Hi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Muscular Skeletal Diseases. MSD: Health Care Concerns
Describe the impact of this disease group on the costs in the Canadian Health Care System.
Muscular skeletal diseases or MSD are responsible for more cost than any other health-related problems except cardiovascular disease. In fact, they are the second most reason for visiting primary health care physician. Nearly 25 percent of adult Canadians visited a physician for this disease each year and 73 percent of these continued to visit their primary physician without a specialist referral. It is estimated that MSD will strain the resources of Canadian health care systems (Flook, 2006).
How does the article suggest that drug therapies be managed between the primary care physician and the specialist?
The management between primary care physician and specialist can be done through proper planning and policymaking. Alternative methods to manage the interface between primary care and secondary care need to be explored and tested. One such method is multidisciplinary assessment teams so that timely access to pharmacological, nonpharmacological and surgical therapies is streamlined. In view of the aging Canadian population, successful projects in this regard must be deployed as soon as possible (Flook, 2006).
How do you think this would work in the U.S. health care system? What revisions to the U.S. health care system are most important?
The importance of MSD must be highlighted in the U.S. Health care system. The importance of primary care physicians in the management of MSD must be recognized and at the same time, challenges for health professionals and policymakers must be recognized. Since even in the US, the population is aging, the problem is likely to worsen and the brunt of assessment and management of these patients must be borne by family care physicians. Optimal management of patients can be provided by multidisciplinary team assistance.
What are the concerns when using the COX-2 inhibitors, and what are the concerns when using the NSAIDs? Include examples of COX-2 inhibitors and NSAIDs.
COX-2 selective inhibitors are a form of NSAIDs that directly target enzyme COX-2 that is responsible for pain and inflammation. Examples of this class of drugs are rofecoxib and celecoxib. Concerns when using COX-2 inhibitors are the adverse cardiovascular outcomes (Flook, 2006) like thrombosis, stroke and heart attack. Risk of renal failure is similar to NSAIDs. With NSAIDs, the concerns are gastrointestinal risks and derogatory effect on renal function. Examples of NSAIDs are ibuprofen, naproxen, and diclofenac.

Hi Need To Submit A 250 Words Paper On The Topic Physics Of Swimming It Was Such
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Physics of Swimming. It was such a scary scene and the school administration had to call and inform my mother. To everyone’s surprise, my mother nonchalantly said, “It is no big deal, just hold the pressure.” Ironically, this incident spurred me to greater success in swimming. In this regard, I broke the existing backstroke swimming record that had been in existence for 16 years. Whenever I am engaged in the backstroke swimming, my mind ponders on the best ways I would use the elements of physics to improve on the sport. I am quite fascinated by physics factors that come to play when swimming. In this regard, when a person is in water, the body is similar to a seesaw. Therefore, one must find the perfect technique of balancing the body against the forces of buoyancy and gravity. Incidentally, understanding the suitable principles of marine engineering, physics and biomechanics is a pertinent feature for correct swimming and also coaching. In this regard, it is my desire to utilize the knowledge gained in engineering physics to better my future exploits as a professional swimmer.

Hi Need To Submit A 250 Words Paper On The Topic Question 1 Of 1 Attitudes Intro
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Question 1 of 1: Attitudes Introduction: The attitudes you espouse may change in a few years due to the influence of peers, education, the passage of time, insight, and other factors. Choose a topic on which you are most likely to have a viewpoint, s. Attitudes Introduction I grew up in a highly conservative family that valued the sanctity of marriage in relation to religious beliefs. Although I grew up with happily married parents, I could never say the same for my cousins who came from divorced families or single parent homes. As a young person, I was taught by my parents to shun my elders who divorced or chose to “live in sin” by simply moving in together. This was a way of thinking that was further reinforced when I started attending a religious private school for my early and high school education.
The school further made the thought of living in without marriage seem morally wrong because of the religious connotation of marriage and its supposed relevance in the history of man. Needless to say, this was something that I strongly believed in and espoused because I knew nothing else and had not had a chance to actually mingle with anyone who was actually not married but living the life of a married couple anyway.
However, I got the exposure to such a lifestyle when I went off to college. I had classmates who were living with their boyfriends and girlfriends off campus in order to save on expenses, aside from the fact that they truly loved and were committed to each other. Commitment, that was the turning point for me. It was that solitary word that helped me realize that moving in together was not something bad. Rather, it was something good because it signified a commitment to each other and the relationship that was entered into. That was something that no priest or licensed government officer can forced unto a couple. Looking around me, I saw that the longest relationships, both in my family and out that I knew about, where actually those couples who were not married. This was positively reinforced in my adult thoughts by the likes of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russel, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and other Hollywood live in couples. Then in my family, I had 4 happily together couples who were living together. So guess what, I no longer think that living in is such a bad thing. In fact, I would strongly suggest it to anybody who values a committed relationship more than any religious hullabaloo being fed to us by the church. Marriage is outmoded and that, is my personal attitude on the marriage.

