I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Gangs And The Music Industry Pre

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Gangs and the Music industry. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Today’s youths are like sponges soaking anything up which is given to them. The music industry has the greatest impact to today’s youth which gives it the most influential power, but sad to say the message being put out is not uplifting or promoting growth so that young people can better themselves. Instead, it puts out a message that it is okay to have multiple sex partners, to be part of a gang, and even use drugs every now and then.

Music for a long time has been used to relay messages regarding sex and it is important to note that with time the sexual content and extent of explicitness has been getting worse decade after another. In the early to mid 20th century and before, music was quite conservative and sexual contents were rather to be deduced rather than explicitly expressed as the case is today. Today’s music is apparently changing the fundamental nature of sex to something that is causal and a form of expressing someone’s freedom rather than something with commitment for a relationship that is monogamous by nature. Today’s music and in this case rap and hip hop is bringing to the fore the idea that society is now liberal and all are free to act as they please. This kind of music has lyrics as well as videos that are clearly showing sex as an act of freedom and maturity. Martino, et al. (2006) says that there is increasing explicit use of sex on the songs’ lyrics and their music videos as an expression of pleasure, empowerment, and freedom. The youth with their peer pressure attitudes take these messages as literally as possible ending up having sexual relations quite early in their life.

“Fifty-one percent of teens who listened to music laced with sexual debauchery ended up engaging in sexual activity, compared to just 29 percent of those who listened to little or none of the same types of music” (Wallace, 2010, p. 2).

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Gay To Be Or Not To Be Prepare T

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Gay; To Be or Not To Be. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. ut existence throughout my life – I knew that I wanted to keep on existing, and suicide was not something that crossed my mind overly much (no more than any other person who has lived through teenage years, probably). For me the question centered on my sexuality. Who am I? I asked myself, and what am I doing? Am I gay? These are questions that troubled me for much of my growth, and I spent a great portion of my development denying who I was. To be gay, or not to be gay, I asked myself, without even realizing that the question in being asked was probably answered.

It is not like I was a child of the fifties or sixties, growing up in a time when being gay was the greatest sin one could ever imagine. By the time I had graduated high school it was the late eighties, and gay rights activists were already marching down streets in San Francisco and New York, academics were discussing a new Queer politic that was emerging, and gay people everywhere were being told “come out, you have nothing to fear.”

But the problem is that this conception of being gay and coming out, that you know it internally but choose to hide it from society, is not something that actually happens very often. Before even having the option of “coming out” to friends and relatives, you have to have a great internal dialogue with yourself, and find out who you are. Doing this alone in your teens is not an easy thing, not by a long shot.

I remember the first time I had an inkling that I might not be like everyone else (or at least, how I thought everyone else was – looking back now I’m sure I knew many closeted gay people growing up.) I was just entering the ninth grade, a time when many people are first learning about their sexuality, and I looked across my homeroom classroom at a close friend who was sitting their, wearing spaghetti straps (I had a somewhat lenient school) and cleavage somewhat exposed.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Gender Dualism Gender And Play I

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Gender Dualism: Gender and Play in Early Years. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. From this research it is clear that school playgrounds and outside playing fields are commonly filled with activities and games that show ‘boy’ and ‘girl’ dichotomy such as boys-chase-the-girls games or the other way around. This sort of encounter, once ‘the boys’ and ‘the girls’ become identified as different and rivalling groups, drew the attention of the researcher. it appeared like the foundation of their gender relations. The researcher eventually realises that the instances when boys and girls intermingle in casual and non-gender defined manners are as well important, even though, and this allows reflection, it is more complicated to examine and discuss about the casual instances within the concept of ‘gender.’ Gender is frequently associated exclusively with two-fold variation, yet, gender grows and fades in the organisation and representation of life in a group, and that change requires close analysis. This paper analyses the experiences of boys and girls of diverse circumstances of ‘united’ and ‘divided.’ It examines the manners in which boys and girls intermingle to construct, and at other instances to eliminate, gender-based boundaries, or an idea of the ‘boys’ and the ‘girls’ as divided and conflicting sides. It as well investigates the pull of gender-defined occasions for observers, for contributors, and in the dimensions of memory. Observing in a school playground from the smoothed spots where children play hopscotch and jump rope to the green playground and games of baseball and squash, one shifts from girls’ groups to boys’ groups.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Genetic Predisposition To Alcoho

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Genetic Predisposition to Alcoholism. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Genetic Predisposition to Alcoholism

It is a mysterious fact that some people begin to drink alcohol and become dependent to an extent that they cannot perform tasks or feel comfort without taking alcohol, while others begin to drink but remain independent. This mystery has triggered a lot of research into determining the causes of the difference. Investigation of genetic relationship to alcoholism constitutes an active part of the entire research to determine exact cause(s) as to the disparity. However inconclusive, certain research outcomes create close link of alcohol dependence to genetic structure. According to Hart and Ksir (2011), most individuals who begin to take alcohol and develop serious dependence do so because of some genetic connotations that depend on alcohol for proper coordination. However, there are also individuals who become dependent on alcohol even when their genetic programming is negative towards drug dependence.

