I will pay for the following article Rhetoricalanalysis of the new jim crow. The work is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. The author has used rhetorical tools to emphasize how overt racial prejudices have become criminal offences but they are still covertly practiced within the system. It ultimately makes it difficult for people with color to become part of mainstream society and forces them to live like a second class citizen in their own country.

The article becomes hugely pertinent because it underpins the issues that permanently stereotyped people of color into criminals that socially and legally discourages them to live with dignity. The text is also important because despite constitutional rights, the people of color are still vulnerable to the Jim Crow rules that deny them legitimate rights of a citizen. Stereotyping colored people has resulted in mass incarceration that helps to impose social control on them. The author has therefore, used rhetorical tools like ethos, pathos and logos to not only inform public about the subtle Jim Crow rules within the judicial system but also about the repercussion on the society that adds to the woes of the vulnerable. Throughout the article, author has been consistently using rhetorical approach to communicate important message or information to the target group or the public.

The ethos applied in the article gives credibility to the author and convinces the reader about the authenticity of the text. It informs that the author holds a job of high repute. She is ‘director of the Racial Justice Project for the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California’. Using the ethical paradigm of introducing herself as an esteemed public figure, the author has established her credibility.

I Will Pay For The Following Article Schizophrenia Is A Disease The Work Is To B

I will pay for the following article Schizophrenia is a Disease. The work is to be 8 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. A patient who has been diagnosed with untreated schizophrenia finds himself having a distraught form of thinking mindset developing in him as well as he starts to find his brain having hallucinations and delusions which are not there in the real world for him. These hallucinations are in the form of an auditory nature. [Keltner, 1996] Thus schizophrenia not only takes over the cognition side of the patient but also contributes, though in a negative manner, towards the emotional and behavioral psychology of the patient. It is for this reason that schizophrenia entails all three aspects related to cognition, emotion and indeed the ultimate behavior of the patient under the mental disorder. [Cohen, 2002]

With the passage of time, there has been a lot of debate as to whether schizophrenia is indeed described by the adequate diagnosis in the first place or there is something else that goes into making the necessary history of the disease. This could also mean that the schizophrenia disease could lead to a number of other but related disorders and hence all said and done, this is one malaise which is sure to inject much debate and confusion as well, in the times to come.

The diagnosis of schizophrenia is based on the experiences which the patient himself shares with someone and it is after that that the psychiatrist looks for some certain signs in the patient that he can confirm the availability of the said disease within him. This can also be detected by a clinical psychologist or a clinician for that matter. Biological tests do not make up for the certain cause of this disease and thus it gives emphasis on the fact of its unrelated link with the said field of medical science. However, an interesting observation that comes under its diagnostic heading lies in the fact that schizophrenia can have genetic relationship with the parents, the ancestors or the predecessors in the family.

I Will Pay For The Following Article Schopenhauer And Kants Copernican Revolutio

I will pay for the following article Schopenhauer and Kants Copernican Revolution. The work is to be 12 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. According to Schopenhauer, the two aspects of the world that we experience are the objective world or the external world that is relative to each of us, and the subjective world of the will, which is internal to us. Thus, the movement of the hand is objectively the outward movement, but inwardly it is the will in the individual to move it.

For Schopenhauer, the doctrine of the will to live means that everything in this world is an expression of the will and thus depends only on oneself. The world was therefore shaped through man’s will. Thus, when there is a will, there is life. Moreover, when one has the will to live, he does not fear death. This is the basis of the will to live or survive, which is the highest of all wills.

For Schopenhauer, the physical body is the only object relative to the individual. The physical body is the object that experiences our will and is subjected to the laws of the universe, and the vehicle by which we experience emotions and action. It is the will that directs and shapes the body as it is.

Schopenhauer believes that if humans see the truth of the world from a moral perspective, they would see suffering, death, and all other repulsive things. Thus, the result would be their denial of the will-to-live, which some people express through asceticism. This is the human condition, thus the goal of philosophy is to teach people to embrace the will-to-live and thereby to direct it towards better ways. I agree with Schopenhauer on the human condition. Thus, I believe one should own all these bad circumstances that surround him, and thus accept the will-to-live in the process in order to change these bad things.

Healthcare Information database was thus the need and necessity of time according to the prevalent healthcare scenario in the country. To take care about patient’s health record and doctor patient fast interaction. National Health Services (NHS) took care the responsibility of introducing Health Information Technology (HIT) into hospitals and Medicare centers of United Kingdom.

