay For The Following Essay Effective Learning Environment The Essay Is T

I will pay for the following essay Effective Learning Environment. The essay is to be 6 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

In this area, there are cushions and stools where the children can read independently. Independent reading includes rules like “no talking,” and basically, just reading to oneself. The reading corner also features books of authors they are currently studying as a class.

Through this reading corner and through the rules of “no talking,” a learning environment is established. This corner is therefore highly beneficial to all the children. Most importantly, the teacher has established a comfortable environment in placing the cushions and stools. However as this reading corner has its own routine, and as it focuses on an author or a theme, the English outcomes are still being accomplished based on the English Syllabus. Under these conditions, the class is working at Stage 2, Learning to Read- Reading and Viewing Texts (Board of Studies, 2007, pg 29).

The way in which Mrs. Daniels has designed the corner for reading is bound to attract the children’s attention as the space is exclusively for the children. The corner will encourage them to read, and have moments to read to themselves. Hence, attracting children’s attention and getting them excited to read links to their literacy as declared by Radcliffe (2007) in her article about literacy in the classroom. She states that “acknowledging students’ attitudes and beliefs has become (the) first step toward the literacy divide” (Radcliffe, 2007). The teacher has accomplished this by encouraging the students to read the reading materials that Mrs. Daniel uses and the activities that are related to literacy. In addition, an overall effort in organising the ‘library’ and choosing books children are interested in reveals that reading for the students’ learning is very important.

More importantly, as the class may have different abilities, Mrs. Daniels adjusts to pedagogical practice (Winch, Johnston, Holliday, Lijungdhal & March, 2010).

e have to respect the cultural values of host countries too, and therefore, it will be against our interest to send women executives to such countries in hopes of getting them to strike deals. From the perspective of moral values also, we have to understand that since the beginning our company has been practicing this on the basis of sound business judgment. Under the circumstances, it only seems appropriate that we maintain the status quo. As the manager, I would like to further reiterate that this policy, in no way, compromises the promotional avenues of women executives. We owe our staunch loyalty to the concept of equal opportunities, and value the contribution of our women executives as much as we appreciate that of their male

The number of organs donated has stayed constant for a long time while the number of people in need of such organs has subsequently increased over the years. In this regard, the ethical challenge arises with regard to the distribution of these few organs amongst the thousands of people who need them. This is the concept of distributive justice which connotes the process of fairly distributing the little resources amongst the massive numbers (Aiken 2009). According to the distributive justice theory, there is certainly no right methodology that can be used in distributing the organs but it would often be a variable affair depending on the matter at hand. Several reasons would therefore justify a person giving an organ to one person and not the other. However, the basic argument in this concept is the need for equal access of everybody to the organs. In the context of this distribution, several arguments abound. The aspect of social worthiness biases comes in as a challenge in this respect. For instance how does it justify allocating an organ to a patient whose organ had been damaged through smoking or drinking over one who lost their organ through an accident ( Gowers &amp. Wheat 2005). The social worthiness of a patient is therefore emerging as a considerable factor of consideration in the allocation of the organs. In the same regard, another dilemma arises with regard to who should actually make the decision on who should first get an organ. Another aspect of the distributive justice concerns the criteria of maximum benefit. The goal of this criterion is basically the allocation of the transplant on such aspects as medical need and probability of the success of the transplant. In this view, the sickest people and those who are likely to stay longest after the transplant are given the first priority in the allocation of the organs. The core essence of the ethical benefit view is the fact that organs are very scarce and valuable and should therefore never be wasted. In this regard, the basic concern in the ranking of people for the transplant process is conducted on the basis of the likeliness of success of the process or a longer life for the patient. Similarly, the ethical principle of autonomy comes into much focus in this respect. While the allocation process demands that decisions are made with respect to other people, autonomy seems to be ignored in the process. Therefore, the allocation of organs has to be done in a way that gives the patient the autonomy the make their own decisions regarding their health. All these dilemmas create challenges in the allocation process. In the face of these realizations, the policy makers in this regard are faced with the challenge of beneficence. In this regard, in the face of instituting modalities for the allocation process, it becomes important to ensure that harm and evil is not practiced in the process. Beneficence must be at the heart o the whole process. On the other hand, medical personnel are further compelled to address aspects of nonmaleficence. In this case, the process of organ transplant should not be conducted in case the harms or risks out way the benefits to be realized. It therefore creates a challenge in the allocation of the few organs available.