Since there is no clear relationship between alcohol dependence and genetic programming of individual drinkers, many scientists conclude that predisposition to alcohol largely depends on the surrounding environment. This means that one can have genetic predisposition to develop dependence, but may not do so if the surrounding environment does encourage easy access to alcohol. The finding that certain individuals develop dependence even without genetic predisposition to alcoholism also disqualifies the power of genes in inclining an individual towards dependence on alcohol.

From the above discussion, it is conclusive that environment rather than genes determines predisposition of an individual to alcohol dependence. With this understanding, the best treatment choice for a person who depends on alcohol is counseling and guidance by a psychiatrist. In fact, there is no viable and provable way that health professionals can treat the problem of genetic predisposition to alcoholism. This is because effective treatment would require manipulation or erasing of particular genetic coding, which is impossible and impractical. This understanding leaves counseling and guidance as the only viable way that can also regulate, influence and vary environmental factors to achieve recovery of an individual addict.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Global Code Of Ethics Prepare Th

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Global code of ethics. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. All cultures and societies are committed to specific ethical values within which common areas of concern have been accepted. These values draw upon secular traditions and regulations which guide the interaction of individuals, communities and societies as well as to the different beliefs of the religions of the world. Representations of these ethics can be found, for example, in various UN conventions and declarations, e.g. the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the UN General Assembly, the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Rio Declaration on the Environment and Development and the recommendations of Agenda 21. They have also been expressed as fundamental principles by the Parliament of the World’s Religions. These principles embody the inviolable dignity of every human being as the very first fundamental ethical principle, which means that every person has a responsibility to treat all people everywhere and at all times in a humane way. These principles imply broad guidelines for human behavior, such as the commitment to a culture of:

non-violence and respect for all life.

solidarity and a just economic order.

sustainability of consumption with respect for fragile environments and scarce resources

tolerance and a life of truthfulness.

equal rights and partnership between men and women,

protection of the rights of children

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Halim Embedded Hardware Prepare

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Halim embedded hardware. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. This is differentiated from the use of microprocessors such as in personal computers.

Automation applications require the utilisation of microcontrollers. Modern applications employ microcontrollers in a number of places such as in automobiles, medical products, power tools, remote controls, household appliances and many other such embedded systems. The primary advantage offered by microcontrollers is the lower cost when compared to microprocessors. While microcontrollers are embedded, microprocessors require other components in order to function. The use of microcontrollers allows the use of a single component to achieve functionality. However, using microprocessor would require the use of memory devices as well as input output (I/O) devices and other peripheral devices. Moreover, microcontrollers offer mixed signal control by combining analogue and digital signals control.

Microcontrollers offer low power consumptions of a few milli-watts or micro-watts by relying on low clock frequencies. These microcontrollers function while waiting for other event triggers such as interrupts or button press. Moreover, they have very low power consumption while in sleep mode since most peripherals as well as the internal clock are switched off. This enables microcontrollers to be used in applications requiring low battery consumption. Microcontrollers may be adapted to various roles including performance based roles. For these applications, microcontrollers act as digital signal processors (DSPs) using high clock speeds and high power consumption. Microcontrollers are also diverse given their input output (I/O) pins. In the current application, the utilised microcontroller has 35 IO pins in all which are more than adequate for most digital and non digital applications.

The embedded qualities of the microcontroller make it well suited for this project in comparison to other alternatives.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On High Employee Retention Prepare

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on High Employee Retention. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. In the general workforce, the two mentioned attributes can be said to be highly applicable to recruiting talent. This is because, in a well-motivated organization, there is very little for employees to look outside for (Greenberg & Sweeney, 2010). Because employees get all that they require by way of salary, allowances and other forms of remuneration, chances that they will be looking elsewhere after settling for a new job are less. Meanwhile, the longer employees try their hands on one thing, the better they become with their talents (Silzer & Dowell, 2010). Engagement is also necessary for recruiting talent because it is the only way by which employees can have a feeling that their talents are being respected and being put to use (Felps et al., 2009).

As far as talented people are concerned, there are other attributes that contribute to their selection of one organization other the other. A working environment that encourages growth is one such attribute. This is because every talented person wants to work in an environment where original talent will not only be utilized but also nurtured to grow (Greenberg & Sweeney, 2010). Finally, competition is crucial for talented people because it forces them to always look out for more in terms of making use of what they already have.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On High Impact Supply Chain Managem

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on High-Impact Supply Chain Management. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. High-Impact Supply Chain Management High-Impact SCM Academia Research Academia Supply Chain Management is coordination between all the present factors under the controlling areas of the company, such as production, finance, marketing etc. Thus the collaboration is a prerequisite for SCM to work effectively for a company. The collaboration faces many obstructions as every one pursues own objectives and so the conflicts arise, the collaboration has to keep the things normal and help both the parties to reach their objectives in a desired way without compromising on the sidelined facts. One good thing that SCM should concern with when pursuing the goal of collaboration is to having intense concerns on the customers as it say (SCM begins with the customers). When both the manufacturer and supplier would work jointly then they both can charge higher price from the customer, as if they both would be pursuing their own objectives then they could have given more benefit to the customer and not to each other, this technique is also known as vertical integration, in which both the manufacturer, supplier and even retailer work together for each others betterment. The trends are also changing as now the manufacturer is not a price decider but it is decided by the market trends, so the control is done by the manufacturers on the production processes as lessening the profit can be costly, the collaboration with the suppliers and other parties can again be very helpful in keeping such conditions under control.