The key reasons of implementing this mega setup was to get rid of hardcopies of patient records, fasten the process, serve the patients well and ease the doctors as they would have previous health record of patients available all the time. United Kingdom government took immense steps for the implementation of this system by providing necessary funds. The purpose of this paper is to have a clear cut understanding of health information technology invasion, implementation, processes and position in United Kingdom Medicare setup. Discussion of the response from government in the adaptation of this idea and reaction attained from the relevant institutions etc.

Providing best healthcare services is the intention of United Kingdom government and for this they take essential necessary steps. The progression of technology gave opportunity to humans to maintain healthcare records of patients online on an online portal. The involvement of United Kingdom government was massive in this regard thus National health Services was given the task to implant state of the art healthcare services. National health Services proceeded in taking significant steps about this matter and introduced Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) in the year 2002. The aim was primarily to maintain a centralize database of patients so that it would ease processes (Jha, Doolan & Scott, 2008‎, p.

I will pay for the following article See the details. The work is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. Article summary In an article by the New York Times d 30th April and en d. “Once More, Economy Exhibits Weakness,” the main issue was on economic growth recovery. The article reported that the economy had registered yet another below per quarterly performance in the year 2014 which shocked many economic analysts. Policy makers at the Fed had indicated that they will stick with their plans aimed at reducing monthly bond purchases in order to stimulate the economy. The announcement was well received by Wall Street despite the fact that not much progress has been achieved at the end of the first quarter. Factors that contributed to low economic growth include slow inventory gains and abnormally cold weather experienced in the second half of the previous year. The pace of growth in domestic demand was found to be 1.5 percent in the first quarter which was slightly below what it was in the forth quarter of 2013 due to volatile factors such as trade and inventory swings. However, it is evident that fluctuations witnessed in the current times do not portray a different trend from what had been seen in the recovery process since the Great Recession. The average quarterly economic growth rate has stood at 2.2% since the year 2009.

The bleak future of economic growth is likely to impact negatively on the democrats in the forth-coming congressional elections. The prospects of the Democrats is closely tied to the voter attitudes toward the re-election bid of President Obama in which economic factors played a major role in determining the outcome. Another factor in the economic condition is on wage growth as a result of huge slack in the labor market. A report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics that was released previously on employment index indicated that the private sector wages as well as salaries during the first quarter had increased at a lower rate since 1980. The article further concurs that the recovery of the housing market were on a declining trend. This was evident on the second quarter of the 2013 in which private residential real estate investment had fallen by 0.2% of the total economic growth. Weather was found to be the main cause of decline in the recovery in the housing market.

Corporate investment in equipment witnessed a sharp reverse growth in the first quarter of 2014 compared to the growth in the fourth quarter of 2013 leading to the slackening of the overall business investment translating into 0.4 % decline in the overall economic growth. Other factors resulting in deterioration of business investment include slow buildup in inventories. A surge in health care spending due to the launch of the Obama health care reform resulted in 1.1 percent growth in the economy. The rise in health care consumption is expected to increase despite the fact the prices for health care services were witnessing slow upsurge.

This article is related to economic growth theory as learnt in class. It outlines the many factors that affect economic growth as well as the key economic indicators. The Fed dictates the key elements such as corporate investment, business conditions and inventories which affect the level of economic growth.

I Will Pay For The Following Article Shame Of A Nation The Work Is To Be 2 Pages

I will pay for the following article Shame of a nation. The work is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. Shame of a Nation “Shame of a Nation” is a book that discusses the problems and troubles schools in the inner city of America face. Jonathan Kozol a teacher does a research to see the physical and mental conditions of the education system of America. He argues that the American education system allows poor students to receive education in conditions that are not acceptable. This is evident in the kind of education offered in public schools.

The education system is corrupt. Not all the children receive the same opportunity to have a good education. The rich and able people in the society are not willing to support the poor, in addition. they do not see the need of supporting schools that are failing. There are massive inequalities of funding in the schools. In a poor child’s school career, the provision of amenities is limited. For example, the desks, books, or computers are not available and if they are most of them are in devastating conditions.

