I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Drought issues/ other necessities for food plan(security). Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Due Food Sustainability in Tanzania Most of us living in the United s today do not know what is like to be unable to eat, because there is simply no food to eat, more so, there may not be food the next day, or the next. However, in place, like Tanzania, this is a very real issue. High poverty rates have contributed to serious malnutrition in children as young as five years old, which are, often, as much as, 22% under weight. (Rapaport, 2011) Much of the great poverty that has occurred in Tanzania is a result of failed crops, primarily due to seeds that cannot withstand drought conditions. There is, also, issues of limited or inefficient food storage, lack of a stable infrastructure, and a Iimited availability of receiving credit when times are lean.(“Tanzania seeds: Disaster,” 2012) In a country where it may only rain 5 times in a given season finding crops that will withstand Tanzania’s drought climate is essential.
Many initiatives have been established to participate in solving this problem and improving the agricultural crisis occurring in Tanzania. The Food and Agriculture Organization, FOA, developed the “Disaster Response and Preparedness to Drought” project, donating large quantities of sustainable seeds that will grow into healthy crops. They, also, set up a trade market allowing framers to gain vouchers, based on their economic need, and provided them with, not only seed, but also, tools and farm implements, which, of course, will make planting and harvesting of their crops more efficient and, likely, more successful. In turn, the crops these farmers now plant will produce more sustainable seeds that these farmers can then sell at trade fairs in other parts of the country. (“Tanzania seeds: Disaster,” 2012) Global Services Corps is an organization that gathers volunteers who are interested and eager to travel to countries, like Tanzania, with a program called the “Sustainable Agriculture & Food Security Services Learning Program.” As a volunteer with this program, participants will help in the teaching of communities in positive and sustainable agricultural solutions. The volunteers will interact with the local peoples to learn bio-intensive agriculture, like composting and small organic farming, sack gardens, a means for families with limited space to grow a garden that will improve their diets, poultry vaccinations, and catching rainwater. There are two, particularly, important lessons valuable to the people of Tanzania. The first, is implementing improved grain storage, which prevents unnecessary grain loss. The second, is the need for food drying techniques, which allows items to be properly dried, stored, and prepared later or in times when food is limited.(“Gsc sustainable agriculture,” 2008)
In the end, the different organization participating and, in some cases, collaborating to decrease the level of poverty and aid Tanzanian farmers to grow sustainable crops once again is very worthwhile. More importantly, as discussed in the video, the point is not to create a Tanzania completely and perpetually dependent upon outside monies or seed donations, but, instead, allowing them to harvest the new seeds the crops yield, they can sustain their crops and benefit from the sale of future seeds. (“Tanzania seeds: Disaster,” 2012) These sorts of programs are making it possible for Tanzania farmers to become, eventually, self sustaining and capable of feeding their families and contributing to their local economies, as well. Hunger and starvation is a significant and tragic occurrence. It is quite moving and inspiring to see that so many organizations, government agencies, and volunteers working to end this kind of tragedy in Tanzania and all over the world.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Education Prepare This Assignmen
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Education. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Communication with Families In the first paragraph of the speech, the teacher does demonstrate some sensitivity to her audience. First of all, she thanks them for coming to Back-to-School Night. Working evenings is an important part of being a teacher. We grade papers and make lessons plans, and sometimes come back to school for meetings – but hardly anyone enjoys leaving their home after dinner to come back to work. Instead of feeling inconvenienced by having to attend the meeting, the teacher demonstrates that the parents’ time is also valuable, and that the school is grateful to have their participation in the event. Also, the teacher has provided translators for parents whose first language is not English. Since “translators” is plural, it is possible the teacher arranged for translators of more than a single language to be present at the meeting. Also, the teacher announces a willingness to stay late one day a week until 8:00 PM.
Showing sensitivity to parents provides instant benefits. Thanking attendees for their presence is a basic element in many addresses, because it focuses attention on the audience and the effort they made to get to the meeting. As Mendoza (2003) notes, geographic distances can be difficult for some parents to cross so they can get to school events. By providing translators, the teacher is indicating an understanding that language barriers might exist and need to be addressed. This action says, “Those of you who can’t speak English deserve to know this, too.” The teacher’s willingness to stay late once a week would positively affect parents who could not make it to the school during regular school hours. Mendoza (2003) cites a study that showed how the structure of the school day limited information exchange to transition periods. A meeting at 6:00 PM would be more peaceful and productive for both parties than a hurried exchange in the parking circle at 3:00 PM.