2. Of course when we talk about collaboration, we are talking about winning the main objectives while giving up over small and unnecessary ones, same is the relation between the parties as a result of collaboration. The sharing of loss apart from profit is another major outcome of any collaboration, as discussed earlier that both the parties work together and charge higher price from the customer and thus share the profit, but this ensures the settlement of the company and the supplier, both in the long run, unlike having profit in the short run and then having a period of threat. Also the technology has to play a bigger part in the well being of a firm in the long run, the good idea to share the risk and reward is to make the suppliers your partners, and ask them about what could they bring to the company, if their contribution is significant then the loss and profit sharing would be automatic and also because of the personal interest in the firm, the suppliers would work even harder to ensure the firm’s success and to bring profits to it so that they can also get a piece.

3. Without collaboration, the business in this modern world cannot be operated, whether it is good and in the interest of the company or not, the company has to believe in collaboration as without collaboration, it would be impossible to sustain the constant threats and changing market trends. The collaboration takes place between two or even more parties, which in this case are manufacturers, suppliers and at times even retailers. Collaboration provides both the parties an opportunity to work together and to grow supporting each other’s objectives without compromising on own objectives. In Supply chain, the collaboration is difficult because there is imbalanced roles performed by the parties, as one is working so hard to complete the operations and one just have to seek the right place for it, of course it is contrary to the market rules.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Higher Education In England Prep

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Higher Education in England. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Higher Education Institutions make significant contributions to the local economy, directly through the labor market and, indirectly, through student spending in the community, and also contribute to the social and cultural life of their regions through support for minority communities, theatre, cinema, and the arts.

The higher education sector consists of some 170 institutions catering to a rich diversity of students from both local as well as overseas. The student body is growing in size and character with an increase of over 39% between 1995 and 2003 to a current total of 2.2 million students. Such growth is unprecedented and has been managed against a steadily declining unit of resource for teaching which only leveled off in 2002.

Unprecedented increases in the teaching function have presented universities with a range of financial and academic challenges during the last decade and have stimulated widespread curriculum renewal, new modes of teaching and learning, and significant investment in the professional development of all categories of staff. The most recent challenge with respect to students will be the introduction from 2006 of differential fees for full-time students from the European Union. This is likely to stimulate an even more customer and client-responsive culture in the sector. Even so, some institutions and courses make a loss on every student they teach. hence cross-subsidy is necessary and much teaching and research have been at the expense of investment in infrastructure. Margins across the sector are paper thin.

Many of the students now entering the English universities come from family backgrounds and geographical regions which have been traditionally under-represented in higher education. Despite the increasing and more diverse student population course completion rates continue to be high and record numbers graduate with a gradient of awards from foundation to doctoral levels. England completion rates are amongst the highest in the world

Universities derive their income from a number of sources with the bulk coming from the Funding Councils (39%) and grants from the UK Research Councils (17%).&nbsp.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Hong Kong And China After 1997 T

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Hong Kong and China after 1997: The Real Issues. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. The former was published after Hong Kong gained autonomy from British rule while the latter was published before that. The focus of the former article rests on the opinion of the people of Hong Kong about the future of Hong Kong after gaining independence from colonial domination while the author of the second article focuses on the impact of the Joint Declaration of 1984 on the economy of Hong Kong and the trustworthiness of China. For the first article the authors undertake a topical and analytical study while for the second case, Overholt develops an essentially analytical study of the different political, economic and social aspects. There are two categories of analysis – quantitative that deals with numerical data and analysis of the same and qualitative analysis, which incorporate qualitative data or information. The first article titled, “Hong Kong 1997 in Context” incorporates quantitative analysis while the article, “Hong Kong and China after 1997: The real Issues” involves entirely qualitative analysis. Both articles center on the year 1997 but the issue of research is different.

The article “Hong Kong 1997 in Context” by Priya Raghubir and Gita Venkataramani Johar and published in Public Opinion Quarterly in 1999 focuses on the reaction of people from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau about the future of the people of Hong Kong. It came under the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in the year 1997 after being free from British dominion. Now, the research method is conducted by taking interviews in three field surveys at Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The idea is to observe and analyze the reactions of people towards the impact of this transition of Hong Kong in the near future. The different attitudes are found to be functions of the order of question and framing the&nbsp.questions.
