Hi Need To Submit A 1500 Words Paper On The Topic Japanese Tea House Architectur

Hi, need to submit a 1500 words paper on the topic Japanese Tea House Architecture. One would think that, with the profound implication of the tea ceremonies, that the tea houses would be elaborate. Actually, just the opposite is true – the houses are austere, simple. The features of the houses afford a way for the guests to hide from the outside world. This is because, as the opening sentence stated, they house another world, another reality. After all, the participants in the house, noblemen, peasant, warrior alike, are all equal. This is indicative of an alternate reality. Also, the ceremonies are a way for the people to leave their real life behind, and concentrate only on the moment. The tea house thus serves the same function as the tea ceremonies themselves – they are a way, if only for a few hours, to destroy class structure and the real world.

Tea ceremonies came about through the practice of Buddhist Monks who needed to stay awake during their meditations, and later became a part of Zen rituals in honor of Bodhidharma, the Zen monks first patriarch.1 From this, the tea ceremonies became a place where friends gathered to discuss certain objects and their artistic merits, such as various paintings and calligraphy, flower arrangements and the utensils used for these ceremonies. 2 The tea host himself had to be adept at certain knowledge, such as what scrolls to hang during the ceremony, and the meaning of these scrolls, which presumed knowledge of classical literature.3 He also must have been conversant about the articles that are either displayed or used in the tea ceremony: utensils, the flowers, the distinction of the burning incense, the incense burner itself, the dipping ladle, the water heater vessel and the tea container. 4 He must have known the protocol of the ceremony – greeting and conversing with guests properly and the manners and courtesies that must be observed.

Hi Need To Submit A 1500 Words Paper On The Topic Left Side Right Side I Discove

Hi, need to submit a 1500 words paper on the topic Left side right side. I discovered that the political system was an important party of society. Because of the multi-party system, the average person on the street can fight for and protect their basic human rights. On the other hand, living under a political system where one party dominates can be tough. The people’s rights are not respected because the party controls everything.

The Internet has become a vital part of the younger generation. Nowadays, corruption cases can be exposed by the Internet and sent around the world. The Internet is the gateway for the proclamation of truth. One great example is the story commonly known as “My father is Li Gang.” Li Ai is the son of Li Gang. One day, when Li Ai was driving his flash car, he crashed into a small girl and killed her. There were some people who knew what he had done. However, Li Ai said “my father is Li Gang, the head of the police. I will be fine.” I believed what he said because no one would find out about it. But, the Internet is the perfect tool to help publicize issues like this. If we did not have the Internet, would we have even found out about this story? A scarier thought is how many people get away with actions like this because they are protected by powerful people?

The root of all our social problems is our political system. A one party state often contains many weak points. As I have lived in a one party state for 19 years, I really doubt if this system is the right way to go. I have spent the last two years studying in America and now really support a multi-party system. A multi-party system allows freedom of expression and considers human rights. Greater party representation means more competition, and more competition satisfies the people’s needs and wants. The people can freely choose to support the party that they think will benefit them the most. In the opposite way, a one party state can make decisions all by themselves.

Hi Need To Submit A 1500 Words Paper On The Topic Nano In Treating Cancer The Na

Hi, need to submit a 1500 words paper on the topic Nano in treating cancer. ‎

The Nano technology is fast developing in cancer treatment. It is difficult to kill the ‎cancer cells in the body because they are surrounded by normal functioning cells which shouldn’t ‎be harmed. Silicon Nanobombs were made to fight this war on cancer. They have successfully ‎been used against killing breast cancer cells as well as tumors. A type of Nanobomb, called the ‎porous silicon Nanobomb, has also been used to kill cancer cells without killing normal cells. ‎They are generated by an NIR light (Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center).‎

Nanoparticles are very specific in nature, sort of like enzymes. However, they release ‎enzymes, proteins and sometimes antibodies to fight against their specificity. They also require ‎different conditions of reactions which usually consist of low temperature and maybe high ‎pressure. The best part about Nano treatment in cancer is that even though your cancer cells are ‎being killed without any other being harmed, there are no toxic effects left in your body. It is ‎very different from chemotherapy although it might be similar to radiation (American Institute of Physics). ‎

Nanotubes are also part of the Nano family but are different from Silicon Nanobombs. ‎Nanotubes are cylindrical in shape and larger than Nanobombs. They are extremely strong, one of ‎the strongest forms of carbon structures present. However, as Nanobombs are used in treating ‎cancer, they do not cause toxicity in the person afflicted with cancer. Nanotubes are somewhat ‎different.