While the speaker clearly has good intentions, the speech is not without examples of insensitivity. The teacher states, “E-mail is one of the best ways for us to communicate!” This is only true for homes with Internet access, though. Students in households with low incomes might not have such access. Also, while the teacher has not peppered the speech with jargon, it is still not free from confusing vocabulary such as “state education office,” “national standards,” and “country reports,” though she does make an attempt to explain her “disclosure document” (there has got to be a friendlier name for that!).
Such insensitivity can immediately turn parents off. They may feel badly if they have no home computer – it may seem like, without one, their children are starting off behind the others. The statement makes it seem like a home computer is standard, and something could be wrong with your home if you do not have one. Using confusing vocabulary tells parents the teacher is a poor communicator and incapable of knowing the needs of other language speakers (Mendoza, 2003).
The teacher could have easily found other ways to show sensitivity. For instance, at no point did the teacher ask parents what they needed to promote their children’s success in the upcoming school year. Also, the teacher could have offered specific ways for parents to be involved. Parents could be made aware of opportunities to tutor, guest speak, act as translators, or which school clubs needed advisors. Mondoza (2003) notes a study wherein Hispanic parents grew increasingly frustrated over their school’s inability to provide this information.
The role of parents in a child’s education is paramount to that student’s success. No one knows more about a child’s strengths, abilities, history, and potential than parents. As a teacher, I will facilitate parental input in my classes by finding ways to stay after school for parents who can not come to school during regular hours (Mendoza, 2003), and to keep my communications with parents free of jargon, filled with easy-to-understand vocabulary, and at a suitable reading level (Mendoza, 2003).

/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Egyptian architecture. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Egyptian Architecture Table of Contents Introduction 3 Characteristics of the Egyptian Architecture 3 Conclusion 3 Works Cited 4 Introduction Egyptian architecture or Architecture of Ancient Egypt is regarded as one of the most important and influencing architectures of ancient world which has remained enigma and subject of great inspiration in the history of art and architecture till date. The architecture of the period was so massive and had such diverse features to display that great monumental structures along the river Nile, especially the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Great Sphinx of Giza still amaze the architectural engineers and experts of recent times (Tour Egypt, “The Giza Plateau in Egypt”).
A deep delineation and an in-depth analysis of the structural study of the great pyramids, monuments, temples and tombs remaining along with little domestic structure shall focus considerable light on the pertinent characteristics inherent in the Egyptian architecture.
Characteristics of the Egyptian Architecture
The most potent characteristics of the Egyptian architecture were its consistent nature. With very little scope of variation or alteration, the set designs and forms were repeated in the designs of almost all the periods. As regards to the building materials of the structure, one can notice the use of sun-baked mud bricks and use of plenty of stones specially sandstone, granites and limestone in all the architectures. This was because of scanty availability of wood.
The architecture comprises symmetry. walls are generally thick and are generally not broken due to fenestration. The use of rectangular shapes is very prominent in the form of architecture and the walls are highlighted with colorful decorations upholding walls and columns. The visual metaphors are very strong displaying hierarchy and power game prevalent in the society. Motifs of the Egyptian architectural detail comprise Egyptian ornaments of spiral, papyrus and circles. Tomb structures are very common in the Egyptian architecture and the cut temples where various religious ceremonies and rituals were held is their traditional form of building structures commonly found (Arnold 2-203).
Egyptians had generally constructed three types of tombs. Among them, Mastabas or the funerary mounds and the Pyramids constructed during the initial period of the 4th dynasty are the iconic symbol of Egypt captivating within them the mummies of the great kings symbolizing eternal power and divinity (Harwood, May and Sherman 1-210).
Conclusion
There is no end to the study of the architecture of Egypt, like the mummy of the Tutankhamen or the pyramids, their motif, structure and most importantly use of science and comprehension of geometry at that time would remain an issue of amazement, enigma and surprise.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On English Romantic Writers By Davi
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on English Romantic Writers by David Perkins. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. A lot of visionary thinking is seen in the writings of English Romantic writers as they made some major projections and elaborations that do not only fit the generation in which they live in but in today’s generation. It is not surprising therefore that there is often referred to the term “day’s background” to mean the usefulness of the content of work in all day’s (generations) of life. Perhaps the most important feature that this achieved was the fact that the contents of works in time past remain very meaningful to readers of today and thus readers of today do not see the content and writings as outmoded.