Kozol maintains that things are worsening as even the brightest children who in good circumstances would be doing better courses are left to do courses like sewing and auto shop, whereas kids who go to rich schools take good courses like broadcast journalism and computer graphics. Younger elementary students know that the rich kids have better opportunities than they do and this is the reason Kozol gives a voice to the children who attend public schools that people have forgotten about (Kozol, 25).

This is America is one of Kozol’s video’s. The author and child activist discusses how many Americans are unaware that there is a lot of segregation in public schools. There are two worlds in the education system, the black and white education. Kozol has been in a school of 5,000 students with no white kid (“This is America”). The most segregated state of the state is New York and the school by the name Martin Luther king is the most segregated and he wonders why give such a big name to the poor schools. The kids in those segregated schools feel they need to be in schools that are beautiful and better worldwide.

Kozol tries to explain in his book death at an early age how as a teacher in the Boston public school, he saw the conditions in which poor children were living and learning in. He further argues such children have never been in a position to receive a decent education. The book condemns the system that is bankrupt and has led to many reforms in the education system that we see today (Kozol, 34).

The society and the government have neglected public schools for the poor nations. The schools have no resources to facilitate good education system. In addition, the teachers are unqualified and the learning conditions are hostile. To improve the system, both the government and the society should work hand in hand to support these public schools. The rich should be able to provide financially and help build better schools as well as provide the equipment that should help contribute to the provision of better education to these children. The government should also provide qualified teachers who will provide the skills and knowledge that will help these children in the future. The children should also be given opportunities to do courses they prefer especially the bright children.

I will pay for the following article Software Project Management (Managing a Mobile Website Project). The work is to be 4 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. No sooner is the plan accomplished than someone comes along to change it. These same naysayers would also argue that the plan, once completed is disregarded and merely put on the shelf so the team can get down to doing some real work. To people management, we mean the planning activity that involves deciding on the types of people in form of resources that are compulsory to perform the requirements of the project. In other words the types of skills and number of workers we need to complete the project (kwysocki, 1997). Whenever we talk about the methods mixed up in the project management we in general refer those methods towards the management of people as well as resources. The management of people is the management of workers. Management of people guides us about the roles and duties that a worker can perform in a project for making a project successful. It also guides management what type of staff should reserve for a specific project (Kerzner, 2003). As a project manager I have the responsibility to prepare a configuration management plan for this project and also address the risk analysis, quality control, and software configuration aspects of the this mobile website project.

In this mobile website we have lots of risks which are related to website development, compatibility, feasibility, etc. we have to address all of these before we are going to launch the website. Though we have a software development team of knowledgeable developers and artistic designers those are able to employ mobile applications for handheld devices of changeable convolution, but there are risks of building function seamlessly between PDA’s and Cell Phones of different types. 1We have to concentrate on this point that there are lot of different types of PDA’s and Cell Phones in the market and all of those have different type of compatibility and functionality levels.

I will pay for the following article Storms Over the Urban Forest. The work is to be 8 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. Brailsford (2009) states that disasters can mean calamities, mishaps, catastrophes or grave occurrences that may occur naturally or be manmade and lead to environmental degradation, human suffering, loss of lives and destruction or damage to property. Most disasters are usually beyond the scope of the affected communities.

Crises may be defines as emergency situations that arise due to human or natural activities and pose threats properties, human lives or may result in disruption of the day-to-day lives of affected communities on a large scale (N.A., 1989). For instance, a flood is a disaster while heightened tension between countries can be regarded as a crisis, an example being the Cuban missile crisis (Perrow, 1999). While all disasters lead to crises, crises do not necessarily lead to disasters.

In disasters, the affected individuals may find themselves being on their own for a while depending on the widespread nature of the situation (Faberow, 1999). Some disasters might be so bad that rescue services, like the medical assistance providers, police and firefighters, may not be able to arrive at the disaster location right away. One way of looking at crises is that they are transformational processes in which the old ways of doing things have to be overhauled and change introduced (Hay, 1996). This is particularly true in incidences of political crises. Should change not occur, the crisis situation will be seen as either an incident or a failed situation.

In general, the responsibilities and roles of governments in crises and disasters are huge in more ways than one. Apart from providing protection and assistance during situations of need, it is the governments that can call such situations ‘crises’ and proceed to appeal to the international community for assistance. The role of coordinating and monitoring the activities of external assistance lies with governments which also set the regulatory and legal frameworks.