Their nature is not to kill cancer cells at all but it is used in treating breast cancer. How? ‎Well, lasers make the Nanotubes fit for acting upon the cells to zap them up and destroy them so ‎that the process of metastasis is unable to take place and the cancer does not spread elsewhere in ‎the body.

Hi Need To Submit A 1500 Words Paper On The Topic Swot Analysis Of St Austin Pri

Hi, need to submit a 1500 words paper on the topic SWOT Analysis of St. Austin Primary School. This essay stresses that the school enjoys a good relationship not only with the neighbors but also with the school stakeholders. Periodic audience between the school administration and the students ensures that problems are solved as soon as they arise. There are periodical meetings between the teachers and the parents and this ensures that the two parties act in a synchronized manner as far as bringing up the child is concerned. There are parent days once per year where the students, teacher and students come together.

This paper makes a conclusion that the school possesses a lengthy history, been in existence for thirty years now. This means that the school has laid down infrastructures as far as education provision is concerned. It has a fully stocked library and laboratories. It also has a powerful network of alumni. These are prominent people in the society and provide inspiration to our student and staff. The school is very expensive, it been a private enterprise. This locks out students that deserved an opportunity to study at our school since they cannot meet the costs. The school is said to be rigid as far as religion goes. It is run exclusive on Roman Catholic principles. This alienates students of other faiths like Muslim and Protestants. The school has been in existence for a period of thirty years. Due to this, it finds it very hard to deviate from its tradition and embrace new ways of life. It is accused of still running the business of education the old school way.

Hi Need To Submit A 1500 Words Paper On The Topic What Are The Main Causes That

Hi, need to submit a 1500 words paper on the topic What are the main causes that lead to monopoly. The producer should have the necessary infrastructure that includes technology and other requirements which enable them to produce the specific goods or services and sell them at a reasonable price. This situation can be construed as a natural monopoly because the competitors cannot produce such commodities with patented technological capability, which they cannot acquire. The producer will have an exclusive control over a patent with regard to the manufacturing process of a specific product. Moreover, a company may be granted a right to produce a commodity or service by the government (Peterson, Monopoly, 2005).

Monopoly bestows upon a producer an exclusive possession of the market. Since, the producer controls the production it is possible for him to reduce production and increase prices with the sole aim of maximizing profits. Monopoly exists whenever the market has barriers to prevent the entry of competitors. The government creates such barriers in the case of natural monopolies. Further, the government itself provides some specific services or goods through local governmental bodies or franchises the same to a company and it regulates the production and prices of goods or services. Moreover, patents also create barriers in the market (Monopoly, 2003).

Technological advancement or the necessity to use a particular variety of machinery to produce commodities also serves to discourage competitors. Furthermore, large scale production and integrated operations enhance efficiency, and cost effective measures reduces prices. Adopting such measures will be beneficial to companies to cut down costs and provide goods to the consumers at reduced rates. Monopoly arises when a company indulges in anticompetitive activities which create barriers to trade (Monopoly, 2003).

Hi Need To Submit A 1500 Words Paper On The Topic What Intergenerational Communi

Hi, need to submit a 1500 words paper on the topic What Intergenerational Communicationand Aging means for my own life, now, and in the future. h this course and analyzing related materials, I learned the importance of changing mindsets and communication and relationship goals, so that I can treat and interact with the elderly with respect and recognize and respond to their needs for autonomy and social support, and so that I can pursue a model for successful aging that balances physical and psychological needs and aspirations.

Through Comm 119 lectures and various other reading materials, as well as my analysis of my own interactions with the elderly, I realized that social stereotypes about aging and the elderly contribute to the self-fulfilling prophesy of these ageist stereotypes. Cuddy and Fiske (2002) described the various stereotypes of older people that I also practiced in the past, including the grandmotherly and severely impaired stereotypes. I am quite ashamed that I thought that older adults are like babies by focusing on their childish behavior, such as being hard-headed when instructing them to follow proper nutrition practices. I realize now that they are childish (if they are) because of how society treats them. In one of our lectures, the Dallas Morning News (2002) reported that people’s attitudes, and not aging per se, present obstacles to feeling fulfilled during old age (as cited in Giles, 2014a). I agree because I also had the mindset that the elderly, though not all, are the ones making health and social problems by being aggressive in opposing lifestyle or emotional and attitudinal changes that can improve health and social conditions. I would say: “They can be so hard-headed because they are already old.” By saying this, I frame aging in terms of blaming older people of their health and social issues and aging as the worst phase of mental and psychological development. This kind of framing under-analyzes the needs and goals of the elderly and perpetuates ageism.