Secondly, there is this interesting point about the reading whereby there is a representation of different figures of literature, especially women. The emphasis that the book gives to women writers who otherwise had very little publicity and fame gives a sense of fairness about the writer in terms of the promotion of equality. There is no denying the fact that women have played important roles in literature at different times of human existence. At a time when the attention on women, however, seemed to have been forgotten, the writer in the first twenty-three pages of the book throws more light on important authors like Anna Laetitia Barbauld and Charlotte Smith. The sense of gender fairness with which the book is presented in its opening pages is a very interesting point that is worth commending.
Again, the book takes an unusual approach in terms of theme when it highlights on as many topical areas as possible. This feature gives the book an insightful intellectual discourse that spans around topics like politics, governance, human psychology, art and so on. Without any doubt, any person who is interested in writing in one way or the other who comes by the first twenty-three pages of the book would have something to be fascinated about because there would certainly be a topic of great interest. In the day’s background, intellectual discourse is made by using different literary elements that fit the different topical areas selected by the writer. For example in touching on issues of governance, the writer uses the element of satire to point out some key issues of national interest in a comic manner.
Finally, there is an outstanding feature of the book whereby it explores different forms of literature such as poetry and prose. Again, this is a feature that makes the book universal and highly suitable for people of different reading backgrounds. By presenting both prose and poetry works in that single book, English Romantic Writers by David Perkins becomes a book that has a very large audience because of its diversity and dynamism. The point that the poems and prose were not selected from popular writers alone but also from some unknown writers gives the book a nostalgic moment when reading.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Enhance The Performance Of An At
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Enhance the Performance of an Athlete by Using Different Techniques of Psychology. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. The problem has been so severe that coaches internationally have shown great interest in the field of sport psychology particularly in the area of competitive anxiety to tackle the problem effectively. Selk (2008) believes that the athletes of any country are its most valued assets and a country cannot let go of them just because of fear of competition and excessive stress and anxiety.
Sheridon (2010) states that sports psychology is the study based on finding out techniques that the athletes can use to control anxiety on the field and maximize their true potential when it is needed the most. These techniques are basically designed to help the athletes relax and perform well on the field. Often athletes do exceptionally well during practice sessions but lose momentum on the final day, which surely is disheartening not just for the individual athletes but the whole team. Sports psychology helps the athletes to focus positively on the preparation of the game and play it well. It also keeps them away from drugs and other hyper energy raising pills that usually lead to aggression and high blood pressure.
For an athlete to be successful in the practical world he does not just need the talent but also a strong will to take that talent far and get his credit acknowledged worldwide. Weinberg (2006) states that according to sports psychology an athlete should have attributes of the 4 C’s namely confidence, control, concentration, and commitment. It is said that an athlete that possesses all 4 C’s is bound to succeed. Martens (2004) defines confidence to be the ability of an athlete to distinguish oneself from the crowd and know where he excels. Control refers to the ability to control oneself emotionally and not get distracted by other happenings. Often players are intentionally distracted and manipulated to hamper their progress and a true athlete must possess the ability to rise through difficult situations and emerge as a winner. Loehr (1995) states that concentration is the .ability of an athlete to stay focused during the game. .

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Enhanced Whistle Blower Protecti
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Enhanced whistle blower protections. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Enhanced Whistle Blower Protections A whistleblower is an individual with knowledge concerning any illegal or unlawful activities happening within oroutside an organization and takes measures to report them1. Anyone can become a whistleblower, it depends on the individual`s moral code. If he or she cannot stand injustice, corruption it is within their right to report the matter to the relevant authorities. Whistleblowers could either be employees, contractors or clients who through different ways became aware of illegal activities occurring within or outside an organization. Since being a whistleblower is risky, the essay discusses various ways to protect them from elements that want to harm them to prevent them from sharing the information they possess.