I Will Pay For The Following Essay Ella S End Of Life Care The Essay Is To Be 7

I will pay for the following essay Ella’s End of Life Care. The essay is to be 7 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

However, in the event Ella wishes to stick with the alternative and complementary practices, it is expected that numerous conflicts will arise within the family since Ella has been using this approach to deal with the illness for many years but the treatment seems not effective. This means that the family members will be extremely unhappy with Ella’s decision. The family may even hope to change Ella’s mode of treatment in an attempt to prolong her life through seeking medical attention. This option will also affect the manner in which Ella’s husband will handle his grief as well as the rejection of his proposed treatment option.

Secondly, there is an option of Ella being coerced into following mainstream medical advice. This option will make it extremely stressing for Ella, since she will be forced to embrace beliefs that she does not share. She may even complain that her family is the cause of her misery. Thirdly, in the case where Ella’s husband insists that, as father and husband, his family traditions should be adhered to, the case may be worse for Ella since she will be of the opinion that her feelings are not adhered to, and that she is only being forced to undertake the medical treatment by virtue of being a wife not a cancer patient. This is a clear explanation of the fact that cultural/traditional issues will arise in the case where the alternative and complementary medicine and beliefs are combined with the mainstream medical practices and traditional rituals.

In the thought of Chabner (1993), the attempt to come up with new forms of treatment have useful in complementing the use of traditional modes of treatment. It is also vital to note that the cancer patients require sensitive care and proper attention due to their sensitive nature as Cunningham (1996) recommends. Ella’s biological basis can therefore be evaluated on the grounds of sensitive care and nursing since the biological treatment will affect the other family members with respect

This scenario has been observed every time there is a disaster. thus, this event deserves to be a part of disaster drills. Disaster drills are created for disaster mitigation and successful response, and it is just right to start with the assumption “cell phones don’t work.” Cell phones are wireless communications that have wide geographical connectivity and “multiple modes of communication” (i.e. internet, e-mail, texting, &amp. making calls) (Smith, Darling, &amp. Searles, 2011, p. 378). Normally, a rapid exchange of quality information is happening when disaster hits because there is a strong demand for an instant reconnection/messaging, tracking locations, and other disaster responses (Phillips, Neal, &amp. Webb, 2011, p. 412). However, it is discouraging that cell phones are not working when it is needed the most. hence, this assumption is accurate.

I Will Pay For The Following Essay Emiliano Zapata And Franciso Madero The Essay

I will pay for the following essay Emiliano Zapata and Franciso Madero. The essay is to be 1 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

This was designed to gain the support of other peasants in which he succeeded. Francisco Madero seems to be a person with no pain and no gain attitude and was not focussed on his goal for which he had sought the help of Zapata and fought against the Wealthy Stealers. Madero only wanted a high place and the good will of the prevelidged, rather than land reforms. He was a man who lacked integrity and betrayer who seldom keep promises. He humiliated the Mexicans who want liberty. Madreo is portrayed incapable of governing and disrespect the laws. The plan of Ayala utterly repudiated Madero and spoke of his treachery and tyranny. The Plan of Ayala was a document written by the Mexican Revolutionist Emiliano Zapata to portray the betrayal of President Franciso Madero who detained the throne of Porfirio Diaz with the extreme support of Zapata. Once Madero got the power, he forgot the promises he made to the Mexican people who sought after liberty and joined the hands of the cientificos, land Lords and the bosses who enslave the Mexicans. When Zapata inquired on the fulfillment of the promises of the revolution, he (Madero) ignored and called Zapata a bandit and rebel, an outlaw. Zapata states that Madero is not a capable governor and identified Pascual Orozo as the legitimate chief executive in Mexico. The document shows that Zapata was a true revolutionist who was at the side of the peasants and did not want to enthrall power.