Hi Need To Submit A 15000 Words Essay On The Topic The Influence Of Leadership A

Hi, need to submit a 15000 words essay on the topic THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND HIGH PERFORMANCE (HRM) SYSTEMS ON PATIENT SAFETY MEDIATING BY ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN SAUDI HOSPITALS.

lted in hospitals beginning to provide integrated health care services which was qualitatively made even better through technological adaptations (Lighter and Fair, 2004, p.7). As the hospitals grew in size, capital and functions, a considerable work force began to get aligned with it resulting in a scope and need for applying management and human resource concepts and frameworks into them (Hernandez, 2009, p.4). This was also a result of health service as a sector being highly “labor intensive” (Hernandez, 2009, p.4).

It is this evolving work environment in health care sector that is transforming all its outcomes including patient safety (Ngo, Foley and Loi, 2009, p.668). This evolving work environment is what constitutes organizational climate of a health service organization and it is “the frame of reference through which individuals (workers) make sense of organizational life” in a health care facility (Ngo, Foley and Loi, 2009, p.668). Hence, organizational climate can be viewed as one of the most important mediating element in patient safety (Walston, Al-Omar and Al-Mutari, 2008, p.35). This mediation happens through human resource management. Though there can be many aspects to human resource management that can lead to patient safety, this study envisages focusing on two specific elements of it, namely, leadership and high performance work systems (HPWS).

The research done so far in this area have mostly generated data on how leadership and HPWS help build an organizational climate suitable for patient safety (Richardson and Storr, 2010. Stewart and Usher, 2010. Combs et al., 2007). Yet, these studies have also pointed to the lack of sufficient investigation being made into the whole process that starts with leadership and work force, evolves through organizational climate and arrives at desirable level of patient safety. This literature review envisages weighing the opposing arguments on the role of high performance work systems and leadership in

Hi Need To Submit A 1750 Words Essay On The Topic A New Wave Of Competitors Down

Hi, need to submit a 1750 words essay on the topic A New Wave of Competitors.

Download file to see previous pages…

The company mainly targets the wealthy and high income customers that have an average income that is at least 12 percent higher than the rest of the population and currently Reed owns 14 percent of the market share. Reed Supermarkets has a reputation of around 80 years for its service as a supermarket chain. Reed is now known nationwide and is serving a huge population. This creates a competitive advantage for the company and places them at an upper position relative to its competitors. The layout of the stores of Reed Supermarkets is attractively planned. Attractive stores and good service allowed Reed to differentiate itself from other competitors in the industry. Among the factors the most distinguishing are long store hours and short time for checkout, adequate number of staff, elegant and creative serving-case displays, extensive customer service and runners carrying bags of the customers to their cars. Customers are not required to provide tips to the staff while leaving. The places in which the stores are located show high population growth and even in many of these places, the growth rate of population is above the average rate of growth in the rest of the country. This shows that there is high prospect for the company to increase store traffic. The store visibility is also enhanced since large number of customer would visit the store and they would act as word of mouth promoter. Weaknesses Reed offers high quality products to its customers, but, according to the perception of a considerably large segment of the target customer, prices charged by Reeds is high. Therefore only a selected slice of the market can buy products from its stores. There is no harmony among the management of the company about the appropriate strategy that must be implemented for increasing market share. Contradiction exists among managers about discounts, high-margin items, introduction of low price specials and double couponing. On this issue, they have not been able to choose the most apt solution from the different opinions provided by each of them. The company has drawn a line on its capital expenditure for at least the coming two years starting from 2011. Such freezing on capital expenditure would affect the operations and growth path of the company. In order to meet higher revenue objectives more stores have to be opened. However, stringent capital expenditure policy might hamper such ambitions and impair the growth of the business. Opportunities Political/Legal The supermarket industry in the USA faces the support of strong lobbying form farm groups, transporters, and food processors. This facilitates the supermarket by removing barriers to trade, maintaining symmetry in information sharing across the market and allowing smooth expansion. Economic The economy of the USA has the GDP of 15.94 trillion (according to 2012 estimate). It is a developed country and therefore has the ready ground for development of flourishing supermarkets. Columbus, being situated in the largest state in the United States of America therefore offers a good opportunity for growth to Reed. The average citizen in the state has a high purchasing power. Socio-cultural There is an increasing trend among the American consumers that they are gradually becoming more health conscious besides being price sensitive.