Whistleblowers fall into two categories. They include internal and external whistleblowers. Internal whistleblowers are the individuals who report discrepancies and misconducts of colleagues or their superiors to the management. Several reasons would motivate an employee to become a whistleblower. They include corruption, nepotism and sexual harassment. External whistleblowers are the individuals who disclose misconducts within the company to outside entities. They include lawyers, the media, police or watchdog agencies like anticorruption organizations. External whistleblowers are usually motivated by moral or selfish reasons.
Opinions concerning whistleblowers differ from different people. To some, whistle blowing is as an act of selflessness while others accuse them of pursuing fame, fortune, greed and personal glory. This persecution of whistleblowers mostly comes from the affected or implicated individuals who want to discredit them to absolve themselves of the accusations. Individuals who want to prevent the disclosure of information often target whistleblowers. It becomes a dangerous situation with whistleblowers fearing for their lives as they get pursued. Countless whistleblowers have been killed while others have been forced into exile because they exposed the corruption in an organization.
These actions led to the creation of witness protection agencies, which offer protection to whistleblowers when and until they finish presenting their proof of the misconducts to the relevant authorities. For example, the United States has several institutions that protect whistleblowers. They include the National Whistleblowers Center that protects whistleblowers from discrimination from the organization or their fellow employees. This act protects whistleblowers` identities from disclosure. It also provides funds to help them offset the legal fees incurred during and after the trial. After an employee has exposed the damaging information regarding the discrepancies within the organization, their fellow employees and employers discriminate against them. In some instances, they are fired from work, which is disappointing since they were doing their moral duty by coming forward. This method of eliminating employees from the organization is referred to as mobbing. It is a form of bullying, whereby a group of unhappy employees target a specific individual within the work place2.
There also exists legislation that seeks to protect the whistle blowers from persecution and prosecution. An example is the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act (WPEA)3.It seeks to encourage whistleblowers to come forth and report cases of misconduct. Corporations like the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and the Internal Revenue Service mostly rely on the information supplied to them by whistleblowers. Most countries have found that whistleblowers are an important aspect of governance since they help keep corporations in check.
Whistleblowers are important since they act on what they believe in, but these accusations must be accompanied by irrefutable proof of the misconducts or else they will be sued for defamation. Investigations are rarely carried out in the event a whistleblower presents any information. The claims may be unfounded and simply fuelled by unscrupulous employees who have a vendetta towards the organization. So before acting on the information, first investigate then proceed to prosecute the guilty parties.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Ethical Gender Implications Of C
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Ethical, Gender Implications of Considering Travel Writing as a Form of Cultural Interpretation. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. With the advent of globalization and liberalization, there has been a massive increase in tourism and travel activity, and simultaneously, there has also been an increase in the number of people who are eager to lap up travel literature (Holland and Huggan, 2000). Travel writings work to provide useful and interesting information to the reader and may create a desire to experience the destinations. Travel writings may also bring out greater insight and understanding about the world and its inhabitants and create a more tolerant outlook for the readers to adopt.
However, several researchers and critiques have highlighted the fact that most of the travel writing available today fall in a distinct category of serving the white, male-dominated middle-class heterosexual reader class (Holland and Huggan, 2000. Pratt, 2007. Porter, 1991. and Spurr, Fish and Jameson, 1993). This implies that all travel writing is tainted with the perspective of a Western cultural outlook and that there is little scope for the authentic and pure representation of those who are written-about to emerge.
The current paper, therefore, intends to assess if travel writing can actually bridge the gap between those who are represented and those who write about them. It will answer questions like “Is it possible that travel writers are able to take into account their own ethical and gender-related orientations and present an unbiased picture of those that they are writing about?” and also, “as a genre, can travel writing be seen as a form of cultural interpretation?”. The methodology used for the current paper is to discuss the work of various scholars and researchers, who have reviewed travel writing and commented on its applicability as an instrument of cultural interpretation.
As mentioned in the introduction, several scholars have assessed the travel writings over the years and have arrived at the conclusion that most of the travel write-ups are Western-oriented and written with the mindset of ‘us’ Vis a Vis the explored culture. .

