I am trying to code a program in C that will calculate the average of 3 exams for an undetermined # of students. I have been given a base code that I must modify using a sentinel that will stop the loop counter. I can not seem to code the loop to accept the break. I do not want to simply enter the number of students.

I am trying to compete the journal entry for the following question:

Customers purchased 13 replacement blades. These sales, all in cash, totaled $24,700 for the year.

I originally logged:

Debit: Cost of goods sold 24,700

Credit: Inventory 24,700

I have searched online and it is looking like others are plugging; Debit: Cash 24,700 and Inventory, along with sales revenue AND cost of goods sold. The calculations as to how they got the amount that is showing to be plugged in is very confusing, and I cannot figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I am trying to figure out the relative composition of carotenes and chlorophylls in spinach based on the mass fractions I isolated. (Column chromatography)

The composition was calculated by taking mass of the compound over the total mass. For fraction 1 (carotene) I got 0.67.  

I’m just trying to figure out how I would write that in my report. Do I say that the carotene made up 0.67 of the compound? 

(Sorry it sounds a little silly! Just trying to figure out how you write it!)