Hi Need To Submit A 250 Words Paper On The Topic Racism In History From The Raci
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Racism in History. From the Racism in History movie, the second episode is the most captivating. From Bifutake’s work, one would argue that the concept of scientific racism is brought out clearly1. This is seen from the justification of the Europeans to practice the slave trade, slaves who are Africans. .
A case in point is the daunting Nazism that was not a secluded eccentricity, but a representation of what was taking place globally.
As seen in Henry & Marilyn’s work, racism is not new6. Failure to accept and assimilate other people’s way of life is the root cause of racial conflicts and divergences. Henry & Marilyn clearly indicate that this is the ideal timing for the blossoming of eugenics and scientific racism.7 This racism then trickles into the social and intellectual life of society as seen in the case of the Nazis.

Hi Need To Submit A 250 Words Paper On The Topic Raw 6 Raw 6 Whenever People Thi
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic RAW #6. RAW #6 Whenever people think about the history of South Africa, they always refer to apartheid as the most disgraceful event that happened on this land. Moreover, it is considered to be a sign of a developed person to condemn this phenomenon. However, I do not think that it was as bad as people try to describe it.
First of all, take a look at the main opponent of it – the Western countries. According to Cultural Relativism a moral code that is promoted in a particular “society has no special status. it is merely one among many”. therefore, why moral code of South Africa should suddenly be worse than everyone else’s? (Rachels 3).
Another way to justify apartheid is spelled out in the following rule: “[to check if something is moral] all one need do is ask whether the action is in accordance with the code of ones society” (Rachels 6). I can hardly doubt that the white part of the population should not want to get rid of apartheid.
Finally, the Western countries tried to put it to an end and start a new chapter in the social life of South Africa, “but by what standard do we judge the new ways as better?” (Rachels 6). Indeed, there might have been problems, but they should not be seen as an indication that the old ways did not work.
Having examined all the argument, one is able to come to the conclusion that apartheid can be easily justified by cultural relativism as it supports the foundations of it and might be used as a foundation of one’s opinion and behavior.

Hi Need To Submit A 250 Words Paper On The Topic Realism And Liberalism Realism
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Realism and liberalism. Realism and liberalism Realism is a perspective whose domination is mostly by cynics, perhaps exemplified best in the tenants of pragmatism and morality. Realists place states in a position of having to observe the action of neighbors closely to effectively trying to resolve problems without regard to the moral concerns. Realists believe that the creep of morality into the international relations handicaps in a way that they fail to cope with the new conditions. Realisms, believing it does in the political laws must also believe in the possibility of creating rational theory that helps in reflecting objective laws. They also believe in the possibility of distinguishing opinion and truth in politics- between what is considered true rationally and objectively, and supported by evidence that is illuminated by concrete reason.
The theory of realism is within the international relations that predict states will act in their interest in defiance of any moral consideration. This belief originates from human nature observation, and the selfish and a fiercely competitive perception of the people. Realism tends to regard the international arena as anarchic, which is governed by no authority overriding any sovereign states. According to realists, the primary interest of any state is its survival and towards that goal, it competes for the resources available.
Liberalisms optimistic view of international politics is based on three core beliefs common to all paradigm theories. They consider states as the main actors in international politics, they also believe that states characteristics do vary, and these have great effects on the behaviors of the states. In addition, they believe that some internal arrangements are preferable to others. For liberals, there are bad and good states.
The liberals treat states as the major actors in the global politics. Good states are believed to pursue policies of cooperation and hardly ever start wars, whereas states regarded as “bad” initiate conflicts with other states and were willing to use force to get their way. In contrast to liberals, Realists are pessimistic when it comes to global politics. They agree that it would be desirable to create a peaceful world, but they see no easy alternative of escaping the harsh reality world of security competition and war between countries. To them, creating a peaceful world is a good idea but not practical (Gismondi).

Hi Need To Submit A 250 Words Paper On The Topic Social Entrepreneurship In The
/in Uncategorized /by developerHi, need to submit a 250 words paper on the topic Social Entrepreneurship in the UK. UK social enterprises have played a significant role in creating employment for more than 800,000 people. However, the expansion of social enterprises is hindered by financial problems. For example, 2011 report by the Social Enterprise UK (SEUK) indicates that the public sector, the major beneficiaries of the social enterprises only contributes 19 per cent to the total revenue of the social enterprises (Andrew, 2012). Even though large banks such as Barclays, HSBC, RBS and Lloyds have significantly financed the social enterprises, the impact of middle financial institutions has not been experienced making the social enterprises to result to crowdfunding as the major source of revenue (Othmar, 2012). .
Entrepreneurs are now focused at other sources of funds including leasing companies that provide office equipments especially when there is stability in the cash flows (Weerawardena and Mort, 2006). In the same way, government agencies have also been involved to provide subsidies, credits and grants. These are significant especially for the projects that can be managed sustainably. For the small entrepreneurial initiatives, bootstrapping has been the major source of income.
The additional sources of revenue for instance crowdfunding can work especially based on the increased use of social sites such as facebook and twitter. Since the public, banks and the government are aimed at creating a strong linkage, Ridley-Duff (2009) argues that the solutions to financial issues that social enterprises are facing will be effective.