/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Evaluate the renewable energy sector in the Netherlands, using Porter’s Diamond model. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. The country has one of the most advanced off shore wind industries in the world (Jansen, Ostertag and Waltz, 2011). The renewable energy sector enjoys a top-sector status in the country hence, enjoys exponential and far reaching investment by both government, private sector and even science and technology institutions are encouraged to build capabilities, conduct research and test technologies in the country at subsidized costs (Ibon, Eguino and Anil, 201). For the top-sector, there are top- teams consisting of scientists, senior officials, small and medium enterprise representatives and figureheads in the sector (Matschoss, 2011). These top teams are responsible for identifying necessary adjustments and foreseeable challenges and possible opportunities in the sector and promptly advice the investors, businesses, scientists and the government on the best approach for maximum impact (Lovinfosse, 2008). This pragmatic intervention in the sector has greatly improved innovations in the sector for the Netherlands. The Netherlands also has an innovation contract in the renewable energy sector which primarily seeks to achieve the realization of European targets with regards to lowering emissions and sourcing at least 14 percent of total national energy consumption from Renewable Energy Sources (RES) that was made available in the year 2012.In the contract are substantive and financial agreements between companies, scientists and the government and its implementation started in 2012 and 2013.Even though not a producer herself, the Netherlands has a strategic locational advantage in terms of pipeline transit for gas for the North-West Europe (Bruekers, 2007). This ambitious measure has been taken by the government ownedcompanies, The Gas Union and EBN (Jeroen and Bruinsma, 2008).

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Exploring Innovation For Ryanair
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Exploring Innovation for Ryanair Airline. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. By virtually every measure, Ryanair has managed to develop positive leadership innovation, process innovation and product/service innovation by creating new business models and business structures designed to bring long-term value to the business. This report identifies Ryanair’s strategies in innovation, an assessment of these innovations, and also a description of how the author of this report could contribute effectively to the long-term future of Ryanair.
Innovation is key to any successful enterprise. There are a wide variety of acceptable definitions of innovation, one of which is the successful creation and launch of a new product or service concept which provides a significant competitive advantage to today’s firms. Competitive advantage means utilising this new innovative idea or concept and applying it using a market-focused methodology which outperforms competing companies and gains market share in the process. This report highlights the activities of Ryanair, the low-frills, discount airline company, which provide innovation in the airline industry and a stronger business portfolio.
Ryanair was established in the 1990s as one of the first no-frills discount airline companies in Europe. The company, with this discount philosophy, has managed to increase its market share against major competitors such as Lufthansa and Air France-KLM (Done, 2009), which is not an easy task to accomplish considering how long these airline companies have been stapled airline carriers in Europe. When the company was first implemented, there did not seem to be heavy consumer demand for no-frills services, or perhaps the company simply lacked marketing focus, as the business was riddled with heavy losses and an inability to seize a higher volume of market share than that of its competition (Done). However, today, Ryanair has managed to redevelop its previous business model, making it more adaptive to consumer needs, which is bringing the business significant financial prosperity even in the face of rising fuel costs and other uncontrollable external business risks.

I Need Help Creating A Thesis And An Outline On Facebook And Events Management P
/in Uncategorized /by developerI need help creating a thesis and an outline on Facebook and events management. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. Quantitative research focuses on the numerical data or the data which can be converted into numeric form (Sekaran, 2006). Using this technique, primary and secondary data could be collected through various sources (Stewart, 1993). Here secondary data would include the past facts and figures regarding the uses of facebook by marketers for promoting their events. For that purpose, the researcher can collect the data through past researches available in local and online libraries. The data might also be taken directly by the Data collection organizations such as Gallup and AC Nielsen. The researcher can collect the relevant data by these organizations at a minimal cost. In addition to that, various other authentic websites are available which can provide the relevant figures for our research. Moreover, the researcher can also collect secondary data using Newspaper, magazines and other similar periodicals. The primary data can be collected with the help of different data collection tools like questionnaires or surveys.
This method would project the number of marketers who will be promoting their events using facebook. However the method is totally based on the past growth rates and does not account the current attitudes and behaviors of marketers towards facebook. For instance, the marketers want new features in the facebook which further help them to promote upcoming events quickly to a large number of people. The method is unable to consider other factors which could impact event managers in using facebook in future. Moreover, the researcher would be objectively separated by the research using this method (Saunders, Thornhill, and Lewis, 2009).
Another method to conduct this research is Qualitative method. The Qualitative method is closer with the subject matter of the research. This method is used to find people’s experience, belief, behaviors, and attitudes (Patton, 2002).