I Will Pay For The Following Article Strategic Management In The Airline Industr

I will pay for the following article Strategic Management in the Airline Industry. The work is to be 12 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. In the last couple of decades, the advent of low-cost carriers has reinvented the airline industry. These efficient carriers offer no-frills service to travellers flying point-to-point short haul routes utilising efficient ticket distribution through direct internet offerings and utilise standardised short haul aircraft with quick gate turnaround times to maximise aircraft utilisation. South West Airlines is the pioneer in this segment in the US and EasyJet is the industry leader in this segment in Europe. Other significant players in this segment include Jet Blue in the US and Ryan Air in Europe.

The 9/11 tragedy, did cause a slump in the airline industry, but also gave valuable lessons. All the major airlines slowly woke up to the inefficiencies in their models and started drastic cost cutting measures translating into better operational efficiencies and improved margins in order to avoid slide into bankruptcy. The low cost airlines were the only ones that were able to manage the downturn due to their business models.

The major overhaul in the restructuring has gone a long way in changing the face of the aviation industry. Deregulation opened up the skies and brought in more players increasing the competition many fold. Consolidation is the name of the game and slowly the industry will consolidate into three or four major players and their improved synergies will end up contributing to a stronger airline. This focus on regional traffic will allow low-cost carriers to focus on their niche markets and improve their market share. The low-cost market is less mature in the Europe than the U.S.A, therefore there is more scope for newer routes to be opened up, and newer destinations charted out for a few years before the restructuring and consolidations occur.

From the legacy days of large airline companies monopolising the market place, the airline industry has fast become a price-sensitive industry. In the post September 11 era, the airline offerings are more commodity-like, with players who offer the lowest price and efficient services being the most profitable survivors. Most large full service airlines have been facing the brunt of the decline and are fighting for survival, trying to get out of multi-billion dollar losses and bankruptcies.

(Source from website:

http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qa3884/is_200509/ai_n15613234)

In this changed landscape emerged the no frills airlines segment, which have achieved rapid growth in market share into the short haul European market. EasyJet, brainchild of Stelios Haji Ioannou, the son of a Greek shipping magnate who founded the company, based on the low cost, no-frills model of the US carrier Southwest, started in 1995. EasyJet is based on short haul air transport in a price in-elastic target segment and based on the concept that is that if prices are reduced, more people will fly. EasyJet flies to 33 locations in Europe with a fleet of over 120 aircraft and sells over 95% of its tickets through the Internet. It’s the leading player in the low cost market after the acquisition of “GO”(A no frills subsidiary of BA), closely followed on its heels by rival Ryanair which has now acquired “Buzz” (a subsidiary of KLM) and expanding as well. Virgin Express of Virgin airlines and British Midland’s BMI baby are all competitors in the “no-frills” sector.

I Will Pay For The Following Article Strategies In Action How Quality Function D

I will pay for the following article Strategies in Action: How Quality Function Deployment Model Is Applied. The work is to be 11 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. Quality has become an increasingly important means of competition in all kinds of business. In today’s competitive markets quality is a business imperative rather than a luxury. The house of quality is the basic design tool of QFD. Companies can measure customers’ expectations of products with remarkable accuracy and thus they can compete on product quality. (Kannan 2008). A better understanding of customer needs before making a production plan will help to achieve customer satisfaction and to reduce correction costs. QFD can be used even to measure and satisfy employee requirements. (Woods 1993).

House of quality refers to a matrix that aligns the customer needs (business priorities), the design features (technical priorities), and customer preferences. The factor of these inputs is represented in the Benchmarked target values. From these target values, the product designers can establish objective metrics to indicate acceptance and fulfillment.

QFD is used in all types of businesses for improving the quality of products and services of customers in accordance with their needs and expectations. According to an article titled ‘What’s the Use’ by John Livingston “QFD is only useful for those industries that have decisions to make and customers to please.” (Livingston 2008). This implies that any organization that has customers and is intent on pleasing them can make use of QFD. The author in an indirect way stresses that organizations need to make decisions to please and satisfy their customers which is essentially what any competitive organization will do. In effect, QFD cab is used in any industry which has identifiable customers. It would be difficult to list all areas where QFD can be effectively applied, but a few examples are given below. It can be as varied as improving service in the hospitality industry, healthcare industry, banks, universities, manufacturing, electronics, and the entertainment industry. QFD was applied in designing and developing real-life and realistic robotic models of dinosaurs in the movie Jurassic Park. (Bolt & Mazur 1999).
